Turn Everest Into A Mole Hill

“Some people never start a task because it appears insurmountable. They make it bigger in their minds. Those who accomplished Everest made it smaller in their minds. They made it doable. They didn’t do it overnight. It took time, energy and effort but step by step they did it.

If you face overwhelm from tasks you must complete, chunk them down into manageable ‘bite sizes’ and do them one by one. Prioritize that which is most important to accomplish and work at it. If you were sculpting a marble statue you’d do it by chiseling bit by bit.

‘It doesn’t matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.’ Confucius. That says it all. If you are determined to get to your destination you will, provided you keep going. Step by step the journey of 1000 miles is accomplished. Drop by drop the tub fills.

If You Really Want To Do It You Will Find Or Create A Way

You can do anything you put your mind to. You must be willing to start. If it is too big, make it smaller. Take charge and get things done. Then you will feel good for having accomplished what you wanted, instead of feeling bad because it looms over you uncompleted.

It doesn’t matter how long it takes as long as you do not quit. You complete the race by crossing the finish line. Persist. You will get to your destination as long as you keep moving toward it. Detours,  sightseeing spots, and distractions don’t matter. Just keep going!

Seek to feel good most of the time. That means doing those things that make you feel good. Get things done. Clear your plate. Express your thankfulness. Look for and find all the things you can be grateful for. Seek and you shall find. Celebrating everything!” Rex Sikes

What And Why You Need To Prioritize

“Do you feel worn out at day’s end? Do you sometimes feel as if you work and struggle to get ahead, you are very busy, but still don’t make much progress? Do you ever feel you are spinning your wheels but not getting anywhere fast? If yes, to any of these, you need help.

People often confuse activity with accomplishment. They work harder but not smarter or more productively. Could this be you? If yes, you need to learn the secret of super successful people. They make it a point to prioritize and not get caught up in distractions.

Few watch television or spend their day on social media. They do read, they do listen to audios and they hang out with other successful people. Success rubs off. When you are around high vibe people you are influenced. You can feel the difference.

What Is Difficult At First With Practice We Will Do With Ease

They attend events and prioritize their own personal development. Success breeds confidence and more confidence, breeds more success. They also prioritize their day. They know you can’t manage time or get it back, but you can manage your priorities. They do!

Ask yourself, ‘What is important for you to do?’ List it in importance from most to least. 1st, 2nd, 3rd. Choose what is most important. No one can choose these for you. You have to make that decision. Only you can manage your priorities? What is important? List it!

Ask yourself, ‘Is this a priority?’ Most people put their time, effort and energy into nonessentials. Learn to understand what is important and moves you forward. Is watching Netflix a priority and moving you closer to your goal? If not, nix it. Choose those that do.

Start To Live As A Champion And A Winner – Stop Missing Out

Everyday, choose your own priorities. If it isn’t helping you it is hindering you. You must decide. Is ‘this’ supportive and essential or non-supportive? As you continue to do this you will find your life changing. You will get right about a lot of things.

When you realize your true value you will stop wasting time. Time you never get back. Manage your priorities. Discover the incredible difference it makes when you do. You will feel better. You’ll become more productive and positive. You will achieve your dreams and goals quicker. So do it! Enjoy the process and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

A Powerful Yet Easy Way To Accomplish More Doing Less!

“You have a change you want to make but you don’t feel much like doing it. Yet you know you should. What to do? Is there a way to begin getting things done, accomplishing more, without getting burned out and giving up? Yes, there is! Read on and learn.

Whatever you want to do, whatever change you want to make for yourself, whether it’s personal or a task you want to accomplish, do some small part of it right away. Commit. Make sure you do something within 24 hours. 48 hours at the most. Just do it!

Do something small enough to begin right where you are. Don’t wait. Really, don’t let 24 hours pass without taking a small action. Want to clean your office?  Heck, throw out a magazine, or organize your pens. Anything that beings the process. THAT, you can do, right?

The More We Do The More We Can Do – Just Begin It! – Do It

It is all step by step, inch by inch. You don’t need to take massive action to get massive results. It is preferable to take minimum action to massive results. That is the 80/20 notion. Do 20% to get 80%. Okay, so begin doing something. Then do another small something.

Soon you will have completed the task. Once you begin it and do a few small things, it is more likely you will wish to continue. Motivation comes from doing, not from waiting. Get it? Do it! Do it right away. As soon as you can after you made the decision. Act on it.

You will soon find, if you work this way, you’ll be so much more productive. You’ll develop habits that support you. A 1% increase daily amounts to 365% increase in a year. That’s a great return on investment. So do a little each day and you will accomplish a lot! All the while you are doing so, celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
