Tony Robbins Is Wrong! Research Shows Positivity Affects Your Health

Does positivity help you to be healthy? What does research indicate? Can happy thoughts lead to a happy body? If it were true you could influence your health by thinking differently would you? John Hopkins University research indicates it makes a difference.

Filling your mind with happy, positive thoughts is a quick way to health. It may be the fastest road to good health. This is why it’s important to read positive materials, listen to positive audios, and think positively consistently. It helps keep you healthier.

This is why your daily rituals should include positive affirmations, visualization, hanging out with other positive people and making the effort to think and feel better. Tony Robbins is wrong, positive thinking is not thinking, ‘there are no weeds, there are no weeds’.

Go 24 Hours Without Complaining Notice How Your Life Improves

Positive thinking doesn’t mean you ignore less difficult situations. Positive thinking means that you approach circumstances in a more positive and productive way. You think or expect the best will happen, not the worst. You determine to make things work out.

The Mayo Clinic reported the maintaining positive thoughts and self talk leads to an increased life span, lower rates of depression and distress. It leads to greater resistance to colds, better psychological and physical well being and better cardiovascular  health .

It also helped people have better coping skills during times of stress and hardship. The Mayo Clinic suggested people learn to manage their self-talk. This is our inner auditory thoughts. Instead of getting down on ourself and life we manage our thinking to be the best.

Always Begin And End The Day With Positive Thoughts 

We can practice this and make positivity a habit. Whenever we become aware we are thinking or speaking silently or out loud less than gloriously we stop and correct it. Instead of saying, ‘I could never do that’ we switch it to, ‘I could do that.’

It is important that we believe our thoughts too so we may need to get there in steps. If you doubt you could do that you can work your way there by saying, ‘I could learn to do that. Given the opportunity I could begin to learn to do that. I can learn to do that.’ Get it?

‘I will learn to do that. I can do that’. It is up to you how you traverse this mental pathway but you select the thoughts that move you forward bit by bit. Positive thinking can be powerful and really make a difference for you in your life. Spend more time thinking good.

Positive Anything Is Better Than Negative Nothing – Be Positive

Then you will spend more time feeling good. A great way to think better is to appreciate more of yourself, life and those people, circumstances and things around you. Most of what makes us feel good and makes us truly rich are free; family, friends, the world.

Notice the beauty of the world, the taste of your food, the time spent having fun and express your gratitude for these. Spend more time thinking better, appreciating yourself and life and you’ll spend more time feeling good. That is reason enough to celebrate everything.” Rex Sikes

Listen To The Silence Or Fill Your Mind With Positive Thoughts: Which Is It?

“I was asked this question. ‘I find it to be a bit contradictory.
Saying “Listen to the silence” but then fill it up with positive thinking and focus on other things. So, which one is it?’ I will answer it here. Does it seem contradictory to you? It need not be contradictory.

Both are useful. You can do both at different times. Both are applicable. There is no contradiction. Music is made up, or filled up, with many notes and chords, but it is the silence between those that allows you to appreciate them. Without silence you’d have noise.

Nature is filled up with many trees and blades of grass and rocks and stones, but it is the gaps between them that allows you to notice. It is not one or the other. The river has banks on both sides. Sometimes you enjoy being on the bank. Sometimes you enjoy being in the river.

Silence Is A Music Of Its Own – Silence Is Alive

Consider a dotted line on paper or the street. There are dots and   spaces. You can focus on one or the other or both. When you focus on both it is a dotted line. If there were no spaces it would be a solid line. You can observe thoughts and the silence at the same time.

Get some rest, sometimes. You will appreciate both when you do both. Find the silence. Rest in it. Enjoy it. Find the gaps between thoughts. Look for the empty spaces. Empty yourself. Be open and allow. If you are full you can’t take any new things in. Be empty.

Listen to silence. Be still and know. Be very quiet and still and listen to your own heart. Listen to your inner wisdom. To do that, some of us have to quiet down, first. We have to notice there is silence to attend to it. Some people flit from thought to thought without rest.

Once You Accept Yourself You Become Beautiful

Then you can appreciate even more that which is there. You can enjoy the positive thoughts and feelings even more. Get it? It isn’t about excluding or having to choose one or the other, it is about both. You can sit on a river bank and silently watch leaves floating.

