First Tame The Mind Then Transcend The Mind

“Enlightenment can happen in an instant but it often happens in stages. We progress in the process of remembering who we truly are. You must first tame the mind and then transcend it. The difficulty for most people is they do not realize that you have choice.

Becoming aware that you have choice, is a first step. Taking control and managing your thoughts, brings you that awareness. Become aware that you were thinking less than glorious, negative thoughts and feelings and shift, instead, to positive, thinking and feeling.

You begin to manage your thinking process. It begins with awareness and by exercising your choice. You choose to move from negative to positive. You take control and manage your mind. You become its boss. You stop being the victim of your own mind.

Mind Is A Beautiful Servant But A Dangerous Master – Go Beyond

Once you take control of your thinking, and learn to shift your thinking, manage your thoughts and feelings, you’ll begin to realize you are not those. You are not your thoughts. Most people do not recognize this important difference. You are not your thoughts!

You are beyond those. YOU ARE beyond those. When you begin to realize you’re beyond those, you are not your thoughts, you’re not your feelings, you are not the body, then the possibility of transcending emerges. You are the one choosing.  YOU are!

This is an important realization to embody. There is someone who is choosing. Presently, if you are like most people, you aren’t in touch with the one who is choosing, because most people identify with their thinking. That is the illusion, the maya, the deception.

No Meditation – No Life – Know Meditation – Know Life

First, learn to change the mind, to manage and control it. Then, realize you are the one making the choices beyond the mind. You are able to watch it and decide which to choose. Then, you actually choose and implement the changes. You are beyond the mind.

You have always been.  You just don’t know that yet. Perhaps, intellectually you can entertain the concept, but it is not your present reality, yet. You just don’t experience it because you’ve been living as a victim of the mind. One day that will end. You’ll wake up.

Tame the mind and you go beyond it. When you go beyond it, is when you can discover your original self. You come home to the fact that you are source. You have always been source disguised as a fragment. You are the ocean in the drop. You are one with all.

Get Out Of Your Head And Into Your Heart – Think Less Feel More

The drop is always still the ocean. There is no difference. You just don’t know it, yet, but you can and you will.  Tame the mind and you’ll transform the mind. Transform the mind and you will transcend the mind.  You will become one, and be at home inside yourself.

The charade, the game will end when you realize who you truly are. So be grateful. The game of playing hide and seek with yourself will end and you will be one. Be grateful that you have chosen to play this game. Be grateful because every moment, every person, every event, every situation is designed to help you wake up. All of it IS a blessing. Do This! It’s One Of The Best Things You Can Do For You

“Times can be easy or difficult. Easy or difficult can be compounded by how we think, talk, and label the circumstances. Depending on our view, our perception, our mental filters, labels and judgement, easy can be really easy and difficult can be tremendously difficult.

It isn’t just what it is. IT IS what we THINK it is. Our filters and conditioned thoughts and beliefs weigh heavily on our experiences of people and events. We determine what the reality will be by how we think about it, perceive about it, and what we expect it to be.

We make our own versions of events. Most probably, much of the time, our versions are worse than the actual reality. Our mental worries, fears, doubts, anxieties, sadness and anger paint the experiences. They color and cloud reality big time.

Life Is All About Perceptions And They Affect Your Outcomes

So what can we do to make it different for ourselves? How do we get out of our own way and begin to see more clearly? How can we create better moments and have fewer of the difficult ones? The way out is simple. Not always easy, but it is simple to do.

It requires that you become aware, that you wake up to your habitual conditioning, whenever you do, and make a new decision about how you will proceed. It is up to you how you will make your future and your present moments better. You DO IT! YOU DO IT!

You drop the old filters and put on a new set of filters. From the new filters you will perceive things differently. The only way to do it, is to decide to do it. Decide not to do the old and decide to begin the new practice. Then keep doing it, until it becomes a new, positive habit.

