How To Stop Screwing Everything Up!

“When considering you, circumstances, other people, all events and your life there is something you must stop doing if you want to get ahead and accomplish you goals and dreams. If you want to make your dreams come true you need to make some important changes.

First, you absolutely must stop victim mentality! Stop putting any energy or attention on your “story” of why things are tough, bad, not happening or causing you problems. Drop this thinking like a hot potato! It perpetuates the problems! It doesn’t lead to achievement.

Stop it! Let it go. Put a guard before your thoughts and lips. Speak only what you want and about what is positive. Put your energy into describing what you want to bring about, not why you can’t. Control your self talk and what you tell, share or discuss, with others!

If You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You Are Right

Problem thinking is self-defeating and it is self-fulfilling. Get it? Stop creating more of the problem life you want to eliminate and start creating the life you want. Accentuate the positive. Energy flows where your attention goes. Speak only to bless, heal and prosper!

Tell a new and different story. Stop blaming and excusing and living as a victim. Live as a victor! Life is a process, not frozen. Reframe events and circumstances. Assign a different meaning to behaviors you don’t appreciate in self or other. You are learning and evolving.

Focus on what you want. Talk about it as if you are already making it happen and you already have it! Learn to live, speak and ‘act as if’ it is already your reality. What you think about you bring about. Start finding the silver linings and blessing in all. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Learn how to accept everything as it is. It’s one of the most profound ways to overcome any challenge in life. Accept what is. Look for the blessing in each moment. Whatever is troubling, know that it, too, will pass. Acceptance, is a state of mind. Manage your attitude.

It is all mindset. Whatever comes our way in life, is part of the process of life. Stop judging and accept unconditionally. Allow it without resistance. Stop fighting and fighting stops. It doesn’t mean giving up. It means letting go. Stop being invested. Allow and accept.

You are patient. You are accepting. You allow nature to take her course. You are tolerant of whatever comes your way. You are not a victim. You are paddling with the current, moving with the stream. Learn How To Put Your Success And Happiness On Automatic!

“If you feel like you need more time or money, you’d be better served if you stay focused on what you love, enjoy and can do, than the shortage you experience. Keeping your mind tuned to the positive and creating positive feelings is far more productive. Uplift yourself.

Focusing on what you need, and don’t have, only makes one feel worse and spiral down. You don’t want to do that. Stop thinking about lack. Start thinking, and keep thinking, about what you enjoy, and what you can enjoy. Stay focused. Stay grateful. Stay focused.

It may not make sense to you, if you aren’t yet ready to hear this, but remaining positive in the face of difficulty, IS your best option. It is the best plan, and the best choice, you can make. Whenever you find yourself thinking otherwise, shift back to the positive.

What You Focus On Is What You Get 

Many things are accomplished when you do this but I will simply site two. Your awareness increases. You recognize when you are thinking and feeling less than glorious and you do something to change it. You are claiming your power and making things happen.

It first must begin within you. You get your power back and you become aware of how and when you use it, or when you don’t. You become the captain of your own ship. You are in charge. You set the course and navigate it. Get it? You become more awesome!

When you are more awesome you begin seeing, and finding, other incredible opportunities around you. Your outlook changes and your life, and experience, begins to transform. You will only notice how absolutely mind-blowing it is, after you make these changes.

The Secret: You Keep Getting The Same Ole Crap Here’s How To Change That!

“Today, I am going to share with you two versions of one very important principle. What I share is very brief, yet very profound. You may have even heard this before, claiming you know it, but if you aren’t doing it, you don’t really know it. That is how it all works.

Here goes: If you always think as you have always thought you will always get what you always got. Perhaps, you heard it this way. If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got. Similar, yet different. The first, far more important.

Your thoughts run everything. They determine what you do or don’t do, whether you feel like it or not. One bad thought leads to another. One positive thought leads to another. Whatever you think about most frequently, you bring about. You do it. You make it happen.

You Can’t Escape The Consequences Of Your Thinking

So, if you never change your thinking, you will continue to get what you always have. If you want your life to change you must change things in your life. You must change you thinking from ‘stinkin thinkin’ to positive, powerful productive thinking. Get it?

