Would you like to learn to manage your thoughts and feelings, or would you rather ask “how come I am so stupid?” Who would ask that and why? Yet, people do all the time. They ask themselves terrible questions which don’t make them feel very good.

Your brain doesn’t care what you ask it. It doesn’t judge. It doesn’t even know how to judge or make discriminations. It just does what it is told. Well, actually, it just REALLY does what it has been conditioned to do. Yup, conditioning is automatic and reliable.

That is why we think, feel and do things we don’t want to. That is why we feel stupid, unloved, and worthless. That is why we procrastinate or ‘sabotage’ our efforts. We don’t really sabotage we just do what we were programmed to do, until we change it, that is.

Your Attitude Determines Your Altitude 

And change it you must, if you want it get ahead. If you want to be happier, healthier, wealthier and wiser, even sexier and a whole lot more fun, then you must change your mental conditioning. You must re-program or re-condition yourself. You have to learn new habits.

Your Rage Is Good! Use It As A Powerful Tool

“What happens when you get angry?  You try to stay positive but suddenly you get really mad and negative. Are you undoing everything you worked toward? Is there anything you can do to get back on track and stay on track? Here is what you need to know.

Anger is a human emotion. All emotions have their time and place. However, some people have convinced us that anything is okay because it is human. Well, yes and no. You could have a mostly marvelous, incredible, happy life, but most aren’t taught to.

Some are taught it is unrealistic. Others are taught, or conditioned that, you must be sad and angry sometimes, so don’t try to be happy all the time. Neither is accurate or useful. Yes, all emotions are part of the human experience and we may feel them any time. Accept it.

Usually When People Are Sad They Do Nothing But Cry About It …

For example, grief has its place. Accept and allow it. Take some time and then move forward. Those who can’t, need extra assistance, perhaps, but, like the rest, they could, if and when, they learn how to. It has its place but it shouldn’t be a permanent place. Get it?

Sadness, frustration, anger all have their place. All are useful to make changes. Each informs us that something is going on. Each informs us what we are thinking about and paying attention to, either consciously or unconsciously. Each gets our attention. All are good.

Each emotion is useful for the information it presents us with. It lets us know something is out of whack. Most of us have been conditioned to believe we are helpless when it comes to emotions. They happen to us and are out of our control. This is not accurate.

… When People Get Angry They Can Bring About Change

We can utilize any and all of them, as we learn how. Once we understand what the message is, we can move forward. We are not meant to be stuck in any of them. We are meant to have a mostly, wonderful, joyous experience, and we can when we learn how.

All of the ‘negative’ emotions, none are actually negative, but we classify them, so we can distinguish them from the others, are useful. Classification helps us  determine where we are on our path, what is going on and what we need to move from and move towards.

Whenever we feel less than glorious, stop, and become aware of the thoughts you are thinking. You will discover they are mostly not supportive and may be debilitating. You felt ‘bad’ or ‘off. This IS a signal that your thinking is amiss. Hooray! Now you can change it.

Direct Your Anger Away From People And Toward Positive Change

Only if you want to and if you will do what is necessary. You’ ll continue in the habits you have grown accustomed to unless you change and do something different. You have the opportunity, now, to think supportive thoughts and change your feelings. Get it?

Rage has its place. Rage is good when it harms no one. Rage is good if you get to the deciding point of ‘never again’. When you get to, ‘I will never again do this, or let this happen. I will take charge and make good things happen.’ That is a good place. You can change then.

If you think, ‘I’ll show them. I’m not stupid. I’m not a loser!’ Whatever it is change it to, ‘I’m smart. I’m winner and successful’. Decide to quit the non-supportive behavior for a more supportive one. You declare and decide, ‘No more! No longer!’ Not that BUT this!

Realize All Negative Emotions Are Meant To Be Temporary

You change everything. You move forward massively, or even bit by bit, at a time, incrementally. Either works for you. You put an end to non-supportive behaviors and move toward supportive behaviors because you got fed up, had enough, and FINALLY decided. GET IT?

