How You Could Be Feeling You Should Be Feeling

“People live as victims of their brains and their feelings. They think because they ‘think and feel’ certain things, they are real and immutable. The fact is, they are only thoughts and feelings, electro-chemical reactions that only last about 90 seconds at most.

We perpetuate them by what we do after the experience. We add to the thoughts or feelings. Neurons that fire together, wire together. Birds of a feather flock together. We think more thoughts that create more thoughts and feelings that create more of the same.

It cycles down into negativity and more of the same feelings. Of course, it could cycle up if your thoughts and feelings are optimistic and positive. Herein is your choice. Whenever, you notice the sensations aren’t what you want you have opportunity to change.

The More You Do The More You Can Do – Apply Your Knowledge

Whether you do or not is completely up to you. You may not have done so much in your past. You may have just lived as a victim. If you want to change then you must change some things. You can’t do the same thing repeatedly and expect to be different. Yet, most do.

You must shift away from the less than glorious thoughts and feelings and choose positive ones to focus on. Break up the pattern. Dance, sing, put on some rousing music. Work in the garden. Run, jog, do anything else but what you already repeatedly do. Get it?

Break it up. Take some deep breaths and think different thoughts. Shout them out loud with confidence and enthusiasm. If the military can train people in about 6 weeks you can train yourself. Just, change your thinking and feeling whenever you become aware.

Skill Comes Of Doing – You Go Where Your Thoughts Take You

Do it today. Your life will transform when you do. If you do nothing expect nothing to change. You Weren’t Born To Suffer So Why Do You?

“You were not born to suffer. You were born to be happy. You were born to win. You were born to succeed. If you look at a healthy child, notice, joy is a natural state. The child has a mission, to roll over, sit up, crawl, feed itself, walk, talk and the child does each of these.

Everything is forward movement. The reason you suffer is you learned to suffer by adopting reasons and limiting beliefs from people around you all the while growing up. If you give more weight to the negative than to the positive you are bound to suffer.

You can’t live a positive life thinking negative. You began this journey optimistic and eventually got it trained out of you. You learned negative thought and behavior habits. To get back on the right track and be the winner you were meant to be you gotta learn good habits.

You Can’t Go Uphill Thinking Downhill Thoughts – Be Positive

Remember, you were born to win. You were born to do great things. You were not born to be downtrodden, nor mediocre. Claim your heritage. Decide to win. Decide to succeed. Decide to be happy. Happiness and success is a choice. Choose it. Stop suffering.

Choose to be different. Stop letting temporary setbacks get you down. Rise above the disappointment. Adopt a champion mindset. Commit to being excellent. Commit to achieving your dreams. Let no obstacle prevent you from having the positive good you desire.

Discover that ‘bad’ things, ‘negative situations’ serve to make you stronger. Learn from adversity. Learn that in every adversity is the equivalent seed of opportunity. Successful People Have These Habits

“One of the best ways to be successful is to find someone who is successful, been where you have been and has what you want, and do what that person did. All successful people do some important things that you can, too, if you want to be wealthier and successful.

Since most, if not all, successful people do these things you will want to as well. Those who get what they go after, make their dreams come true, accomplish or achieve their intentions, attract money and success are governed by success habits. I will share a few.

First, they are concerned with the big why. What do they want and why do they want it? WHY is the driver, the motivator, the big reason they do what they do. Knowing why they want it is more important than how they will get it. They focus on the WHY.

Action Is The Proper Fruit Of Knowledge – Skill Comes Of Doing

They know the how will take care of itself. They clarify what and why they want something. They make it a burning desire and determine to go after it until they get it. If they get knocked down along the way they get back up and continue until they succeed. Do you? Hope so!

They don’t get stuck in how it will happen. They do what they can and adjust along the way as necessary. Get it? Poor people wonder how they will get money and get ahead. They try to figure it out. Successful people concern themselves with WHY,  not how!

The have a take action attitude. They act right away. They do it now. They don’t wait when they are inspired. They act on their insights and hunches. They’ve learned to trust their instincts and utilize them. They take inspired right action and let the results unfold.

