Change Your Thoughts And You Can Change The World!

“You determine what your world will be. Your decisions and your thoughts influence your reality. It all depends on what you choose to make it.  You can soar to unbelievable heights, you can experience success and happiness beyond belief or you can settle for okay.

Or worse. You can live afraid, in fear, worry, doubt, lack and misery. The choice is yours. It is your choice and yours alone. Right now you are creating and sustaining the world you live in. You can continue to perpetuate it or change it. You’re where your thoughts brought you.

When you choose to manage your thoughts and feelings and create a positive mindset you become an unstoppable force. You take charge. You shape yourself and your destiny. You create your future by becoming a powerful, positive creative person of action.

With An Open Mind Accept That Anything Is Possible – Believe

You can create a happy, fulfilled romantic life, you can enjoy the love of your family and friends and improve all your relationships. You can create a fulfilling career. You can take charge of your physical health, your mental and spiritual well-being. All of it is possible!

You can do the things you want, travel to the places you have dreamed of and acquire the things and true riches of life. To change you must change from the inside out. You begin by changing yourself. You begin by learning what you are truly capable of.

You learn how powerful your thoughts are. You discover how powerful you are to make things happen. Most people, sadly, never know. They continue to live from worn out prior negative conditioning that keeps them trapped and weak. You don’t have to!

Your Thoughts And Your Words Create Your Experience

Exercise your mind power. When you do, you change your world. Your own brain begins to look for opportunities you otherwise might have missed. When you are no longer focused on lack and worries you begin to see and take advantage of what else is there. It’s true!

That puts your on a positive track!  You change your life for the better. You create and attract new people, events and circumstances into your life. You take advantage of new opportunities. You create your future and make your dreams come true. You alter the world.

You positively influence the people you come in contact with. You change your daily behaviors and begin to live life on your terms. BUT it starts within. From within to without. It begins with your decisions to become aware and no longer live from past conditioning.

Whether You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You Are Right

You recondition. You re-train your brain to be a positive, automatic, reliable, opportunity seeking force. You make your life the one you want to live instead of living less than gloriously. Fill your mind with positive thoughts. Affirm and declare daily. Visualize what you want.

Spend most of your time feeling good. Do those things I have shared with you in these blog pages. Create a daily ritual, a daily positive routine. Practice gratitude. Keep a list. Write it down. Journal your wins. Look for the good and new. Meditate. Allow, expect and anticipate wonderful experiences. You will change your life! Delight and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Expert Shares Secrets For Great Success And Abundance!

“Athletes and Olympians know training and conditioning isn’t anything anyone wants to always do.  It can be cold and rainy.  The champion can be sore and tired but they condition and train anyway. Training can be grueling but the champion commits to doing it.

Muhammad Ali said ‘I hated every minute of training, but I said, don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.’ He persevered  in the present. He did whatever it took because he knew it mattered tomorrow. Our commitment and habits are important.

It’s the daily habits that keep us going when we don’t feel we want to. It is the habit of doing! It is the mental habit of doing it anyway. Athletes train and condition their minds, and their will so when they ‘don’t feel like it’ they do it anyway. It works because of their habits.

If Your Dreams Don’t Scare You They Aren’t Big Enough

That is the power of habit and conditioning. Ali further stated, ‘It is the repetition of affirmations that leads to belief. Once that belief becomes a deep conviction things begin to happen.’ Napoleon Hill said the same things many years earlier. As did ancient mystics.

For centuries people have known and shared what works. Many come across it. Many hear it. Few apply it. Your negative conditioning doesn’t take a break because you don’t feel like it. So develop positive habits and keep going. Condition; train yourself.

Constant and consistent daily repetition of positive thoughts, feelings and actions is practice. It is rehearsal. When you practice correctly long enough you get good. Practice the winner attitude as Ali and others have and you can actually master it. It works!

To Be A Champion You Must believe You Are The Best 

Create habits that serve you in your pursuits. Create supportive habits that help you to be happier, be healthier, make more money, get along with others better and enjoy all of life that much more. Practice the gratitude habit. Commit. Condition yourself.