What’s Behind Your Eyes Holds More Power Than What’s In Front

Here is what you do. You adopt this ‘mental filter’ so that you can view things differently. This is the filter you adopt: EVERYTHING is PERFECT as it is. You come to accept and believe everything is perfect. You are perfect just as you are. Everything IS perfect as IS.

The people around you are perfect, just as each one of them are. All circumstances are perfect, just as they are. Stop judging. Let go. Stop labeling. Drop it. Become aware. Operate from this new filter and embrace acceptance. Allow it. ALLOW yourself to do this.

I know right now many readers, yourself, may be thinking, ‘yes but what about…’ You find objections, counter-examples, areas where you don’t believe that this could be accurate, or valuable or even work at all. You think not everything is perfect. Right? Don’t you?

Positive Or Negative Affects And Reflects Your Results

That is normal when confronted by a new paradigm. You want to cling to the old. Your brain wants you to stay the same ole reliable you. It wants you to remain the old, chronic, habitually negatively programmed you, to stay that way! It doesn’t want you to change.

It will fight to keep you the same by raising all sorts of objections to keep you from implementing anything new and different. It is actually trying to keep you the same. It is your old, reliable friend supporting you in keeping the old behaviors. It doesn’t know better.

It just does what it always has done. Adopting new filters is good for you. Seeing in new ways and expanding your horizons to be able to be, do and have whatever more good you want is good for you. Practicing new thinking, feeling and behaving is good for you.

Your Perception Of The World Isn’t The Same As What’s Occurring

When you let go and accept unconditionally what IS you raise your own vibrational level. The higher we vibrate the more we are able to create and make things happen. The more good we attract to us. Remember, we attract what we are not what we want.

If everything is perfect it opens the door to allow more good things to come in. It is a mindset and a filter you adopt and adapt. What we believe about ourselves and the world, how we view people and circumstances, determines the results we get. We make it happen.

So keep this in mind. Allow and accept. Don’t judge. See others and everything as, just fine the way it is. This is a decision  we make about how we view things. We choose how we will look at ourselves and the world. Become aware that you do have choice. You truly do.

Change Your Perceptions Of Things And You Change Your Reality

Most people live from the conditioned habitual thoughts, beliefs and programming we adopted growing up. When we become aware that we don’t have to continue living from the old habitual conditioning, and that we have choices we can make, we become free. Be free.

Celebrate. Consider everyone and everything a blessing. Be grateful. It is perfect. You can’t see how it all works together presently, so trust it is all good. You don’t know all the unexpected good that is coming your way. So stop preventing it and start allowing it.

Be grateful. Be glad. Be optimistic. Be delighted. Be fun. Enjoy all of it. The tough times are perfect. The tough times are there just for you to learn from. Feel blessed. Feel gratitude. The more you do the freer you become and the more blessed you become. You vibrate high and you attract more good. So practice this and notice your life transforms. It happens most readily when you celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

The Source Of Your Pain: You Are One Thinking You Are Many

“You don’t think the universe is on your side because you think you are separate from it. The truth is you aren’t separate you are it. You are part of all that is, and you ARE all that is. Your consciousness is ONE. You are infinite intelligence you just don’t believe you are.

Instead of seeing wholeness and unity, instead of seeing oneness, harmony and completeness you see separate people, separate events and circumstances. That is the big illusion. The world view you have you co-opted from your parents and peers from birth on.

In order to make the shift to ONE, you must become aware. You become aware through alarms. What alarms do you get? Loud, painful, intense ones, usually. The signal value needs to be enough to get your attention. Otherwise you’d miss it, as you normally do.

You Are Awareness – Simply Give UP Those Things You Are Not

You conspire to get your own attention by bringing people, events and circumstances into your experience that mirror the conditioned beliefs and habitual mindset you presently have. YOU are trying to wake yourself up with loud alarms. Still, you don’t get it, do you?