You use the energy from the rage to stop being mad and start being productive. It is the catalyst, the impetus. You may explosively move toward positivity because you FINALLY had enough of the negativity, or the poverty, or the sadness, or the wimpy-ness. Get it?

Change stems from that powerful decision! You got fed up! You got fed up with being fed up. You decide to take control. When you decide that, it  is the beginning, when everything changes. Your strong, robust decision makes all the difference. You take charge.

Use Negative Emotions To Make Positive Changes – Do It Now

Be glad. Be happy. Feel good! The best thing you can do minute to minute is learn how to feel your best. Enjoy it. Live life. Think positive and optimistic and feel as good as you can. The more you do the easier it becomes. The only reason you don’t is from old habit.

All the ‘negative’ emotions can be useful. However, some have more energy behind them that you can utilize. Consider the energy behind sadness, boredom, frustration, anger and rage. Rage is much more powerful and active. Sadness is depressed.  Boredom is ho-hum.

When you are angry you can change it from being destructive, as you can with any emotion, into being beneficial, if you become aware of your thoughts and redirect them in a useful direction. Remember, to shift from the negative to the positive. You must do this to change.

Stop Getting Stuck In Negativity – Better To Be Stuck In Positivity

It’s a skill you get better at, the more you do it. As with anything, perfect practice makes perfect. You practiced and mastered all your old, non-supportive habits. Now is the time to practice and master supportive habits. I’ll continue to help show you how. Okay?

Learn to use everything to make your life more of what you want. You don’t have to wallow or be a victim of anything. You can get and be free. You can live your best life ever. You can create the life you deserve. Only if you are willing to learn and willing to change.

You must do things differently, from what you have done previously. You keep all your prior resourcefulness, make a few simple changes, and apply them to live a more incredible life. Get it? Meanwhile, learn to feel blessed in all things. Practice gratitude. This will immediately begin to make life more wonderful. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

How To Get More Energy And Anything You Want!

“Feeling tired? Feeling down? Feeling unmotivated? How do you get more energy when you don’t feel like it? Is there anything you can do? The answer is absolutely, yes! There is a secret principle that is hidden in the open to get more of anything you want.

Act! Take action! When you don’t feel energetic, get up and dance! Jog a little. Sit up straight. Walk around. Sing, chant, shout and yell. Think of military morning boot camp. When your system is down or depressed, super charge it. Yup, do what you don’t feel like doing.

The principle is ‘givers get’. GO FIRST! If you feel unmotivated, act! I know, you will complain, that you don’t do it, because you don’t feel like it. Right, you’ve spent a life time whining and wallowing. You have a ‘bad’ habit of not doing. Change that habit! You need to act.

If You Want To Fly You Must Take Off – If You Want To Win – Play

Act even though it is difficult. Act in spite of your mood. Do it! Build a new habit of doing. Take charge. Stop whining and excusing and blaming yourself, others, events and circumstances. Change the situation, yourself. You have to spend energy to get energy!

Take responsibility. Take charge. Step up to the plate! Swing the bat. Don’t just sit there, do something! Act as if you already have what you want. Move! If you want your life to change, you must change some things in your life. If you want peace, be peaceful. Get it?

You can’t do what you have always done and expect it to be different. You must be different. If you want faith, believe. If you want confidence, act confident. Train your brain and body to give you more of what you want. Build the habit. It is up to you!

What You Focus On Expands – You Get What You Think About

I have friends, who recently reported that due to their habit of tithing regularly, their income, this past year, more than doubled. They got back far more than they gave out. The principle of tithing is give and you will get back. Giver’s get! Give what you want back!

It doesn’t require massive action. Of course, you can be passionate and expend massive action. Simple, little steps in the right direction, can be enough. Simple, consistent, persistent, right actions, prove plenty powerful! Take them. Begin today. Make it happen!

You want energy, give it. You want money, give it. You want motivation, give it. You want respect, give it. You want love, give it. You want attention, give it. You want trust, give it. You want loyalty, give it. You want support, give it. You want cooperation, give it.

