Why Don’t People, Including You, Change When They Want To?

“You try to change? You want to lose weight, gain weight, get out of debt, spend less money, Yet, you don’t. You try to make more money, feel happier, stop yelling at kids,  or quit smoking but you haven’t. What’s up with this? Why don’t people change if they want to?

The short answer is: They haven’t decided to. They want to but haven’t made the decision. That is one heck of a major reason. They hope to, wish to, and want to really, really, badly, BUT they haven’t actually said, ‘I will change’.  YOU haven’t committed to it, either.

Instead they try different things. All of which don’t work, according to them. They make excuses, they blame others. They tell themselves, ‘it will be hard’. They say things like, ‘I don’t know how.’ They blame god, the world, the economy, even themselves.

Unsuccessful People Make Decisions Based On What Sucks Now

‘I can’t change’. ‘I’ve tried everything.’ UH, NO, YOU HAVEN’T. You may think you have tried everything, but you haven’t. May seems like it, but nope. You’re not  doing the right things. You keep doing the same things over and over wishing and hoping it would be different.

That’s part of the problem. You have to do something ACTUALLY different! You have to say you will and then you have to commit to it. You have been putting it off. Fearing it. Resisting it. Worrying about it. You have been programming yourself to fail again! STOP THIS!

STOP the Insanity! You need to program yourself to succeed. You need to quit failing and start succeeding. As Henry Ford stated, ‘Whether you think you can’t or you think you can. You are right’. You’ve lied about why you can’t change. Now, lie about why you can.

Successful People Decide Based On Where They Want To Be

You have to decide you will. Commit to it. Affirm that commitment each and every day, every hour and every minute, if need be. Commit and persist. Believe you can do it. Affirm that you can do it. Decide it will be easier than you imagine, even though, it may be tough.

It requires as much effort and action as it requires. You don’t take a bazooka after a gnat when a flyswatter will do. Still, you must do whatever it takes. You must keep doing it until you make it a new habit and master it. You must engage your mind power. You must!

You must make your thoughts and feelings work for you instead of the way you typically use them. You must take charge and decide that you are larger than any problem you could possibly have. YOU are in charge. You will do it. You will make it happen. You – You – You!

There Is Power In Making The Decision To Do Something Positive

Stop doing the old things the old ways. Stop doing the old habits. Make some new ones. Create thought, feeling and action habits that serve you. Weed the garden. Stop feeding the weeds. Feed only what you want to grow. Speak only that which promotes growth.

Align your thoughts, feelings, words and actions. Focus your attention powerfully on what you want to create and do it. The more you do the more you can do. Break it into manageable steps at first. Chunk it down. Step by step, but do it. You can learn to do anything.

Appreciate that you want to change. Appreciate what you want to change because something about it served you. Right or wrong there was something in the behavior for you. Now change and appreciate you have decided it is time. Appreciate your efforts. Be glad!

You Have The Power To Change Your Life At Any Moment

Appreciate your progress. Each day feel blessed and thankful for the effort, the progress, the slip-ups and mistakes, the return to progress and for your persistence. Feel blessed you are alive and able to take this on. Stop whining and start winning. Make it a game. Have fun. Enjoy it. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

What Is Critical You Learn From The Cold Or Flu

“A few blogs ago I shared what we could learn from having the cold or flu. One of the main points is, when things don’t feel right we notice it. It may be painful, but this is a good thing. Our body signals us that something is amiss and needs attending to. We need healing.

If we didn’t feel bad we might never know to take care of it. So it is good that painful symptoms get our attention. The issue, however, is to not focus on the symptoms and the pains, but on feeling well. I pointed out I learned to focus on feeling blessed and what was good.

By shifting away from the negative, or less than glorious or painful current physical events, and to positive or more healthy feelings, I could find in me, I began to feel better and heal more rapidly. The better my attitude is, the more my health swiftly improves.

Energy Flows Where Attention Goes – Your Thoughts Begin It

It isn’t easy to shift focus. It takes practice and conditioning. That is why I recommend daily practice. Find the good. Find the delightful and the new. Find the blessings. Shift away from the negative, the hurtful, the destructive to the positive and the productive. Get it?

Over time we develop the habit of shifting our attention. Remember our energy flows where our attention goes. After a long enough duration of daily practice it becomes automatic. Be thankful for problems and obstacles. They help you strengthen the habit.

