Keep It Simple Stup… Er… Sweetheart!

Go the extra mile. Inspire and motivate others. Helping them helps you too. Fill your mind with positive, ‘can do’ thinking. Sing. Skip. Dance. Do yoga or exercise. Get in touch with spirit. Meditate. Go to a peaceful place inside. Live from your higher self. Feel grateful!

Life is too short to make it complex. Too many people spend too much time making it too complicated and too difficult. Simply stop. Drop the drama. Let go and let god. Trust. Have faith. believe in yourself. Make a difference now for yourself and others.

Keep it simple. Take it easy. Attitude IS everything. Look within. Look forward. Let go of the past. Learn from mistakes. Use what you know and benefit from what you learn. Experience can bring wisdom. Talk a walk. Take a bath. Take a nap. Get more sleep. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Today I Found 35 cents! Celebrate! Hooray!

“Your brain doesn’t know positive from negative. You do, a part of you does,  but a large portion of you doesn’t. It doesn’t know good from bad or a million dollars from a penny. You subconscious knows threats to your safety, and habits. It operates the same continuously.

It doesn’t know the difference between a perceived threat or a real one. It only knows threats. It could be likened to a machine or a shark. It does what it does and is ongoing. It has some basic instinctual programming, keep the human alive. Its conditioning

Evolution or or a creator or both built in a survival mechanism, which causes, fear, flight, freeze or fight. This topic we will save for another time. I have mentioned it in previous posts. It works brilliantly. It did from the dawn of human time through to today.

What You Think You Become – You Get What You Focus On

Today, however, few of us, at fewer times, encounter the real life physical threat of danger. Some of us do for certain, but we live in a modern world. Our brain doesn’t know that yet. So it doesn’t recognize the difference between a perceived threat and a real one.

It just doesn’t. It evolved or was designed to act quick. Now days, our threats tend to be emotional and/or perceived threats to our safety. Still out brain responds as it did years ago. We may be scared of meeting someone so we freeze or we flee. We feel afraid WHAM!

The brain kicks in. Your spouse argues with you. You feel threatened and you fight! Instantly, the body responds for fighting. Adrenaline pumps, we turn red, get hot etc., etc., etc. Our brain works to keep us alive by squirting chemicals to make us act in certain ways quickly!

You Attract What You Feel – What You Imagine You Create

Positive and negative are the domain of the conscious mind. Your developed the habit of smoking, biting your nails, drinking, over eating, being afraid of meeting new people and you decide you want to change it, your brain feels threatened. The status quo is changing.

It does everything it can to keep you the same. That is the job it has. It doesn’t care if you smoke or what you smoke. If it is a habit it will endeavor to keep you doing it. That is why to change behaviors you must learn new habits. You re-condition yourself to new behavior.

Your brain doesn’t know the difference between an imagined image and a real image. So when you visualize your brain and body respond squirting chemicals. You are afraid to talk in front of others and make internal images of being embarrassed. Your brain reacts.

You Can’t Have A Better Tomorrow Thinking About Yesterday

It pumps chemicals in you. You freeze or want to flee. Over time you become habituated to not talking and the feelings of fear when you think about it. To change you need to re-condition yourself to new habits. You need to learn new ways of behaving as you would like.

Your brain doesn’t know the difference between one penny and one million dollars. It doesn’t know or care. You do. Your brain will respond to what you care about because when you are filled with emotions your brain takes notice. Especially the fearful ones.

However, it takes notice of really positive, cheerful ones too. Strong emotion signals the brain to pay attention and respond. This is why when we are worried about things, people, events, circumstances, bills, and more we seem to keep perpetuating them.

When You Feel Alive, Vital, Wealthy You Attract More Of These

The brain reinforces and reacts to the strong emotion. The Reticular Activating System that scouts for danger also finds internal and external matches for what you are experiencing. If you feel afraid it provides you with more to fear, in associations or memories.

So, if you say to yourself, ‘I am such a klutz’, your brain finds more times when you behaved that way. If you say,’I am so stupid’, your brain has examples ready for you. If you say, ‘I’ll never get out of debt’ your brain will reenforce difficulty and failure or debt.

