What You Think At Work Determines Your Future

“Is your work exhilarating and fun? Are you happy to go there each day? Are you thrilled with your bosses and coworkers? Do you feel blessed being able to do the work you do? Do you feel you are contributing and helping others in your job? Is it fulfilling you?

Sadly, and unfortunately, for many people, the answer is no. They aren’t exhilarated, thrilled or eager to go to work. Most can’t wait to get home and many find their job dreary and their coworkers and bosses annoying at the very least. Not everyone, but many. Many do.

It is sad and it is unfortunate. If you aren’t one of those people who ‘hate’ their jobs or long for a better one, consider yourself lucky and blessed.  For many people just having a job is a reason to celebrate. However, that is not the point of this post.

A Negative Thinker Sees A Difficulty In Every Opportunity

The point of this post is you may spent 40 hours, or even more, if full time on the job. Part time could cap at 39 obviously. How you spend that time, your thoughts and feelings, are a critical influence on your ability to easily create the future you want. It can help or hinder.

Remember, the goal is to manage your thoughts and feelings. To think and feel the very best. You need to do so because the predominant thoughts in your mind is what you tend to create. You can’t not create so the questions is what are you creating?

On top of the job hours there are the off hours spent worrying about or fretting over the job. People think about their job, talk about it, gossip about the coworkers and all the other possibilities. That means even more time spent possibly negative thinking.

A Positive Thinker Sees An Opportunity In Every Difficulty

How do you expect to create a positive future if so much time is devoted to negative thinking? This is why I remind again and again that every moment is a moment to celebrate and feel blessed no matter what is going on. Horrible circumstance? It could be worse.

Find the silver lining, the good in all situations. Look for it. Seek it, dig deep if you have to. Don’t give into negativity or succumb to living a lackluster life. Change your destiny. Think positive. Find the good. Find what there is to appreciate and appreciate it. Feel grateful!

Find the 1% that is good that you appreciate and celebrate the 1% one hundred per cent! Create what you want to have in your future! Use challenges and frustrations to propel you further. Don’t be limited by them. Triumph over them. Be bigger than your problems.

Positive Thoughts Generate Positive Feelings And Experiences 

Your job can be your catalyst for greatness. Most of the successful CEO’s and top achievers in our world had menial, low paying jobs they hated. They started at the bottom as everyone else does but they were determined not to stay there. The made it out.

You can too! Use the hours in the day to think positive. We become what we think about. We get what we focus on. Like attracts like. Get more of what you want by becoming what you want first. Don’t wait. Develop the mindset and the feelings. Act as If! GO FIRST!

Be happy, feel rich and successful. Love life. Imagine everything is wonderful. Visualize and affirm. Direct your mind positively and powerfully. Learn from the difficult times and celebrate them. Enjoy the easy times and celebrate them. In fact, feel grateful and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Stop Whining And Go Get It!

“People drift. Many don’t know what they really want or what to do. They vacillate. They fret and worry. They are lost or caught up in less than glorious circumstances. They seek answers. I have, you too. Pundits have offered answers and hope; some good, some not.

What I like about Napoleon Hill is he tells it like it is. Many proponents of the Law of Attraction make it about wishing, wanting and hoping. They promote magical thinking. They claim, make a wish and hope it comes true. Sadly, many give up when that doesn’t work.

Hill pointed out that you must have an obsessive desire to obtain what it is you want in life. You must crave it such that there is an intensity behind what you want; so much that you will be willing to do anything positive and productive to accomplish or attain it.

A Champion Is Someone Who Gets Up even When He Can’t

You don’t wish it to happen. You don’t just want it to happen. You don’t hope it will happen. You don’t just dream it’s going to happen. You actually act and make it happen.  You know what you want. You focus on it to the exclusion of all else. You concentrate intensely.

You make it your burning  desire. Believe that you will make it happen regardless of circumstances. Believe in yourself and that you can do it. Hill says you need Applied Faith for when the going gets tough AND it will get tough. You need to believe your way through.

He is one of the few people who point out that on the path to success there may be difficulty and obstacles . He asks, if you know anyone who succeeded right from the very start without any difficulty. The answer is usually no. There may be rare exceptions.

Champions Train – Losers Complain

Hill modeled over 500 of the wealthiest people and discovered that on the path to success many succeeded and failed numerous times prior to ultimately making it. Most encountered severe obstacles that seemed insurmountable, yet, they prevailed. They had will!

