Transform Yourself Into Someone People Want To Do Nice Things For

“So why all this discussion on SD, overcoming fears and swapping positive emotions and habit formation? Because it means you really can learn to do anything you want. You can learn to become a better communicator and get people to do what you want them to do.

You can transform yourself from someone who may not be very effective into someone of great influence and benevolent power. You can make yourself listen better, pay attention, be respectful, go the extra mile, take action, do unto others, and get back in return.

You can become a selfless enlightened giver or a greedy son of a bitch. It is always your choice. If you already are an enlightened giver you can still go beyond anything you presently know. If you are a greedy SOB you can change that right away to get better results.

It Costs You Absolutely Nothing To Be Nice – Go That Extra Mile

You can eliminate fears, doubts, bad habits and anything that holds you back. You can learn new powerful thoughts and beliefs, value important new values, feel incredible, chose your feelings and learn to take action. You can behave as you prefer to. It is in your power.

You can systematically expose yourself to new thoughts, beliefs and ideas. You can bit by bit daily condition yourself in small increments to take new positive, productive actions, think new thoughts, feel new feelings by repeated daily correct practice.  Keep this in mind.

How do you get to Carnegie Hall? Practice, practice, practice. You use the very same process, procedure, mechanism that created your original beliefs, feelings and actions to create the new ones you now chose. That is the difference. The first ones you learned by exposure.

If You Met Yourself Would You Want To Be Friends With You

You didn’t have a say. You were too young and didn’t know you had choices. Now you know. Now you can choose to be whoever you want to be. Now you can choose to make your present and future whatever you want to make it. You practice being the you you want.

You make the new you a habit. This is friggin’ awesome, don’t you think? Sure it takes some dedication. It can also be wildly fun and adventurous. As you see the changes and your gains you can feel thrilled! You can and will make progress. YOU transform yourself.

Repeatedly expose your mind and being to the very best thoughts, feelings, actions, habits, people, reading and listening material, events and circumstances and you and your life will change for the best. Manifest what you want by diving into what you want more of.

Develop Positive Supportive Habits Through Correct Practice

It works! It works! It works! Practice! Practice! Practice. Develop new habits that support you in being who you want to be, doing what you want to do and having what you want. Eliminate the chronic habitual thoughts, feelings and behavior that held you back.

If you want your life to change you must change some things in your life. Become a person who can easily appeal to others, engage their interest, rivet their attention. Transform yourself into the person others naturally want to do nice things for. Become extra likable!

Practice gratitude for everything. Where you are at, where  you have been, and where you are going. Appreciate all your experiences and lessons. Be thankful for all the people in your life easy to get along with and challenging; those close to you and those strangers. Be thankful. Delight and celebrate everything!”

What Victor Hugo Knew And Why It Is Important For You!

“Do you plan your day or do you just let it unfold? Some people prepare and make lists. Others wait to see what happens. There is good reason to make plans for your day. Just as you make plans for travel you want to make plans for each day. Check out this quote.

Set intentions for your day. Commit to making those happen. Each day there is something you can do that will make you feel good. Perhaps, it is making your bed, clearing the dishes, taking the dog out. Some domestic task you can determine to get done and do it.

Our Intentions Create Our Reality – Set Intentions – Keep Them

You also have professional or job related intentions you can set. Make that sales call, keep that appointment, turn in your reports, get your deadline work done on time. Whatever it is you can set the intention and carry it out. Each day do a task you can be proud of.

There are mental mindset intentions you can set and keep. Resolve to repeat your affirmations 2x a day. Or choose to do it a 3 or 5x. Resolve to stay positive; look on the bright side of a troublesome situation. Commit to inspirational reading for 20 minutes.

Health intentions. Make it a point to eat healthy. No processed food. Commit to walking for 20 minutes 2x a day or 1 hour. Commit to reducing the number of cigarettes you smoke by 1. Commit to exercises for 5 minutes. Commit to drinking more pure water.

Live Less From Old Habits And More From New Intended Habits

Relationship intentions you can set include saying I love you and looking into the eyes of your family members or partner. Doing something special the other person wants. Calling a friend. Helping a co-worker. Smiling and nicely treating a stranger or someone elderly.