It isn’t really working against you it is working FOR you! It thinks that is what you want. It doesn’t know any better it just does what it is conditioned to do. It is a loyal, reliable, consistent servant and it is reacting in the only way it knows how. So if you want to change it…

Be The Energy You Want More Of – Be It And You Will Attract It

Here is what you must do. ‘I found thirty five cents today! Hooray! How incredible. WoW! I love finding money. Fantastic! Yes, Yes YES!!’ And do a happy dance. Celebrate. Make a big positive emotional deal about it. Have fun. Sing, skip, dance! Enjoy! Enjoy!

Make a big deal about what you want more of! Really celebrate. All it knows is you are thrilled with finding money. It isn’t concerned with the amount. It just notes the feelings! Because you are thrilled it gets the signal to find more money. It begins looking for matches.

I did this today! I found 35 cents while looking for something in my car. I celebrate. I celebrate finding a penny. When good things happen make a big deal about them. Delight in everything! Have fun. Even if it never worked you had a happy moment. BUT it does work!

Happiness Is A Conscious Choice – Not An Automatic Response

It is the same process that you already use when you get mad and fearful, but in reverse. We switch from the dark side to the ‘force’ side to create or attract more of what we want. Whatever you want more of in life, focus on it and feel fantastic about it. You will get it.

You get whatever you focus on and feel most strongly about anyway. So make sure you use good taste and aim it toward those things that improve you and your life. Focus on finding more love, joy and happiness. Find more good will and opportunity. Friendship and fun!

Celebrate and make a big deal. That is why gratitude plays such an important role in opening the doorway for more. Your RAS finds matches for what you most strongly pay attention to and feel strongly about. So imagine it, visualize what you want and feel great!

Your Positive Energy Vibrations Is What Attracts Things To You

This is how you begin to easily recondition yourself. Sometimes change is instant. Sometimes it takes awhile. Celebrate all of it. Be grateful and glad for the little changes. Exaggerate and delight in them and you will find yourself having more. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Gratitude Is More Than Enough Power For You: Don’t Miss Out!

“I had my topic in mind for today’s blog. Then I thought, I have written about it quite frequently, what else might I want to discuss? As I pondered, I got a message on my Facebook wall, that reinforced my original selection. I was very happy and grateful to receive it.

Here is the comment: ‘It’s always inspiring to see people who are constant living demonstrations of a certain ideal or principle – and you are such a consistent living example of gratitude. I tip my hat to you, sir!’ I appreciate the gentleman for sharing this with me!

Whether or not that is accurate I do attempt to live in gratitude throughout each moment of the day. I do this because I have found tremendous value and power in being grateful. Yes, overall, I am happier and healthier. So, today my topic is, again, gratitude!

It Is Not Happy People Who Are Thankful …

Here is why I was going to write about it today. I posted on my Facebook wall ‘dang, my life has just taken a fabulous turn for the incredible!’ I suppose naturally people were curious. They asked why. I had written it, just because, it is true. I felt wonderful.

Nothing out of the ordinary occurred, There was no new good news. By all accounts it’s just another day but each day IS incredible. As I am always learning if you want miracles expect miracles. If you want blessings, expect blessings! Make happen what you want to happen.

I answered the Facebook comments with, ‘Every day is a blessing.  What you say is what you get. What you focus on expands. Say what you want. Expect miracles and get miracles.’  It  works! Be grateful and you open a door for more of what you are grateful about.

… It Is Thankful People Who Are Happy

Feel wonderful about what  you already have. No matter how little or how much. I have learned to become thrilled over finding a penny! I do stop and celebrate it! Yes, it seems crazy to most people. It is a penny. To the subconscious mind it is money! I just found money!

The brain doesn’t know or care if it is a million or a penny. It only knows how I feel. I feel ecstatic when I find money or any good thing. Then my brain is primed and prompted to look for more. More what? More of whatever I got thrilled about! I get more good as a result.

You get what you focus on! I focus on being excited by little things. I focus on being excited by big things. I focus on feeling glad for moments and declaring them special. Declaring them sacred. I savor the simple, the tiny as well as the big, good news. Every moment!

Gratitude Is The Open Door To Abundance – Be Thankful

Each moment is an opportunity to be thrilled or not. Positive or not. Happy or not. I prefer to live with as much delight as possible. In order to get more good things I have to give more. I feel gratitude and so I discover more to feel grateful about. It fills up my life.