You keep creating these situations, but instead of becoming aware, and having an ‘aha’ you blame, excuse, judge, label, whine and complain how the world and people are unfair, wrong, or bad. We all do this because we bought into the old conditioning. We can change.

The purpose of the situations we keep encountering is for us to wake up, drop the conditioned limiting beliefs that keep us thinking we are separate, and surrender into the oneness that is. The drop from the ocean returns to the ocean. The drop ‘gets it’s’ true nature.

All these experiences we suffer through we do so because we aren’t celebrating them. We are judging them as unwanted and resisting them instead of welcoming ALL as blessings. You will become totally free when you can welcome all people and situations joyously.

Each moment you decide. Each moment you encounter an opportunity. Either do what you always have done and get what you always have gotten, OR decide differently, do something new and change the game. Become aware! Consider each moment a blessing.

When things go wrong, or people are difficult, begin to see it as an opportunity to rejoice, celebrate and count it as a blessing. It is a good thing! It is the alarm to help you awaken. Be glad. You Can’t Create Abundance! Anyone Who Says You Can Is Lying

Anyone who tells you that you can create abundance lies! Either they are deliberately lying to you or they are misinformed. You cannot create abundance. The notion is wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong! You have been duped, if you think you can.

Abundance is our natural state. It is the condition of the universe we are all born into. You cannot create abundance. You can demand it, declare it, intend it, accept it, allow it, invite it, and resist it but you cannot create something that already is! However, you do create.

You create limitations. You create resistance. You create not having. You create excuses, whines and blames. You create reasons and needs and wants. Consider this. The universe already is abundant. That IS what the universe IS. According to this you have everything.

The Secret To Having It All Is Believing You Already Do

You already have everything you want and need. However, if you don’t have it in your physical reality THAT is an indication you are resisting having it. What resists persists. If you don’t have money and wealth now, then somehow you are resisting it.  Get it?

It is already there for you. Perhaps, you haven’t declared it, or allowed it or accepted it or received it. You resist having it or you would already have it. This is great news because it begins to inform you what you need to to enjoy what you already have.

Your wanting and needing it may be pushing it away. Your doubt, worry, fear, sadness, anger depression, may be  keeping it from you. Abundance is yours already. If you don’t have what you desire, perhaps, you have to let go of that which keeps it away. Let it go!

You Tune Into Abundance – You Don’t Acquire Abundance

Drop it and allow. Celebrate having it. Appreciate having it. If you really did have it you would feel good about it, wouldn’t you? For you to ‘manifest’ it in the here and now you ought to be feeling good; as if you already have it. Act As If! Celebrate and enjoy. Give thanks.

We give thanks for what we have! When you give thanks you allow room for more. You act generously, too. That doesn’t mean you have to give away your last dollar bill. It means you think and act more generously. Maybe you tip larger or compliment more frequently.

Happiness doesn’t come to those who aren’t happy! Happiness comes to those who celebrate life. It IS the journey not the destination. Abundance in all things IS already yours. Why live as a pauper? Live as if in the garden of paradise. Make your life grand.

Who You Are Behind Who You Are?

Why You Keep Having The Same Problems Over Again And What To Do About It!

“Why do you keep having the same problem again and again? Believe it or not, it’s because the universe supports you. It keeps giving you the lesson over and over and over and over again until you learn the lesson. Universe or subconscious, it is the same thing.

Your story keeps you doing it over and over again because what you say is what you get. You keep repeating to yourself or others the same old chronic conditioning. You keep living out of your conditioned mind and habitual thoughts and beliefs. It’s the same!

It doesn’t change from day to day. Unless, you actually take responsibility to change it. You aren’t responsible for getting conditioned at an early age. It isn’t your fault. You are responsible for changing it as an adult. As you become aware of it, you can change it.

The First Step In Changing Is Becoming Aware

Some ancients would consider this play the wheel of karma. You repeat it until you get it right. You live out your drama trauma until you say, ‘enough already!’  Then you act to change it. That is what it takes. You have to begin by changing your thoughts and beliefs.

