What I Learned From The Cold And Flu That You Can Too

“What happens to most of us when we get a cold or flu? We get symptoms, body aches and pains. It can be an uncomfortable time. Bottom line, we hurt. What actually is happening during this time is our body is fighting the infection, working to heal.

My household got sick. It is plenty tough for each person. I noticed something I have noticed each time I have been ill in my life. Our thoughts, mine sure did, focus on what is wrong. We pay attention to what isn’t right. It is certainly natural because it is not the norm.

For many of us, we not only focus on what is wrong but we talk about it. When asked, we tell others we don’t feel good. Some people can get very descriptive. This only focuses attention on it all the more. Again, we become aware of what feels different from normal.

Let Go Of Negativity – Focus On The Good – What’s Not Wrong

It isn’t wrong. Get that out of your head if you are thinking that. Pain is a signal the body needs to, or is, attending to some things. So, if you find your thoughts going to ‘woe is me’ don’t feel bad or guilty about it. However, I’d like to point something out.

For the most part, a cold or flu is over within a few weeks. Ultimately, you will feel better soon. Some strains, nowadays seem to endure much longer but the bottom line is you will get well. You are in the process of getting well while you are suffering. This is important.

I noticed my thoughts tend to go to what is wrong too. This time, each time, I noticed that occurring I shifted to what feels good or right. What I can do as opposed to what is wrong or what I can’t do. I emphasize the things I can do and am grateful for. It works, too!

What You Say Is What You Get – Affirm What You Want

I can breathe. I can sit. I can move. I can speak. I can think. I can see. I can hear. I can feel. I can sleep. I can eat. I am alive. I can plan. I am able to rest. I can read. I can watch movies. I can listen to audios. There is so much I am so lucky I can do each day. I am blessed now!

It does work wonders. I am not saying I have no discomfort, but it is  an important learning point we can all benefit from. Many things in life can be wrong or uncomfortable. We can, and do, have challenges each day. These draw our attention away from normal.

If we focus on them, they don’t get any better. If we focus on how and why our relationship is broken, how lonely we are, how much debt we have, how much we aren’t where we should be, how we aren’t enough or undeserving, or how much life sucks, guess what?

When You Focus On The Good – The Good Gets Better

We continue to perpetuate it. Ultimately, it might get better. Things usually do in time but we keep it going with what and how we think about it. It is natural, it is painful. Our attention is drawn to it, just like when we get ill. Perhaps, similarly, it is a way for us to heal.

Perhaps, the challenges, the disappointments, and the less than glorious feelings are there because within we are attempting to heal, to correct, to get over these and move forward, but our thoughts keep us locked in, at least temporarily, but it seems as if forever.

What we focus on we get more of. Illness is a prime time to learn to shift focus. I am not saying it is easy at first. As with any skill you get good at eventually, it takes practice and conditioning. Still, it is an opportunity to learn to grow and make things better for oneself.

Focus On The Good – Let Go Of The Bad – Life Is Too Short Not To

Gratitude works wonders in all cases. That shift of focus can be miraculous. When challenged look for the positive, the good, that which you are able to do, feel grateful for and enjoy. Emphasize these as much as possible. As within, so without. Focus.

It makes a difference for ourselves in our personal experience. I believe it can also make a difference in our social, political, economic areas as well. If we can draw our attention to what feels good, and is working, we can better find solutions. We can help changes occur.

Exercise: Find all that is right, and good, in the photo at the top. Meanwhile, drink plenty of water.  When ill, stay hydrated. It is also a great time to get rest. It is a break in normal activities. If you can appreciate that too, you are further ahead. Appreciate anything and everything you can. It works wonders. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Why You Need To Play More!

“Life can sometimes get the better of us. We worry about things we can and those things we cannot change. We worry about the world, the environment, the economy, our kids, others, our debts and more. We spend too much time and energy on the downside. Sad but true.

Look at Facebook or the news. More good things actually happen than bad things, yet most of what we see in media are the bad things. True, some are good, most are not so good. There isn’t anything wrong with being well informed. However, here is the issue:

Are these robbing you of your vital energy and life force? Are these distracting you, depleting your energy and joy in life? We should all enjoy life much more. Instead we worry, fear, death and taxes. Don’t you want to live better than this? I absolutely do. We all can!