Shift when things are personally painful. When you are sick. When you feel overwhelmed by bills. When you feel lonely or underserving of love, kindness or abundance; shift from less than productive, less than glorious, negative, painful thoughts and feelings to the positive.

Your Emotions Amplify Your Thoughts – Stop Feeding The Weeds

Stop focusing on what is. Don’t deny it. Acknowledge it. It is a symptom. Focus on what you want instead. Put your attention on what you want. Get it? Create what you want!! Don’t get caught up in what is wrong. STOP and focus on what is right! Promote that.

The same can be said about current affairs, the political climate, the economy, wars and the world at large. Don’t focus on the wrongs. Notice, these are symptoms. Something must change. Don’t deny. Shift attention from the wrongs to what the rights can and must be.

Attend to what you want to build. Don’t focus on debt. Focus on making money. Don’t focus on war. Focus on creating peace. Don’t focus on illness. Focus on promoting health. Don’t focus on restrictions. Focus on ensuring freedom. BUILD what you want.

Reclaim Your Time Attention Energy And Feelings From Negativity

Be glad you can! Be glad you can find good. There is still always more right than there is wrong, but sometimes our perceptions get screwed up. Focus on the blessings. Focus on the fact that you can create change! Even if you don’t know how yet, you can do it.

Be grateful personally and for the world. Find the silver linings. Find the hidden gems. Seek to uncover treasures buried deep. You can miss them if you don’t look for them. Find what there is to be thankful and be thankful. You can! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

How Setting An Intention Can Make Your Day!

“Each day is an opportunity to rock your world. How you begin your day can determine how the day goes, flows and ends. If you want it to end well you need it to begin well, at the very least. Here is how you begin having more great days and fewer struggles.

After your first waking thoughts of, ‘I love my life. I allow, accept and receive all the gifts the universe has for me. Something magical is going to happen for me today,’ or another positive variation, set an intention. Direct your mind to consider what you’d like to happen.

‘I allow, accept and receive all the gifts the universe has for me’ is an intention. The thought directs your mind and your behaviors for the day. It sets a framework for you to follow. Allow, accept, receive. You can be surprised by what shows up or you can look for it or both.

The Power Of Intention Is The Power To Manifest And To Create

Make a decision, a positive determination,  of what you want your day to be like.  When you wake up in the morning plan for a good day. Realize that your expectations help shape what you find during your day.  For example, ‘today I will behave in loving ways towards Sue’.

‘Today, I will look for the best in each person I meet.’ ‘Today, I will feel more peaceful at work.’ ‘I will discover times to have more fun and delight throughout the day’. You could even specify 3 times during the day, or any reasonable number you choose. It’s up to you.

‘I will focus my attention on what I want to accomplish.’ ‘I will take one small step toward making my dream come true’. Determine what this may be and commit to it. In other words, how do you intend to utilize your day to make good things happen?

The Mind Is The Matrix Of All Matter You Get What You Focus On

If you get up each day looking for smiles you will find more than if you get up looking for frowns. Get it? It sets the frame for the day. Could you still find frowns? Of course, but if you are looking for smiles, you have a better chance of finding them. Seek and find.

When you anticipate good things happening you are much more likely to have good things happen. If you think the best about people you are much more likely to encounter people at their best. Store and remember your wins. Cut and forget your losses.

Determine what you want the day to be like and go out and live it. You can set at least one intention for the day. You could set more. You could even set a new intention with each change in activity or location. I’ll explain it but I suggest you start easy and build up.

Let The Power Of Intention Lead The Way – Set Positive Intentions

‘I intend to go downstairs and enjoy my breakfast. I will drive safely to work and enjoy the ride no matter what traffic is like. I will enjoy my co-workers. I will make 5 new contacts during this day. I will talk to Pete at lunch and help him out.’ Don’t do these all at once.

You do each one prior to the activity or the location change. You set your intention before going into the new activity or area. You set the frame for how you want it to be. Get it? This has the added benefit of making you consciously think about what you want during that time.

It takes haphazard out of it. It gives you a focus. What do you want? As you head into the kitchen how do you want breakfast to go? As you get behind the wheel how do you want the drive to go? When you enter the work place how do you want your workday to go?