Once you do, you will significantly improve your life. You will overcome blocks and limiting beliefs and un-supportive habits. You will explode your ability to manifest and create positive experiences. You will manufacture more abundance. You’ll be happier.  Learn to do this right now. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Have You Been A Wimp? Here’s How To Stop!

“Many people live as wimps. I’m sorry to say that but it is true. They have accepted victim roles and live not from their power but from excuses and reasons why they aren’t what they could be nor have what they want. That thinking will never get you anywhere.

It is tough love time. You are the only person who can change you. You are the only one who can take charge and make your life different. No one else can. If you don’t learn to live life by your terms, you will live life by anyone and everyone else’s terms. Get it?

Unless you are locked in a jail or tied to a chair you are the person in charge of your eating habits. You have control over coming and going. You decide what to do. It is not a perfect example but you follow it don’t you? You make the decisions about your life.

Visualize Your Success Then Take Action Focus On What You Want

You are the only person in charge of your eating and drinking habits. Yes, other may have made recommendations but you are the person with control whether or not you exercise it. You determine how much television you watch. You decide how much water you drink.

You are in charge of how much exercise you take. You decide what you want to do and what you want to resist. You are in charge of what you do and what you don’t do. My point is, act like it. Get it? Recognize your power and chose to use it. Put yourself in charge.

You already are in charge whether you live like it or not. It is time to realize this. If you want to make a change then make it. Stop excusing yourself, blaming yourself, others or the world and get to it. Make the positive good things you want to happen actually happen.

Dream Big – Set Goals – Take Action – You Get What You Focus On

Apply yourself. Take control of your thinking. Decide you can and go after it. Become a thought champion. Then act like one. Pursue your goals. If you want to lose weight do whatever positive actions it requires. Drink more water. Eat a little healthier. Move more.

Nothing will change unless you change first. Change your thinking. Change what you think about. Change how you think. Focus on the good you want. Focus on the positive. Focus on what you can do and do it. Step by step. Inch toward your goal. Move closer and closer.

You will do it if you want it badly enough and if you believe you can. Mindset is 95-99% of what you need to make things happen. Then a little bit of inspired action and you can be well on your way. Claim control. Be in charge. No more excuses. Be wimpy no more. Do it!

Your Future Depends On What You Do Today

Start living life on your terms. Start living your dreams. Make it happen. As you do you will get more excited. You will feel proud and more positive. With each obstacle you get past you will feel more exhilarated. With each step you get closer. Do it! Keep at it!

The more you manifest the more you can manifest. You learn the ropes. It gets easier as you practice. With each goal you get you can set bigger and larger goals. You graduate into it. So get to it! Make it happen. Claim your life back. Have a blast.  Celebrate everything.” Rex Sikes

If You Don’t Do This No One Will Do It For You!

“Between your ears and throughout your cells you have an intelligence that enables you to live all your dreams. You have destiny fulfilling neurology. The only issue is whether or not you tap into it or not. Most people don’t but you can. You truly can!

Become aware that you are infinitely resourceful. You already have all the resources within you to make any change. Most people just don’t believe this. Even if you didn’t you can easily find them, cultivate them and begin making things happen. It is all within you!

It is all within your power. You just never thought of it this way because of the mixed messages we get all during our formative years. ‘You can do anything’. ‘Go to school, work hard and if you are lucky you might catch a break’. We get all sorts of messages.

Tenacity Isn’t Just The Most Important Thing It Is The Only Thing

These form the foundation of our beliefs. Still, regardless of what we incorporated as our own we have had a myriad of experiences, and each, whether successful or not is, laid down within your cells, you neural pathways and memory banks. All you have to do is remember.

You can remember and access these. If not you can make them up for real. You can create resources and combine resources to make new ones you never thought you’d have. We are amazing creatures we humans but many of us have lost site of that. We live ho-hum.

We don’t have to. You can accomplish and do anything within natural laws. Nothing can stop you if you resolve to do it. You will always find or create away around any obstacle or hardship. You simply have to decide on what you want and then believe you can get it.

When There Is Will – There Is The Way – Go For It – Never Give Up

If you don’t believe it you never will. If you aren’t inspired and motivated to make your like work on all levels you never will. You will eek out your ho-hum existence instead of living life on your terms. Live as a champion, a victor, a wealthy, benevolent leader.