You have to change your story and what you think and say to yourself and others. You have to re-write your history and write a fulfilling future. You need to take charge as the author of your life story and write it as you want it to play out. YOU must do this.

But you say, you have done affirmations. Okay, but what is the preponderance of your thinking like? Is it mostly positive or mostly negative? You must shift the balance. You must tip the scale to mostly positive thoughts and energy. That begins the changes.

Become Aware Of What You Are Thinking And Feeling And …

You can affirm positively. You can affirm negatively. Either way you are still affirming. IS your focus MOSTLY on what you want and what you want to be, do and have? Because if it has been mostly on what you do not want you are affirming that and creating that result.

You need understand this. Then stop and take 100% responsibility for creating everything in your life. The good and the bad is all your doing. Some people balk at this thought. They don’t want to believe that they are accountable for everything. I understand that.

I didn’t want to believe it, either. Who does? Think of it as a mental template to organize your thoughts and beliefs, your feelings and actions, and nothing more than that. It doesn’t have to be true or not true to be effective. Think of it as a useful reframe to guide you.

… Recognize The Law Between Your Mood And Circumstances

Focus on what you want. Find or create a way to make it happen. In doing this you’ll be learning how to manifest those things that you desire and eliminate those you don’t. Let the things you don’t want go. Drop them. Stop affirming them. Stop speaking about them.

Write a different story. Speak a different story. Live a different story. Act as if you are the person you want to be, living the life you want to live. Play that out in your mind. Enhance the positive. Accentuate it. Leave the less than glorious behind. Let that stuff go. Drop it! Drop!!

You don’t have to force the negative to leave. You don’t have to quit them. You don’t have to resist them. You just drop them. Withdraw your attention. Focus on what you want. Ignore what you don’t. Leave the old behind. Move forward with the new. AND be patient.

Everything Shows Up In Your Life To Teach You Something

Just as when you plant a seed it takes time to grow and produce fruit. In the meantime, until you get it, until you learn the lessons, you may keep getting the lessons, the  same circumstances, the same people, continue to show up in your life. It is all a blessing for you.

It is a mirror for you. It is the universe or your subconscious, or god or whatever attempting to get you to know who you are beyond your conditioning.  It will show you your conditioning repeatedly, so you become aware of it so you can drop it. Do you understand this?

It is to help you move into your higher self. To live from a new domain. One that is there PRIOR to your conditioning. Your conditioning, my conditioning, masks who we really are. So it is a pretty good deal when you think about it. It is for our GOOD!

Negative Breeds Negative Thoughts – Positive Breeds Positive

You have infinite intelligence, the entire universe, god or whatever you want to call it, working on your behalf. The goal is to recognize who you truly are! Recognize you are a magnificent creator and attractor. You are the one behind the thoughts. You are behind the thinking  and the feelings. You are the source! Accept it. Live it. Embrace it. Celebrated it. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Why You Keep Creating The Same Mess And How To Change It!

“Our outer world is determined by our inner filters. We respond from subconscious filters we adopted and developed, unconsciously, growing from infant into early childhood. These filters form the basis of our habitual thought and feeling habits. We think they are us.

Expanding thoughts from my last post on perception. They are not us but these filters determine what we notice, see and act on. They determine what we don’t notice, do not see and do not act on. Filters determine what we think is possible or not; what is ‘good or bad’.

These form the basis of our rules, evidence procedures, feelings, and actions. These become beliefs and values. Each moment our brains cycle through beliefs, values, memories, experiences,  associations and these filter are our connection with the outer world.

You Can Be Anything You Want If You Give Up The Belief You Can’t

So what is a filter? Think coffee filter. It lets certain things pass, water, while trapping the grounds. It works the same inside us. We notice or don’t based on our filters. That is why you can miss seeing your keys when they are right in front of you or even in your hand.

