Learn To Trust Your Feelings

“Learn to trust your feelings gradually. If you don’t regularly do this, first, notice it in small things.  Don’t use it on money making schemes and investments if you aren’t practiced in paying attention. You need to actually shift from your head to your feelings. Don’t be misguided.

We get conditioned out of using our feelings as guide while growing up. We’re taught out of it. We’re taught to think, reason, and listen to others first. We get conflicted. We give up using intuition. It is reliable! You just have to get back into the practice of using it well.

Take it slowly. There are methods you learn to start paying proper attention to the wisest, most sophisticated decision making process available to you. Be playful. Take it lightly while seriously putting your attention on your feelings. Let your intuition be your guide.

Deep Down – Inside – You Already Know The Truth – The Answer

Shift from the chaos of your thoughts to the certainty of your inner wisdom. Start to pay attention to small decisions. What do you feel like eating? What do you feel like doing? Do you feel like doing X or Y? Begin paying attention to what you feel you want. Get it?

Remain silent. Focus on the feelings you get when you consider what you want to do. Do you feel emotionally well or emotionally off? Do you feel as if you want to or not? Is it a green light, go signal, or a red one? Stop thinking about it and feel the answer. FEEL IT. Get it?

Start small and re-train yourself to pay attention. All the while you do remain focused on gratitude and blessings. Discover the fine art and the benefits of feeling appreciative and expressing it often. Say thanks a lot, silently and out loud. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Never Let Thinking Be Your Only Guide

“Because of our conditioning we can get into thinking binds. People ‘think about it’ and then claim they don’t know what to do. They get mixed up, confused, fearful, frustrated, even angry, and feel lost. What to do when you don’t know what to do? Think less! Truly!

First, stay optimistic and positive. That will help keep you from a negative downward spiral. Shift from the negative and trust that even if you don’t know ‘how’, it will all work out for the best. Did you seek high quality accurate information? This is an important step.

Many people seek opinions from others disguised as facts. You need to really vet the issue for high quality, accurate information. Accurate information helps prevent confusion and spiraling down. Remain positive and trusting it will all work out. Then, trust more.

Trust Your Feelings – Your Vibes – Energy Speaks The Truth

Trust your self. Trust your gut. You will get that positive kinesthetic nudge, that inner feeling, when something is correct. If you are getting a feeling that is uncomfortable, something isn’t right, and you’re  frustrated, trust that too. Listen to yourself.  FEEL. Listen.

You know inside.  Pay attention to you’re feelings. Feel whether you ‘should’ or ‘shouldn’t’. Notice your own feelings. If you think you should but don’t feel like you should NOTICE this. Learn to trust your feelings. If you think you shouldn’t, but it feels right, notice!

Your body, you feelings, your unconscious,  subconscious, non-conscious knows more than you consciously do. When right on, your body speaks to you. Pay attention and act on it. Notice the still small voice inside. Follow your heart. Follow you intuition. Let it guide.

You Can Only Think One Thought At A Time!

According to research we can only think one thought at a time. One thought at a time! Get it? So if you are thinking a positive, happy, good thought you CANNOT think a negative, less than glorious, bad thought at the same time. It is impossible! Get that? It’s important!

If you want to be happy all the time, then think happy thoughts all the time. Choose what you think about! Our thoughts regulate our brain chemistry. Think a negative thought and you are more likely to think another negative thought and feel negative. It works this way.

HOWEVER, think a positive thought and you are more likely to think another positive thought and feel positive! Our brain can’t tell the difference between the outer world and what we are thinking in our head. It accepts both as the same. Get it? It responds the same way!

You Become What You Think About Most Often

This is why we physiologically respond to a real fear or an imagined one. That is why mental imagery and suggestion can sexually arouse us in the absence of any real world stimuli. It all happens in our head and body. Get it? We get what we focus on. It literally expands!

Put your attention, lock your focus, on the glorious, the good, the positive, the happy and you inner mechanism will electro-chemically respond by enhancing your levels of dopamine, oxytocin and serotonin, which causes us feelings of well-being. It works this way!