Stop being less than and start being more than. Start being the you you were born to be. Believe and you can accomplish anything you conceive, said Napoleon Hill. His book ‘Think And Grow Rich’ is responsible for more people becoming millionaires than any other.

Don’t wish! Don’t wait! Don’t expect others to do it! You do it! You make it happen. If you really want to you will find or create a way! You will keep going until you do if you want it badly enough. Less than that don’t expect much. Give up or get going. It’s your choice.

Stop Sniveling Start Living – Live As A Champion Live As A Victor

If you don’t go after it nonstop who is going to do that for you? Do it yourself! What are you waiting for? The only time there is to act on your own behalf is now! Do it and make the difference. If you fall get back up. If you ‘fail’ learn from it and go on. Don’t stop! Keep going!

Make it happen. Make it happen or stop whining and complaining and blaming others. Tough love here. YOU can do this! You can live an incredible life. Start now. If you don’t believe it decide you will. I and others have told you how to develop new beliefs so do it.

No excuses and no BS. Take action. You don’t need massive action you just need to take the first step and then follow through with each successive step. Get it? If you aren’t motivated do it anyway. I and others have told you how. Start doing and stop missing out.

If You Don’t Do It For Yourself No One Else Will – You Just Lose Out

As you move forward keep a journal of the insights, the lessons, the goals, the plans, the intuitions, the learning and the things you are grateful for along the way. Everyday do something small or large to move you forward. Start appreciating who you are. Make your dreams come true and start to celebrate everything!”

Don’t just dream. Make your dreams come true!

This Can Change Your Life: Can You Answer These Questions?

“My last post consisted of questions I asked if you could answer. Believe me I have plenty more questions you could ask yourself and perhaps down the road we  can explore those together. The question I have for you is did you stop and take the time to consider each?

Did you answer the questions? Were some easier than others? What answers did you get back. Did some answers make you feel wonderful? Did some bother or upset you? If so, in either case, why do you suppose that is? Explore, examine, take time, reflect. Why?

What did you uncover? Why don’t you feel on top of the world if you don’t? One of the reasons is that when you ask questions such as these you encounter your beliefs or limitations. You encounter your rules. You encounter you optimism or pessimism. Insightful?

Beliefs Are A Magnet That Attract Your Reality – You Create It

You encounter you. If anything presented as a limitation you might wish to further explore that. I recommend it. Examine the belief or rule, the feeling, the limitation and ask questions about it. Why is it there? What might it mean? What does it cause you to do or not do?

How does it help you? How does it limit you? Does it protect you? When will you stop it from being a limitation? Do you need it  any longer? Perhaps, it served you at one time but isn’t useful any more? Maybe it is time to change it? If not, why not? What to do instead?

What would you rather think, see, imagine, and feel that is more in alignment with who you are? When do you want to begin doing this? What is a more supportive belief or rule you can adopt and make your own? Will you do this? Will you commit to it? If not, why not?

Always Remember What You Focus On Creates Your Reality

For example, I asked can you celebrate everything? If not why can’t you? What is it about that thought that you would say no to? If you said no, why what are the reasons? These are other supporting beliefs, or values or rules that operate underneath your main one.

These work in conjunction. These tend to hang together as a cluster of grapes does, each in a bunch. You can change one and you may have to change or adjust some others. I asked if you will celebrate everything. What did you encounter? When could you?

What would be necessary? What would make it possible? Is it desirable? Can you imagine counting everything as a blessing? If not why not? If yes, why is that? Seek to uncover that which holds you back so you can change and adopt more supportive ones. Get it?

If You Spend Life Expecting A Storm You’ll Never See The Sunshine

You never have to, nor should you ever, be held back from some positive good, that harms no one, but allows you and others to move forward into being who you and they want. Find freedom to be and expand your horizons and make your positive dreams come true.

You make it happen first inside your thoughts and feelings and then by the positive inspired actions you take. You continue to find or create away, adjusting as necessary until you arrive. You keep going and never quit? Do you understand this? Can you do it? Yes or no?

Can you will you commit to making your life as you would like it to be? Can you do it and assist others to live their dreams while allowing them or others to support you as well? Can you discover and practice the belief that everything is a blessing?