Realize You Never Get The Same Moment Twice – Live Fully Now

Consider this: Kids learn more through play than anything else while growing up. During play they have fun, pretend, role play and plan for the future. It is all fun and games but during it all they are learning. Sadly, in schools today, the amount of play is reduced.

Now days kids play video games. They don’t have to use their imagination as they once did. We need to return to some basic principles. Play and exercise your mind. Become playful as you once were. YOU were! Learn and grow through play again! Enjoy it!

Live fully, have fun, feel abundance and enjoy all life offers. It is far too short to work, sweat, fret, fear and depart. Let’s spend more time playing and having fun, enjoying and loving the people important to us, and delighting in all good things. Spend time living fully!

Enjoy This Moment For This Moment Is Your Life 

Focus on these. Stop focusing on the downside. Create what you want more of. Focus on the blessings you have and you’ll have more. Live free. Live full. Feel blessed and you will be more blessed. When you feel great, filled with life and energy, you radiate it.

Vibrate high. Seek always to vibrate at your highest. Focus on the good, the beauty around you, in all areas. Allow yourself to be filled with positive, delightful energy because when you do you create and attract more. Like flowers to bees you become more attractive.

Feel grateful. Appreciate everything. Imagine, whether true or not, you chose this life to live and everything that comes your way is by your choice. Challenges are there to help you evolve and be better. Everything is your choice and everything is your design.

The More You Celebrate Life The More Life You Have To Celebrate

All of it is a blessing. It doesn’t matter if that is true or not. Adopt the mental framework so you take hold of every precious moment and live it to the fullest. Exude life. “Athletes and Olympians know training and conditioning isn’t anything anyone wants to always do.  It can be cold and rainy.  The champion can be sore and tired but they condition and train anyway. Training can be grueling but the champion commits to doing it.

Muhammad Ali said ‘I hated every minute of training, but I said, don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.’ He persevered  in the present. He did whatever it took because he knew it mattered tomorrow. Our commitment and habits are important.

It’s the daily habits that keep us going when we don’t feel we want to. It is the habit of doing! It is the mental habit of doing it anyway. Athletes train and condition their minds, and their will so when they ‘don’t feel like it’ they do it anyway. It works because of their habits.

If Your Dreams Don’t Scare You They Aren’t Big Enough

That is the power of habit and conditioning. Ali further stated, ‘It is the repetition of affirmations that leads to belief. Once that belief becomes a deep conviction things begin to happen.’ Napoleon Hill said the same things many years earlier. As did ancient mystics.

For centuries people have known and shared what works. Many come across it. Many hear it. Few apply it. Your negative conditioning doesn’t take a break because you don’t feel like it. So develop positive habits and keep going. Condition; train yourself.

Constant and consistent daily repetition of positive thoughts, feelings and actions is practice. It is rehearsal. When you practice correctly long enough you get good. Practice the winner attitude as Ali and others have and you can actually master it. It works!

To Be A Champion You Must believe You Are The Best 

Create habits that serve you in your pursuits. Create supportive habits that help you to be happier, be healthier, make more money, get along with others better and enjoy all of life that much more. Practice the gratitude habit. Commit. Condition yourself.

If You Aren’t Right Here You Are Missing Out

“Some people struggle and worry and never seem to get ahead of the curve. They hope and wish and fret to no avail. They miss most of their life because they are too caught up. They try but can’t secure the future nor repair the past. They need to stop and get present.

Some people think that focusing on the present is like being in a barrel on the ocean drifting wherever the current takes you. For me, focusing on the present is like being in a sailboat and navigating whatever the universe presents. Life is what life is right now.

Some people want to escape what is. Don’t. Whether you face choppy, windblown waters or calm sunny seas you accept what is. You adjust and go with the flow.  You don’t give in. You don’t give up. You do whatever is necessary or enjoyable IN the moment.

The Art Of Life Is To Live In The Present – Be Here Now

You keep your destination in mind as you attend to what is currently going on. You know where you want to go yet you live right now. You enjoy the present moment. You enjoy the journey as it unfolds. You accept and overcome the obstacles as part of the journey.

It is what IS. You enjoy the fun, exciting moments. The calm moments.  The boring moments. Whatever IS is what IS.  You accept wherever you are in the moment. You allow and embrace it. It is your blessing. There truly is nothing else but right now. Breathe it in.

