Your Thinking Makes It So!

“It’s the predominant thoughts you think that affect you. The thoughts you give precedence to are the ones that control who you are, what you feel, what you do and what you have. What you think most of the time is what shapes you and your character. It is you!

Your thoughts create your circumstances. Your thinking determines your results and your ultimate destiny. Your thinking determines whether you have problems or discover opportunities. Your thinking determines whether you failed or learned a lesson. Your thinking!

Your thinking makes it so. Does that mean if you think you can fly, you can? No. It means you react to situations either positively, and resourceful, or you do not. You either take charge and feel like a victor, or you do not. You make your breaks or you fail to.

You Are Today Where Your Thoughts Have Brought You

Some people always want to make excuses by providing extreme examples. Like, ‘if god is all-powerful can god create a rock so big god can’t pick it up? They use arguments, reasons, like this to justify why they won’t, or don’t, do something. It’s an excuse, a reason not to!

This is the bottom line. Either your thinking supports, uplifts and helps you move forward to get what you want, AND, makes you feel good enough to go after what you want, or it does not. It either helps and supports or detracts and hinders. Get it? Only two possibilities.

You either think good and feel good or you don’t. If you aren’t feeling good, check what you are thinking about. It will become pretty apparent. You won’t be thinking gloriously, wonderful, positive powerful thoughts. All you need to do is look at what you do.

You Will Be Tomorrow Where Today’s Thoughts Take You

If you are feeling bad you are thinking about what you don’t want. You’re focused on how circumstances are bad, there is a problem, or an area that feels wrong, or unhealthy. You are focused on hurt, or anger or sadness or fear or suffering; something less than glorious.

Want to feel better? Then think better! Want to be happy? Then think happy thoughts. Want to make more money and be successful? Then think you can be successful and live abundantly. Think I can and I will instead of I can’t and I won’t. Think successful thoughts!

You’ll feel better. Change ‘I can’, to ‘I will’, to ‘I am doing it’, to ‘I have done it and it feels wonderful’. Step by step you make progress. Think good, inspiring, motivating, positive  thoughts and you will feel good, inspired and motivated. Think otherwise, and you won’t!

You Can’t Escape The Power Of Your Thoughts

If you think ‘I can’t’, ‘I don’t feel like it’, ‘I don’t want to’, ‘I won’t’, you’ll remain where you are or get worse. It’ simple. Change your thinking and you can change your circumstances and life. Go back and read through these blogs to learn more about how you can do it!

Now, go ahead and do it. It isn’t a trick, technique or magic pill. It is a conditioning process, just as exercise it. You do it repeatedly and correctly for long enough. How Do You Really Get To Carnegie Hall?

“You probably know the answer to this famous question. ‘How do I get to Carnegie Hall?’ The famous answer, ‘Practice, practice, practice!’ The answer is accurate and true. While you may practice and not get there, most assuredly you won’t if you don’t practice.

That is how you make it happen. Any skill or talent you want to learn improves with correct practice and repetition. That is how you learned to roll over, crawl, walk, talk and feed yourself. It is how you learned reading and writing and arithmetic. It is how you play games.

If you want to be a concert pianist you must practice, practice, practice correctly. What is difficult at first becomes easier. The more you do the more you can do. This is how it works. You stick with it until you master it. You are in a process. There is a learning curve.

If You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You Are Correct

You are in the Conscious Competence until you are in Unconscious Competence. It takes the time it takes and that time frame differs for everyone. It isn’t a straight line. It is uphill, downhill and has plateaus. There are for phases to learning. I’ll briefly explain.

Unconscious Incompetence means you don’t know what you don’t know. Prior to being exposed to bike riding you didn’t know about bikes or that one, or you, could ride them. You are ignorant to it. Conscious Incompetence means know you know you can’t.

The Conscious Competence is when you talk your way through it. It seems a struggle. You have to pay attention to so many things. Just like when you first learned to bike ride or drive a car. You had to ‘think hard’ about it. You forgot. You made it work. You forgot.

