How To Leave Pity And Negativity Behind And Thrive!

“To live a great life you need to vibe high. That simply means feel your best at all times. This doesn’t mean be blindly blissful every moment, it means to feel as good as you can no matter what the circumstances. Seek to feel a little bit better each moment.

Set a positive direction and continue to move toward  it. Stop letting negativity, circumstances or lack or results rule you. You must rule them. When you feel your best you are far more capable of doing that. Make a commitment to feeling your finest and maintain it.

Keep moving toward feeling better and you’ll develop the habit. Stop turning your attention to opposing negative thoughts and images. Stop visualizing the worst and start imagining the best. Live from a place of power not weakness. It begins when YOU decide!

If You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You Are Right

Decide to change your mindset and your feelings. Your behaviors and results will follow. When you feel your best, vibe high, maintain a positive attitude and outlook, then no matter what comes your way you are best equipped to handle it. You transform your abilities.

Stop talking present or past difficulties, and speak to bless, heal, prosper, inspire and motivate! Keep the focus, your attention, on feeling grand. Act as if! Feelings stem from thoughts and from actions. Think happy and be happy. Act happy and you’ll be happy!

Don’t wait. Smile more. Laugh more. Jump, skip, sing or dance. Engage in those positive behaviors that cause people to feel good and you will feel good. You will start feeling better. Keep doing it and you’ll develop the positive habit. Then it becomes automatic. Get it?

What You Focus On Is What You Get More Of – Choose Wisely

An automatic, reliable habit means you find yourself doing it without having to think about it. This is what you want because it means it happens without you having to do anything.  Plus, you can initiate it consciously whenever you decide to. It’s the best of both worlds.

Begin today by deciding to do it! Decide to think and do those things that make you feel good. Do them repeatedly until you feel good. Then keep on doing them! You’ll start feeling even better. This IS how you create the habit. You condition yourself for success.

Decide to speak well always. Let go of pity parties. Stop engaging in negativity. Decide to express your gratitude. Be thankful. Find things to appreciate each moment and you will consistently discover more to be grateful for. When you are feeling grateful you are happy and vibing high. Stop The Pity Parties And Thrive!

“You help no one when you join a pity party. It isn’t life affirming to join in or sympathize with personal hurt, money problems or obstacles . You need not be calloused but remember, you get what you focus on. Don’t enable yourself or others in feeling negative.

Don’t commiserate with misery but don’t be a cheerleader for the positive either. Don’t demand others think as you do. Just don’t participate. Let it go. You don’t help anyone by supporting their negativity or down turned times. Keep the faith. It will work out.

Love and unconditionally accept them without sympathy. Allowing someone room to be oneself is more respectful. You might gently encourage but don’t push. Don’t get hooked into it either. It is natural to want to help. Help by remaining positive. It will work out.

A Mind Stretched To A New Idea Can Never Go Back …

You don’t help anyone if you start a pity party either. Remember, speak only to bless, heal, prosper, inspire and motivate. Talk about how you want things to be instead of how they are. You don’t help anyone reliving problems and repeatedly telling those stories.

Remember, the goal is to feel your best. When you feel your best and better, all else works together. Don’t focus on results, focus on feeling good. Then whether or not the results are there, you feel good. When you feel good, you are more apt to get the results.

Just don’t focus on whether or not you are getting the results. Be grateful for all. Feel good. Vibe high! The higher you vibe the more you are able to enjoy life as it is. The higher you vibe the more you are able to create, and make happen, what you intend to. Get it?

Consider Everything A Blessing And Everything Will Be A Blessing

Feel good. Stop attending to that which you prefer to eliminate and focus on feeling your very best. Celebrate life. Fill your heart and mind with gratitude, appreciation and all good, positive thoughts. Then you will live positively and powerfully.  Transform yourself!