Because they were severely challenged they learned how to attract money and wealth. They learned that they had to keep going, in spite of unbelievable odds. They were convinced they would succeed. In doing so they became invincible and unstoppable.

It begins with mindset. Attitude makes all the difference.  Champions know it will happen.  They are convinced it will happen. They expect to make it happen and they do. It happens because THEY persist. They are committed . They NEVER give up!

What You Are Thinking Is What You Are Becoming

They keep going until they accomplish what they set out to do. They have steel willpower.  They continue to do the right things, repeatedly and consistently for long enough to get their goals. This is the formula for success Napoleon Hill reveals out in his books.

Other proponents promote the airy fairy fluff.  Just wish it to happen. This is magical, mysterious thinking. The problem is that you and I buy into these notions. We want the lazy, easy, ‘no work’ way to riches. We want it fast and sweet. We want it yesterday. Am I right?

People exposed to this concept, read or see ‘The Secret’ and expect it to be a piece a cake. They think all all they have to do is imagine it coming to them and it will rain down into their lap. When it doesn’t happen quick enough they get confused and frustrated.

You Are Confined Only By The Walls You Made Yourself

They get disappointed and give up. Some might keep at it for a while hoping to make it work. They try to find the right way to have the heavens release their goods. Ultimately, they feel misled. Meanwhile, all along they are creating negative results.

Either you get positive results or negative results. You get what you want or you get what you don’t want. They are good at creating negative results. They get what they don’t want because they don’t focus correctly on what they do want. Correct application is needed.

They don’t do what they need to do in order to get what they want. You need to concentrate on it and make it a burning desire. Remember? Yes, expect it to be easy but know there can be obstacles. Know too,  that you will see your way through anything!

Champions Are Made Of Desire – Determination – Hard Work

It is all YOUR mindset. It is all attitude and thinking management. How and what you think determines your feelings and emotions. You either feel inspired and motivated or you don’t. You either feel it is possible or impossible. You feel you can do it or you can’t do it.

How you feel determines how you behave. When your mindset is right your feeling lead to inspired actions. You act! You behave congruently with your thoughts and feelings.  From your inspired actions you develop success habits.

Habits either support your success or detract from it. You either have habits of success or failure habits. You either get going and get doing those things that make you a champion or you doubt, fear, procrastinate and do those things that prevent you. Get it?

Champions Are Propelled By Desire – Not Compelled By Fear

To make any behavior a habit it you repeat it. You do it correctly, consistently, for long enough and it becomes a habit. It becomes automatic and reliable. You grow new neural pathways. You evolve your brain. You develop new thought, feeling and behavior habits.

These success habits, in unison, lead to positive results. As Hill revealed, you program your mind. You direct your mind and inform your subconscious mind what you want. It then goes on the lookout for opportunity and plans how you can get those results.

It is not magic.  It’s brain science. It’s not voodoo it IS how your brain works. The ancient thought leaders didn’t have science to back up their claims. They only knew what worked and what didn’t. Today, we have research that verifies it for those who need more proof.

Rock Bottom Has Built Way More Champions Than Privilege

The bottom line is you can have the success you want if you really want it enough. You must take charge of your brain. You have to control your thoughts! You need to focus exclusively. Concentrate on what you want. Feel like you’re already have it. Act as if!

Visualize. Affirm. Expect it your mind.  Think about it day and night. Plan to get it. Plan how you will get it. Start whether you are ready or not. Step out on faith that you can do it. Work ur plan and revamp your plan until you do get it! Keep going no matter what.

Develop this attitude! Do these things and you will get everything you want. You will make it happen because you will unstoppable! You will have shaped and conditioned and evolved yourself into a powerful ‘go getter’ force. You will develop the will to succeed.

Champions Keep Playing Until They Get It Right

You will do whatever is good, positive and productive to make it happen. You can help others and celebrate their successes along the way. You aren’t competing against anyone else for anything. You are making YOUR dreams come true and celebrating their dreams too.

It may not always go easy but that is okay. That serves to make you stronger and wiser. More important than what you get in the end is WHO you become during the pursuit. Evolve towards the highest good and you ultimately win much more!

Become the kind of person the world needs and you will succeed. The more people you help, the more of their problems you solve the more wealth and good will you generate. Dream A Little Dream: Just Make Sure It Isn’t A Nightmare!

“Your imagination is a most valuable asset. It is a major resource for you when used deliberately. It is the seat of your creativity, innovation and problem solving. It can lead you in powerful, positive directions, It can lead you to incredible heights.