So today, I write again about gratitude. I can’t express enough about it. Do I forget? Sure. Do I get caught up? Sure. Do I lose it at times? Sure. The key is in the return to gratitude. The return to positive thinking. The return muscles is the one I exercise. I build that up.

Find anything and everything you can be thankful for. List it. Enjoy it. Remember why you are grateful. Experience the feelings. Live in these feelings as long and as often as you are able and your life will transform beyond anything you can presently imagine! It will!

Gratitude Is One Of The Most Medicinal Emotions We Can Feel

Find moments! Find memories! Find the time to do it. My first stint with gratitude came during meditation when I was 25 years old and I realized my feet had carried me through life for 25 years. It had never occurred to me, prior to then, to be thankful. It blew me away!

I started thanking my feet and then everything I could about me. It became an immensely incredible and rewarding practice. I would forget, get caught up, and return to many times. I taught it in seminars and shared it around the world. It is a profound experience.

What isn’t profound is the concept. What is profound is when the gratitude grabs hold of you and your entire being swells in appreciation and gladness. When every atom, cell and neuron feels alive and blessed. It is bliss! It is incredible! Live it and declare it!

The More We Do The More We Can Do – Begin Today – Continue

What you say IS what you get! So declare what you want. Make it yours by feeling grateful about it. Find a penny. Celebrate! Shout ‘I am blessed! I always find money! It feels so good! I love finding money! Thank you, Thank You!’ Or something similar. Be happy!

Make it a big deal. Speak more good things into being. Declare it good and it will be good! You attract back what you put out. What you focus expands. Feel grateful. Be grateful. Live in gratitude. More good will come your way. Delight and enjoy!  Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

It’s Not What You Know But Who You Know That Matters Most

“I am a  actor and filmmaker.  I am a author, presenter and trainer trainer for personal change, self help, self improvement and professional improvement methodologies.  I travel a lot and get to meet lots of people. I’m fortunate. I love and enjoy both careers.

That said, at the end of the day, or the end of my life, if I am fortunate enough to have time to so ‘so long’, making another movie, or traveling to another location, or presenting another talk will not matter much. The people I have surrounded myself will matter!

Recently, I spent a couple weeks traveling, training, getting more training and learning for me, and meeting film people on potential projects. It was and it is fantastic. While traveling I missed my children. While traveling my mission was to connect with friends.

Cherish All The People In Your Life – They Are There On Purpose

Some of my friends are filmmakers. Some are not. I wanted to reach out, see and sit and talk with all. I got to do some wonderful things. Surfed with one. Dined with many. Got a fabulous tour of a secret hidden talented art space from another. Saw some perform. Talked.

It was and is all amazing. I point this out, not only because I feel blessed but to highlight that it is the people around you who are most important. It isn’r money, the pyramids, the toys we have, the hours spent in career or job, it is the people. Our family, our friends.

Please make sure, to value them and let you know how much you appreciate them. They are truly golden. I think, whether it is true or not, they are all in our lives for a reason. They inspire us, challenge us, motivate us, caution us, love us and we them. We are fortunate.

It May Be Our Last Day – Cherish Family Friends And Strangers

Love, wow, what more can be said. Inspire, motivate, caution, and challenge us whether intentional or not helps us grow. The kite rises against the wind. Sometimes we don’t see eye to eye. Sometimes we may think they don’t have our best interests in their hearts.

Maybe they do, maybe they don’t. Whatever the motives our interactions are moments of blessing that if we are wise can move us all further along in our personal development. There are people I don’t want to be around too. I don’t seek them out.

When in their company I attempt to remember there is something good that can come from this is I remains open and nonjudgmental. That can be difficult but perhaps that IS what it IS all about. If it were all easy we’d already have mastered it. Difficult people are blessings.

Always Make It A Point To Tell Loved Ones You Love Them

They provoke us and we them. We don’t see eye to eye. We might not even like them at all. Still, we can learn, if not directly from them, from the interaction with them, how to be better people ourselves and get along with difficult people. We can learn and evolve.

If we choose to. That is the key. If we decide to see everything and everyone as a blessing and opportunity. If we celebrate being challenged instead of opposing them because we don’t like them and think the worst about them. We are human, we may all tend to.

Still, we have opportunity if and when we become aware. If they are here in our lives for a reason, and I choose to believe they are, whether that is true or not, then there is some mutual benefit to be had. There is some learning and blessing to receive if we are open.