A Good Intention Clothes Itself With Power – You Make It Happen

What do you intend to make happen? It helps you aim your thoughts, feelings and behaviors deliberately instead of just going through the day. It is a means of directing your mind. It is a pursuit.  It is what you intend to do. You commit and follow though on it.  Stay positive!

‘I will find and write down 25 things to feel grateful for before going to bed tonight.’ Then do it. Make it a point to keep your word. Don’t break promises to yourself or anyone else. Keep your word to you! This is most important. Do it! Then feel proud and grateful.

Your life can transform incredibly when you add the power of intention to what you do. Your focus and your ability to get things done, make things happen, will improve. You will develop a great new supportive success habit that helps you feel marvelous. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Do This To Start Your Day Out Right!

“How’d you like to wake up each day feeling fine? Would you like to make your day more delightful and productive? You can, you know. You can program yourself to have good days. If you make waking up wonderfully a habit, the rest of your day most likely will follow suit.

The easiest way is to create a positive morning ritual. In other posts I have shared many of the morning things you can do to get your day going right. In this post I’d like to elaborate on another. Are your ready to make a difference in your day?  Alright, then.

When you get up, when you arise in the morning, first thing, set your thoughts. Make a promise, a commitment to yourself. Set the direction for your day. I wake up and first thing I think, as I have shared before, are positive, wonderful thoughts. I think:

Fill Your Day With Good Thoughts  And Happy Moments

‘I love my life! I allow and accept and receive all the gifts the universe has for me! Something magical is going to happen for me today!’ That is my opening thought! ‘Yes, it’s great to be awake in this world! What exciting things will I discover today!’

This sets the frame for my day. Get it? I love that I have another day. Do I think the universe gifts me as some grandmother does? Heck, I don’t know, but if I find a penny I am thrilled. It is a gift. There are so many things around us that are gifts.

I want to discover and appreciate as many as I can. I want to celebrate these. Someone buys coffee, it is a gift. Someone smiles at me, it is a gift. I go into acceptance mode. I used to be in denial mode now I accept. Someone would pay me a compliment and I’s refuse it.

Why Life Offers Tough Moments Don’t Say – Why Me – Say – Try Me

I’d say, ‘it is nothing’. Thank them and sheepishly deflect it. Now, bring it! That is a gift. I allow myself to be open, as much as possible, to accept and label ALL things gifts. Some might be tough lessons. That’s okay it is a gift. Today is a gift!

I also like to gift the world and other people as much as possible through words and actions. At the end of the day I can look back and feel grateful for all the good and new, delightful gifts I discovered. I look forward to more tomorrow.  The day is a bookended.

It begins and ends with gratitude. In between is discovery and appreciation. I’ll share more next post on setting intentions. How you start the day tends to determine how the rest of it goes. If you want more good days begin at the beginning.

Attitude Is Everything – Attitude Determines Your Altitude

Start by remembering to make a positive declarations, as I pointed out above, first thing. Power up your first thoughts. It may take a while to actually make it your first thoughts but through daily practice and repetition you’ll get there. Step by step.

Some people don’t like getting up. You can bet their thoughts aren’t ‘Oh boy, this is exciting!’ This is why they need to make the change. While still in bed they need to adjust their thinking. You CAN do this. Anyone can learn. You absolutely can! So begin right away!

With daily practice you will soon overcome the inertia of old habits. The good news is we can learn and develop new ones that serve and support us much, much better. Begin this practice and in a short while it can transform not only your day but your life. Think positive and feel better. Be grateful and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

You Are Stupid If You Keep Doing This! Stop It!

“Haven’t you suffered long enough? Aren’t you tired with the way things are? If everything is great, then great! However, if you want it to be different but can’t yet figure out how to do it I have good news for you. You can live life on your own terms and make it so.

How? You have to switch your thinking from non-supportive to supportive. You need to develop supportive habits and replace old ones that haven’t worked well for you. Yes, it will take some work. It may not happen over night but you can do it. The time has come.

Begin by replacing your poverty thinking. I don’t just mean lack thinking about money although that is a good place to correct now too. Begin by steering your thoughts away from ‘I can’t’ and asking yourself, ‘why things suck’ to ‘I can’ and ‘I can improve this.’

A Negative Thought Will Never Give You A Positive Life

Move from poverty thinking to prosperity thinking. I don’t mean wishing or rubbing a magic lamp. I mean thinking that you are able to learn to make a difference. You can change your situation. If you don’t know how you can and will learn how. Begin right here. I can!