The More You Do The More Capable Of Doing You Become

The more fun and delight, the more you nurture and encourage yourself and the process, the more you enjoy, the swifter and easier the process is . Always keep the faith. Know where you are headed. As you keep moving forward you eventually will get there.

Unconscious Competence is when you have made it a part of you. Your skillset becomes a reliable, automatic habit. You can do it without thinking. As you did one day when you hoped on a bike, or drove the car without thinking. You just did it. Everything worked.

You now can drive and be caught up inside your head and not even realize for a time period you are still driving. Your unconscious does it, similarly to how it takes care of beating your heart and digesting your food. You no longer talk your way, think your way, through it.

Drop By Drop The Tub Fills – Skill Comes Of Doing – Repeat

Our habits are all like this. The difference is we have learned some positive, supportive, uplifting habits and we have learned some negative and non-supportive habits. Some habits are both depending on when applied. Running away from tiger, good.

Being afraid to start a project that is good for you, not so good. You can overwrite the non-supportive habits the same way you learn to ride a bike, drive a car, become a concert pianist or learn to do anything. Through correct, consistent repetition for long enough.

You can learn to do and master anything you put your mind to. You can learn to be happier, more positive, more successful, you can take control of yourself to create your best life ever, when you know you can. When you apply certain life changing principles! Design your mind and you design your life. Pretend anything and you can master it! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

The Secret To Making The Law Of Attraction Work For You!

“How you succeed is to think, feel, speak and act like you are already successful. You pretend and you rehearse. You become the successful you now, that you want to be in the future. You see your success, feel it, speak about it and live it now, as if you already are it.

You change your story. No longer tell of past or present disappointments. Stop complaining, whining, excusing and blaming. Seek only the good, the positive, the happy, the successful. Live it. Stop living as a victim of circumstances and live as a victor. NOW!

This IS how you transform. Many will learn this, far fewer will actually do it. Few people will leave their comfort zones to adventure in new territories. They want assurances. They want to know in advance it will work out and they will get what they seek.

How To Take Charge And Build Success Habits That Work!

“In order to get to subconscious mastery, unconscious competence, we must first apply conscious will and direction. We must first set the mental intentions, make decisions, and follow through in practicing and repeating these. You don’t get good doing nothing.

Present conditions are always the result of previous thoughts, feelings and actions. We create out future in advance then it comes to fruition, just as we plant a seed and then later harvest. In order to get good at manifesting what you want you must practice it first.

You don’t get good merely reading about it. You don’t get good at it only by thinking about it. You must feel it as you think about it. To get good at any sport you must engage in it repeatedly, and feel the good feelings, as you advance in it. You get better by positive repetition.

Take Charge Now – Whatever You Want To Do With Ease…

As you feel good, you want to do more. The more you do the better you feel. The more you feel good and repeat what you are doing for a long enough time builds positive success  habits. You are taking your conscious skill and wiring it into your unconscious.  Get it?

Do it correctly and you become it. First, decide to be it. Then affirm and visualize it with great positive feeling and enthusiasm. It is not enough to think or say, ‘I feel strong.’ You should feel the feelings of strength and declare it powerfully. Be genuine and honestly feel it.

That is how you make thoughts work. It may seem stiff or unreal at first but you will get better at it. Anything you first learned seemed, at first, impossible. Still, you accomplished it and got better if you properly stuck with it. If you gave up and quit, certainly you didn’t.

… You Must First Do With Diligence – Take Charge Now

Mastery comes through application and nothing else. Build positive success and happiness habits. Use this proven system for making positive powerful changes. Create your best life ever because the only person who can do it for you is you. Understand this!

Neurons that fire together wire together. When you deliberately choose to create you success, and you continue to follow through as necessary, creates new positive neural pathways in your brain. You make the changes more easily. Your inner resources work together.

You are already successful at what you don’t want. You got there this very same way. Whatever you focused on, whatever problems plagued you, were reinforced by your thoughts and feelings through time. Use the same system to now make positive changes instead!