Actions Always Speak Louder Than Words – Talk Can Be Cheap

It is easy to get along with people who are easy to get along with. So the tough ones are truly important to our development. However, this post isn’t only about the tough ones it is about celebrating the people in your life. It is a gentle reminder to appreciate all of them.

When listing things to be grateful for, besides just naming your family and friends, write down why you are grateful. Notate how they are meaningful to you. Write out what you learn and how you are blessed by and from your interactions. How you are richer.

You are richer because of the people who are around you. All of them, the good and not so good. Be thankful. Look deep into each and appreciate and honor their presence in your life. They, nor you, will always be there, at least in this form. Savor and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

You Day Depends On This! But Are You Doing It?

“How do you feel during your day? How does it go for you? Are you happy, energized, positive and productive or much less than you’d like to be. Would you like to maximize your day? Would you like to  feel better and get more done? How you start it determines all.

From the moment you wake up your day is set. How you wake up is determined by how you go to sleep. Your closing moments of the day impact the opening moments of your day. If you don’t know this it is time to learn. Make some changes and enjoy your day more.

Go to sleep relaxed and peaceful. Do not go to bed disturbed or angry. Take time to let go, forgive, relax and shift your focus and your energy. Review your day for the positive, happy moments. Preview your next day. Set intentions, determine to delight and enjoy it.

Awake Feeling Blessed And Grateful – Filled With Enthusiasm

Your last thoughts are important. Find love, peace, and appreciation. Focus on gratitude and that which delights you. Focus you energy on love and thankfulness. Make your gratitude list. Pick a positive word or mantra to gently and quietly recite or think on as you drift off.

Allow yourself to go to sleep feeling wonderful. Close your day well and the next one can open well. You will sleep and dream better as you learn to do these things and make them habits. Closing and opening rituals help ensure you maximize each moment.

Upon awakening your first thoughts set the tone for the day. If you wake up thinking, ‘wow, today is going to be wonderful’ you day goes much different than, ‘crap I have to get up. I hate going to work’. Realize you first thought is important. It makes a difference.

Vow To Live Each Moment Fully – Commit To Your Excellence

This is why closing out your day well is critical. You want to wake up thinking and feeling your finest. You can close or open your day with positive statements or affirmations. You can visualize how you want things to go. You can visualize your goals. Meditation works well.

Wake up thinking positive thoughts. Stretch, get out the kinks, breathe and get centered. Take a moment to feel balanced. Stand up, and recite your affirmations with enthusiasm. Set your positive intentions for the day. Feel grateful and think on these things.

What you eat and drink has an impact. If you eat something fresh, alive and nutritional you feel better than eating something processed filled with sugar, salt, preservatives and chemicals. Choose wisely. Get your body going with good energy.

Can’t Sleep – Lie There And Imagine Perfect Positive Scenarios

Your mind and body determine how you feel. Make habits of those things that make you feel and operate at your best. Don’t wake up thinking, ‘crap the weather sucks’ or ‘I have to face traffic now.’ Control your first thoughts! Choose wonderful first thoughts!

How you do one thing is how you do everything. You are a reflection of your habits. If you want a wonderful day realize it depends on you and what you think and do. It isn’t haphazard. It doesn’t depend on others or the world as most people think. It depends on you.

Find you positive purpose and positive energy and focus on these throughout the day. If things come up that would have disturbed you learn to let these go to. You can handle anything with the right mindset and feelings of resourcefulness. Practice, practice, practice.

At Sleep – Let Go Forgive – Feel Peaceful – Thankful – Positive

You’ll do better if you begin and end your day better. The bookends help determine how you go through the middle. As you practice and set rituals and habits you will notice how much more enjoyment you can and will have. Be thankful. Delight in it and learn to celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

I Receive Miracles In My Life Because I Expect Miracles!

“My home is Los Angeles. Hollywood. The Beach. I am an actor, producer, director. I spend much time elsewhere raising my kids as a divorced dad. I wanted to be with them as they grew up. My home is L A. This city is where my heart is. It is my power place. I own it.

This is important, WHY? Because when I am here the streets open up and a ride the waves of traffic getting to and from wherever I need to with little hassle. I get premium parking spaces in front of the venues. I meet and greet the right important people for me.

I create what I want. I am energized and I am magic. Everything works out. Everything is wonderful. I share this, WHY? Because so many of my friends here are burned out. They are tired of the grind. They hate the city and the accompanying troubles. Bad attitude!