We are conditioned and habituated to these. We follow the same or similar ways of thinking, feeling and behaving every day. It’s as if we are our habits. We aren’t but we go to work the same way. We come home and do the same thing each day. We are routine.

We are routine in our relationships, our work, our passions, our hobbies, and our leisure. We are conditioned. Can we ever change our filters or our habits? Absolutely! It begins with awareness and dedication. We can begin to experience other ways to be. We can!

You Can Do Anything You Want If You Give Up That You Can’t

We can begin to examine our beliefs and whether they support us or not. If not, we can choose to begin to believe something more positive, productive and supportive. Don’t think right or wrong. Don’t think true or false. Think supportive or not supportive.

Does what you think, feel and do move you closer to who you want to be, what you want to do and have? OR Does it keep you where you are or move you further away? This is a useful way to begin to examine and become aware of what your filters are. Examine!

It is useful in discovering what may be holding you back. Habits are changed by deciding not to engage in the old ones. When you notice you are acting from habit, stop, breathe, and do something else that promotes what you want to promote. Replace the old with the new.

You Can Have  Anything You Want If You Give Up That You Can’t

Become aware when you think, feel and behave in less than glorious ways. From the moment you become aware, you have a choice point. You can make a new decision. That decision will determine whether or not you change what you are doing and change your life.

If you always do what you always have done you will always get what you always got. You will remain the same. To be different requires you change some things. No one else can do it for you. Only you can. AND YOU CAN! So it is up to. Add novelty to your life.

DO different things. Eat different foods. Go to new places. Learn new things.. Expand your horizons. Change things up. Every time you feel less than glorious or think negatively you encountered a belief or value, some filter that is old conditioning. Notice the feelings.

Whether You Think You Can Or Think You Can’t – You’re Right

Examine your beliefs. Do they serve you? If they don’t then doubt them. You don’t have to continue to believe them. Many people doubt they can do something they want to do. I say doubt that you can’t and then go ahead and do it. Be smart. Doubt limitations.

Be willing to not believe them, even though you have for so long. Let them go. Drop them. Be willing to try on a new and different belief. The old, chronic, negative, habitual conditioning  rises up automatically whenever you do new things to keep you the same.

Your beliefs and filters work to keep you the same. They keep you within a certain comfort zone even if that comfort zone is a painful one. It is what you are and do. It is your conditioning. The point is drop the old conditioning and choose new conditioning.

Whatever You Whisper To Yourself Has The Most Power

Gratitude and appreciation may be a new habit for you. Positive thinking and optimism may be new to you. Persistence and follow through may be new to you. Discover YOU are NOT your conditioning and habits. You only think you are. You are not!

When you discover you are not, you are free. Your conditioning masks who you really are. Trade it in for better conditioning. You aren’t your hand. You use your hand. The same is true of your habitual thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

When you trade your old conditioning for new conditioning everything can work better. Why? Because this time YOU choose it. YOU DECIDE IT! You are in charge. You choose what to believe and when. You create what you want. You are in charge. That makes the difference. Celebrate everything!”

How Not To Make Yourself Or Others Wrong

“Perception is everything. What you perceive IS what is. Someone says, ‘you hurt me’.  It may or may not be accurate. You may or may not have done anything, but, if they perceive it to be the case, then that is the reality. At least, for them. However, you are included.

Thus, it is somehow the reality for you, too. Do not argue against them. Don’t  say, ‘it’s all in your head. You’re making it up. You’re crazy. That’s not true.’ Making them wrong, won’t make it right. It is what they believe the reality is. You believe otherwise.

Everybody believes what they believe. Each of us believes our experience is the truth. It may not be. Still,  that’s what we believe it is. We want to be right. We don’t want to be told that we are wrong or crazy or insane or that it’s ridiculous to believe. We hate that.

The Limits Of Your Vision Are Not The Limits Of The World

Some say, ‘I saw with my own eyes. I heard with my own ears!’ Have you ever recounted a past event with a family member, or friend, and you have completely different versions of what occurred? It’s because we recall different elements. We perceive it differently.