A big tip to manifesting what you want is to begin at the end. Reverse engineer it. You already have what you want, how incredible does it feel? What do you feel? Enjoy. Bask in these feelings and emotions. Be excited about having it. Feel it!

When you feel it this way, you then KNOW it will manifest, even if you don’t know how. You don’t need to know how. You only need to believe and know that it will. Be open to limitless possibilities. Expect unexpected good. Enjoy living the dream before it is reality.

Act As If You Are Already The Person You Want To Be

When you do, it becomes reality. What you conceive, and believe, you can achieve. When you believe it, and feel certain, because you already feel all the incredible feelings that accompany making your dreams come true, the doors open up to you, being able to have it.

To Stop Losing And Start Winning You Must Do This

“Our social conditioning contributes to our mindset. Sadly, not much of our co-opted conditioning, that which happens to us from birth through childhood, is profoundly useful for helping us to recognize the powerful creators we are. It seems to be designed so we miss it.

We applaud the notion, ‘the buck stops here’, but few embrace and live from that notion. Instead of taking 100% responsibility for ourselves, we place responsibility, for our success or failure, on others, our upbringing, outer events and circumstances.

This is insidious! We blame our parents, our education, our friends, our enemies, our lovers, luck, the government, the economy, foreign powers, terrorists, the weather, the traffic, our pets, the media, you name it. We blame ourselves, too. We blame everything. Everything!

Learn To Separate What You Feel From What Is Happening

We are conditioned to do so. We learn from our parents, teachers, peers, churches and synagogues, media and others. Changing ourselves and becoming successful means we have to change where we place the responsibility. We have to assume it! Aim inward!

We are 100% responsible for everything that happens to us. Good or bad, right or wrong, accept the responsibility. We alone are accountable. We create our reality 100%.  Our responses determine our outcomes. No one else, no other agency is responsible. We are.

 Accepting total responsibility separates the survivor from the overcomer; the victim from the victor. When one takes responsibility for everything, one takes control and puts oneself in the driver’s seat. That person determines how the ride will go.

Learn To Act In Spite Of Your Mood – Always Give 100 %

Regardless of the outer terrain, or the weather, that person determines how they enjoy it, and where they travel. If they must take detours, so be it. They don’t whine and complain, make excuses or blame. They adjust and continue. They find or create a way.

This is the mindset for making life wonderful. Nothing will change until you do. Accept this! Change your conditioned thinking from limited to unlimited. Opportunity can be all around you but unless you notice and act on it, you will miss out. You must do it!

Many people think luck, or god or the universe, or attraction is doing it to or for them. Sadly, most don’t experience the abundant life they could. They live like a cork bobbing in the water, going where the current takes it. The power to change is YOU. Most don’t realize this.

Keep Your Commitments – Live Deliberately – Make It Happen

They don’t assume their power because they live from the old, limiting, conditioned beliefs that other forces are more powerful than they are. Those who get ahead, unconsciously break through, or they work very hard to do so. They change their thinking.

You want to win? Develop a winning attitude. Change your mindset. Become a champion in your thoughts and feelings. The right mindset will lead you to the right, inspired actions so you start getting better results. You determine your success and happiness in life.

You determine the exact amount of your financial well-being. You are the author and creator of your life whether you realize it, and act like it, or not. You are doing it! No one else. Yes, I know. You might think others are. That IS the issue. The issue is always your mindset.

Paradise Is A State Of Mind – You Determine Where You Live

The issue is always the thoughts and beliefs you have that govern what you will and won’t do. To make everlasting, positive change, you must change some things. Mindset is the first thing you need to master. You won’t win with a loser attitude. Get it? Change it!

Start changing your thinking for the better. Take charge! Overcome your prior conditioning. Recondition yourself. Get yourself in great mental shape. Become a warrior in mind and spirit. Become a peaceful warrior. Your life will transform incredibly when you do. Love, laugh, learn, live fully and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

The Real Secret To Making Good Things Happen!

