Bad News And Good News You Need To Do Something About!

“You made your thoughts, feelings, self-talk and behaviors habitual all while you were growing up from birth on. By about age seven your beliefs, mindset and behaviors were locked in. All of us go through this. Our limitations and beliefs govern us from then on.

That is the bad news. We are limited from the beginning. The good news is not everything we were conditioned with was negative or a limitation. We also have resources but we don’t even realize we have them because the limitations get most of our attention. We miss out.

More good news. Once we become aware of the conditioning process, and our own conditioning, we have the opportunity to change it. Awareness is the beginning point. When we realize what we are doing isn’t working any longer, we can begin to do new things.

Skill Comes Of Doing – Repetition Is The Mother Of Skill

Then we can re-condition ourselves and become free. It is simple, but not always easy. It requires we do the new thoughts, new self-talk, new feelings and new behaviors correctly, consistently, for long enough to overwrite the old habits and lock in the new habits.

Why You Are As You Are

“What people mostly miss is this: how you are right now, in the present, is what you have practiced to be, albeit without realizing it. Current reality is fashioned from the thoughts and actions that have come before. It doesn’t just happen. It evolves. The past leads here.

People repeat the same thoughts, feelings and behaviors, habitually. We live from our previous conditioning which leads to our present day results and outcomes. It is a journey. How you travel determines how you are when you arrive. We live from habits. You and I do.

If you want it to be otherwise and better, then you would need to change some things. You’d need to make some changes in what you think, feel, say and do. You’d need to change what you are doing to get different results. Get it? Then, the past doesn’t equal the future.

Want To Change Your Life – Change Something You Do Daily

You need to practice and recondition yourselves for success and happiness. Everything you do in life you practice and you master, whether it is good or not so good. Learn to make wiser, and better choices. Practice the things you want to include and keep.

Let go of the former not so good and wire in the good, instead. Then you are much wiser and smarter. Whatever you do repeatedly you are practicing. You practice and practice it, albeit unintentionally and unconsciously, over and over and then, voila’ it becomes habit.

It is now permanent until you learn how to be otherwise. Our habits are a godsend. They are all good, even when they lead to less than glorious results. Each has a special purpose. They are designed to be streamlined so you don’t have to think it over and over again.

Successful People Are Those With Success Habits

You just do it. You don’t have to keep learning something because you learned it and it is reliable and automatic. The truth is your brain doesn’t care whether you learned a good habit or a bad one. It treats them all the same. There is no judgment. You just do it. It does it!

YOU may  judge it because you want to do something different from what you ‘find yourself’ doing,  but in actuality, there is no judgement. It IS what it is AND will continue to be what it IS until you learn a different habit. You are a compilation of habits!

You  can be taught how to learn new habits. That is good news. You can recondition yourself  to make new positive ones. This is how you change. The new habits become permanent until you decide to change them. You trade one habit for another; bad for the good.

A Change From A Bad Habit Leads To A Positive Change In Life

If it isn’t working well for you, change it. If it is working wonderfully, allow it to continue and nurture it along. Promote what you want. Let go of what you don’t You can learn glorious new ways to be! It’s all marvelous when you think about it. The process is amazing.

Most people just don’t understand the process. They don’t work the process in their own best interests, because they don’t know how. This shouldn’t be surprising since we see people acting against their own interests much of the time. They simply don’t know any better.

All of us can be awakened to new possibilities and a positively marvelous life! That, for me, is the purpose, and outcome, of learning and training; to assist others to see in the dark, as long as it takes, for them to find their own light. It is to assist people in choosing better.

At The Heart Of Mastery Is Practice – Stay On The Path

It is to help you go beyond what you have known and into new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving so you can start accomplishing your goals and dreams. It is to help you skyrocket your results to create your best life ever! I love it! People are amazing. People can change.

