What Is The Great Law You Need To Know?

The Great Law is The Law Of Cause and Effect. Whatever you put out you get back in return. Whatever you are, and do, in the mirror is reflected back to you. You get back who you are! So whatever you want, you must be it first. Then, you will get it back in plenty.

If you want happiness, be happy. If you want wealth, be wealthy. If you want health, be healthy. If you want confidence, be confident. Whatever you are, you get back in return. Results follow mindset. You think it into being as we do all things. We create results.

Tangible items flow from ideas. That is how anything that exists in the human world came about. Even money is a human made idea translated into practice. You create it in your mind and you make it happen in the real world. You cause the effects. You make it so.

If You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You Are Right

Mindset first. From within to without is how it works. Fashion a positive and powerful mindset. Act as if you already are what you want to be. Act as if you already do what you want to do. REHEARSE in other words. Act as if you already have what you want to have.

Then you will bring these about. YOU direct your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. It isn’t magic, nor is it wishing. It is you concentrating your personal power to change your circumstances! YOU transform situations. YOU prevail and you persist. YOU live as a victor and champion, not as a victim or a wimp. It is YOU doing it. It originates within you. SO be glad. Be grateful. Take charge and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

How To Instantly Be Happy And Have More Energy

“Actors especially ought to love this. Many will understand it, ‘get it’. and do it. Do you want more happiness, joy, energy, love, fun, confidence, relaxation or peace? What do you want? What is it? You can have it right now! You absolutely can if you will do this now!

Act like you are happy! Act filled with joy. Jump up and down with energy. Be loving and kind toward someone; a pet or a child. Go out and play, skip, jump, hop! Walk like you are powerful and confident. Speak with authority. Lay back feeling lazy and peaceful. Bathe.

Do something. Act as you want to be. Don’t use that old excuse, ‘I don’t feel like it’, because you won’t feel like it, until you do it. Action brings about the desired feelings.  If you are ‘poor me. I am tired and wimpy’ nothing will change! You can’t wait and expect big results.

The More We Do The More We Become Capable Of Doing More

You take charge and you pretend! You act. You move your body. Everyone knows if you don’t feel like exercising, you don’t feel like it.  However, once you begin, you get more energy and begin to feel like you  can do more. You begin to feel like you can do a lot more. Get it?

Energy brings more energy. Like attracts like. Sitting on your ass complaining only brings more of the same. Stop it and start doing positive things for yourself. When you act the part you begin to think the part. Play with this. Do it as fully as you can. Work it. Be positive.

Put energy into it and you will get the energy back nearly instantly! You will change so much in moments! If you do nothing you get nothing. Do this and you will discover the power! Actors act the character and take on those thoughts and feelings. They embrace it.

If You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You Are Right

You can too! Act happy. Act energetic. Act positive and powerful. Act grateful. Be grateful. Be happy. Be energetic. Be positive and powerful. DO the things that make you feel it. THEN you will have it! Be, do and have. Get it? Get the results you want. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

If You Only Knew This: Everything Works Together For Good

“All is well. You may not think that. That is because your attention is on what is happening and not where it should and could be. Believing is seeing but you are doing the reverse. You think, seeing is believing. So you keep getting more of the same old crap. Stop it!

It is what it is.  It will be as it is. It will be as it is now. It will unfold as it does. All is good. When you finally get this, everything will transform! When everything is a blessing, as it IS, then there is no suffering. Believing all is good helps you to see the good in all. Get it?

Mindset matters! When you have a strong positive mindset, when your heart is filled with gratitude for all, when everything is a blessing, you become invincible. You vibe high, feel great and experience bliss. You let go of troubles and KNOW all is well!

Today – You Are Where Your Thoughts Brought You

All is well, no matter what is going on. All will be well, however it works out. Stop resisting and begin celebrating! This is the key to unlocking the door to your personal transformation! Since, we don’t know what we don’t know, we shouldn’t decide it is bad prematurely.

Yet, that is what people do. They affirm, ‘this sucks, it is terrible’ and that is what they get and then get more of. They keep themselves stuck. The only way to get out of it, to get unstuck, is to affirm the opposite, the good, and know it will all be fine in your heart. Get it?

You come to believe that by affirming it every day, each moment. It is a re-conditioning process. You must learn new thought and feeling habits. Your present limitations were conditioned and became habitual. You think as you learned to. Now, learn to think differently!