Delight. Be thankful. Accept all because anything that comes to us in life is a gift, even when it does not seem like one. It takes learning this to accept this. You may or may not there yet. You will be when you live gratefully for all, feel your best and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

All Is Still Well

“Transformation occurs from inner to outer. When your mind is right outer reflects it! Life transforms as you do. When you become the change, everything changes. Mindset, attitude, is everything! Speak only to bless, heal, prosper, inspire and motivate. Eliminate all else.

Don’t describe and share your problems and difficulties. Speak about how you will resolve them. They are there for you to grow by and learn from. Stop the pity parties, the blaming, whining and excusing and speak only what you want the future to be. Get it?

Stop living in difficulties and affirming those. Eliminate that practice. Get present and celebrate all of it. Look for the learning and the opportunity in everything you would have, previously, called adversity. Change your ways and the world transforms too. It does!

If You Want Your Life To Change You Must Change Some Things

That doesn’t mean everything gets rosy. It means it can, but if problems arise, your new mindset, attitude, and habits are bigger than the obstacles, You navigate successfully through challenges without complaint because YOU are transformed. You truly are!

Remember, if you want your life to change you must change things in your life. You must change you mindset. You must learn to shift from negative to positive and make it a habit. Habits develop by doing things repeatedly, consistently, for long enough. You must change!

In order to have changes you can’t remain the same, doing the same things and hope it will be different! Get it? You must become the change you want. Become a powerful, positive champion, a victor. Be the person you want to become by acting it out right now. Act as if!

If You Always Do What You Did You’ll Always Get What You Got

That IS what actors do. Pretend to be the person you want to be for long enough, consistently, and you will become that person. You become what you think about, most often, each day. If you are thinking mostly about problems, they will remain problems with you.

If you are acting, rehearsing, thinking and affirming being a positive thinker, an optimist, a champion and a victor, with an amazingly powerful mindset, you WILL become that person. It is all up to you. Your choice. You become what you think about! Begin today.

How To Live Triumphantly

“Never let obstacles, or apparent difficulties run your life. Stop complaining and blaming and excusing. Life is many things. It includes ups and downs. When we stop judging, and are happy for all of it, we begin to live in bliss. People forget this, but it is doable!

All things ultimately work together for good given enough time. People in the middle of circumstances often get lost in the circumstances. STOP THAT! Live life fully. If you were an adventurer EVERYTHING you encounter IS part of the adventure. Get it?

Hurdlers actually put hurdles in their path to jump over as they run. It is all part of this great experience.. When you stop looking at circumstances as bad, or as problems, or as troubles and eliminate the judgement, then everything becomes an opportunity. It does!

You Are Where Your Thoughts Have Brought You – Choose Now

When you do change your thinking you can recognize a learning and the blessings. Shift your thinking from the negative to the positive. Positive thinking is not ignoring what is going on but developing the assurance you can handle whatever is. It is attitude! Get it?

Learn to develop a positive and powerful attitude! You are not your thoughts. Many are unaware of this. YOU think thoughts. Therefore, YOU can learn to choose which thoughts you think, or entertain or pay attention to. If you haven’t yet learned how, YOU must! MUST!

When you choose, you run the show. You have choices and YOU decide. Instead of being run by your thoughts and feelings haphazardly, you determine how to think, feel and behave. Living this way is living blissfully, free and triumphantly. Be a champion!

All Is Well Is It Not

“All is well!  It is what it is.  It will be as it is when, and it will be as it is, now. It is as it was. Let it be. Let it be as it is. It will unfold as it does. We don’t know what we don’t know. We can’t. Stop pretending you know how it works out. Stop being forlorn and dire. Live a little.

In the long run, the big scheme, it always works out for the best. Speed bumps along the way are part of the journey.  All is good no matter what. You can learn from it. YOU are ALIVE. Everything after that is a blessing. Stop complaining and speaking of woes. Live!

Consider your life your vacation! How ARE you spending it? Live a little. Live a lot. Love a little. Love a lot.  We use our will to direct our  mind. Realize everything is a choice. It is a decision. Every moment you can choose to feel good or not. You choose to be happy or not.