Financial intentions include paying yourself first when you get your paycheck Put 20% aside for yourself. Stop buying expensive coffee. Save that money and invest it later. Begin to learn to manage your money. Investigate investments. Donate to a worthy cause.

There is always something small you can do in the different areas of your life. Take a look and find small things you can do daily. Make these habits by repeating them for 90 days. SMALL THINGS you will do consistently for long enough to become habit. Then switch.

Everything That Happens Begins With An Intention – Notice This

At the end of the day celebrate what you did. Make a big deal about it no matter how small or insignificant the task seems to be. What is important is you planned to do it. You decided and committed. You kept your commitment. You did it! Be grateful and celebrate!

When it comes to weekly, monthly, yearly goals or your big giant dream you can work in a similar manner. Set an intention for making some aspect of it happen. Complete a portion of what is needed each day. Even a small bit is better than no bit. Inch your way forward.

As long as you are progressing toward creating what you want by taking actual action steps you are doing it. You are in the process of manifesting your dreams and creating your future. You are taking charge. You don’t have to try to do everything at once. Bit by bit.

Another Name For Intention Is Decision Decide To Do It And Do It

As you grow accustomed to doing and successfully completing what you commit to you might add some more. You’ll know when it’s right. Never bite off more than you can chew. Keep it interesting and stretch yourself a bit. Stay a bit hungry. Don’t be too comfortable.

Lastly, make a commitment to write down 25 things you feel grateful for in the different areas of your life. Promise to look for what is good and new. Feel really thankful for what you already have. Intend to focus on appreciation at least 3x during the day. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

How To Use This Acting Tool To Get Everything You Want In Life

“I am an actor. I love to pretend. I can pretend anything and master it. That is what acting is all about. Acting as if your character and the story is real. Being believable by believing it. Thinking the thoughts the character is thinking. I love being an actor. I love pretending.

‘Act As If’ it is real  – is a tool for creation. Imagine the good you desire as though you already are in possession of it. Visualize yourself  already as the person you wish to become. Pretend it! When you do you ‘trick’ the brain. It doesn’t know the difference.

Doing this aligns your inner resources. It helps realize your desires to make them crystal clear. You infuse your dreams with energy, passion and enthusiasm. You rehearse living your desires right now. You enact, what it IS like, by acting what it will be like right now!

To Enjoy Success One Must Travel In Advance Of The World

You think, feel and act as you would think, feel and act when you have what you want. You train your brain and your entire being to accept that this IS who you are and what you have. You live from power and ownership of the good you desire instead of hoping for it.

Use pretending, use ‘act as if’, to give yourself the edge to make your dreams come true. Athletes know the advantage visualization and mental rehearsal gives them, at the micro-muscle level, to improve their performance. Many testify to this incredible power.

Use it. Prepare your mind and your being to accept what you want to have. Living from having it, from being there, helps you clear blocks and limitations. It helps you to plan and know what action steps to take to get your goal. You prepare the soil for the seeds to grow.

To Know And Not To Do Is To Not Actually Know – Apply It

You can read all about it but unless you do it, you won’t know it. Application is the proper fruit of knowledge. You must do it to know the benefit of doing it. Don’t delay. Begin today. Be grateful for all you have now and will have. Practice gratitude because that further helps unlock the floodgates. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

When You Don’t Feel Like It: Do This

“Expectations can be a blessing and a curse. We should expect the best of ourselves and others and be realistic at the same time. Fear and worry about the future doesn’t support us at all. It is negative rehearsal. It is negative affirmations and negative planning.

While we should expect the best we should also be practical and realistic about it. We can dream fantastically big and not accomplish anything or we can dream fantastically big and take steps to bring it about. We do need to place our attention on what does work.

It has been said there is no such thing as unrealistic expectations only unrealistic time frames. Given the right amount of time we may be able to accomplish anything. Anything is possible. Everything may be possible. Dream big and then step by step. Focus on the first step.