You Are Making The Unconscious Conscious And Vice Versa

You already know how to do it. Now apply it. If you do not take charge you will forever remain the same until you do. It is silly to think you would be otherwise. If conditions suck it is up to you to learn how to change them and triumph over them. Get it?

The reason gratitude is so important is it is a marvelous high vibe positive feeling. The more often you feel it deliberately the more you begin to master it. Fill your life with positive good feelings, happiness and success by looking for and recounting these frequently every day. Discover that all is a blessing and ALL will be a blessing. You must go first. You must first plant seeds. Get it? Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Using Your Own Point Of View To Make Your Dreams Come True

“When you make your Vision Board take pictures from your point of view. Shoot from the driver’s seat out through the windshield. Take  a picture of the watch or jewelry on your wrist from your POV. Take a picture of your shoes. Get it? It is what you see through your eyes.

In these pics you see what you would from your eyes, from your vantage point. You see what you see as if looking through the camera viewfinder. These photos differ from pictures OF you, in that you don’t see yourself in the photo, you see what you would see.

The other type pic is OF you sitting in the car looking awesome. How you’d appear if someone took a pic or video of you. The POV is of your hands on the steering wheel looking out the windshield. Use both of these types of photos for your vision  board and book.

What You See – Say – And – Feel Is What You Get – Act As If

Use these ways of picturing in your visualizations, too! See what you would see, hear, feel, touch, taste and smell what you would if you were right there doing it. See from your eyes! Also, visualize yourself as if you were in a movie. Both work wonders! Do both. Get it?

Remember, to imagine it as if you already are being it, doing it and having it. That is one of the key components in seeing it through your eyes. Live it. Act as if! Pretend it is yours right now. Touch it. Enjoy it. Be grateful and feel thankful. Gratitude makes it more present!

Feel the feeling you’d have as if you do have it right now! Feel it fully! This is how you activate your imagination and get it to work for you. What you see in your head you can one day hold in your hand. Create it. Imagine it. Do it daily! If you absolutely must have it, you can have it. Delight. Enjoy! Practice gratitude and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

You Can Pretend Anything And Master It

“‘If you take intellectual knowledge that you learn as a philosophy, and then initiate that knowledge into your life by applying it enough times until you master it, you ultimately move from being a philosopher to an initiate to a master.’ Dr. Joe Dispenza.

He states there is ‘sound scientific evidence that this is possible.’ I love Joe’s work and if you are not familiar with it you should be. Do a search. It’s worthwhile. The famous hypnotherapist, Milton Erickson was fond of saying, ‘You can pretend anything and master it.’

So what is this mastery these fine gentleman speak of? It is applying what you know until it is automatic and reliable. You don’t have to think about it. It is YOU! It is natural for you. You have wired it in and it has become a habit. Habits operate unconsciously.

The More You Do The More You Can Do

Use the information you are gathering to transform yourself by applying it. Without application, you benefit little from the information itself. Knowledge doesn’t change people, but applied knowledge can. To know and not to do, is to not know at all.

Skill or mastery comes from spaced repetition of correct practice, consistently, for a long enough duration of time, to become habit. Habit makes it second nature, reliable and automatic. You can master anything given dedication, correct practice and repetition.

If you meditate daily or visualize you will get better and better. If you affirm or direct your mind with questions you will get better at it. When you think positive in the face of difficulty you will improve. The same is true of swimming, skiing, juggling, playing piano. Get it?

What We Ultimately Do With Ease We First Do With Difficulty

What you practice you get better at it. Without practice you won’t. So practice your attitude and gratefulness. Build success habits and you will become more successful. Build happiness habits. Most people habitually live ho-hum, so-so lives of worry and frustration.

You don’t have to. You can change and transform yourself. You can learn to create your best life ever. Practice gratitude. Practice being delighted. Practice having fun. If you don’t feel it at first, pretend you do and you will master that. Get it? Do it! Practice and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