Then you will feel like doing the right actions that bring about the results you want. Most people wallow and whine. Many say they know this, but if they haven’t made it work yet, they only know about it. They don’t know it! It’s not part of them. It’s information.

Information only changes you when you apply it. You put it into action. You want your life to change for the better then you must change your thinking for the better! What To Ask When You Are Stuck

“Is there anything you can do when you’re stuck or confused? Life gave you lemons, now what? The answer is yes. It is simple and  powerful and can be profound. Still, knowing what to do and actually doing it are two very different things. Do this when troubled.

When you don’t know what you want or are confused determine what you do not what. What is not acceptable to you? What do you want to eliminate or avoid. Then turn that on its head and ask ‘What do I want instead?’ Keep asking this and stay focused on this.

When life gives you lemons, challenges or problems ask, ‘What am I to learn through this?’ Explore what possible lessons there are for you. If you act courageously and do it you can learn a lot. The other question to ask is ‘ What opportunities does this create for me?

You Get What You Focus On – What You Focus On Expands

Again be willing to search. There are positive possibilities. Seek then and you can find them. Stay committed and stay focused. When you begin asking questions you begin opening yourself up to things you may not have paid attention to previously. You aim your mind.

Stay positive. Direct your mind to find the good. You will find it. Practice gratitude. Express your thankfulness no matter what circumstances are like. When you discover there is a blessing inside of everything you can begin to enjoy life more. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

The Secret To Preventing And Managing Overwhelm

“Sometimes crap shows up. Sometimes you have so much on your plate, you aren’t sure what to do. You feel physically stressed and mentally overwhelmed. Your spirit may be broken and you are suffering from all of it. What to do? What can you do?

First, you must realize, and recognize, that the feeling of overwhelm, or stress, is a signal that you are denying, or preventing, yourself from co-operating internally and, most probably, externally. When things get tough people tend to negatively accelerate their thoughts.

They get caught in a spin. Things move too fast and feel crummy. You need to create a break space for yourself. You know that already, because you are probably wishing for one. You need to take a break or do something to change yourself so you can feel better.

Let It Go – Life Is Too Short To Get Caught Up In Empty Drama

You hope things will work out but you probably don’t expect them to. Get it? Whenever you feel overwhelmed you need to pause, to stop to breath, and understand you’re communicating something to yourself. You need to relax and co-operate with yourself and others.

You have to recognize you are resisting what is going on, and what you are resisting is persisting and causing you the discomfort. Much of the ill at ease feelings will disappear when you stop putting your energy into resisting what it. You need to look for how to allow.

You need to seek to accept. Seek out what you can let go of. I don’t mean forget about, I mean, let go of. Stop fighting and begin working with it. Find solutions, instead of problems. Find co-operation, instead of pushing. When you push, you get push back. Relax. Allow.

Refuse To Entertain Negativity – Shift – Focus On The Positive

Surrender doesn’t mean giving up, it means releasing the fight to do things in a different way. Let go of the struggle and the negativity and allow the positivity to flow. Turn your attention. Shift your thinking and feeling. You may need to do some physical things.

Walk, exercise, go camping or hiking. Do anything positive to create space for yourself. Get a massage. Meditate. Go to church or temple. Whatever works for you. Create positive space where you can relax. Let it go. Then chunk everything down into manageable bits.

Any large task can be broken down into smaller, easier, manageable pieces you can do more readily. Overwhelm out of control helps no one. Look for how you can better work with others. Seek harmony. When you do, everything can begin to lighten up. Get this?

Chunk It Down – You Eat An Elephant Bite By Bite – Easy Does It

Things remain the same because of our own hold on them. We habitually react and keep perpetuating the same old, same old. In order to have something different we must do something different. Delight, let go, change something. As you change things will change!

Give up the fighting. Become fluid and flexible. At the first sign of overwhelm and stress, change. Divert it. Shift and move and create what you want instead. Don’t be a victim of it. Stop and create what you want. Be grateful. Feel good.  Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