Your mind tries to escape into thoughts of past or future. Those don’t exist now. You exist now. Live in the present and become aware. This moment is all you have. Live in it. Live it fully. Stay with right now. Bring your attention to here. Allow now to be all it is.

Past Might Be A Nice Place To Visit But Not A Good Place To Stay

I repeat. The past is gone except for what your entertain in your mind. The future has yet to unfold even if you spend all your time welcoming it or worrying about it. It isn’t here yet. Fully appreciate what is going on now! Be grateful for all of it. Live in full gratitude.

Be grateful for the obstacles and challenges. Be grateful for every experience; event; thing and person; for all of it is a gift to you. You are alive. You get to experience this present moment. Others do not. You are blessed to have this moment, whatever the moment is.

When you are filled with gratitude and appreciation for what it IS, for whatever IS, then you are free. Then you are free to transform your self and the world around you. It isn’t even that you are doing it. You keep what you want, your destination, in mind, and allow it.

The Present Moment Is All We Have – Concentrate On Now

You make it happen by doing right now what it takes to bring it about. Your focus is on this step in the journey. When it is time to take the next step you do. Step by step you get where you are headed. Enjoy right now. Be present. Don’t miss it. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Have You Been A Wimp? Here’s How To Stop!

“Many people live as wimps. I’m sorry to say that but it is true. They have accepted victim roles and live not from their power but from excuses and reasons why they aren’t what they could be nor have what they want. That thinking will never get you anywhere.

It is tough love time. You are the only person who can change you. You are the only one who can take charge and make your life different. No one else can. If you don’t learn to live life by your terms, you will live life by anyone and everyone else’s terms. Get it?

Unless you are locked in a jail or tied to a chair you are the person in charge of your eating habits. You have control over coming and going. You decide what to do. It is not a perfect example but you follow it don’t you? You make the decisions about your life.

Visualize Your Success Then Take Action Focus On What You Want

You are the only person in charge of your eating and drinking habits. Yes, other may have made recommendations but you are the person with control whether or not you exercise it. You determine how much television you watch. You decide how much water you drink.

You are in charge of how much exercise you take. You decide what you want to do and what you want to resist. You are in charge of what you do and what you don’t do. My point is, act like it. Get it? Recognize your power and chose to use it. Put yourself in charge.

You already are in charge whether you live like it or not. It is time to realize this. If you want to make a change then make it. Stop excusing yourself, blaming yourself, others or the world and get to it. Make the positive good things you want to happen actually happen.

Dream Big – Set Goals – Take Action – You Get What You Focus On

Apply yourself. Take control of your thinking. Decide you can and go after it. Become a thought champion. Then act like one. Pursue your goals. If you want to lose weight do whatever positive actions it requires. Drink more water. Eat a little healthier. Move more.

Nothing will change unless you change first. Change your thinking. Change what you think about. Change how you think. Focus on the good you want. Focus on the positive. Focus on what you can do and do it. Step by step. Inch toward your goal. Move closer and closer.

You will do it if you want it badly enough and if you believe you can. Mindset is 95-99% of what you need to make things happen. Then a little bit of inspired action and you can be well on your way. Claim control. Be in charge. No more excuses. Be wimpy no more. Do it!

Your Future Depends On What You Do Today

Start living life on your terms. Start living your dreams. Make it happen. As you do you will get more excited. You will feel proud and more positive. With each obstacle you get past you will feel more exhilarated. With each step you get closer. Do it! Keep at it!

The more you manifest the more you can manifest. You learn the ropes. It gets easier as you practice. With each goal you get you can set bigger and larger goals. You graduate into it. So get to it! Make it happen. Claim your life back. Have a blast.  Celebrate everything.” Rex Sikes

How Setting An Intention Can Make Your Day!

“Each day is an opportunity to rock your world. How you begin your day can determine how the day goes, flows and ends. If you want it to end well you need it to begin well, at the very least. Here is how you begin having more great days and fewer struggles.

After your first waking thoughts of, ‘I love my life. I allow, accept and receive all the gifts the universe has for me. Something magical is going to happen for me today,’ or another positive variation, set an intention. Direct your mind to consider what you’d like to happen.

‘I allow, accept and receive all the gifts the universe has for me’ is an intention. The thought directs your mind and your behaviors for the day. It sets a framework for you to follow. Allow, accept, receive. You can be surprised by what shows up or you can look for it or both.

