Who You Say You Are Makes And Incredible Difference!

You can believe you can learn to positively and productively respond to whatever circumstances arise or you are helpless and powerless to do so. You can choose to accept 100% responsibility in choosing how to respond what life offers even if you aren’t in control of it.

How well you fare in life, how happy and successful you are, depends on how you choose to view yourself, the world around you, and whether you’re ‘at cause’ and help make things happen, or ‘at effect’, and are a victim of happenstance. What you think is what you get!

Perception Is Everything – Your Beliefs Make It So – Be Aware

If you decide you are 100% responsible it means you account for everything, good and bad, that happens and you attempt to make the best of it. You aren’t a victim. You take charge and respond as best you can when difficulties arise. You choose to be resourceful.

You are either a victor or a victim of whatever happens. A victim has no say in making it different and reacts from habituated thoughts, feelings and behaviors. One choice comes from a place of power. The other does not. So, So are you able? Can you chart your own course?

Can you create the life you want? Are you a victor or a victim.? Whatever you may have decided previously can be changed, or not, depending on whether one believes you can change it or can not. How successful and happy you are depends on your mindset.

Stop Struggling Start Living – Create Your Best Life Ever

These questions are meant to help you clarify which mindset you live from. Which mindset do you want  to live from?  What are you willing to settle for? What will you stop tolerating? When will you begin to create what you want? You know your answers. So….

Are you powerful enough to make changes or must you live as a cork bobbing on the water driven by the wind and waves? It is either up to you or it isn’t, right? Choose! It is a choice each of us makes, or doesn’t. Whatever you do, or don’t do, there you are! It is up to you!

You live from your choices or decisions. Whatever you decide is what you get to fulfill; victor or victim. If you play the victim role your choices are limited. Whether or not you are actually responsible, if you act as if you are, you have more choices available.

What You Say Is What You Get – Success Is A Decision Away

As a victor you have the power to choose how to respond, how to make it different and how to feel differently! You are in charge. This an important distinction between a winning mindset and one that is not. You want a winning, victor, champion mindset, do you not?

More next time. Meanwhile, decide whether or not you are in charge of your thinking, feeling, behaving and your life. It is all up to you and your decisions. Success is only a decision away. Choose that which enables you to create and live the life of your dreams. Take action. If you say you are a victor, act like it! Live from your power. Live from gratitude. What To Do About All The Nasty People?

“What do you do when people bother you? How should you behave when someone opposes you? If you fight with them and resist them it only tends to escalate things. Is that what you want? Do you want to spend your time annoyed, angry and fighting with others?

There is a better way. Jesus said , “Love your enemies”, “Love those who hate you”, ‘Turn the other cheek? Why on earth should you have to love your enemies and those people who hate and perturb you.
The simple answer is you get back what you put out there.

It will return to you like a boomerang! Do you want that? My guess, is no. What you think about them, and how you speak about them will come back into your life. That is why it is said to speak only to bless, heal and prosper. Your story determines your experience.

If You Let The Get You – Then They Got You – Baited And Hooked

Okay, but these people drive you crazy! What to do. Love them? How can you do that when you don’t even like them and want to be rid of them? Well, remember, what you resist persists. You get back what you put out there. So what real choice do you have.

Maybe Jesus and Buddha and all the wise spiritual teachers who said love, be compassionate, forgive, accept, release, knew something we ought to know. Consider that. If you always do what you always did you always get the same results as before. Try something new.

Give different thoughts and feelings and behaviors a chance to work. You have to really give them the opportunity to work. You can’t do it once and think, ‘okay, tried it. Didn’t work.’ You have to work at it and make it a habit. OR you really have to let it go.

What You Resist Persists – Turn Resistance To Assistance

Let it be as it is. What is IS. Consider that these people are there for you to learn something new about yourself, to transform and transcend though these disturbing reactions. They are there to help you learn HOW TO let go. They are your teachers in dropping it!

If it were easy, in the first place, you wouldn’t need these teachers. Einstein said, ‘great spirits must always do violent contention with mediocre minds’. You will always have detractors and naysayers. Jesus said, ‘forgive them they know not what they do.’

Simply believe and know they have a right to be who they are and act the way they do. You don’t have to like it. You don’t have to invite them to hang with you. It isn’t about creating a love affair. You simply allow them to be who they are without judgement. Let it all go.