You can do the same with your thoughts whether positive or not. To do that you must first start observing or listening and allowing. Let go. Practice awareness. Allow and enjoy. Practice gratitude! Find delight and enjoy! Include! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

You Are Stupid If You Keep Doing This! Stop It!

“Haven’t you suffered long enough? Aren’t you tired with the way things are? If everything is great, then great! However, if you want it to be different but can’t yet figure out how to do it I have good news for you. You can live life on your own terms and make it so.

How? You have to switch your thinking from non-supportive to supportive. You need to develop supportive habits and replace old ones that haven’t worked well for you. Yes, it will take some work. It may not happen over night but you can do it. The time has come.

Begin by replacing your poverty thinking. I don’t just mean lack thinking about money although that is a good place to correct now too. Begin by steering your thoughts away from ‘I can’t’ and asking yourself, ‘why things suck’ to ‘I can’ and ‘I can improve this.’

A Negative Thought Will Never Give You A Positive Life

Move from poverty thinking to prosperity thinking. I don’t mean wishing or rubbing a magic lamp. I mean thinking that you are able to learn to make a difference. You can change your situation. If you don’t know how you can and will learn how. Begin right here. I can!

Then repeat these thoughts. Whenever you find yourself thinking otherwise, stop, take a deep breath or two and start changing to more productive thinking. As you do you will develop an awareness of when you automatically go negative. Eventually you’ll cease it.

You will begin to eliminate the negative and begin to think positive supportive thoughts. Face it, no one does much by thinking, ‘I can’t do it. It won’t work. Nothing ever works out right for me. I don’t have enough money.’ It just doesn’t help you unless it propels you to fix it.

Train Your Mind To See The Good In Every Situation – Be Positive

If you don’t fix it you are being stupid. You are living as a victim of your own conditioned thinking instead of taking charge and changing your life for the better. Why do I say you are stupid? Because YOU can do something about it but don’t. Get it?

Tough Love! It’s time to switch from less than glorious thinking to glorious thinking. Time to start thinking, feeling and acting better. When you do you get better results. It is all up to you. Don’t wait. Start now. Develop powerful productive positivel habits that serve you to live the life you want. Be grateful you can. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

What To Do To Begin Changing Your Life For The Better 2

‘Do you realize anxiety is negative planning? You can learn to let it go. Focus on what you want instead of what you don’t want. Plan what you want not what you don’t. People think, ‘I don’t want to be anxious’  OR ‘I should lessen my anxiety.’ ‘I don’t want to worry.’

Consider what you just thought or said. What’s the last thought in your mind? Well, what is it? It is a thought about being anxious. If I say don’t think about a blue elephant what’s left in your mind? If I say I want to lessen my thoughts of a blue elephant, what’s the thought?

The last left in mind is STILL a blue elephant. Get it? I said don’t think about a blue elephant or I don’t want to think about a blue elephant and what remains in the mind IS the blue elephant or anxious thoughts. What you want to do is decide what you DO want.

You Get What You Focus On So Focus On What You Want

Think about what you want and even why you want it. Phrase it positively! ‘I want to be calm and peaceful. I want to focus on my breathing.’  There are the reasons why you want these. If you say, ‘so I am not upset’, what is left in the mind? Upset? Why do you want it?

Stop thinking upset! What is the POSITIVE benefit? Whenever I use the word ‘don’t’ as in, ‘don’t get mad’ I’m going to get mad because for me to understand what it means to ‘don’t’ or ‘not to get mad’  I have to imagine getting mad first? I have to picture it inside.

So I end up getting the very thing I don’t want. Get it? It is the same with the elephant. WHAT DO YOU WANT?  ‘I want to feel calm so I can freely express myself. I want to feel calm and be happy. I want to feel calm and find things to delight in.’ Focus on the positive benefit.

You Are Never Too Old Or Too Young To Set A New Goal Or Dream

‘I want to…’ It is okay to KNOW what you don’t want, or what you want to avoid or eliminate,  BUT your focus MUST BE on what YOU DO WANT! So you can say ‘I AM CALM. I AM CENTERED.  I AM FOCUSED ON MY BREATHING.’ This is useful and accurate.

You can also say, ‘I am learning to be calm. I am learning to be centered. I am learning to focus on my breathing. I am in the process of learning to become calm’, etc. This is true too. You are in the process of learning to be calm, or whatever your end goal is.