You can change! Never wait. The time is now. Now, is the only time we actually have. Begin today then tomorrow can become incredible. Put into motion the principles and practices I share. Rehearse them, practice them, until they become habits for you.

How To Take Charge And Build Success Habits That Work!

“In order to get to subconscious mastery, unconscious competence, we must first apply conscious will and direction. We must first set the mental intentions, make decisions, and follow through in practicing and repeating these. You don’t get good doing nothing.

Present conditions are always the result of previous thoughts, feelings and actions. We create out future in advance then it comes to fruition, just as we plant a seed and then later harvest. In order to get good at manifesting what you want you must practice it first.

You don’t get good merely reading about it. You don’t get good at it only by thinking about it. You must feel it as you think about it. To get good at any sport you must engage in it repeatedly, and feel the good feelings, as you advance in it. You get better by positive repetition.

Take Charge Now – Whatever You Want To Do With Ease…

As you feel good, you want to do more. The more you do the better you feel. The more you feel good and repeat what you are doing for a long enough time builds positive success  habits. You are taking your conscious skill and wiring it into your unconscious.  Get it?

Do it correctly and you become it. First, decide to be it. Then affirm and visualize it with great positive feeling and enthusiasm. It is not enough to think or say, ‘I feel strong.’ You should feel the feelings of strength and declare it powerfully. Be genuine and honestly feel it.

That is how you make thoughts work. It may seem stiff or unreal at first but you will get better at it. Anything you first learned seemed, at first, impossible. Still, you accomplished it and got better if you properly stuck with it. If you gave up and quit, certainly you didn’t.

… You Must First Do With Diligence – Take Charge Now

Mastery comes through application and nothing else. Build positive success and happiness habits. Use this proven system for making positive powerful changes. Create your best life ever because the only person who can do it for you is you. Understand this!

Neurons that fire together wire together. When you deliberately choose to create you success, and you continue to follow through as necessary, creates new positive neural pathways in your brain. You make the changes more easily. Your inner resources work together.

You are already successful at what you don’t want. You got there this very same way. Whatever you focused on, whatever problems plagued you, were reinforced by your thoughts and feelings through time. Use the same system to now make positive changes instead!

You Are Making The Unconscious Conscious And Vice Versa

You already know how to do it. Now apply it. If you do not take charge you will forever remain the same until you do. It is silly to think you would be otherwise. If conditions suck it is up to you to learn how to change them and triumph over them. Get it?

The reason gratitude is so important is it is a marvelous high vibe positive feeling. The more often you feel it deliberately the more you begin to master it. Fill your life with positive good feelings, happiness and success by looking for and recounting these frequently every day. Discover that all is a blessing and ALL will be a blessing. What Does It Mean You Get What You Focus On?

“When problems arise, when there is calamity and troubling circumstances, there are changes that occur in the brain. Our peripheral vision narrows.  Foveal vision, or seeing what is in front of us, sharpens. We release different chemicals and hormones.

Our breathing changes. We concentrate on the problem at hand. This is part of our survival mechanism when we feel threatened. Instead of feeling threatened by wild beasts we feel threatened by bills and obligations, loved ones, friends and strangers. Get it?

We get concentrated on ‘life saving measures’ how to ‘figure it out’ and change the circumstances. We get hooked into the ‘how do I change this’ thinking. We get and feel desperate. Our neurology is rising to the challenge to save our lives. We focus on what is wrong.

We Become What We Think About Most Frequently

Then, we stay focused on it. We run scenarios, sometimes over and over. It keeps us up. It consumes our day and night thoughts and actions. Even when distracted part of our mindset and feelings are on the problems. It takes precedence, We become consumed.

The troubling circumstances becomes our predominate thoughts. As has been said, whatever we think about most of the time, we become.  So if we are preoccupied with troubles we ARE troubled. Everything about us says ‘troubled’. We get back more of the same.

What we focus on we get! Instead of creating our best life ever we get and we find more of the yuk. Our brain does it. Our Reticular Activating System, our survival mechanisms, look for other threats, problems and matches for what we are predominately focused on.