Stay Focused Stop Drifting

“The tendency in humans is for distraction. Drifting is what Napoleon Hill called it. People live and act without intention or purpose. Most don’t clarify what they want and pursue it. Instead of being a driving force they are driven, as if, by the wind. STOP that.

Clarify. Get clear about what you want. Not just overall, but moment to moment. Live with purpose. Live from vision. Live with intention.  Focus and remain focused. Opportunities that lead the way to that which you are focused on don’t diffuse. Stop that. Stay Focused.

Once you are clear and focused, eliminate that which doesn’t contribute to getting what you want. Concentrate on what you want. Take each step that gets you closer. Manage Your Mindset And Success Behaviors Will Follow

“Knowing who to listen to, and who not to, is important when it comes to making positive changes, developing good habits and becoming successful.  Not all information, or sources, is useful. Not all information is equal. You need to know who to listen to.

Selecting a good mentor is crucial. You want someone who has, or does, what you want and who has been where you are. If they come from a background similar to yours and accomplished what you want,  they may be a good mentor for you. Do you understand?

To achieve your goals define your goal. Clarify what you want. Make it a burning desire through visualizing and affirming each day. You must be driven, passionate and enthused by, and about, your goal. If it scares you a little, that is good. It stretches you. Get it?

What You Want To Do With Ease First You Do With Dilligence

Every day repeat your visualization and affirmations. In the old days this was called autosuggestion. I actually like this term. You continue to see yourself as already being it, doing it, having it. Tell yourself you you have made this happen until you firmly believe you will.

Keep it as the predominant thought/s in your mind. As you continue to do this you will begin to fashion a plan to accomplish what you want. This plan will change many times. That is okay. You never develop the perfect plan. You adjust it as you move forward.

Once you have defined your goals clearly, have it as a burning desire, and believe you can accomplish it, shift your focus to the very first step in your plan. You no longer have to focus on the goal.  Keep that in the background while you focus on achieving the steps.

If You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You Are Right

You know what you want and you work the plan, step by step along the way. It is mindset first and  then behaviors follow.  Focus on getting mindset right and you will automatically do the right behaviors. You’ll adjust as necessary. It all works together.

If you focus on behaviors, or the steps, first you can end up spinning your wheels for a long, long time. Mindset is what organizes it all for you.  Mindset is 99% of the game. Behaviors, steps or actions are 1%. Do it correctly and you succeed.

If you’re focused on what to do you can end up getting nowhere fast. You can see this all the time. People being very busy but getting nowhere. Proper action follows the  proper mindset. This is why it is good to have the right mentor who can guide you well. Get it?

Action Is The Proper Fruit Of Knowledge – MindSet First

A mentor can’t do it for you, but if their journey is similar to yours, you can benefit from the mentor’s expertise. If your backgrounds are not similar they won’t be able to guide you properly. Wisdom in choosing who you listen to is key. Books can only get you so far.

Not all books are worth reading either. I recommend you read Napoleon Hill. His work stands the test of time. In Laws Of Success and Think And Grow Rich he explains how it works.  He describes mental process, the thoughts needed to encourage the behavior.

Napoleon Hill said, you focus on what you can control. That is your thoughts. Get your thinking right and all else will follow. That is why he titled the book THINK And Grow Rich, not work hard and grow rich. There is a fundamental, and important, difference in the successful approach. Learn it. Learn gratitude, too. When you do these, things will change for the better. Do it and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Rule Your Day

“Rule your day! YOU rule it. Your day does not rule you. Stop letting your day rule you. Take charge. Rule your time. Stop letting time rule you. Take charge. Stop letting others be in charge of you. Take control of yourself. Get it? Manage your thoughts and your life!

Make time for yourself, important people and activities. Create your day. Live each moment by setting intentions. Keep you commitments to yourself and others.  Follow through. Keep your commitments!  Understand, your word is law. What you declare, so shall it be.

You are a creator. Create and make good things happen. Create what you want. Make it so. Be a champion. Be a victor. Live your mission. Fulfill your purpose. Create your best life ever.