Whichever is easiest for you to accept and believe first. Either, you are calm or you are learning to be calm or even you are in the process of learning to be calm. Get it? It is quite simple. You want to be able to accept and believe that what you say is accurate and true.

Focus On Good Thoughts And Good Things Will Happen – Feel It

More next blog but here is the most important piece! CHANT IT. SING IT. DANCE IT! Add all the very best emotions and feeling to it that you can. Make yourself feel good and enthused about it.  Feel happy and joyful and enthused as you say ‘I am learning to be calm.’

Always encourage positive feelings and emotions. Look for anything and everything to feel good and glad about. The more you do the more you enhance your ability to find good things. The more we do the more we can do. Be grateful! Enjoy and celebrate everything!”

What To Do To Begin Changing Your Life For The Better 1

“People ask me what they might do to begin transforming their mind and their life? It is simpler than you think it is. The only limitations that truly exist, exit in our thoughts or ways of thinking. One of the best things you can do is fill your mind with positive thoughts.

I suggest you read my blog. Go to the very first one and read a little bit each day. Read 30 minutes, or 5 minutes. Read thirty pages or 1 page. Everyday read and make a study of what you read. Revisit and re-read. Immerse yourself for as much time as possible. Journal.

If you can’t read a page a day read a paragraph. Read a single sentence. Just build a consistent habit. Remember ‘the proper fruit of knowledge is action’. Take one small action step each day toward what you want. One tiny baby step is all that is necessary to move.

Relax – Let Go – Simply Remain A Witness – Allow Accept Enjoy 

Decide to read daily and commit to it. That is good. Determine to meditate for a few moments. Just watch your thoughts and do nothing. Be an observer and not a participant. Don’t judge. Allow all to run their course. Allow your thoughts to go by as leaves on water.

You can choose to focus on your breathing. Put your attention on just your breath. Whether you choose to focus on thoughts or breath if your attention strays; fine THAT IS WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT. When you notice you strayed bring you attention back.

Refocus your attention on your thoughts or breath gently without judgement. You WILL develop your concentration and your ability to notice and return easily. Go ahead and give it a go.  Spend a couple minutes. Even two or three to begin. Gradually increase the time.

Breathe In – Breathe Out – Let It Be – Remain Aware And At Ease

Build up until you can do five or seven. Later you can always do more. NEVER bite off more than you can chew. BABY Steps. 1% is more than plenty. Spend quality time rather than quantity time. Less can be more. Watch your thoughts and your breath. Merely observe.

Watch your wandering without judgement. Watch your return without judgement.  The key is to allow what is without any form of  judgement. Allow the process but let go of the judging.  You only LEARN to do this by doing it. This is HOW we begin. Bit by bit.

If you judged, fine you judged. That is what IS. You simply watch your breath. You forget or get distracted by other thoughts. You get upset and judge. Somewhere in all this you return attention to your breath. It may happen over and over. It’s ok. That’s how  you learn. Repeat.

Correct Repetition For Long Enough Time Becomes Habit And Skill

JUDGE THE HELL OUT OF IT if you wish. Just don’t quit. Eventually you will learn to ease up on the judgement without attacking it directly. Just allow it. Then be done with it at some point. Get it? Gentle, easy, is the way. The process is the point. You learn by doing.

Practice gratitude. Feel grateful. Delight in everything. As you increase your awareness and move forward acknowledge it. Pat yourself on the back. Be happy. Feel good. Good feelings will move you forward more swiftly. Look for things to feel good about. Seek and you will find. Celebrate everything!’ Rex Sikes

How To Have Fewer Problems And More Joys

“In my last post I pointed out that agitation is good. After all it is a part of life. It benefits us and we can use it that way. I pointed out you don’t need to seek it nor should you avoid it. Rather, embrace it and be thankful for the opportunity to grow and develop.

Be bigger than your problems and challenges. Learn to speak of them differently. Consider them situations rather than obstacles, problems or challenges. If you say, ‘there is a challenge’ you are affirming it as something challenging.

Please understand this. It is always as you think and say it is! Perception is everything. If it is a difficulty in your mind and you say as much, you keep locking it in. You keep on perpetuating it. Instead, reframe it as, a situation or an opportunity, or even a blessing.