Tomorrow – You Will Be Where Your Thoughts Take You

You can and you will, if you do it. It’s like exercise, like lifting weights. At first you are weak but as you keep with it you grow stronger. The more we do the more we become capable of doing. Get it?  In the long run everything always works out for the best. Know this!

Speed bumps along the way are an equal part of the journey.  All is good no matter what! Stop complaining about the speed bumps and begin celebrating them. Hurdlers put hurdles in their path and enjoy the process. You can enjoy all of the journey, too. This is important!

When you are filled with gratitude. When you appreciate where you are, wherever you are in the journey, when you feel wonderful and re-inforce it with your thoughts, words, pictures and behaviors, you transform. You become new by the refreshing of your mind! Do it!

Choose Wisely – You Cannot Escape The Results Of Your Thoughts

When you consider everything a blessing NO MATTER WHAT, then you are free and all good things can come to you! You can make all manner of positive, good things happen for you and others. Life is incredible when you fill yourself with joy. Don’t wait for joy. Start by being joyful. Acting joyful creates joy! Waiting doesn’t. Learn to delight yourself and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

“A recent article validates what we already have known for centuries. Michael Merzenich research is shared in ‘How To Rewire Your Brain For Massive Success According To Neuroscience’. He points to five things we can do to help ourselves change.

Engage in brain aerobics means playing, chess, puzzles, crosswords and other activities and games that encourage thinking. Yes, it is important to stay fresh by challenging yourself. Memory games good too. What he neglects is the numerous physical activities that work.

Skip, sing, spin in circles, juggle, learn magic tricks with coins and cards. Do finger exercise, such as playing piano or violin. Handwrite with a pen. Fine finger movements help keep people spry and cogent. All of it works together. Do it. Move and use your fingers.

The More We Do The More We Become Capable Of Doing

Find fresh ideas. Study and learn new things. Agreed. It is important to learn and self improve. As you do you evolve yourself. Learn to think outside the box. Expose yourself to new ideas. Read lots. Challenge yourself. Learn new skills. Have fun learning. Self invest.

Envision the person you want to be. Amen! Spent time visualizing. From the dawn of human thinking the practice of visualizing has been encouraged. Use your imagination to set goals to be, do and have. See yourself as having attained them and how you did so.

Focus on your long term goals. Train your mind to be ahead by anticipating what you will gain by pursuing your goals. Absolutely! This is the ‘ACT AS IF’ principle and visualization activated. Plan for success and work the plan. Develop your inner success abilities

Visualizing Is Like Building Muscle We Get Stornger As We Do It

See the ups and downs and how you navigate to success in spite of obstacles or blocks. Develop contingency plans. You might want to visit my articles on how to properly visualize by searching this blog. Engage your mind by imagining success repeatedly. Do it!

Shift to an exponential mindset. The article states most people don’t know that shifting or changing one’s mindset could lead to significant growth. I say, this is due to the overwhelming amounts of propaganda we encounter growing up that claims we can’t.

We are taught to be limited in so many varying ways. Our parents, peers and friends, media and our culture promote, purposefully and inadvertently, that we are victims of circumstances, and powers outside of ourselves. We are not taught to take 100% responsibility.

You Go Where Your Thoughts Take You – Mindset Matters

I do like that the researcher points out you can accelerate your rate of change by thinking big, dreaming big, 10x bigger than most people think by anticipating the good things coming your way, and that even failure is all part of the process. Embrace all of it. The side effect is:

You end up being 10x more ahead and prepared for how things work out whether positive or not. The bottom line is your mindset matters. You can do a lot to be successful by how you use your mind. This notion and practice has been around for thousands of years.

I am glad science is reporting more validation for what we have known, and the positive practices people have been doing, for centuries. I am happy science verifies these things with renewed interest. There is rarely anything new to report.

Skill To Do Comes From Doing – Practice Practice Practice

It means that what we can do has been tested for about 6 thousand years. Modern versions that came from Hill, Holmes, Wattles and others have been based on these principles too. Hill’s work is responsible for more people becoming millionaires than any other single work. It is all good. Hope more people begin these practices and apply the principles to transform their lives. How To Leave Pity And Negativity Behind And Thrive!