If You Really Want Something You Will Find A Way To Do It

This is where the Law And Effect and Law Of Attraction come in. We should be ‘at cause’ not ‘at effect’ of circumstances. We need to manage our mindset and feelings so we dictate the circumstances instead of the circumstances dictating us. Get it?  We choose.

We learn to respond instead of react. We become victor instead of a victim. We attract whatever we are. So, if we are upset and troubled we create, cause, and attract more of it back into our lives inadvertently. We unconsciously seek matches for what we are!

Get it? Our neurology does this automatically. The remedy is to recondition our neurology and develop unconscious supportive habits that lead us to successes and overcome difficulty, instead of the habitual non-supportive habits we have been living from.

The More We Do The More We Become Capable Of Doing

We must recondition ourselves and learn to be a new and different type of person. We need to eliminate our old fears and obstacles and trade them for powerful positive beliefs and feelings. We need to begin to see ourselves as powerful, positive, optimistic and happy.

We need to learn to convince ourselves that we are capable and resourceful. Become confident in our ability to visualize and affirm and create our best life ever instead of living destructive patterns and cycling through troubles all the time. We create a new person.

We create and attract new things. We become who we want to be, do what we want to do and have what we want to have. We develop the ability to handle it whenever life tosses us a curve ball. We transform ourselves! You and I can do this and it takes a little while.

Plant A Seed And In Time It Grows And You Can Harvest

It requires dedication and doing things a new and different way. If you always do what you always did you will always get what you always got. In these blog pages I share with you how you can do this. I have programs in person and online to assist you!

Decide to make the changes you want and need to. Learn to  discover swiftly and more easily and with fun and happiness, make changes.  Discover how wonderful you and life can be. Practice gratitude. Look for blessings. Be thankful. Express your appreciation.

Look for good! Be willing to become different, a new and improved you. Because you get what you focus on decide to focus on the best thoughts and feelings. Become a ‘high vibe’ person. Change yourself. Fill you mind and your moments with positivity and happiness!

Whether You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You Are Right

Let the predominant thoughts in your mind become powerful, positive, ‘I can’ thoughts, instead of, ‘I can’t thoughts. Choose to be different and you can be. Make you mind find the golden opportunities and diamonds instead of the dog shit. CHANGE!

Consider all of life experiences a blessing. Re-read my blogs. Study and absorb. Apply the principles and practices. Work with the laws. Love yourself! You get back what you focus on. What you focus on expands. Focus on the best of you. Create your best life ever. Design you mind and your life beginning today. Celebrate everything.” Rex Sikes

How To Rewire Your Brain For Massive Success According To Neuroscience

“A recent article validates what we already have known for centuries. Michael Merzenich research is shared in ‘How To Rewire Your Brain For Massive Success According To Neuroscience’. He points to five things we can do to help ourselves change.

Engage in brain aerobics means playing, chess, puzzles, crosswords and other activities and games that encourage thinking. Yes, it is important to stay fresh by challenging yourself. Memory games good too. What he neglects is the numerous physical activities that work.

Skip, sing, spin in circles, juggle, learn magic tricks with coins and cards. Do finger exercise, such as playing piano or violin. Handwrite with a pen. Fine finger movements help keep people spry and cogent. All of it works together. Do it. Move and use your fingers.

The More We Do The More We Become Capable Of Doing

Find fresh ideas. Study and learn new things. Agreed. It is important to learn and self improve. As you do you evolve yourself. Learn to think outside the box. Expose yourself to new ideas. Read lots. Challenge yourself. Learn new skills. Have fun learning. Self invest.

Envision the person you want to be. Amen! Spent time visualizing. From the dawn of human thinking the practice of visualizing has been encouraged. Use your imagination to set goals to be, do and have. See yourself as having attained them and how you did so.