Be Careful What You Plant You May Have To Eat It One Day

Say, ‘a situation has come up’. ‘There is a new opportunity before me’. There are many variations you can use. Remember your attitude determines your altitude. If you label something a problem it is one, at least in your mind, at least for you. Get it? Do you?

Stop calling things as troubles or bad events. Come to see them as opportunities with benefits that may not be obvious yet. Speak only to bless, heal and prosper. Speak and focus only on what you want and not what you don’t want. Speak how you want the future to be.

Stop affirming troubles and start affirming all the good in life. It will work out. Eventually, it will so begin now to affirm that. You don’t know how yet, but trust that it will. The more you focus on the issue as a problem the more you attract problem thinking and problems.

Thoughts And Words Are Seeds – Be Careful What You Plant

Remember, you get what you focus on. That is why reframing, letting go, embracing the opportunity and celebrating with gratitude is transformative. Let go of it being a problem and embrace it as a situation or circumstances that contains a seed of opportunity.

The benefit will be revealed as you successfully negotiate it. As you stay open to possibilities and affirm the good around you  you are more likely to see the possibilities. The more gratitude and celebratory you are the more of these good things you get back.

The more you will find. I have discussed in other posts this ability of your brain. The Reticular Activating System (RAS) looks for matches in your experience for what you hold in your mind. What you think and say, determines much of what you find in the outer world.

What You Say Is What You Get – You Create Your Reality

What you are focused on, what is important to you, you begin noticing. It was always there you just couldn’t and didn’t see it. Like when you spot other model cars like the one you just bought. Birds of a feather flock together.

The energy you put into it is the energy returned to you. I prefer positive energy returning to me. How about you? Energy flows where your attention goes. If it goes into trouble then troubles remain or return. If it goes into blessings then you get that back.

Consider feeling blessed no matter what happens. It is what it IS. We never have enough information to know what it truly is or what it all means. Therefore, consider yourself blessed and have faith, trust that ultimately everything all works out for greater good. It does!

What Precisely Are You Affirming Only Create What You Want To

Be optimistic. Even if the ‘difficulties’ remain a while you are better equipped to navigate ‘troubled waters’ with a positive, optimistic attitude. A negative attitude isn’t going to help you. A defeated attitude doesn’t provide benefit. A poor attitude gets poor results.

A champion’s attitude will see you through. Feel blessed. If you learn how to feel blessed no matter what occurs, NO MATTER WHAT, you are transformed. Life becomes incredible. It is you who will have changed. When you change the circumstances don’t really matter.

You matter! Please understand this. It is up to you! Gratitude and feeling blessed is the difference that makes the difference. From within to without. From above so below. Live in deep appreciation for everything and every moment is blissful. You will find a profound, deep inner joy. That is why I remind each of us, everyday, to celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Do You Understand, Yet, You Can Learn Without Pain?

“Some lessons in life come from our pain and suffering. We examine or look back on ‘negative’ events and extract learning. If we are wise we realize that in each less than glorious circumstance is a lesson and a seed of equivalent opportunity. It helps us to be aware.

We have growing pains. This is a great thing. It means nothing is wasted. Good or bad there is opportunity and there is learning. We can and will evolve no matter what. Sometimes, some off us keep getting the hard knocks over and over again. Repeated suffering.

It seems we don’t learn the first time. Perhaps, we don’t learn after many times. Some may not seem to learn in this lifetime at all. Yet, it appears the opportunity to awaken to this is there continually. Nature, life, most things are cyclic. What goes around comes around.

Delight And Gratitude Is The Secret – Use The Secret To Transform

Suffering is part of life and returns. Just as night returns, or winter. BUT there is something we also need to know. Something we really need to understand. SO DO THE good times; the day, the warmth of summer. It is never all bad. Good times come around again too!

More importantly, we don’t always have to only learn through hardship and struggle. We can learn through happiness, love, fun and delight. Opportunity exists there too. Everything is always available to us. We only have to look for it and accept it. Grab it!

We will enjoy more of life when we realize we already have it all. Learning can be most enjoyable. We can spend more time in delight. If we begin to appreciate where we are, who we are, what we have and be thankful NOW, we can make the most of our experience.