“To live a great life you need to vibe high. That simply means feel your best at all times. This doesn’t mean be blindly blissful every moment, it means to feel as good as you can no matter what the circumstances. Seek to feel a little bit better each moment.

Set a positive direction and continue to move toward  it. Stop letting negativity, circumstances or lack or results rule you. You must rule them. When you feel your best you are far more capable of doing that. Make a commitment to feeling your finest and maintain it.

Keep moving toward feeling better and you’ll develop the habit. Stop turning your attention to opposing negative thoughts and images. Stop visualizing the worst and start imagining the best. Live from a place of power not weakness. It begins when YOU decide!

If You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You Are Right

Decide to change your mindset and your feelings. Your behaviors and results will follow. When you feel your best, vibe high, maintain a positive attitude and outlook, then no matter what comes your way you are best equipped to handle it. You transform your abilities.

Stop talking present or past difficulties, and speak to bless, heal, prosper, inspire and motivate! Keep the focus, your attention, on feeling grand. Act as if! Feelings stem from thoughts and from actions. Think happy and be happy. Act happy and you’ll be happy!

Don’t wait. Smile more. Laugh more. Jump, skip, sing or dance. Engage in those positive behaviors that cause people to feel good and you will feel good. You will start feeling better. Keep doing it and you’ll develop the positive habit. Then it becomes automatic. Get it?

An automatic, reliable habit means you find yourself doing it without having to think about it. This is what you want because it means it happens without you having to do anything.  Plus, you can initiate it consciously whenever you decide to. It’s the best of both worlds.

Begin today by deciding to do it! Decide to think and do those things that make you feel good. Do them repeatedly until you feel good. Then keep on doing them! You’ll start feeling even better. This IS how you create the habit. You condition yourself for success.

Decide to speak well always. Let go of pity parties. Stop engaging in negativity. Decide to express your gratitude. Be thankful. Find things to appreciate each moment and you will consistently discover more to be grateful for. When you are feeling grateful you are happy and vibing high. All Is Still Well

“Transformation occurs from inner to outer. When your mind is right outer reflects it! Life transforms as you do. When you become the change, everything changes. Mindset, attitude, is everything! Speak only to bless, heal, prosper, inspire and motivate. Eliminate all else.

Don’t describe and share your problems and difficulties. Speak about how you will resolve them. They are there for you to grow by and learn from. Stop the pity parties, the blaming, whining and excusing and speak only what you want the future to be. Get it?

Stop living in difficulties and affirming those. Eliminate that practice. Get present and celebrate all of it. Look for the learning and the opportunity in everything you would have, previously, called adversity. Change your ways and the world transforms too. It does!

If You Want Your Life To Change You Must Change Some Things

That doesn’t mean everything gets rosy. It means it can, but if problems arise, your new mindset, attitude, and habits are bigger than the obstacles, You navigate successfully through challenges without complaint because YOU are transformed. You truly are!

Remember, if you want your life to change you must change things in your life. You must change you mindset. You must learn to shift from negative to positive and make it a habit. Habits develop by doing things repeatedly, consistently, for long enough. You must change!

In order to have changes you can’t remain the same, doing the same things and hope it will be different! Get it? You must become the change you want. Become a powerful, positive champion, a victor. Be the person you want to become by acting it out right now. Act as if!

If You Always Do What You Did You’ll Always Get What You Got

That IS what actors do. Pretend to be the person you want to be for long enough, consistently, and you will become that person. You become what you think about, most often, each day. If you are thinking mostly about problems, they will remain problems with you.

If you are acting, rehearsing, thinking and affirming being a positive thinker, an optimist, a champion and a victor, with an amazingly powerful mindset, you WILL become that person. It is all up to you. Your choice. You become what you think about! Begin today.

Don’t delay. Incredible transformation and discovery is only a decision away. Decide to be a champion. Decide to develop your mindset. Decide to become the person you want to be. Affirm it. Speak it. All Is Well Is It Not

“All is well!  It is what it is.  It will be as it is when, and it will be as it is, now. It is as it was. Let it be. Let it be as it is. It will unfold as it does. We don’t know what we don’t know. We can’t. Stop pretending you know how it works out. Stop being forlorn and dire. Live a little.

In the long run, the big scheme, it always works out for the best. Speed bumps along the way are part of the journey.  All is good no matter what. You can learn from it. YOU are ALIVE. Everything after that is a blessing. Stop complaining and speaking of woes. Live!