“There are secrets to making things happen much more quickly and easily. I have been sharing these with you in my blog pages. Put them into practice and you can live a remarkable life. You can get your small and large goals and make your dreams come true!

The principal is you must feel good! One way to do this is to expect unexpected good. Anticipate things always working out. Enjoy the process no matter what. When you are fulfilled, happy and positive now, in this moment, more good things can and do come your way.

Does this mean ‘bad’ things never happen? No. They still may, but you are better equipped to navigate and transform them. If everything is a blessing then there are no bad things. There are lessons and opportunities. Find enjoyment each moment.

Be Patient – The Best Things Happen Unexpectedly – Have Faith

Then, more good things happen to you. You vibrate higher. You attract higher. Like attracts like. The difficulty many people face in setting their goals is they focus on a really big one. This is great! Still, you have to BELIEVE you will make it happen. BELIEVE!

So these people create a really big goal BUT don’t believe that they’re going to get it. They try. They are focused on it. It is soooo big and they don’t have it yet. What they notice is the distance between now and the time they might get it. They know they don’t have it.

They notice not having it. They want it but they don’t have it! What they are really focused on is the lack of it. LACK! They don’t have it yet, so that’s what they end up creating. More Lack! More struggle. More distance. It is a tricky thing this manifesting. BUT simple.

Believe In What You Want So Much – It Can’t Not Materialize

It is quite simple, but tricky. We are always manifesting! We cannot not manifest. This is what most people miss. Either you are manifesting what you want or you are manifesting what you don’t want. You attract what you are. You attract what you focus on.

What you focus on expands. If you don’t have it and you feel bad THAT IS what you are manifesting! You are manifesting not having it and feeling bad. The Law Of Attraction is working perfectly. You just aren’t manifesting what you want. The key is to get out of your way!

If you’re delighted and feel good and you expect to get it you are more apt to get it. You believe it and anticipate it. Then you attract it. If you feel like it’s not happening, it’s a struggle and you’re missing out, then that’s what you get back. It really, truly is that simple.

Think And Speak As Though You Already Have What You Desire

The trick is to develop yourself as a manifestor. Become a positive, magnetic attractor by working your way up to your big goals. As I suggested in my last blog post begin by manifesting things that are smaller and easier to attain. Remember, YOU make it happen!

You are the author and creator! Focus on those things that you can readily believe you can get. Don’t make it so small it is  boring but something that’s a challenge. Just not so much of a challenge you don’t think it’s something you can make happen. Get it? I hope!

Find something that will stretch you and move you in the direction of your larger goal. Remember, start small, so when you surpass it you feel extra incredible. Do you want to make $1 million start by manifesting an extra hundred a month, or an extra thousand?

Remember – This Is Important – Drop By Drop The Tub Fills

Shed a pound in a couple weeks. The when you lose a pound and a half you are excited.  Choose something you can believe in and, be certain, you can make happen. Have fun doing it. This is how you build up your manifesting muscle bit by bit. Smaller to larger!

When you have confidence in yourself as an attractor and as a manifestor, then magical good things will happen for you. If you practice this and practice gratitude every day you will develop these muscles and reliable habits. It will become an unconscious skill.

You won’t have to think about it so much. You will become confident and competent in making good things happen. As you do life becomes so much more exciting. You will create with greater ease and efficiency. You’ll manifest good things effortlessly and with precision! Get it? I hope so! Enjoy the journey. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Learn The Secret To Make Self-Fulfilling Prophecy Work For You!

“You have heard of self-fulfilling prophecy, right?  People want something to work out but they expect the worst. When it doesn’t work out, they say, ‘I knew that wasn’t going to work.’ That’s a negative self-fulfilling prophecy. Most people are familiar with this.

There is a way to turn this around to your advantage. I’ll share with you how this is possible. Once you read about it be sure to apply it and it will absolutely begin to transform your life! Don’t NOT apply it or you only continue as you have. You can change your life right now.