Positive Thoughts Generate Positive Feelings

Proceed forward picking up your goals as you climb each rung of a ladder to get to the top. Keep the large end goal in mind while you succeed in picking up each smaller goal in succession. Work your plan. Your plan need not be perfect, you can always adjust it. BUT…

You still need a plan to get from where you are to where you want to go. You need a road map that you use as you journey. Without a plan or road map you drift. You may find that you must detour along the way but that is all part of the journeying process. It’s okay!

Moving forward is simple. It may not always be easy but it is simple. It can be easy too. We shouldn’t think that it is not. It can be very easy. Regardless, it is simple to move forward step by step. Anything can be accomplished when broken into tinier bits or steps.

Positive Thoughts And Feelings Generate Positive Life Experiences

You can manage it. Want to clean your house? It seems too big a task. Either set a small amount of time to straighten up, say 20 minutes, and do that daily. It takes longer but if you do it repeatedly, consistently for long enough you will get the house clean. Or…

Pick one room at a time, if that works better for you, and clean each room using the same principle. Motivation comes from doing not from waiting to be motivated. This is where our feelings often don’t serve us. We wait to feel like it. That won’t help you when you don’t.

For some it has to get bad enough and then they feel like it. They feel pressured that they must then do it. Some wait until deadline pressures cause them enough pain. Then they act. This manner of doing things works but it isn’t very pleasurable. Your choice.

You Can Choose Your Thoughts And You Can Change Your Life

My main premise is very simple. Whatever one thinks that stops them needs to be examined and managed. Go beyond what stops and into new ways of being. Our thoughts, feelings, behaviors and habits should support us. We should control and dictate them.

Manage your thinking and feeling and you take charge of your behaviors and habits. You get better results because you take control of your life. You may have to train yourself to do it, we all do, but then train yourself. Train as a champion does. Make it happen!

Be rigorous and dedicated to bringing about the positive changes you desire. Don’t slack off. Be committed. A champion knows that to win gold tomorrow they must keep training today. They train even when they don’t feel like it. They control their thinking and feelings.

Every Thought We Think Is Creating Our Future

Look for the good in all. Find the silver lining. Manage and control your thinking. There is only one point in all of this:  make your life incredible. Be in charge of your life. Take the initiative. Don’t be a victim. Be a victor instead. Live like you mean it. Live your dreams.

Do little things that bring about change. Go for a walk. Skip or dance and move. Smile more, laugh out loud for a good five minutes. Get a massage. Meditate. Gift yourself in doing something fun. Plant a garden. Do little things that feel good and inspire you. Enjoy each.

Live fully and be grateful for all and you can have the life you want most. It is simple. Don’t let whatever stops you, stop you. Learn to stop, stopping yourself. Learn to move forward progressively and enjoy every single step. Enjoy and delight in all of it.

Success Is Achieved By Those Who Keep Trying With A PMA

The journey can be fun or frustrating. You determine how it will be. You respond to what life throws your way. You can respond well or not so well. It is completely up to you. Many people want big change real fast and are disappointed and give up when it doesn’t occur.

It can happen quickly or it can take time. Sometimes, some people transform instantly, sometimes it is gradual. When it is gradual enjoy it. You and life get better bit by bit. That can be an incredibly joyful process if you allow for it. Focus on what you want and delight.

Delight in bringing it about along the way. Enjoy each moment. Even the rough ones. Get past your stopping or stuck points and your limited thoughts and feelings and move into new powerful dimensions of being. Become invincible and unstoppable and positive! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

You Become The Role You Play So Choose Wisely!

“From early on you borrowed the beliefs, values, rules and reasons of others. You made these yours before you could even decide whether you wanted them or not. Your mental programming was set and, experience you had, further supported your adopted mindset.

Of course, it had to support it because, as neuroscience informs us, we live from our programming. Our world view is first fashioned on the inside. THEN what we notice or don’t notice is dependent on that mindset.  It is dependent on our Reticular Activating System.

The RAS finds matches in the outer world and within our experience that matches our predisposition. Thus, we tend to think, feel, act and behave from that previous conditioning. We tend to play out the role we have accepted for ourselves from early on. Actors fulfilling a role.