Consider your life your vacation! How ARE you spending it? Live a little. Live a lot. Love a little. Love a lot.  We use our will to direct our  mind. Realize everything is a choice. It is a decision. Every moment you can choose to feel good or not. You choose to be happy or not.

You Are Where Your Thoughts Take You

When you consider ALL of life a blessing, every moment, you discover it can be. You navigate troubled waters far better than if you consider it problematic. When all is an adventure, whatever comes your way can please, because it is part of the adventure.

Get it? Stop calling things bad. It is a choice. Perception is everything. It is NEVER as bad as you think it is. FEAR; false evidence appearing real. Stop fearing, worrying, blaming, excusing and start choosing life, and life affirming thoughts, feelings and actions. Act! Act happy. Decide to be fulfilled. Act joyous.

Choose life and living fully, and you will. You become what you think about most of the time. It becomes easier the more you do it. Soon it becomes automatic. When it does, YOU are free! Celebrate all of it. You are blessed. Realize it and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

How To Become A Champion

“It is the consistent, persistent, daily actions that bring success in all things, your family, your health, your wealth and career, your life. Daily dedication to doing something positive moves you closer to your goal and makes all the difference.

Start with a clearly, well stated goal. One that is a passion or a ‘burning desire’ for you. See it in  your mind’s eye,  the mental images of your ultimate goal. Envision it daily (as often as possible) and infuse it with positive energy and enthusiasm. Keep at it!

Do not give up! You keep at it until you get it. This IS your daily regime. Your mental nutrition. Visualize and affirm it. Declare it yours. Imagine you are already it. Imagine you already have it. Live the future in your present. Act as if your future is right now.

Persistence Guarantees That The Results Are Inevitable

Keep your goal alive in your mind and in your sights. Keep it burning. Stay passionate and enthused. Believe in your heart and know in your head that you will have it. YOU will ATTAIN it! You will make it happen because you will never give up. You will see it through!

Once you quit, it is over.  So you must not stop. Keep the faith.  Keep going no matter what is going on, or not going on, around you. Do not let present circumstances distract you from getting to your end game. Champions do. this.  Their mindset is everything!

Keep this goal burning hot in your mind. Focus on things to be grateful for. Feel good about your progress. When you do, you are opening up your mind to discovering greater opportunities, events, situations and people that can help you to reach your goal.

Champions Keep Playing Until They Get It Right – Keep Playing

Your mind awakens and you can think more clearly and easily about how you will make it happen. You form plans using your creativity, your intuition and your smarts. You may have to adjust the plan as you go along but  that is just part of the process.

Each day you move forward and make adjustments as necessary, but no matter what you keep moving forward toward your ultimate destination. This is how champions condition themselves. They develop their mental powers and take charge of their lives.

YOU WILL GET THERE as long as you keep going toward it. No matter how long it takes, or how many detours there happen to be, you will get there if you just never stop! Really enjoy the feelings of having accomplished your goal! Live the future right now in the present. You can even look back and see what actions you took to bring it about.  Focus on how good it feels to be living your dream and having made what you wanted happen. Imagine it vividly. Stop Stopping Yourself! Keep Going!

“What is it that stops most people? A thought, a belief.  What is a belief? A thought you repeatedly think over again. What stops most people? A belief, a thought, repeatedly thunk (sic ;))  that limits you. A mental package of energy is what stops most people!

People don’t THINK they can. They think they don’t have enough money, love, free time, fun, of whatever. They believe that someone or something prevents them; the government, their parents, their upbringing, the weather, others, their own self, you name it.

They whine, complain, blame and excuse. STOP enough already!

Sometimes you just have to push on through! Be a warrior.  No matter what the obstacle is, decide you are bigger than it.  Let nothing stop you, not even yourself. Go for it. Make it happen. Act in spite of your mood or your fear. Act! Push through. Don’t be a wimp.

Stop, stopping yourself. Quit, quitting. Never give up. Forget about wallowing and whining. Let go of distress and put your chin up, your chest out and stand tall. Feel your backbone and imagine you’re a giant. Marshall your resources and do something positive. Anything!

The overall goal is to feel your best most of your time. Make it a point to do that, no matter what you are facing. Resolve to be happy, healthy, wealthy, and successful. Be happy! Delight and consider everything a blessing. Practice gratitude and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