You Can Be Your Own Best Friend Or Worst Enemy – Decide

My feeling is you get what you focus on. You create what you want. If you affirm it sucks, it absolutely will. If you affirm it is wonderful, it will be that too. Our mind and hearts set the frame for how we go through each day. We determine what we see and what we find.

If you are set to find opportunity, good fortune, wealth, health and happiness you find it more readily than if you hate each moment and whine and complain. Opportunity is always all around you. Can YOU see it? What is your attitude? That determines everything.

When everything IS a blessing in your mind and heart THEN everything IS a blessing in reality too. I don’t care whether you do or don’t believe in any of this. My world is incredible. My town rocks and opens up for me. My world is as I declare it to be!

The Best Way To Predict Your Future Is To Create Your Future

My word is law! I ordered salad for lunch today. I was polite about the order. Shortly, thereafter I got my salad. It was delicious. This same principle applies to making your life and yourself what you want it to be. Order and receive. Be grateful for what you get.

If you didn’t get what you ordered, correct and continue. No big deal. No fuss. Adjust and move forward. Make your life and dreams come true. The secret is YOU! Your attitude. Your mindset. Your thoughts and feelings and what you expect to find and receive.

If you think crap you receive crap. If you expect miracles you get miracles. Everything can be a miracle if you are open about it. Be thankful. Feel blessed. Stop overthinking everything. Do not overthink my words. Place your order and expect it. That’s it!

Create Your Future From Your Future Not From Your Past

Stop, drop the crap, enjoy and celebrate everything. That is when you release your power to create and receive. How do you manifest more miracles in your life? Stop blaming, making excuses and whining. Take responsibility and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Do This Whenever You Feel Stressed!

“What can you do when you get frustrated? Perhaps, you’re dealing with customer support that upsets you more than helps you; the kids are clamoring for your attention; you have deadlines; your career is going nowhere; or there are more bills than there is month.

There are some things you can do to bring yourself more calm and balance regardless of what is upsetting you. The first and most important thing you can do is breath. Take a deep breath! Then another, slowly, and then another after that. Breath deep. Slowly.

When people stress they tend to hold their breath. Stopping breathing puts us in survival mode as our body tries to resolve the physical difficulty and resume normal breathing. This struggle to return to normal compounds the stress and frustration.

Walk As If You Are Kissing The Ground With Your Feet

By holding our breath or limiting our breaths we actually make everything more complex and difficult for us. SO BREATH, relax and let go. Get grounded. That means find your center of gravity. Get connected with earth. Think: electricity needs a ground.

All that power needs to be grounded. You do too in order to maximize your power and not waste it fighting to survive. You need focused energy; not energy discharging in every direction. Breath from your belly not high in the chest . Your breath helps connect you.

Breath from your abdomen or your lower groin. Feel yourself planted on the ground; rooted in the earth. Imagine yourself sending out roots from your feet or from the base of your spine into the earth to ground you, to connect you with the firm earth.

Get Grounded – You Can Navigate The Stormiest Roads In Peace

Many people, when frustrated go to their head. Thinking accelerates and it is mostly negative. Usually it’s about what doesn’t work, why or how it doesn’t, who’s to blame or at fault and how everything sucks. It isn’t productive; it doesn’t solve problems. Go to your body.

It’s crappy thinking. It is stuck in the problem and people are stuck in their head. It as if spinning your wheels without contacting the ground. Lots of frivolous fast effort without any traction won’t get you anywhere. Get grounded. Seek balance. Pause. Create a gap.

People begin thinking faster, frivolous, negative thoughts. Meanwhile, they are getting hot under the collar and more stressed out. They don’t pay attention to what’s going on in their body except to notice the discomfort. Their focus is on what is wrong.

You need to stop this destructive cycle. It is an old conditioned reaction to ‘what’s wrong’. You go through it every time and you will continue to until you learn to change it. You need to stop it being a problem. You need to learn a new, better way to do things.

The way you stop is to change your focus. You put your attention elsewhere. Anywhere other than on the problem. The easiest and best place to put it is on your body and your breath. Breath and let go. Breath and center yourself. Breath and relax. Purposefully, relax.