Then repeat these thoughts. Whenever you find yourself thinking otherwise, stop, take a deep breath or two and start changing to more productive thinking. As you do you will develop an awareness of when you automatically go negative. Eventually you’ll cease it.

You will begin to eliminate the negative and begin to think positive supportive thoughts. Face it, no one does much by thinking, ‘I can’t do it. It won’t work. Nothing ever works out right for me. I don’t have enough money.’ It just doesn’t help you unless it propels you to fix it.

Train Your Mind To See The Good In Every Situation – Be Positive

If you don’t fix it you are being stupid. You are living as a victim of your own conditioned thinking instead of taking charge and changing your life for the better. Why do I say you are stupid? Because YOU can do something about it but don’t. Get it?

Tough Love! It’s time to switch from less than glorious thinking to glorious thinking. Time to start thinking, feeling and acting better. When you do you get better results. It is all up to you. Don’t wait. Start now. Develop powerful productive positivel habits that serve you to live the life you want. Be grateful you can. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Do This One Thing And Claim Greater Power And Control!

“Many people do not want to face the fact that everything we do is by choice. Though science estimates we are 99.5% or better unconsciously automated by thinking, feeling and behavioral habits, we acquired while growing  up, we still have some ability to choose.

Mostly, we have the ability to choose to change our habits and neurologically rewire our thinking, feeling and behaving. That is where we find our power. When we replace the conditioning we acquired while growing up we become free. Yup, truly free!

We recondition ourselves with supportive thoughts, feelings and behaviors that serve us better than the old ones. Some people don’t believe this is possible and remain a victim of their conditioning. Others step forward and decide to do whatever it takes to change.

Think And Speak Positive And Positive Things Will Happen

The point is we still have some choice left in us. That tiny portion of conscious choice is an incredible gift. Because of it we can determine to accomplish many incredibly things. Therefore, it is important we use it wisely, productively and positively. Aim it for good results!

One important exercise in awareness and developing positive control and power is to begin to listen to what you say. Listen and make changes. Do not say anything that you do not want to become true for you. Whether you think this is a possibility or not.

Adopt the mental frame that it is. Imagine your words are powerful and even magical. Whatever you say will manifest. Therefore, pretend anything you say comes true AND do not say anything you don’t want to come true. Only speak what you want to manifest.

Talk More About Your Blessings Than You Do About Your Burdens

Choose your words. Choose what you say to yourself silently and out loud to others. Become aware that you can choose to rephrase and even rethink it. Don’t allow yourself to speak anything other than what you choose. When you choose you exercise your power.

Do it. Try it on. Listen and become aware. Speak only to bless, heal and prosper. Put a positive watchdog or guard before your lips. If you utter something that isn’t what you want go ahead, change it or re-speak it. Do this for at 30 days consistently. Be rigorous.

A couple things will happen. You will become so much more aware of your automated thoughts and things you say. You will notice how NOT positive you are. You will notice how what you say supports what you don’t have or the problems that repeatedly occur.

Speak Victory Not Defeat – What You Say Is What You Get

You will notice things changing for the better. You will notice yourself speaking in a more targeted and productive way. You will get clearer on what you want. You will become more positive and potentially more productive. Everything can change! Stick with it.

My hope for you is you discover you true power and your true self. You can and will. I hope you will stay with it and make it a life long habit. If you do you will discover things you never realized possible. Happy journey. Have fun. Be thankful and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Unless You Do This You Are Bound To Fail!

“For nearly 40 years I have asked this question in articles, presentations and seminars near and far, ‘What is it that stops most people?’ What is it that prevents people from being happy, having the career they want, a great relationship and living their dreams?

Some answer fear. Some say doubt. Others answer procrastination. Apathy some say. Others chime in struggle, it’s too hard. Failure, they give up. I get many similar answers. What is the bottom line? What are all these made of? What is common among these?

Thoughts. A thought. A mental packet of elctro-chemical energy is what stops most people. People think they are afraid. They have thoughts of doubt; they think it is too hard. They tried and are convinced they can’t succeed. They think, ‘I’ll do it later.’

Who You Think You Are Or Are Not Can Hold You Back

This is why I have been a champion for gaining control of what goes on in your head, between your ears, and in your body. People allow themselves to lose out, miss out, not have what they want and don’t even try because of what they think repeatedly day in and day out.