Play Is The Highest Form Of Research – Explore And Adventure

Open the possibility for the magnificent and you are more apt to find it than if you exclude it. Allow it to be available to you. Most of us have shut that out. Yup, our prior conditioning makes it so. But it can be different. It can be absolutely wonderful. It can be incredible!

Allow it. Accept It. Receive it. Make it happen. Create it! Attract it. Delight! Have fun, Be thankful. Open yourself to discover more. A closed mind won’t discover it. Only open eyes have the possibility of looking around and seeing what is there. Life will change for the best when you celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Feeling Low Energy? Down and Out? Do This Immediately!

Silly me. Right? I had missed out. How could I have gone so long without acknowledging them. But, I had. I began to list, one after the other,  how my toes had worked together. My soles of the feet. The muscles, bones, joints and cartilage. My skin. Each and everything!

When I Started Counting My Blessings My Life Turned Around

The flood gates soon opened and I was thanking each and every part of me I could think of and name, inside and out. The more I thanked the more incredible I felt. It is a great place to begin feeling better. It is a great place to get in touch with what is important. Embrace it.

Discover how blessed you are. Do it! Become thankful. Make a list. Do it each and everyday. Whenever and where ever you can. Think it, speak it, enjoy it. Feel it! What You Have Doesn’t Matter. It Is Who You Are That Means Everything!

“My mission, in large part, is helping people positively change their lives. I want to assist others in transforming who they are. This is critical because it truly is not about what you have. It is all about who you are and who you become. Who you are is most important!

Who you are determines what you do and what you have.
The first order of business is to become all that you can be; to become your true and authentic self; to become a person who allows and accepts and lives in abundance and wealth and gratitude.

The goal is to become free. Be who you truly are and not your conditioned self. Your conditioned self is the chronic, habitual automatic thoughts, beliefs and values that were handed to you while you grew up.

Your Greatness Is Not What You Have But Who You Are

The self you know or that you don’t know is a mixture of thoughts co-opted from other people that you have accepted. It may be an accurate, or one of the truest statements, to say most of us don’t know who we are. We think we know ourselves but we don’t.

We know the conditioned mind but not who we are without that conditioning. It is so habitual and so ingrained we can’t tell the difference. That is why the injunction to ‘know thy self’ is so critical. It is critical! It takes awareness and courage to explore oneself.

I understand that some fear this; that if you’re truly yourself and happy and fulfilled and filled with gratitude then it doesn’t matter what you have and that scares most people. They conjure up of the image of a happy Buddha sitting in the mud with nothing.

Your Greatness Is Not Who You Are But What You Give

If you were that happy Buddha sitting in mud with nothing then you would be a happy Buddha and it wouldn’t matter what are you sitting in. You simply can’t conceive what you cannot conceive of. What you don’t know you do not know.

In order to behave in a new reality you must first be able to conceive of that new reality and you and I cannot conceive of our true selves from our conditioned mine.  We first must become aware of our conditioning so that we can let go of it and reveal our true nature.

For example: how many times have you heard of lottery winners winning fortunes only to go broke again shortly there after. It’s because the person didn’t change instead they just got things. They got new wealth. They got new wealth but didn’t change themselves.

Who You Become Is More Important Than What You Have

They don’t know how to hang onto wealth because they didn’t fundamentally change themselves to know how to manage it and keep it. They didn’t FIRST become the person who can accept handle and keep wealth. They were the same old chronic conditioned self.

They were the same old person with chronic old conditioned ‘poor’ habits who lucked into wealth. Instead of keeping it they returned to who they had been. A poor person. They had been and continued to be a poor person who got money and spent money. They lost it.

This is why the rich, if they lose money, will make it again. Their mindset is wealth. It is their conditioning. It is who they are. While it may not be their authentic self it demonstrates that who one is determines what one has. We are a product of our conditioning.

Upon Waking Let Your First Thought Be Thank You

Whereas the poor person is first and foremost a poor person because of their conditioning. They can change who they! To change who we are is the first order of business! Most people think it is having more, making more and doing more. It definitely is not.

This is why the rich maintain the belief if you give money to the poor it will all end up back in the hands of the wealthy anyway. So why bother? Since the poor won’t know how to invest it and hang onto it they will lose it it. Why give the poor any wealth to begin with?

It is not unreal, nor unreasonable to follow their logic. It’s sad and not very charitable. It may be greedy and selfish but this is why you must transform yourself first. Once you transform YOU then you can handle attaining and accomplishing and gaining things.