Our internal electro-chemistry creates our feelings of satisfaction, contentment and/or happiness. Think happy and you will feel happy! As you feel happy you will think happy! It is a positive feedback loop. BUT think negative and you can go into a negative feedback loop.

Thoughts Lead To Feelings Lead To Behaviors Lead To Results

To stop the negative you need to stop! Take a break! Use your body, breath, smile, laugh, do anything else! Shift your attention to a happy thought. Remember, you can only think one thought at a time! SO change it from less than glorious to glorious. Get it? DO IT! It works!

Then choose another happy thought. Lock your concentration on the positive. Energy flows where your attention goes. AS you continue to pay attention to happy thoughts you feel happy and it gets easier and easy. Keep doing it and make it a habit! Get it?

You create the momentum. Whenever you are not feeling good, interrupt it, stop and shift! Then put, and keep, your attention on the positive. The more you do it the easier it gets to do it. Soon, if you keep at it, you will develop a positive supportive habit that you can keep for the rest of your life! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

The Secret To Stop Being Stuck Stressed And To Move Forward!

“Sometimes people get so caught up in making what they want to happen they actually miss out. They push it away. They allow stress and frustration to rule them. There is an easier way but they don’t know it. Do you? Would you like to be, do and have what you want?

Stop pushing the river. Instead, go with the flow. That does not mean you become inactive. It means you do the correct 20% that brings you the 80% positive results you need. You work smarter not harder. First and foremost get your mindset in check. Can you do that?

Here is the key. Seek first joy and happiness. I don’t mean chase happiness. I mean learn to feel happiness and joy right now, right where you are on the path. Life is a journey. Accept where you are, without giving up. Celebrate it. Be grateful for where you are.

Feel Good First And You Can Be Do And Have Anything You Desire

The goal is to always feel the best you can. If you feel down and out the goal is to feel a little bit better. Do anything positive that you can to feel a bit better. Inch by inch. Step by step. Feel good now. When you are joyful everything works much better. You work much better.

Then your brain is attuned to high vibes and positive opportunities you’d otherwise miss. When stressed and frustrated your neurology shuts down and focuses on one thing; your survival. You never thrive by surviving. You thrive by growing and expanding and enjoying life.

Thrive now and you will get what you want. Remember, your big goals, keep them in mind, but put your eyes on the first step towards them. Step by step you will get there! Become positive and joyous. Some Useful Secrets To Powerful Transformative Affirmations

“People ask me what affirmations are good to use. They ask me what I use. The most powerful are, anything that follows ‘I am’ in present tense. Such as, ‘I am confident. I am loving. I am rich. I am intelligent. I am healthy.’ Phrase it as if it is currently the case. You’re it, right now.

It is simple! Most important are the feelings you say the affirmations with. Even more important than the words are the emotions behind the words. So say them with conviction, passion, enthusiasm, confidence and joy. That is what is truly important. I promise you!

If you feel nagging doubt when you say the affirmation there are two things you should know. One, you may be comparing where you are to where you want to be, and notice the difference, and  feel less than glorious. Stop that! Focus on what you want, as if it is reality.

Whatever You Focus On – Talk – Read -Think About – You Create

Two, anytime you seek to make a change your brain, attempting to keep you safe and the same, will throw doubt, worry, fear, limiting beliefs and negative thoughts at you, to attempt to keep you from changing. It is why most people abandon the pursuit. Stop it.

Don’t let a thought prevent you from doing something good and positive for yourself and others. Stop listening. Put your attention elsewhere. Say, ‘thanks for sharing  but I go this covered. I’m going to go ahead and be rich, health, intelligent and loving anyway. Thanks!’

Don’t fight it. Work with it. Accept it and divert it. Use the phrase I just gave you. Take a break. Go for a walk. Take some deep breaths. Jump up and down. Interrupt the pattern when it fires off by doing something else. Anything else! Just be safe about it. It works.

When You Affirm You Imagine – If You Imagine – You Can Create 

If it just won’t seem to go away, and IF you repeat your affirmation with conviction consistently, EVERY day, IT WILL. But, in the event you can’t see your way through it, and make the changes for yourself, you can always ask a question or place yourself in a learning process.