Let Go And Let God – Stop Trying To Control Others And Events

Release them from having to be or act or think a certain way. Stop attempting to control them and manage situations. Imagine how much energy you are wasting by giving them and these interactions attention. Stop it and you will begin to feel much better. Let it go.

Allow yourself to stop judging. Look for the lesson you need to know to transform and transcend. It is always there. You will find it if you direct your attention to it. Your life will magically change when you stop perpetuating the difficulties regarding them. Get that?

You are perpetuating it too. Your thoughts, feelings energy also keep it alive. Your labels and judgements. Your resistance keeps it current. Stop it. Let it go. Forgive and forget. Release and you will feel better. Shower them with positive thoughts and feelings!

Judge Not Lest Ye Be Judged – What Goes Around Comes Around

Then those will come back to you. Don’t expect that they will be different because you do so. Simply allow them to be who they are. If they leave you alone fine. If not, remember the lesson and the love. When you accept things you can’t change you are ahead in the game. Practice gratitude and be thankful for them. Life is incredible when you can celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Let Go Find Peace: How To End Feeling Stressed

“In today’s world there is much stress. There is nothing wrong with stress, it is our reaction or response to it that either makes it a liability or an asset. Stress can make people motivated to excel or it can debilitate and lead to dis-ease. How we are affected is up to us.

If we do nothing but react and let it build up we may find ourselves mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritual challenged. It will take its toll. One way to alleviate stress is to meditate and seek to be peaceful. Seek peace. Allow and let go. Drop judgement. Go inside.

Most of our reactions to stress are to external events, people or circumstances. Left unresolved, it piles up. All sorts of issues then may result. However, if you learn to stop, drop inside, breathe deeply and slowly and relax and let go you can free yourself of stress.

Meditation Dissolves The Invisible Walls Of Stress 

Seek peace. Think peace. Intend peace and simply breath slowly and deeply. Consider doing it for 20 minutes each day. Even a few seconds of real peace can provide hours of lasting benefit. If you can’t do 20 do less. The point is just do it. You can do something.

Throughout the day, whenever you can safely, close your eyes, think peace and breathe. Chill out. Relax for a few moments or more if you can. Whether at the office, home or at play, find moments to let go. Obviously, not while driving or operating heavy machinery. Inside the peace your mind, body and emotions will find calm. It is true.

Take time for yourself. Think nothing. If your mind wanders onto topics, gently guide it back to peace, by returning to notice your breath. Do all without judgement. Whatever is, is. Let go. Rest. Trust. You can’t do it wrong. Simply, take time for yourself to be. Get it?

Meditation Dissolves What Unawareness Causes

When you finish you can slowly open your eyes. Reorient to daily activity and notice you will take the calm, peace and tranquility with you. Feel free to express joy and gratitude. The more often you retreat into this peace the longer the benefits last. You will transform yourself. So, celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

The Secret To Stop Being Stuck Stressed And To Move Forward!

“Sometimes people get so caught up in making what they want to happen they actually miss out. They push it away. They allow stress and frustration to rule them. There is an easier way but they don’t know it. Do you? Would you like to be, do and have what you want?

Stop pushing the river. Instead, go with the flow. That does not mean you become inactive. It means you do the correct 20% that brings you the 80% positive results you need. You work smarter not harder. First and foremost get your mindset in check. Can you do that?

Here is the key. Seek first joy and happiness. I don’t mean chase happiness. I mean learn to feel happiness and joy right now, right where you are on the path. Life is a journey. Accept where you are, without giving up. Celebrate it. Be grateful for where you are.

Feel Good First And You Can Be Do And Have Anything You Desire

The goal is to always feel the best you can. If you feel down and out the goal is to feel a little bit better. Do anything positive that you can to feel a bit better. Inch by inch. Step by step. Feel good now. When you are joyful everything works much better. You work much better.

Then your brain is attuned to high vibes and positive opportunities you’d otherwise miss. When stressed and frustrated your neurology shuts down and focuses on one thing; your survival. You never thrive by surviving. You thrive by growing and expanding and enjoying life.

Thrive now and you will get what you want. Remember, your big goals, keep them in mind, but put your eyes on the first step towards them. Step by step you will get there! Become positive and joyous. Read positive material daily. Listen to inspiring audios. Hang with positive people. Feel good, feel great, feel grateful. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