Focus on your long term goals. Train your mind to be ahead by anticipating what you will gain by pursuing your goals. Absolutely! This is the ‘ACT AS IF’ principle and visualization activated. Plan for success and work the plan. Develop your inner success abilities

Visualizing Is Like Building Muscle We Get Stornger As We Do It

See the ups and downs and how you navigate to success in spite of obstacles or blocks. Develop contingency plans. You might want to visit my articles on how to properly visualize by searching this blog. Engage your mind by imagining success repeatedly. Do it!

Shift to an exponential mindset. The article states most people don’t know that shifting or changing one’s mindset could lead to significant growth. I say, this is due to the overwhelming amounts of propaganda we encounter growing up that claims we can’t.

We are taught to be limited in so many varying ways. Our parents, peers and friends, media and our culture promote, purposefully and inadvertently, that we are victims of circumstances, and powers outside of ourselves. We are not taught to take 100% responsibility.

You Go Where Your Thoughts Take You – Mindset Matters

I do like that the researcher points out you can accelerate your rate of change by thinking big, dreaming big, 10x bigger than most people think by anticipating the good things coming your way, and that even failure is all part of the process. Embrace all of it. The side effect is:

You end up being 10x more ahead and prepared for how things work out whether positive or not. The bottom line is your mindset matters. You can do a lot to be successful by how you use your mind. This notion and practice has been around for thousands of years.

I am glad science is reporting more validation for what we have known, and the positive practices people have been doing, for centuries. I am happy science verifies these things with renewed interest. There is rarely anything new to report.

Skill To Do Comes From Doing – Practice Practice Practice

It means that what we can do has been tested for about 6 thousand years. Modern versions that came from Hill, Holmes, Wattles and others have been based on these principles too. Hill’s work is responsible for more people becoming millionaires than any other single work. It is all good. Hope more people begin these practices and apply the principles to transform their lives. All Is Still Well

“Transformation occurs from inner to outer. When your mind is right outer reflects it! Life transforms as you do. When you become the change, everything changes. Mindset, attitude, is everything! Speak only to bless, heal, prosper, inspire and motivate. Eliminate all else.

Don’t describe and share your problems and difficulties. Speak about how you will resolve them. They are there for you to grow by and learn from. Stop the pity parties, the blaming, whining and excusing and speak only what you want the future to be. Get it?

Stop living in difficulties and affirming those. Eliminate that practice. Get present and celebrate all of it. Look for the learning and the opportunity in everything you would have, previously, called adversity. Change your ways and the world transforms too. It does!

If You Want Your Life To Change You Must Change Some Things

That doesn’t mean everything gets rosy. It means it can, but if problems arise, your new mindset, attitude, and habits are bigger than the obstacles, You navigate successfully through challenges without complaint because YOU are transformed. You truly are!

Remember, if you want your life to change you must change things in your life. You must change you mindset. You must learn to shift from negative to positive and make it a habit. Habits develop by doing things repeatedly, consistently, for long enough. You must change!

In order to have changes you can’t remain the same, doing the same things and hope it will be different! Get it? You must become the change you want. Become a powerful, positive champion, a victor. Be the person you want to become by acting it out right now. Act as if!

If You Always Do What You Did You’ll Always Get What You Got

That IS what actors do. Pretend to be the person you want to be for long enough, consistently, and you will become that person. You become what you think about, most often, each day. If you are thinking mostly about problems, they will remain problems with you.

If you are acting, rehearsing, thinking and affirming being a positive thinker, an optimist, a champion and a victor, with an amazingly powerful mindset, you WILL become that person. It is all up to you. Your choice. You become what you think about! Begin today.

Don’t delay. Incredible transformation and discovery is only a decision away. Decide to be a champion. Decide to develop your mindset. Decide to become the person you want to be. Affirm it. Speak it. Live it! Live with gratitude! You will tremendously transform for the better when you consider everything a blessing and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