Untamed it can be unruly and waste your time. You can spend hours in frivolous daydreaming getting no where, doing nothing or it can lead you to productive and unlimited heights. Learn to wisely use and direct your imagination. Control and manage your thinking.

Instead of living their dreams most people live their nightmares. They fear the worst and then it happens. They don’t want bad things to come their way but then they do. If this happens to you, then you must change it. You must do different things to get different results!

Imagination Is More Important Than Knowledge

A powerful practice is ‘act as if’. ACT as if you already have the changes you seek. Act as if you are already the person you desire to become. Act as if you already had the future goods and money you want. Live from that perspective. Enjoy those feelings right now.

As you ‘act as if’ you think, feel and behave congruently as that future you. When you do this it signals your subconscious that this is what you want and who you are. You align all of your resources on your target goal. Obviously, you must believe in what you are doing.

Your goal must be worth it and you must believe you ‘are it’ and or ‘have it’ already. This is why ‘I am’ and ‘I have’ affirmations and Directed Questions™ are powerful and helpful. You fill your mind and being with positivity ‘it’ right now! Live IT in the present.

You Get What You Focus On – What You Focus On Expands

‘Act as if’ is a great practice and it works. In fact, it already is working for most people in the opposite direction. They act as if they will always have problems, be broke, unhealthy, unhappy and lonely. That is the predominant mindset of many. They perpetuate it.

If you want a different life YOU have to create it. It isn’t going to happen for you if you continue doing what isn’t working. You must take charge and make it happen. Think of your subconscious mind and your life as a wild horse running wild. You must tame it.

You must break the horse. Domesticate it so it is useful IF you want the horse to work with you in the future. If you let it run wild it will do whatever it wants to do. Your mind is the same. You must take charge and teach it what to do, otherwise, it does as it wants.

What You Think About You Bring About – It Is All About Focus

It does the only things it knows, It continues the habits that keep you precisely where you are right now and where you will be tomorrow unless you do something proactive about it. If you want your life to change you must change what you are doing. Change your habits.

Control your mind. ‘Act as’ if IS a great way to begin to gain control over you mind and your life. Affirmations, visualization, reading inspirational and motivational material or listening to audios a half hour everyday are part of the process. Monitor your self talk.

Direct your imagination. Aim it like a laser beam on what you want. Stop negativity and redirect it into positive streams of self talk and consciousness. Let go of problems and what you can’t do and focus on solutions and what you are able to accomplish. Do it bit by bit.

Either You Create Habits That Support You Or That Limit You

Create daily habits or rituals that support you in being, doing and having what you want. You can be, do and have anything you want in life IF YOU do the right things, repeatedly and consistently for long enough. You can create a real, positive difference! YOU can!

I’ll share some more ways you can use your imagination in up coming posts. You CAN pretend anything and master it. You already are doing it. If you can become aware of how you are already contributing to your problems you can overcome them. Truly!

Stop creating what you don’t want and begin creating what you do want. A powerful piece is to focus your mind and imagination. You become what you think about most often. What you focus on expands. This is why gratitude is a wonderful practice to engage in.

The Man Who Has No Imagination Has No Wings

Fill yourself with thankfulness and appreciation and you will get more of the wonderful feelings back. As you do your subconscious gets the message. Feelings drive everything. How you feel determines what you do or don’t do.

What you do or don’t do determines what you get! How you feel stems from how and what you are thinking about. Think positive, feel grateful and your life can and will change as you keep it up. Dabbling won’t create a difference, or if it does, not for long.

Success habits will get you bettter more desirable results! Make habits of those practices that make your life marvelous. Only you can do it for you. You must stop making things problems and difficulties and begin making things how you want them to be.

You Can Pretend Anything And Master It – You Already Have 

You determine the results you get and the life you live. You get back what you put out. Keep this in mind. Like attracts like. Birds or a feather flock together. What goes around comes around. You are the creator and the attractor.  So celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Boys And Girls Man Up!

Who is responsible for your life? You are, right? At least, most of ud would say that we are. We may own up to it,  and yet, frankly, a lot of people, maybe even us, blame others and circumstances, and just about anything and everything, when things don’t go as they want.

We point to anything other than ourselves. Sometimes, we do blame ourselves; like when we think we are an idiot or something worse. Apart from that, mostly we blame everything outside ourself. I am not suggesting we should blame ourselves, nope, not at all.