Pause And Remember – Stop And Reflect – Breath And Let Go

If you take good deep breaths that will help you to begin relaxing. Then you need to do the rest. You need to get present. Stop thinking the crappy thoughts. Notice your breathing. Notice where in your body it feels the best NOT THE WORST! Attention ON The BEST!

Look around, notice the world. Stop and see it. Look with curiosity. Listen. Shut up on the inside and listen to what is present. What is going on right NOW around you? What is happening that you would miss if you didn’t put your focus on it? NOW FOCUS ON IT!

Notice how you feel;  your feet on the ground or your butt in the chair. Notice the breath coming in and going out. Notice the relaxing occurring as you breath. Stop thinking and just be. Take a moment to return some balance to your life. Breath and let go. Relax.

Pause – Become Aware Of A Silent Sense Of Presence

When you are ready, shift your thoughts to the positive. Think happy, positive thoughts. Focus on gratitude, something, anything, that makes you smile and feel better. Take your time. Settle down and now think nice positive happy thoughts. Visualize yourself calm.

Real thoughts not fluffy thoughts. Imagine how good it feels to relax and let go and how you are able to do that. Be thankful for being able to relax and change what is going on. Pat yourself on the back for getting more centered. Think about what is good in your life. Savor.

Enjoy and savor the thoughts and the feelings. If, whatever you were doing can wait, then take a walk. Enjoy moving and looking around. If possible go outside, enjoy nature. If not move around a bit OR sit and reflect, meditate and find peace.  Later, you can problem solve.

Create A Gap Between Chaos And Calm – Notice Your Breath

There is a trick to problem solving. You are a better solver of problems when creative. You are more creative when you are relaxed and refreshed. When you are playful and enjoying life you are better than when stressed and burdened and preoccupied.

In order to more efficiently solve problems put yourself into the right frame of mind and emotional state of well-being. Then your time spent and problem solving will be fruitful. Learn self control and the ability to manage your mood. It is a valuable skill. Use it.

Train yourself to become aware when you get agitated. Notice yourself moving into less than glorious feelings; notice the acceleration of negative thinking. Notice you are focused on what you do not want and your body is becoming stressed. Change it.

Release The Unwanted – Focus On The Wanted – Stay Centered

Learn to recognize the negativity and what it is doing to your body and then shift from chaos to calm. It gets easier the more you do it. You’ll notice yourself getting frustrated earlier on and change it quicker and quicker. You’ll develop the habit of becoming grounded.

Transform your life. Change your thoughts and everything can change. Be grateful, have fun, let go and breath. Learn to meditate. Take time each morning to center and ground yourself before you go about your day. This is an excellent way to start each day!

Practice becomming centered when you don’t need it. Then it will be available to you when you do. Whenever stressed, center yourself. Create a pause. Take a break. Create balance and then celebrate. Be grateful. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Start A Wow Diary

“There is another practice you will want to engage in that brings about great delight. As with any of these approaches you only get as much in return as you are willing to put into them. If you invest in this practice, plant the seed and nurture it you will reap a bounty.

If you dabble or do little or nothing don’t expect much to be different or great results. The Law Of Attractions states like attracts like. You get back what you put out, or in this case, into it. Dedicate yourself, commit to it, and you can expect a good return. You’ll have to trust.

Trust until you try it. Once you prove it to yourself by seeing it through you will want to keep doing it and encourage others to as well. So what is this approach? Keep a WOW diary. Yup, start and keep a WOW diary. What on earth is that, you ask. It is simple.

When You Are Thankful For The Little Things They Aren’t So Little

In this diary or journal you notate, or keep track of all the times something great and unexpected happens. It may be big or small. Especially notate all the small ones. Most people miss those waiting for the big ones. You find a penny. Pick it up! Do a happy dance.

Thank the universe! Make a big deal out of it. BE HAPPY. Why? Because, as you do this, you train your brain to look for more pennies. Not only more pennies, but more money. You provide great signal strength when you make it a big celebration.

You are informing your brain, your RAS, to be on the look out for money. So when you make a big deal out of finding money, in any amount, you are even more likely to find more of it. Some people are so tuned into money they find it all the time. You can too.

Appreciate The Little Things – There Are Many

Celebrate whenever something good happens. You get some good news, a letter or a phone call. Shout hooray. Do your happy dance. You get a discount at a store, or an unexpected extra discount move those feet and shake those hips. Happy dance around!