The truth is this! ALL IT IS IS A HABIT! You think it otherwise? Of course, you do AND that IS the point. People have learned lines of thinking that they repeat blindly throughout the years that determine the course of their lives and they do not change it.

They think the same thing over and over and wonder why life doesn’t change. IT WON’T either unless people change what they learned to do so well. In order to change one needs to know a changes is necessary. One needs to become aware. Awareness!

Discipline Is Your Friend Not Your Enemy – Create Good Habits

Then one needs to know what to change and change it. If you are engaged in a non-supportive or destructive habit then you must first realize it is the habit causing the problems and replace the habit with a better, supportive productive one. Get it? You must do something.

If you do nothing everything remains the same. Some people try many things, they change jobs, they try to diet, they change partners, they move to different locations BUT their thinking remains the same. That is why they marry the same person again and again.

That is why they find themselves repeating the same mistakes in different places. Their thinking remained the same. Take charge of your thinking and you can begin to change everything for the better. You can make improve your life. You can improve everything.

The Only Difference Between A Good And Bad Day Is Attitude

After all it is only a thought. Thoughts can be changed. The thoughts you think are the basis for your feelings and your actions. What you think and believe create your reality, your present and your tomorrow. Your thoughts form your experiences.

Learn to change your thoughts! Learn to manage your thoughts. Learn to take charge of your thinking and you will improve your life! Everything can begin to change when you choose what you think. You win when you tell your brain what to think instead of your brain telling you. Take charge! Choose! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Life Isn’t Difficult Or Complicated When You Do This

“Have you ever feel life is complicated?  Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed? Do you get discouraged from time to time? If you answer yes, there is something you can do to free yourself from these feelings and move ahead the way you want more easily.

Remember this. Keep it in mind. Focus on it. Practice it moment to moment. You get what you focus on. Taking charge of life first begins by taking charge of your mind. To be successful and happy in life you need to control your thinking and gain the upper hand. You can do it!

It is not complicated. It is not always easy but it is absolutely doable. When you become aware of feeling other than you want examine your thinking. If it is negative shift your thoughts from what you are thinking about to something more positive. Feelings are a sign.

Don’t Limit Yourself – You Can Go As Far As You Think You Can

They let you know when you thinking isn’t useful for you. When you thinking sucks you feel it. Celebrate that you have such a wonderful alarm system. It gets your attention with yucky feelings so you can change them. Sadly, most people have learned to wallow in them.

You don’t have to. That is not what they are intended for. Acknowledge, accept and change them. Steer them to what you prefer instead. Bit by bit. Gradually, if you practice it and do it, you will learn the knack. It will get easier and easier. Just stick with it.

The best way to do this is to practice the positive thoughts in advance when you don’t need them. They will be very effective during practice and then later when you do need them. In doing this you build your habit for thinking positively and powerfully.

Good Things Come To Those Who Act And Make Them Happen

Your habits determine results. It begins with your thoughts, which produce feelings, which in turn produce or further the thoughts you think. If positive, and you feel good, you will have more positive thoughts. If negative, you feel bad and, more negativity results.

Your feelings determine your actions. Your actions determine the results you want. If you want great rewarding results begin with positive and powerful thinking. Get it? Practice positive thoughts, called affirmations, when you don’t need them. Plus, when you do.

Practice asking yourself Directed Questions™, positive questions so worded to direct your thinking easily and effortlessly to what you want, and visualizing positive results. Morning and night and anytime you have a free moment take the time and re-affirm.

Whether You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You’re Right

It will work wonders. If you do this daily soon it will become a practical habit that will help you increase your joy in life and accomplish what you want to accomplish. Remember, you always get what you focus on. You become what you think about most.

If your thoughts most of the time are positive, happy, productive thoughts that is what you get in return. Why? Because you produce it. You make it happen. Your thoughts lead to your feelings which lead to your actions and then the results you get. You evolved you!

Keep this in mind. Life IS simple. You create your experience by your own thinking and feeling patterns. What you believe about yourself and the world is what becomes true for you. Choose the best thoughts and practices and you can make your life marvelous. Do it! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

No Pain No Gain Is BS! Stop The Insanity Pt 2

“In the last blog you learned the key to personal change is to get take control of your thinking. Steer it to the positive and you will feel better. As you feel better you will become more productive and get better results. That is it in a nutshell. Create it inside then outside.

