“Here is a simple little example for those people who THINK they don’t need to learn how to control their thinking. This is for those who THINK haphazardly, and live as a cork bobbing in the water blown by the wind. This is for those who are victims of thoughts.
What happens when you ask or say to yourself, ‘why am I such an idiot?’ How do you feel? What are your emotions? Do you feel successful, confident or powerful? What is your experience when you or someone asks your that? Bet it doesn’t feel too good, right?
Ask yourself, ‘how come everything sucks?’ or ‘Why does all this bad shit happen to me?’ Do you feel any better asking these questions. How about this? Say to yourself, ‘I never have enough money’ or ‘I am always in debt’ or ‘I don’t know how I’ll make ends meet.’
Your Excuses And Your Blames Hold You Hostage
How do these statements make you feel? How do you feel and think and behave when you say, ‘I feel crappy’ or ‘things suck!’ How marvelous do you feel then? Do you feel on top of the world? Do you feel successful or confident? Do you feel like you can do anything?
Most likely not? What happens when you ask along these lines? ‘In how many different ways am I incredible?’ You may not know the answer yet, or even feel differently yet, but keep asking that. Ask it throughout your day, before you get up and before you go to bed.
Ask, ‘How quickly and easily can I discover how delighted I will feel to learn how effortlessly one can succeed?’ Or say ‘I feel incredible!’ Do it with enthusiasm and passion when you say it. Shout it. Loud and booming. ‘I can do anything!’ How do these make you feel.
If You Want Things To Change You Have To Change Some Things
If you don’t notice much difference there’s a good change you have been not thinking this way very much yet. You are conditioned to the other way of thinking. That can all change and you can too. It only means you are conditioned to a certain habit of thought and feeling.
Learn new thought and feeling habits and all of your life can become remarkable! The one set of questions and statements brings up less than glorious feelings. It points you in a negative direction. The other set sends you in a positive direction.
What do you want dog crap or diamonds? Do you want negativity, fear, worry, doubt, depression or positivity, confidence, peace, self-love, and joy? Choose! It is always up to you. It’s a brief example but I hope it helps illustrate the difference. You have to do it to know it!
Whether You Do Or You Don’t Is Completely Up To You
Practice it, long enough thought the days, and weeks and month and you will discover yourself moving in new directions. You’ll be more positive, optimistic and cheerful. You will make more things happen and be less of a victim. That would be worth it, wouldn’t it?
Learning how to direct your mind in powerful positive ways makes all the difference in how easily and effortlessly you can discover becoming happier, healthier and wealthier. That’s a pretty great benefit in my book, don’t you think?