The Power Of Intention Is The Power To Manifest And To Create

Make a decision, a positive determination,  of what you want your day to be like.  When you wake up in the morning plan for a good day. Realize that your expectations help shape what you find during your day.  For example, ‘today I will behave in loving ways towards Sue’.

‘Today, I will look for the best in each person I meet.’ ‘Today, I will feel more peaceful at work.’ ‘I will discover times to have more fun and delight throughout the day’. You could even specify 3 times during the day, or any reasonable number you choose. It’s up to you.

‘I will focus my attention on what I want to accomplish.’ ‘I will take one small step toward making my dream come true’. Determine what this may be and commit to it. In other words, how do you intend to utilize your day to make good things happen?

The Mind Is The Matrix Of All Matter You Get What You Focus On

If you get up each day looking for smiles you will find more than if you get up looking for frowns. Get it? It sets the frame for the day. Could you still find frowns? Of course, but if you are looking for smiles, you have a better chance of finding them. Seek and find.

When you anticipate good things happening you are much more likely to have good things happen. If you think the best about people you are much more likely to encounter people at their best. Store and remember your wins. Cut and forget your losses.

Determine what you want the day to be like and go out and live it. You can set at least one intention for the day. You could set more. You could even set a new intention with each change in activity or location. I’ll explain it but I suggest you start easy and build up.

Let The Power Of Intention Lead The Way – Set Positive Intentions

‘I intend to go downstairs and enjoy my breakfast. I will drive safely to work and enjoy the ride no matter what traffic is like. I will enjoy my co-workers. I will make 5 new contacts during this day. I will talk to Pete at lunch and help him out.’ Don’t do these all at once.

You do each one prior to the activity or the location change. You set your intention before going into the new activity or area. You set the frame for how you want it to be. Get it? This has the added benefit of making you consciously think about what you want during that time.

It takes haphazard out of it. It gives you a focus. What do you want? As you head into the kitchen how do you want breakfast to go? As you get behind the wheel how do you want the drive to go? When you enter the work place how do you want your workday to go?

A Good Intention Clothes Itself With Power – You Make It Happen

What do you intend to make happen? It helps you aim your thoughts, feelings and behaviors deliberately instead of just going through the day. It is a means of directing your mind. It is a pursuit.  It is what you intend to do. You commit and follow though on it.  Stay positive!

‘I will find and write down 25 things to feel grateful for before going to bed tonight.’ Then do it. Make it a point to keep your word. Don’t break promises to yourself or anyone else. Keep your word to you! This is most important. Do it! Then feel proud and grateful.

Your life can transform incredibly when you add the power of intention to what you do. Your focus and your ability to get things done, make things happen, will improve. You will develop a great new supportive success habit that helps you feel marvelous. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Do This To Start Your Day Out Right!

“How’d you like to wake up each day feeling fine? Would you like to make your day more delightful and productive? You can, you know. You can program yourself to have good days. If you make waking up wonderfully a habit, the rest of your day most likely will follow suit.

The easiest way is to create a positive morning ritual. In other posts I have shared many of the morning things you can do to get your day going right. In this post I’d like to elaborate on another. Are your ready to make a difference in your day?  Alright, then.

When you get up, when you arise in the morning, first thing, set your thoughts. Make a promise, a commitment to yourself. Set the direction for your day. I wake up and first thing I think, as I have shared before, are positive, wonderful thoughts. I think:

Fill Your Day With Good Thoughts  And Happy Moments

‘I love my life! I allow and accept and receive all the gifts the universe has for me! Something magical is going to happen for me today!’ That is my opening thought! ‘Yes, it’s great to be awake in this world! What exciting things will I discover today!’

This sets the frame for my day. Get it? I love that I have another day. Do I think the universe gifts me as some grandmother does? Heck, I don’t know, but if I find a penny I am thrilled. It is a gift. There are so many things around us that are gifts.

I want to discover and appreciate as many as I can. I want to celebrate these. Someone buys coffee, it is a gift. Someone smiles at me, it is a gift. I go into acceptance mode. I used to be in denial mode now I accept. Someone would pay me a compliment and I’s refuse it.