Unexpected, coupons arrive in the mail to help you save money, be happy! Stay happy. Celebrate those free samples you get in the mail and in the stores. Savor those tasty treats in supermarkets as gifts from the divine just for you! Say yes. Accept all. Receive these!

If someone wants to take you to lunch or dinner. Don’t say no, you shouldn’t say ‘THANKS That would be great!’ When good things happen say thanks. Receive it. Most people stumble around and say, ‘you really shouldn’t’ when people want to do nice things for them.

Count Your Blessings Not Your Problems

We have been conditioned to think we don’t deserve it. We are conditioned to think a penny isn’t money or worth much. We do deserve it and it’s all worth it! Condition yourself to find the good wherever you are. Make it a habit to say YES to the universe!

Celebrate the expected and unexpected good as it arrives. Write it in a journal. ‘I found a penny! Hooray!’ ‘Today these great things happened to me!’ Linger in those wonderful  moments. Create the positive, high vibration and LOUD signal value to inform your brain.

‘MORE! Bring me more good!’ Your brain doesn’t know or care whether it is a penny or a million dollars. It only cares about the feelings you have. Attach good feelings to the things that happen to you! Celebrate finding money whatever the denomination! Get it?

One Day You’ll Look Back And The Little Things Were Big Things

It doesn’t care whether you visualize a happy future or see it in reality. The brain doesn’t know the difference. If you worry or have bad circumstances the brain doesn’t know or care, it only responds to the feelings you are generating. BAD! Yuck! Give MORE!

To the brain it is all one and the same. It doesn’t care whether you are happy or sad. It will give you whatever you ARE. So what are you most of the time? How are you feeling? What are you thinking? It will return to you whatever you focus on.

This is why some people seem cursed while others seem blessed. Focus determines what the energy is. If you are focused on your problems you get more problems. Focus on blessings and get more blessings! It really is a no-brainer. It is that simple!

I Am Grateful – Thankful – Blessed – And Happy 

Some people worry and fret and think, ‘nothing good ever happens for me’. Their brain will continue to prove that to them. Others feel blessed and lucky all the time. Their brain proves that for them. Whatever you predominantly feel is what you get back more of.

Want good in your life. Be happy and celebrate everything. Feel incredible and more will come your way. Feel bad and more funk occurs. Haven’t you ever noticed this? Whatever you want you can have. It is all up to you. Attitude determines your altitude.

Develop a happy, powerful, positive winner attitude and watch your life change. DO it today. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Create More Good Fortune And Opportunity Through Gratitude

“If I were limited to one thing I could recommend to people that would absolutely change their lives for the better this is it. Yes, there are many different practices and principles that are important that we could apply. Perhaps, though, nothing is as important as this.

When people speak of the Law Of Attraction they talk about vibration and whether it is high and positive or low and negative. The principle behind the law of attraction is like attracts like. AS previously discussed our RAS does this for us. It finds matches.

Negative attracts negative. Positive attracts positive. If you want to attract or create or become aware of more of the good things in life there are some things you can do. I have already suggested keeping a gratitude journal and expressing gratitude daily.

What We Want To Do With Ease We Must First Do With Diligence

Everyday, before bed, write down at least, 25 people, activities, or things you are grateful for. This is a powerful practice and it can change your life. Living from gratitude is even more powerful. On a moment to moment basis you express gratitude for everything.

Anything and everything that is offered you. You’ll find plenty to resist, therein is the point. You begin to become aware of how you interrupt the flow and fight it. When you surrender to what is, that doesn’t mean you can’t change it. It means you accept it. You allow it.

You can change it. Yes, it seems counter-intuitive, or as if I am speaking out of both sides of my mouth, but once you accept it you are free of it. You can change it or not change it and it doesn’t really matter. Free is free. You rise above it. You aren’t subject to it.

Drop By Drop The Tub Fills – Eat The Elephant Bite By Bite

When you can begin to appreciate everything, the good and the bad, then there is no good and bad. All is good. All has something of a blessing and a learning or a benefit in it. Yes, you may have to dig deep to find it, but once you do, it can be transformative.

Knowing this and doing this are two very different things. It begins with awareness and understanding. It isn’t always easy but it is simple. Live in appreciation. Imagine you created all of it so you could learn positive life lessons. That can be a useful frame to have.