You can say, ‘I wonder how soon before I feel really healthy. I wonder how soon before I realize how truly rich I am. How quickly can I discover it is easy to feel confident.’ This is an aspect of using my Directed Questions™ approach. Another aspect of it, is this.

‘I am in the process of getting really, really healthy. I am learning how to appreciate how rich I am. I am in the process of learning to be delightfully confident in the appropriate situations’ Get it. You direct your mind gently without setting up any conflict. You’re in process.

If It Is To Be It Is Up To Me – Accept Responsibility And Do It

Of course, the wise person will realize you can do both and blend them. So I hope you will. What follows are a few of the affirmations I use morning, before bed and throughout the day. You can  use affirmations from others, but it is best if you create your own.

‘I love my life. I am blessed. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Everything always works out for the best for me. Unexpected good always comes my way. I don’t know how, but everything always works out and I am grateful. Thank you. Thank you Thank you!’

Well, there you have some tips and some affirmations. Put it into daily regular use and you will transform your life and experience. Do nothing with it, and nothing much may change. It is the application of knowledge that is transformative, not the knowledge, itself. Get it? Do it! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Some Things That Might Make You A Better Person

“What makes a person a better person? I’d like to list a few things. This list is not exhaustive. It is in no particular order. It may mean different things to different people. That’s okay. It’s a guide. Anyway here goes. You are a better person when:

You discover who you are. You recognize and live your truth. You are aligned with your purpose. You are able to share your truth with others, with compassion. You have love, for yourself, and all life. You learn to accept everything as it is and, yet, you continue to improve.

You develop yourself. You manage your thoughts and mindset. You become more positive and optimistic. You choose to feel your very best. You endeavor to help others do likewise. You keep your commitments and promises and word because you have integrity.

It Is Good To Be Alive – Run Jump With Joy Celebrate Everything

You are honest, trustworthy and loyal. You are accepting, allowing and forgiving of yourself, others and circumstances. You are secure in yourself and celebrate others. You are confident and radiate well being, joy and friendliness. You focus on solutions.

You are a team player. You are a  leader. You enjoy helping. You go the extra mile for others. You enjoy life and like people. You share and care. You are enthused. You know how to communicate and positively influence, motivate and inspire yourself and others.

You pay attention to others. You listen and seek to understand. You invite rather  than push. Still, you can push when necessary. You are committed and have strong will. You are determined and ambitious but not envious or destructive. You are passionate and upbeat.

First Thing In Morning Think What A Privilege It Is To Be Alive

You learn to play the game so that you win, but others can win too. You know we are in it together. You think and feel well, and take inspired action. You’ve learned to trust yourself. You seek out accurate information to make decision. You explore. You’re curious.

You drop and ignore gossip and opinion. You seek the truth. You speak to bless, heal and prosper. You invite. You know how to be excited and relaxed. You can be calm and steady. You are resourceful. You know you already have everything you need.

You are filled with gratitude. You realize that everything is a blessing, even when it may be disguised. You expect unexpected good. You know everything will turn out well. Its fine that you are happy. Its fine that others are happy. You are open. You allow.

Learn To Wake Up Smiling And Launch Into You Day With Joy

You give and receive because you know both are important. You accept and celebrate when others move ahead. You celebrate yourself, and others, for wherever you, and they, are on the path. You understand it is a journey and you are in process. You don’t judge.

You allow, and accept them, and yourself, to be as you are. Still, you are able to seek to evolve and change. You look on yourself and others with compassion. You are hopeful, optimistic and positive. You are inspiring. You know attitude is everything. You’re curious.

You share because you don’t need to insist. You realize everything happens in its own time. You know what you want. You are clear about it. You know what you don’t want ,so you focus on what you do. You believe you can accomplish it or learn how to. You persist.

It Is A New Day – I am Alive – I am Blessed – I Am Thankful

You pursue it eagerly and enjoy the process. You navigate difficult challenges and overcome each because you recognize them for what they are; opportunities to grow. You keep the faith. You remain coommitted. You achieve. You enjoy. Then think, ‘next!’. And on you go. You delight. You celebrate everything.” Rex Sikes