Why Life Offers Tough Moments Don’t Say – Why Me – Say – Try Me

I’d say, ‘it is nothing’. Thank them and sheepishly deflect it. Now, bring it! That is a gift. I allow myself to be open, as much as possible, to accept and label ALL things gifts. Some might be tough lessons. That’s okay it is a gift. Today is a gift!

I also like to gift the world and other people as much as possible through words and actions. At the end of the day I can look back and feel grateful for all the good and new, delightful gifts I discovered. I look forward to more tomorrow.  The day is a bookended.

It begins and ends with gratitude. In between is discovery and appreciation. I’ll share more next post on setting intentions. How you start the day tends to determine how the rest of it goes. If you want more good days begin at the beginning.

Attitude Is Everything – Attitude Determines Your Altitude

Start by remembering to make a positive declarations, as I pointed out above, first thing. Power up your first thoughts. It may take a while to actually make it your first thoughts but through daily practice and repetition you’ll get there. Step by step.

Some people don’t like getting up. You can bet their thoughts aren’t ‘Oh boy, this is exciting!’ This is why they need to make the change. While still in bed they need to adjust their thinking. You CAN do this. Anyone can learn. You absolutely can! So begin right away!

With daily practice you will soon overcome the inertia of old habits. The good news is we can learn and develop new ones that serve and support us much, much better. Begin this practice and in a short while it can transform not only your day but your life. Think positive and feel better. Be grateful and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

“Today, accept yourself. Realize you are perfect as you are. You do not have to prove yourself to anyone. You are just right, neither too much or to little. You have all the resources you need already within. Inside of you is buried treasure and it’s time you claim it. Now!

Since you don’t have to prove yourself to anyone go through your day at peace. Choose to let things go. Don’t let anything or anyone annoy you, frustrate you or irritate you. Stay at peace. Stay calm. Stay centered. Be the eye of the hurricane. Feel at ease. Do it.

Success in anything is an inside job. Your happiness, health in mind and body, your wealth and accomplishments, and how you get along with others all begins first inside you. Your thoughts determine how you feel, and your actions. So keep positive, peaceful thoughts.

Live As If This Is All There Is – You Get What You Focus On – Enjoy

Forgive if you must. Learn to drop issues instantly. Breathe, take a breath or two or ten if need be and find your center. The easiest way to remain calm and peaceful is to realize everything and everyone in your life is a blessing to help you grow through ease or struggle.

Feel blessed to have them in and around you. Count your blessings. Concentrate on the different ways you are already happy, healthy, and wealthy. Find the good within you, in your life and within others. Be grateful. Express appreciation silently and out loud to others.

Focus on what you have. Focus on what makes you delighted. Let go of anything else. Allow yourself to enjoy this day. Celebrate this day, your family, your friends, your work, your play, your life and you! Let today be an adventure. Fill yourself with childlike wonder. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

How To Begin To Claim Back Your Health And Well Being

“The road to good health and fitness is lined with products and services. Exercise equipment and gym memberships unused. Diets tried, applied and given up on. It is a billion dollar industry much of which is driven by profits for failure. Is good health possible?

Yes, of course it is. Everyday healthy, well-adjusted, happy people walk the planet. At the same time heart disease, cancer, obesity, diabetes for young and old, allergies are on the increase. Much of this is related to the chemicals and additives hidden in our foods.

Our food, our soil, are nutritionally depleted and most people live on processed, packaged, fast foods or restaurants. We live in boxes with off gassing carpets and particle board. Our water is fluoridated and contaminated. Sorry, it is not a pretty picture overall.

It Only Takes One Person To Change Your Life – That Person Is You

Yet, most science and research and experts agree that filling your mind with happy, positive or pleasant thoughts is the quickest road to health. Research into beliefs and the placebo effect demonstrate the effectiveness of our mindset in healing and recovery.

We can experience greater well being maintaining a high vibration positive mindset; an optimistic outlook, coupled with healthy daily practices. A good dose of positivity and personal belief in your own health, moderate exercise, good food and sleep can work wonders.

Attitude determines your altitude. It is the special ingredient that helps all the rest work together more easily and effortlessly. The quickest way to make and manage any lifestyle change,  job or career, relationships, etc., is by adopting a healthy positive attitude.

You Are What You Eat So Don’t Be Cheap Fast Easy Or Fake

Your happy thoughts and practices do help create a healthy body and mind. If there are a lot of changes you wish to make do a little bit at a time. First and foremost get your thinking working for you. That is number one. Control your thoughts and emotions. Think positive.