If someone says they were slighted by you seek to find out exactly what occurred. Discover why they feel slighted. Attempt to smooth things over through rapport,  with trust and understanding. Put yourself in their shoes. Understand where they’re coming from.

By doing this, you preserve the relationship and, you might discover how they construed your behaviors to mean something particular. If you DID do something, even if you didn’t intend it, wouldn’t you want to make it better? Wouldn’t you want to correct it, if you could?

Difficulties Are Just Things To Overcome And Learn From 

Would you not want someone to do the same for you?  I assume you would want them to be understanding, patient, and tolerant of you. You’d prefer them to  not make snap judgments about you. Correct? Seek to understand where the other person is coming from.

You may help them see it differently. The high road may be to not defend, but say, ‘I am sorry. I didn’t mean to. That wasn’t my intent. What can I do to make up for it? How can we move past this?’ It isn’t about blaming you or them. It is about creating understanding.

Whenever you can build bridges instead of burn bridges that is what you might attempt to do. It may turn out they simply misunderstood you or that you inadvertently did, or said something, that hurt them. If you have a chance to make it better, do so. Don’t let ego prevent.

People See And Believe What They Want To See And Believe

It is better than blaming, even if they are. Blaming back, won’t help anything. Making excuses, whining, complaining, getting angry or getting even, doesn’t help. Perception is everything. It is what we believe is real. Whether it is or isn’t, we believe it to be.

You might think the economic downturn is why you have problems. It is why you have debt or can’t get a job. This will make it more difficult for you to get ahead. That’s a belief. That is what you perceive the situation to be. It may or may not be accurate.

You might believe the weather prevents you from doing certain things.  You may believe that your family or your educational background prevents you from creating success.  There could be ‘some truth’ to these.  A company may not be hiring. Get it?

What We See Never Has Anything To Do With The Truth

A company may require you have a particular degree  in order to get work. That doesn’t mean your your life is over if you don’t have one. There are plenty of wealthy,  happy people who aren’t educated well. Still, they became successful. They didn’t let it stop them. Don’t you.

Limitations only exist in the mind. Our imagination can be our best friend or our worst enemy. Problems exist mostly in the mind. It is what we think we can’t do that limits us. It is not thinking and not discovering what we can do that limits us. It is our imagination.

What we perceive the reality to be, will be what our reality is. If we think we are right and they are wrong, so be it. If we think they are right and we are wrong, so be it.  Whatever we think and believe to be the case or the reason becomes our story about what is.

My Perception Of You Is A Reflection Of Me

Don’t let thoughts stop you from doing the right thing. Don’t be stopped because your mindset hasn’t yet found a solution to a difficulty. Be optimistic. Become positive and seek to find or create a way. Adjust, correct and continue. Write a different story. You can!

Stay open. Become available and aware. Create harmony. Seek the high road. Be grateful. Appreciate yourself and your abilities. If you need to develop certain skills, develop them. Learn. Appreciate others. Realize perception IS everything! That is why Henry Ford said, ‘If you think you can or you think you can’t you are right!’ Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Why You Keep Making The Same Mistakes: What You Can Do About It!

“Do you face same struggles over and over? Do you end up repeating the same mistakes or encountering the same circumstances again and again? Whether in career, finances, relationships, health or anything else, would you like to break free and change all that?

Then recognize you are source energy. There’s no difference between source and you. It doesn’t seem that way because you don’t believe it. You believe yourself to be separate from source. You are not. The ocean is contained in the drop and the drop in the ocean.

It isn’t any different. You only think it is. You think the world is made up of many competing drops. It isn’t. It is all source. No division just one. When we recognize this we begin to be free to feel who and what we are and what we are capable of. We are source. You are!