To Guarantee Success – Act As If – It Is Impossible To Fail

In order to make changes we have to change how we think, feel and act. Manage your thoughts, take control of your thinking, and you will change your life. Your feelings and your behaviors will follow. It begins with thought, everything stems from your thoughts.

Think you are already it.  Act as if you already have it. When you do will feel it and become it. You play the role.  Behave the role, just as an actor does. Think the thoughts of the character and feel the part until you become it.

Act as if you are already a wealthy entrepreneur and you increase the likelihood of becoming one. Act as if you are already happy and you become happier. Act as if you are already successful and you become more successful. It works.  You have to do it to know it!

Live As If You Already Have It – Believe It – And It Can Be Yours

You travel in advance of the world by aiming your thoughts, feelings and behaviors at becoming what it is and who it is you want to become.  Act as if, first and reap the rewards, second. Plant the seeds first and then second you reap the harvest. It works this way. Do it!

Act as if you already have the home, car, money, career, whatever it is you want, feel grateful for already having it and you open the doorways of your own neurology to be more capable of getting it. You put your brain power on the side of making it happen.

Many people don’t act because they are afraid, they worry, they doubt they can’t get it or do it. They hope they might become it but don’t believe they can. When you act as if you engage your subconscious mind in helping you make it your reality.

Act As If You Are Already That Person You Want To Become

You pretend it fully. You act it. You rehearse it. You do what a happy, successful person does and you learn the thoughts, feelings and behaviors while pretending. You go through the motions as you would practicing a golf swing, or piano, or dance step.

When the going gets tough you get what you practice. If you want to be more successful practice being successful already. Rehearse it. Act as if. You can pretend anything and master it, if you are willing to. So take control of your life and the results you get by doing it now.

Feel the good feelings. Feel happy, rich, confident, attractive, persuasive, now. Practice, act as if, you already are any one or all of these traits. Feel grateful, enjoy it. Practice feeling certainty and powerful and positive. Celebrate yourself and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Personal Change And Social Change: Can We Have Both Pt1

“How do we attract what we want? How do we create it? What can we and must we do to make ourselves, our situations and perhaps, the world much better?  What is it we want? Is there a way to improve not only ourselves but the world? I believe there is.

It begins with a dream. It begins with a purpose. It begins with a vision for a better day. It begins with hope and a positive aim to attract and create. It begins with the hope and the faith that we can be different and enjoy what we desire. It begins with optimism.

That is not to say a problem or difficulties are not the trigger. They may very well be and most often are. We want to rid ourselves, escape and get away from something, and move toward a new way of being. What that something is can be many different things.

Secret To Change – Not Fighting The Old But Building The New

We may want to move from illness to health; from loneliness to companionship; from discord to order; from poverty to riches; from war to peace. I believe the world is an incredible, beautiful, wonderful, abundant place, mostly all good, but there are times.

I believe we can find blessings in all of our strife, in all our problems. We can learn, develop and grow from them. Problems can be the catalyst for great positive change. From chaos stars our born. If you believe one version we are all here due to an explosion. Chaos.

Problems and pain have a purpose. Our neurology signals us when inflamed or injured so we can tend to the issue and not continue to aggravate it. Our emotions signal us when our thinking is out of alignment so we can get back on track and feel better.

Your Life Gets Better By Changing It Not By Chance

It seems when things get tough and disorganized that we are getting signals that we are not operating well and need to make some changes. I tend to believe our society, the world, events and circumstances, for the most part, are a signal too.

What to do? Can we change circumstances? I think we can? We can improve our health, our relationships, our finances, and more. We may not have ultimate control, we may not control the weather, but perhaps we do affect or influence it.

Perhaps, we shouldn’t think in terms of control but of influence. We can control what we can and are better served to let go of what we can’t control. Let’s give up control and think how we positively influence results instead. Be a positive influence to your own self.

The World Is Changed By Your Example Not Your Opinion

We’ll discuss how we do this in the next post. Meanwhile, focus on what you want, and what you already have. Focus on who you already are as well as who you want to become. Find reasons to appreciate right now and delight in yourself and circumstances.

Be grateful for everything small and large. Search deep to discover more things to appreciate and enjoy. Fill your mind, your emotions, your behavior, your being with delighting in what is because when you do you are attracting and creating more of the same.