Adjust what you eat to include more healthy fresh fruits and vegetables. Limit the amount of processed foods and sugars. Drink more pure. clean water. Walk more, move more. Get some better sleep. Detox occasionally by bath or sauna. Get some fresh air.

Keep it simple. Avoid chemical and toxins in products. Read labels.  If you can pronounce what is in it don’t buy or eat it. When it comes to hair and body products a good rule of thumb is if you can’t eat it (or pronounce it) don’t wear it or use it. Simplify everything.

Stick With It – The Longer You Do The More Normal It Will  Feel

You don’t have to try to live in a log cabin or back in time. Simply attempt to get a little bit closer to nature. Live life and eat more like it was a 150 years ago when there fewer less chemicals and substances in the environment, our food, and less artificial light.

We were closer to the earth, more agrarian and less industrialized. Today, we are bombarded by microwaves, wi-fi, constant endless, distractions, chemicals, pesticides, poisons in our food, water and building and decorating materials. Simplify. Get back to nature.

Get back to nature even just little bit. We can’t escape the woes of the world, yet, we need not be worried or live fearfully. What we are able to do to live healthier, perhaps we should do. Engage in healthy mental and physical practices. Relax more, chill and seek balance.

Today’s Progress Is Determined By Yesterday’s Choices

Meditate and forgive. Practice appreciation and gratitude. Live and let live. Enjoy people and the planet. Get out more often. Socialize. Leave political talk aside sometimes and just have fun and pleasant conversations. Dance, sing, be free. Let go. Delight and enjoy.

You’ll feel better if you do a little of each of these. It isn’t difficult if you take tiny steps to improve your health overall. Then it is just a step at a time. You can do this. It is quite simple to simplify. Think, eat, sleep, move and live well. Celebrate everything.” Rex Sikes

Keep The Faith During Turbulent Times

“Times can be difficult. You or your family may endure hardship. Your neighborhood or city may be going though troubled times. Your country or the world. It can be environmental, financial, societal, or political. There are all manner of challenges and obstacles. It is true.

Whatever your burden; whatever your political persuasion; whatever your religious persuasion; whatever you  fears and concerns for the moment are, keep this in mind; THIS TOO will pass! Perhaps, not as quickly or in the manner you want, but it will.

Be patient, stay clam, fight the good fight civilly (in other words don’t give up because times may be tough) and allow for yourself to be pleasantly surprise. Don’t rain on other people’s parade to save your own. Help each other all be better off. Work as a team to improve.

Just Breathe – Have Faith Everything Will Work Out For The Best

If disappointed, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and continue to persevere. Always remember the pendulum swings both ways. Time is the great leveler and the great healer. Optimism and hope and love and peace are better than negativity, fear, hate and war. Forgive.

Build something better. Don’t lose hope. Keep the faith. Nothing lasts forever. The kite rises highest against the wind. Our challenges, obstacles and problems teach us lessons if we are open. They make us better and stronger. We develop muscle and strength. We win!

If we stop worrying and learn from these tough lessons we will be able to accomplish more of what we want in the future. Live and let live. Learn and grow. Laugh off the difficulties and be larger than the problems facing you! Keep the faith! A better day truly is ahead!

Let Go A Little And Just Let Life Happen – Relax And Have Faith

Focus on the good you want to bring about. Stop concentrating on what is wrong. Look at the solutions and work to make those happen. Appreciate what you already have right now. Never give in or lose faith. Focus on reason to be grateful and glad. Persevere.

Positive thinking IS NOT thinking ‘there are no weeds, there are no weeds.’  It is the systematic application of strong productive thoughts to resolve any difficulty and move ahead. Think the best so you feel the best. You are more resourceful at the top of your game.

This is why you want to learn to manage your thoughts and feelings You want to have control of your thinking, your mind, any time,  but especially in tough times. In order to be able to do that you need to practice and practice to build the skill. Make it a habit. Only you can.

If Things Haven’t Worked Out Yet – It Is Not Yet The End

Then when the going is tough you are prepared. Without opposition you don’t grow strong. Welcome difficulty for how it can make you a better person if you learn while going through it. Practice gratitude and positive thinking. Focus on the good. Focus on all you can appreciate. It makes a real difference when you celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
