“When times are tough most people fret, worry, get angry or depressed. They dwell on the bad and stress out. The either fight what is going on or give up. Whenever you fight what IS you are bound to lose. Imagine fighting a hurricane or tornado. STOP!
Turn your attention from the negative. Seek shelter in the positive and the good. Turn toward the people you love and spend time loving them and being loved. STOP complaining and blaming and being agitated. Find delights you enjoy and enjoy them. Do this!
Accentuate the positive. The turbulence will be there as long as it is there. The time will come when it will end. STOP being busy fighting it. Become productive. Build the new and good you want. Don’t waste time tearing the old down. Others will do that for you.
The Mind Is As Strong As Its Weakest Think – Mindset Matters
Concentrate on thinking better and feeling better. Inspire others and yourself. Find the good moments and emphasize them. Put your attention in positive places. You will develop a more clear head.
Keep the faith. Maintain the attitude that it will all work out for the best, even though you may not know how. Keep the faith. Remain lighthearted and carefree. You’ll think and feel better. You will discover your resourcefulness. Speak only to bless, heal and prosper. Become grateful and find the blessings in all. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