Your Beliefs Determine Your Actions – Actions Determine Results

Can you?  Will you turn a sows ear into a silk purse? Can you concentrate and focus on what you want and work to make it happen? Will you? Will you focus on the silver lining and not the darkness? You do realize your success and happiness is up to you?

Explore, discover, ask and uncover. Seek, knock and wait expectantly. When you find notions that make you feel bad or don’t support you as you are or want to be have the courage and tenacity to examine them, and then choose whether to keep them or not.

Or put them into contexts. In some cases or situations they may be useful to keep while in others they do not apply and shouldn’t be applied. Exchange them for positive ones when possible. Reframe as necessary. Move forward. Can you do this? If not, why not?

Believe In You And Your Power To Create The Future You Want

Explore, discover and evolve yourself. Free yourself to be you who can live the life of your dreams. Enjoy the process. Have fun. Take it lightly but seriously. Spend time throwing out those beliefs that no longer fit you or those that hold you back. Practice gratitude. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Can You Answer These Questions?

“What do you have? What don’t you have, yet? Where are you? Where do you want to be? Who are you? Who are you becoming? What have you done to contribute to becoming that? What positive things can you do? What will you do? How much do you want it?

How eager are you? How driven? If you must have it why don’t you? When will you. Why do you want it? What will it do for you? What won’t it do? What can you let go of? What might you allow and accept? How will you be better off when you do? Will you do these?

What can you begin to celebrate? What can you stop from being a problem and embrace as a learning and blessing? How soon will you feel blessed by all of it? When will you begin to feel grateful? How about right now? What prevents you from being grateful? Why?

Whether You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You’re Right

Can you be grateful that? What can you learn from it? Can you feel grateful for that?  What do you have to be grateful for? What can you appreciate no matter what? When will you allow gratitude to flood you? How soon? Why not right now? What can you do now?

How much delight will you allow yourself to feel? How much fun can you enjoy? When do you think you can learn to appreciate all of your life? When can you be filled with gratitude for all you experience? Can you learn to celebrate everything? If not, why not? How soon will you allow yourself to? If not, why not? When will you celebrate everything?” Rex Sikes

How To Experience The Joy Peace And Success You Want

“If you aren’t living as you want? If you aren’t experiencing the joy, and peace you would like to, that you deserve to; if you aren’t making your dreams come true and creating the success you want then you need to begin right now.  Stop waiting. Start having!

You are already that which you seek. Are you aware of this? You already have what you want and need? All you have to do is claim it! You do that by declaration. You have the ability to install powerful thoughts and beliefs in your mind any time you decide to.

Choose to focus on supportive thoughts, beliefs, ideas, behaviors and feelings. It is that simple. You have the power to control your mind. Let me repeat: you are already that which you seek. You already have everything you need or want. Simply claim it! Choose!

You Have The Power To Create The Life You Want To Live

It boils down to simple, stark choices. Similar to day and night you have supportive or not supportive. There is positive or negative. Strong or weak. Victor or victim. Champion or loser. Choose which you prefer. Focus on the one you want. Stay focused on it. FOCUS!

Most people do an unsuccessful mix of both. The reason they don’t get what they want is they take one step forward and one step back. They get mostly what they don’t want because they aren’t focused exclusively on what they DO want. Their thoughts are lopsided.

The balance isn’t in their favor. They think weak, non-supportive, loser, victim, negative, thoughts much or most of the time. They get caught up in excuses, blaming, complaining and worrying. Occasionally, they get hopeful and positive. That isn’t enough!

Visualize What You Want – Live Into It As If You Already Have It

When 80% of your time or better is focused on what you want, feeling good, and  thinking like a champion you make things happen. Even 55%, 60% 70% is better than 50-50. The more think positive and have positive feelings and actions you get more positive results.

Begin today. Make a choice and commit. It isn’t difficult. It can be fun. You can make it an adventure. Discover how much fun and positivity you can create for yourself. Become curious how much you life can change when you focus on these in this way. It can be magnificent!

Find reasons to enjoy everything. Be grateful. Remember you already have within you the ability to chose what to focus on. Shift away from the less than glorious. Choose to be different. You HAVE the power to control your thinking. Your life will be more than you can imagine when you are thankful and celebrate everything. ” Rex Sikes