Create Success Habits And Persist And You’ll Maximize Results

The do the work and let it go. They don’t stress and strain around whether it will or not. They know they will get the fruits of their labor. They plant the seeds and allow them to grow and sprout. They harvest in time. They expect the best. You can embrace these habits. People who succeed do. When you do you will begin to increase your ability to create and enjoy the results you want to get. What You Need To Know And Do In Order To Succeed!

“What you need to know and do in order to succeed. If you don’t do these things you leave things to chance. Right mindset and right action are the ingredients successful people use to get ahead. You can too! Do you want to make your future come true, or don’t you?

You must define what you want. Get really clear about it. Be really honest and clear about what you want. Get clear about what do you think it will bring you, and how your life will be different, if you do what you intend to do.  Clarify, clarify, clarify. Know these things!

You can make a list of the ‘pros and cons’, a  list of the upside, benefits and the downside of doing what you want to do. This will help you clarify and get clear about why you want it, and whether or not it is worth it to you. If it isn’t absolutely worth it, you won’t do it.

You Don’t Become A Black Belt By Dabbling In The Martial Arts

Again,  what is the reason why you want to do it? What will it bring you? How will you ultimately feel when you have it? You must realize this: if you want it YOU have to make it happen! You’ll work with others to do that ,but it’s not gonna land in your lap.

You’re going to work it. You’re gonna have to persist until you have it. You make it happen. No one ever succeeds alone you co-operate and work with others. Support them and allow them to support you. Create healthy, positive, harmonious alliances. Be positive and do it!

To succeed means you must not quit until you get it. So, you have to make sure it’s worth it to you to put in the time, the money, and the energy in the effort! You have to manage your mindset. Be  and stay optimistic, expect the best, and expect to make it happen.

Commitment – Certainty – MindSet – Persistence – Right Action 

Become certain that no matter what comes your way you’ll be able to handle it, or find a way to handle it, to get through it to make your dreams come true. Less than this and it is not likely you will succeed. Attitude and Right Action gives you the edge you need.

You create it. You make it happen.  You know why you work at it and continue to work it until you get what you want.  I can’t stress knowing this, enough! If you give up by giving in to the downside or negativity you won’t have it. Failure is feedback. Grow from it.

If you keep going and you cooperate with others, you support them and allow them to support you, you can do it no matter what life throws your way. Those most successful KNOW they are going to be successful. They feel successful even before they succeed at making their desires come true! You can do this if you are willing to! You can do this! New Neural Habits And Old Feelings!

“Recently, I wrote about positive and negative feelings last only about 90 seconds. These findings are current science. The sensations last 90 seconds. We keep the feelings alive by how we talk to ourselves, think about it, imagine in our mind afterwards.

It is what we do from habit  that keeps them going. For most of us it is not a problem when we have good feelings. Unless, they’re too fleeting. Most of us have problems with feeling bad. We’ll continue to have issues  until we learn new habits that promote well being.

One of the reasons it seems as if we have no choice when it comes to our feelings is because we habitually react to the electro-chemical stimulation. We react the same way we learned and were conditioned to react. It is habit. Our habits drive us and keep us.

Skill Comes Of Doing – Repetition Is The Mother Of Skill

We don’t do habits consciously. Good or bad, a habit is something we mastered subconsciously, non-consciously, that we now find ourselves doing. We discover ourselves doing something, usually after it starts. We become aware of it after we engage in it. Get it?

We realize we have been biting our nail, as an example, or we smoked that cigarette we declared we wouldn’t We engage the behaviors and act the same way , automatically, reliably, because we have gotten competent at it. It is what we do. Our habits ARE us!

We can learn new habits. We can create a gap, find a pause, and choose to respond differently. We can re-condition ourselves for success, for positive new habits, and get different behaviors and results, instead of doing what we always did habitually.

Eliminate Non-Supportive Habits – Develop Supportive Ones

YES, we can learn new habits. It is simple, but requires awareness, and persistence. We do the new behaviors consciously, correctly, consistently, repeatedly, for long enough until it becomes the new habit. We overwrite the old neural pathways and create new pathways.

Eventually, we master the new habit and we no longer think about it or choose to do it consciously. It becomes automatic and reliable just like the old one was. We can learn to do anything we put our mind to. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