When it comes to creating your future, orchestrate it so everything works for you. Determine the rules. Decide the outcomes. Put it all together so you succeed each step of the way. You get better at manifesting by gathering wins together. Create win after win.

Whether You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You’re Right

Make the rules so you always win! Never break a promise to yourself. For example: You want to shed some weight. Instead of setting one large goal that seems impossible, or that you don’t believe you will easily attain, set smaller goals, easier to hit.

Make it so easy it’s impossible not to shed the pounds. Determine to shed a pound in the next couple weeks. Decide to shed 2 pounds in the next month. That is easy and simple. If you get rid of more than the pound or two, you will have done better than you expected.

Get it! You will have absolutely pleased yourself. You will never disappoint yourself this way. Instead, you win! When you win this way it signals your unconscious mind that YOU ARE a winner. Pick up small wins frequently and you develop the habit of winning.

Whatever You Confidently Expect Is Your Self-Fulfilling Prophecy

You develop the unconscious mindset you are a winner. Do you want to make lot’s of money? If you decide you want to make a million or more dollars, but you don’t believe you can or will, you won’t, if you don’t absolutely feel certain you will. SO set a smaller goal first!

Decide to earn an extra $50 or $100 a week. Make it something that stretches you. It should be a bit of a challenge to keep it interesting, but small enough that you are certain you can do it. The point is to feel certain and to feel absolutely wonderful about this goal.

It is important you believe you can do it! It is important when you think about it you feel good! Feel enthused. The tiny goal should keep your interest but be something you can readily accomplish. Perhaps, it is making $1000 extra a month. Whatever works.

You Will Manifest Outside Whatever You Believe Inside

If you make more than the amount you set you will feel even better than hitting the exact amount. Get it? You win all along the way. As you consistently manifest what you want you condition yourself to go after goals and make things happen. You build the success habit.

You develop the winning mindset. You start small and then graduate to larger and larger things along the way to your big goal. So losing all that weight or making a million dollars will becomes child’s play. Get it? Step by step you make your larger goal happen!

You set everything up so you are always winning. You never lose and you never break a promise to yourself because the steps are small enough for you to complete. Whatever you say you will accomplish, whatever you set out to do, you make happen! This is important.

Success Always Begins With The Decision To Act And Succeed

This is a huge point! Always keep your word! Don’t break promises to yourself or others. Go beyond what you expect to happen. You will thrill yourself. The more thrilled and excited you become the better you feel. The higher you vibrate, the more you attract!

You’ll begin to manifest more easily. By taking the small steps you condition yourself to be a positive, powerful creator. You begin to think, ‘whatever goal I decide to make happen, I achieve! I am a winner! I’m a champion! Whatever I say I will do, I do! I win!’

‘Whatever I want to create, I create! Whatever I want to attract, I attract!’ Get it? Small goal wins become medium sized ones. Medium sized wins become big wins. During this process you are developing reliable habits for making things happen, by doing the right things.

Things Do Not Change We Change – Be The Change You Want

You do the right things, repeatedly, for long enough, consistently, and you develop reliable, unconscious habits that will always positively serve you. You  create new neural pathways. You changed old, less than glorious habits into new, positive, powerful ones!

You prove yourself right. This is known as successful self-fulfilling prophecy. You, made self-fulfilling prophecy work for you. You expect to make it happen and you do! It happens, and you think, ‘I knew this would work out! I’m a winner!’ AND you are a winner!

You succeed! What you thought was possible, is possible. Instead of shedding a pound you lost a pound and a half or two and a half pounds. You made $120 instead of $100. You surpassed your expectations! Every time you do you feel better and better.

As You Think So You Are – As You Imagine So You Become

It’s a self-fulfilling prophecy because you expected to succeed. You succeeded even more than you expected. Get it? This is how you build a winning cycle. This is how you create momentum and move forward. Make it so you always win, then you always will win, all along the way. Then you will feel even more grateful and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