Nothing You Wear Is More Important Than Your Smile

You must become the person who is wealthy first then you can handle having things. The rule of law in this universe is not to have things first. This is critical and this is what most people miss. The rule is to become it first, be it. Then you will do right and have it.

Most people spend their life working for things. They try to figure out how to get more. They try to make things happen. They blame the outside world for what they do or don’t have; for what prevents them. They resent and blame others who have more.

They blame circumstances and events. They blame luck, their upbringing, their parents, their gene, whatever! None of the outer world matters. It is an inner transformation that matters! Stop trying to change the outer world.

Know Thyself – You Are Important – Know Thyself – Who Are You

Transform the inner world first and the outer world can and will change. As within so without. From the inner to the outer! That is the order things work at. Those who end up spinning their wheels are attempting to do it backwards. It will not work well that way.

They try to change the world without first transforming themselves and it fails. Become the person who IS the change you want to see in the world and everything else can be yours. This is the rule of law. Know yourself! Transform yourself! Then your world will change.

This is why gratitude is important. This is why attitude is important. This is why positivity is important. This is why affirmations and visualization are important. This is why filling your mind with positive thoughts and energy is important.

Who Are You Becoming

You become what you think about. What you focus on expand. You can become aware of your chronic, old conditioning and drop it. You can change your thinking and become powerfully positive. You can become the person of your dreams. You can discover your true self.

Do it. This is why ‘act as if’ is important. These things are important because they are tools to help you change your focus from the chronic old conditioning to new positive possibilities. Become the person first then everything else falls in place. Do it. And Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Are You Willing To Change?

“Some people say they want a change. They may even feel that things must change. Some claim they want TO change. If you are one of these people who feels like you want or need to change some things in your life then read on. You can change. The process is simple.

Are you willing to be willing? This is an important question. Many people state they want to change but are unwilling to do just that. If you want your life to change you must change things in your life. You must be willing to try on different things just as you would clothing.

Try it on. Be willing to try it out. Some people don’t vary what they eat much. They have a limited diet. They know what they like or want. They are unwilling to try anything new. If you want to change you must, at the very least, be willing to be willing. Be open. Try it!

You Can’t Grow Unless You Are Willing To Change – Be Willing

Be willing to explore. Be willing to adventure. Be willing to experience some discomfort. Keep in mind if you explore and adventure into new territory the terrain will not be familiar. If you want to change be okay with that. Be available to having it different.

If it is different it can be uncomfortable. When you stay in a hotel or somewhere not your bed, some people have difficulty sleeping at first. It is not familiar or it is uncomfortable. Eventually, that will give way, but you must go through discomfort, at first. Are you willing?

If the answer is ‘YES’ then are you willing to release old, negative limiting beliefs? Are you willing to let go of habituated, chronic, less than glorious or non-productive thinking? If you are many great new wonderful benefits can come your way. New doors open up for you.

If You Want To Change Be Willing To Be Uncomfortable 

Old beliefs are merely old thoughts that stand in your way that you have adopted mostly from others while growing up. They weren’t yours but you repeatedly thought them over and over until they became yours. The time is ripe to let go and trade them in.

Trade them in for better thoughts. Thoughts are either supportive of what you want to do and accomplish or they are not supportive. Become aware of when you are thinking less than gloriously. What do I mean by that? When you are negative or down on you or life.

Notice when your thoughts don’t support you and commit to changing them. Exchange them for new thoughts that are positive and more fulfilling. Trade the old for new supportive thoughts and beliefs. You are no longer little so you have to do this on your own.

Be Willing To Surrender Who You Are For Who You Can Be

It is up to you to notice and make the changes. It is simple but not always easy. Still, it can be done. Hang in there. Think positive from the start. Think, ‘I can learn to do this. I will do this. No matter what I am able to think more positive. I am in charge of my thoughts’.

If you are willing to change then commit to changing. Have fun with it. Don’t take it too seriously but enjoy the process. Always remember you are in a process. That means there may be errors along the way but so what you are learning and changing!

Hang in there. Have fun. Be open, available and willing to change and you can and will surprise and delight yourself. You can change faster than you might ever imagine. While you are changing, now, practice being grateful. Practice gratitude! It will accelerate your learning and your changes. Be thankful and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