Take 100% Responsibility For Whatever You Create That Is Power

The separation experienced is an illusion. We forgot we are source, and play hide and seek on ourselves. We are source. We are creators. We believe our identity to be the drop so sometimes we act as creators and sometimes we act as victims of the world.

Once we realize we are always source, always creating, we become free. Whatever source creates is neither good or bad, positive or negative. It is neutral. No judgement. No labels. As drops we label and judge. As source we create. Recognize who you really are.

If you are creator part time and victim of creation other times the drop will suffer. Take 100% responsibility and recognize you are always creating, always! You cannot, not create. Determine what you want to create. Then determine to create that. Make it happen.

Learn From Your Mistakes – Become Aware – Choose A New Way

We can learn from our creations. Our struggles and obstacles are how we reveal we are source! When you face challenge and doubt, fear, worry, anger, hate, sadness arise.  When you encounter negative thoughts and limiting beliefs STOP realize you’re source.

These are moments of opportunity! Embrace the limitations, accept them, do not resist. Let go. Wake up to being source. Stop being a victim. Stop believing and living as a victim. Recognize who you are and what you are capable of. You are always creating. ALWAYS!

Realize we are all doing it as source to wake ourselves up. We find that which we seek. We keep giving ourselves issues so we can reveal ourselves to ourselves; so we can come home to who we are. We repeat mistakes to wake up. They’re opportunities! Wake up!

Every Moment Every Limitation Every Obstacle Is An Opportunity

Learn from these lessons. Let go! Become aware. Stop creating lack and worry, misery and anger, hate and fear. Begin creating love and peace, joy and blessings for yourself and all the rest of the drops on the planet. Make a difference! Let’s all make a difference.

What do you want to experience? Then create that! Connect with who you are. You are the flow. You are the source power. When you are grateful, joyful, positive and optimistic you then can discover your true nature. Become aware! Positively create what you want.

Feel blessed by all people, events, circumstance, problems and limitations. Learn, let go, laugh and love. Accept yourself completely as you are. Love yourself. Appreciate yourself. When you appreciate anything the value increases. You are worthy. You are deserving. You are a miracle. Believe it! Appreciate yourself! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

What Kind Of Journey Is It?

“We are all journeying separately, together. We have our solo missions and yet, we all travel together and help each other succeed. No one lives or journeys in true isolation. So what kind of journey is it? What is your journey about? Are you enjoying the journey.

The journey seems to be mostly about awareness. What you are able to discover about yourself, others and the world while you are here. You either enjoy your journey or you do not. If not, why not? What is it that prevents you from enjoying where you are right this moment.

BEcome aware. BEcome aware of all crap so you can let go, forgive and move onward. BEcome aware of all the good so you can celebrate and enjoy. BEcome aware of when you are selfish and not giving. BEcome aware when you are supportive and helpful.

The Goal Of Life Is To Be Fully Alive – Live Learn Love Laugh – BE

You will discover many things about yourself. Seek to. BEcome aware. Notice how I spelled BEcome. When we simply, ‘be’ who we are without masks, without filters and prejudices, without judgements the journey becomes so much more delightful.

Hardships BEcome blessings because you BEcome aware of those hidden within the challenges. As you become more aware of how you hold yourself back and let go of it you have more energy to enjoy all the wonderful good things that you were missing. It’s about focus.

The journey is all we have. The destination is off in the future. How you arrive at the destination is more important than actually arriving. You can’t sacrifice now for back then or what is up ahead. You only have how you live, love and celebrate now. Happiness is!

How You Journey To Your Destination Is Everything Be Here Now

It isn’t about getting to be happy later when your bills are paid and you have your dream career, relationship, car or home. It is BEcoming happy now in spite of those less than glorious times. Learn to BE happy. Be fulfilled. Be rich even when your wallet is empty.

Awareness is the key. Have the courage to face yourself and explore. BE willing to examine what you find. Let go of what stops you. Accentuate what moves you into BEing and greater awareness. Live well this moment and the next takes care of itself. Delight in all. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