Become positive, imagine it is possible in your mind first, and then create it. You make it happen. It all begins with the thought and then you bring it about. If you don’t fully believe it you keep affirming it and visualizing it until you do. That is the process of autosuggestion.

That is how it works. For some readers they may not be ready yet to embrace the notion, If you are ready congratulations because then you can make your experience more to your liking. If not, well, you will find out one day when, perhaps, you do become ready.

You Can Learn Something New And Useful And Good Everyday

There are many accelerated learning approaches. There are numerous whole brain learning activities and exercises. I incorporated these into my training program so participants could learn well, thoroughly and completely, while enjoying the process.

They still could be challenged and stimulated to grow and could do so in a friendly, fear free, stress-free environment. The learner mindset and values validated and appealed to. At the same time the learner was encouraged to try on new ways to absorb material.

The learner could evolve and enjoy. From time to time I share some of these approaches here. I have them in my programs and upcoming books but one of the most useful mindsets to adopt is ‘I can learn to do anything easily and well’. I can mentality makes a huge difference.

Kids Learn More Through Play And Modeling Than By Instruction

You may not believe it at first but if you follow what I suggest, AND what others have suggested since time immemorial, you will come to believe it the more you repeat it to yourself enthusiastically with great emotion. The more positively charged the quicker you get it.

Go back and read through my blogs. Read Napoleon Hill, Wallace Wattles, Ernest Holmes and other great thought leaders. You can accomplish so much more when you take charge of your thinking.

Change your thinking and you change your world. You can get better results. Use affirmations, use my Directed Questions™, read and listen to inspirational material, sing, dance, play, have fun, hang out with powerfully positive people. All of this will have a great effect.

Things You Take For Granted Other People Are Praying For

Practice gratitude! Probably the fastest, most enjoyable, life altering practice you can engage in is finding things to appreciate and feeling blessed. The more you look the more you find. The more you find the more you will find and the better you will feel. It is amazingly simple.

When everything becomes a true blessing the pain ceases. You become freer than you can imagine. The struggles cease. It isn’t that the environment or causes magically change it is that YOU change. When you change everything changes. YOU make the difference.

Your attitude, mindset, make all the difference. When you realize this then the ‘no pain no gain’ approach can end. You can learn and grow more rapidly through gratitude and celebration. You can have fun, delight, be surprised and enjoy. So do it. Discover it for your self. You will as you begin to celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

No Pain No Gain Is BS! Stop The Insanity

“Have you ever felt that sometimes you needed to be hit over the head with a lesson before you learned it? Have you struggled to learn, grow or change? Has making changes been frustrating, difficult or painful? Would you like it to be easier?

Mindset makes a difference. Attitude is everything. Many of us have grown up with the notion ‘no pain, no gain’. While the spirit behind this notion is admirable, and while it does pace a certain reality, it doesn’t have to always be this way. In fact, this way could be rare.

Instead, for many of us, we grew up struggling. Sometimes as we did we were told without pain there is no gain. We internalized the notion. We adopted that mindset. We grew to think it was true most of the time or that was the way of the world. It need not be.

Play Is The Highest Form Of Research – Always Keep On Playing

It can be otherwise. Learning, growing, and changing can be easy, fun and exciting. It needn’t be a struggle. It is time we learned and embraced this. Some lessons may come hard or at a price but for the most part we can learn to enjoy transformation and have it pain free.

If we brought up our children with this mindset and provided rich, varied learning situations and experiences they would learn quicker, easier, with few problems and issues. This requires our educators and administrators to be flexible and keep the child in mind first.

It doesn’t happen that way for many reasons although through the years there have been successful programs. Learning can be fun! For our purposes here, it is important that the learner adopt the mindset that learning and  life can be a blessing and a joy. Thought matters.

Once You Stop Learning You Start Dying – Stay Open And Enjoy

Get hold of your thinking and take control. Steer it to the positive and you will feel better. As you feel better you will become more productive and get better results. That is it in a nutshell. Become positive, decide what is in your mind first and then create it.

Implement these and you will discover yourself evolving in new positive ways. You will be in charge. For some readers it will be the first time in their lives they have taken charge of their lives. This is a big thing! Congratulations to you when you decide to be in charge.