Enjoy yourself. Understand that there is a way from here to where you want to be. Take one step at a time and enjoy each step along the way. This is how we create more of what we want. We delight and more delight is possible so celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Principles Of Creation, Manifestation And Attraction You Need To Understand

“You don’t get what you want as much as you get what you are. You recreate and attract what you already IS. Yes, pardon the grammar but what you IS, are presently, is what you get more of. If you are loving you get more love in return.

You create  what you already are. If you want riches in the future you need to feel and be rich right now. You don’t get wealthy by feeling and being broke. While the reality is you don’t presently have money you must feel as if you do. Get it? This is how it works.

You attract what you are. You attract what you think about. You get back what already you have. Those who have get more. Those who don’t lose what little they have. It is Scripture. You make happen, manifest, attract what you vibrate at. Karma, is what goes around.

The Universe Never Asked You To Struggle It Is Responding To You

This is why feelings are important. You feel rich, then you are rich, then you make riches happen. You vibrate wealth and you create it and attract it. Every cell in you lines up to make it happen. You are congruent with it. You are wealthy even when you don’t yet have it.

You are grateful for it before getting it. You live a little in advance of the world. Before it shows up you enjoy having it. Another way to think about this is, you put in your order with the cosmic waiter or waitress. You ordered your food. The kitchen is making it.

You will get it soon. As you sit there it is being prepared. You are eager to have it. You plan to enjoy it shortly. You don’t doubt or worry about the kitchen not making it or the waitstaff not delivering it. You are prepared to eat it. As far as you are concerned it is yours.

To Bring Anything Into Your Life Imagine It Is Already There

It is yours already because you ordered it. This is the same attitude you must have about your future. You put in the order. You saw what you wanted. You affirmed it. NOW it is coming. It is on the way. You don’t need to beg, you don’t need to convince it is yours. It is yours!

Accept it. Allow it. Eagerly anticipate it. Receive it. Be happy it is coming. Be grateful it is yours. Delight in it. You are getting what you wanted. This is the mindset. These are the feelings. You are delighted and secure. You are the person who has what is desired.

You are wealthy the material wealth is on the way. You are love the right relationship is on the way. You are the proud new home owner the house is on the way. You are healthy right now. You are whatever it is you desire for the future, right now IN the present.

Your Thoughts Are The Architects Of Your Destiny – Careful

The gap is only in time. The gap is the time between when the order is placed, the seed planted, and the order arrives, the plant grows and you harvest. You reap what you have sown. How you wait determines whether you get it quicker or slower. Do you get it?

If you go into the restaurant and create commotion and prevent the chefs and staff from doing their job it takes longer to get your food, if at all. If you dig up the plants before they bloom you won’t reap what you sowed. You wait patiently and expectantly. Eagerly is fine.

You know, you have faith, you are CERTAIN it is coming. It is on the way. The seeds are growing and one day the plant breaks through. Your birthday is arriving and you’ll celebrate and get gifts. It will happen. Enjoy. Celebrate and wait with anticipation.

The Only Person You Are Become Is The One You Decide To Be

You anticipate what you know will happen. You expect it. So you are able to enjoy and go about other things. When you think about it you think about how great it is to have it. What you think about you become. You think about how wonderful you are it. Understand?

You create more of what already IS! If you focus on lack and worry about bills and don’t feel you have enough that is what you get back in return. That is what you are seeing, visualizing, affirming, being and vibrating. That is what you create and attract.

You are getting what you don’t want. The universe, your subconscious can only respond by saying yes to whatever you have going on inside of you. Your thoughts and feelings run the show. Worry is negative practice. What you focus on you get.

We Receive Exactly What We Expect To Receive

Stop. Create only what you intend. Become deliberate in what you focus on. Learn to control you attention. What occupies it is where energy goes. Where the energy flows is what you create. So instead, be grateful, for the invisible good you want, as if you have it already.

Delight, live as if. Act as if you are already it. Enjoy, delight, and celebrate. Be thankful. Live in gratitude. Appreciate and continue to look for more to enjoy. Life gets better and better as you do. Savor it and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