Be responsible for all of it and the grateful for everything makes sense. It is all good, even if it appears as if it is not. Learn to let go, learn to learn from, and learn to celebrate everything! Still, a great way to start and practice is to keep the journal. It tunes us to things we are thankful for. When You Don’t Feel Like It: Do This

“Expectations can be a blessing and a curse. We should expect the best of ourselves and others and be realistic at the same time. Fear and worry about the future doesn’t support us at all. It is negative rehearsal. It is negative affirmations and negative planning.

While we should expect the best we should also be practical and realistic about it. We can dream fantastically big and not accomplish anything or we can dream fantastically big and take steps to bring it about. We do need to place our attention on what does work.

It has been said there is no such thing as unrealistic expectations only unrealistic time frames. Given the right amount of time we may be able to accomplish anything. Anything is possible. Everything may be possible. Dream big and then step by step. Focus on the first step.

Positive Thoughts Generate Positive Feelings

Proceed forward picking up your goals as you climb each rung of a ladder to get to the top. Keep the large end goal in mind while you succeed in picking up each smaller goal in succession. Work your plan. Your plan need not be perfect, you can always adjust it. BUT…

You still need a plan to get from where you are to where you want to go. You need a road map that you use as you journey. Without a plan or road map you drift. You may find that you must detour along the way but that is all part of the journeying process. It’s okay!

Moving forward is simple. It may not always be easy but it is simple. It can be easy too. We shouldn’t think that it is not. It can be very easy. Regardless, it is simple to move forward step by step. Anything can be accomplished when broken into tinier bits or steps.

Positive Thoughts And Feelings Generate Positive Life Experiences

You can manage it. Want to clean your house? It seems too big a task. Either set a small amount of time to straighten up, say 20 minutes, and do that daily. It takes longer but if you do it repeatedly, consistently for long enough you will get the house clean. Or…

Pick one room at a time, if that works better for you, and clean each room using the same principle. Motivation comes from doing not from waiting to be motivated. This is where our feelings often don’t serve us. We wait to feel like it. That won’t help you when you don’t.

For some it has to get bad enough and then they feel like it. They feel pressured that they must then do it. Some wait until deadline pressures cause them enough pain. Then they act. This manner of doing things works but it isn’t very pleasurable. Your choice.

You Can Choose Your Thoughts And You Can Change Your Life

My main premise is very simple. Whatever one thinks that stops them needs to be examined and managed. Go beyond what stops and into new ways of being. Our thoughts, feelings, behaviors and habits should support us. We should control and dictate them.

Manage your thinking and feeling and you take charge of your behaviors and habits. You get better results because you take control of your life. You may have to train yourself to do it, we all do, but then train yourself. Train as a champion does. Make it happen!

Be rigorous and dedicated to bringing about the positive changes you desire. Don’t slack off. Be committed. A champion knows that to win gold tomorrow they must keep training today. They train even when they don’t feel like it. They control their thinking and feelings.

Every Thought We Think Is Creating Our Future

Look for the good in all. Find the silver lining. Manage and control your thinking. There is only one point in all of this:  make your life incredible. Be in charge of your life. Take the initiative. Don’t be a victim. Be a victor instead. Live like you mean it. Live your dreams.

Do little things that bring about change. Go for a walk. Skip or dance and move. Smile more, laugh out loud for a good five minutes. Get a massage. Meditate. Gift yourself in doing something fun. Plant a garden. Do little things that feel good and inspire you. Enjoy each.

Live fully and be grateful for all and you can have the life you want most. It is simple. Don’t let whatever stops you, stop you. Learn to stop, stopping yourself. Learn to move forward progressively and enjoy every single step. Enjoy and delight in all of it.

Success Is Achieved By Those Who Keep Trying With A PMA

The journey can be fun or frustrating. You determine how it will be. You respond to what life throws your way. You can respond well or not so well. It is completely up to you. Many people want big change real fast and are disappointed and give up when it doesn’t occur.

It can happen quickly or it can take time. Sometimes, some people transform instantly, sometimes it is gradual. When it is gradual enjoy it. You and life get better bit by bit. That can be an incredibly joyful process if you allow for it. Focus on what you want and delight.

Delight in bringing it about along the way. Enjoy each moment. Even the rough ones. Get past your stopping or stuck points and your limited thoughts and feelings and move into new powerful dimensions of being. Become invincible and unstoppable and positive! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