I am suggesting taking responsibility for ourselves, our reactions, and our responses when things go awry. Whomever or whatever is the cause of it. Take responsibility for making the best of a bad situation. Instead of blaming and whining do something positive.

Your Life Changes When You Take Complete Responsibility For It

Take action. Correct the wrong. Work to make it better. Take charge of yourself. Be a role model. No one likes a whiner, a blamer or one who hides behind excuses. Stop blaming the freeway for when you are late, or your alarm clock. It isn’t others’s responsibility.

It is your responsibility to be on time so adjust accordingly. Apply the same thought to anything else that may happens. If you want to take credit for the wins you have to take credit for the losses. Instead of wallowing, which some might do, take action. Think positive and act!

How To Stop Fighting With Others And Yourself

“I was in 7th or 8th grade and called to fight by another classmate. That meant waiting until after school and meeting up and ‘duking it out’. He was my size but tougher. I thought I was pretty tough but basically was a wimp and afraid. I never really wanted to fight.

After school he and his ‘gang’ gathered. I walked out with my friends. Soon two opposing camps faced each other hurling insults. His supporters razzing me and cheering him on, mind doing likewise. We were about to fight. He called me names and taunted.

In a moment, that seemed very long, I had a lucid awareness. I look at this other kid. We had been friends once. We liked each other. Now, I don’t remember what the fight about, but it was likely over a girl. I looked at him angry at me, calling me names. I saw his friends.

There Are Only Two Options – Make Progress Or Make Excuses

They were calling me names. I looked around. My friends were calling he and them names. We were squared off and I went somewhere else momentarily. I thought, he thinks, I am an ass. I think he is an ass. His friends think I am an ass. My friends think he is.

We all think the same thing about each other. We are two opposing sides. We are angry and yelling at each other. Each side, each potential fighter thinks he is correct. What if they are right? What if I am right? What difference does any of this make? Why are we mad?

He is correct. I am an ass at times. I can be, I know that. I don’t want to admit that. I’m not very proud of it. Typically, if you call me on my crap I’ll get angry and defend myself, at least verbally. I will attack you back BUT not this time. Something happened! An awareness!

You Don’t Stop A Fight By Fighting – You Stop By Stopping To Fight

I couldn’t find a reason to fight. It was insane. We both are caught up in disliking each other. Our gangs don’t know anything about anything. They are just sheep following and supporting us. WOW, what is going on? I knew right then there was no ultimate truth.

At least not in this name calling. We were both right! We were both also wrong about each other. We were just yelling opinions and none of any of us actually in touch with anything accurate or real. We were all just acting out some insane hatred for each other.

I came back to hear the taunts and name calling. I said, ‘hey I don’t want to fight with you’. I wasn’t afraid. I just discovered I had NO reason not to like him, I had no reason to fight. He swung at me I swung back and punched right into his fist. He cried out in pain!

When You Stop Fighting The Way Things Are Magic Can Happen

He fell to the ground, crying and rolling around. Later, we learn he broke some fingers. It was over. He writhed on the ground, I stood there stunned and secretly glad it hadn’t gone any further. I was heralded as victor by my gang. Of course, his didn’t think so.

But they didn’t argue. He was on the ground and I stood over him. None of any of this mattered. I swung, I don’t know why. Instinct, I assume. I knew, however, I didn’t want to fight and was not going to. We left the scene. I thought about the event for quite some time.

I realized, so often, we choose a side and then defend it no matter what. We have a position or a stance and we maintain it or try to, regardless. We hurt loved ones, friends and strangers  by wanting to be right. We look for or hang with those who think as we do.

If You Can’t Change It – Change The Way You Think About It

We are not tolerant of other views or people, except rarely, or unless we learn to accept and embrace difference. We have to learn to be okay with differences. We can’t ignore them but we don’t have to fear or hate or exclude them either. We can learn to let go and allow.

There is too much hate and discord. Violence has never ever solved anything. Might doesn’t make right. More often it only makes more enemies. No one likes a bully whether on the schoolyard or in the pulpit. Still, people cheer their ‘team’. They follow as lemmings do.

Thinking and feeling seem in short supply. We need to accurately assess and not be so opinionated. We need to not be ruled by opinions; our own or others. We need to be able to be curious, open, accepting and tolerant of those and that which differs from us.

Letting Go Doesn’t Mean Giving Up But Rather Acceptance

We need to listen more and stop shouting. We need to listen actively and hear what others say and not just wait our turn to speak. HEARING and LISTENING are not the same thing. We need to understand. First comes awareness then comes understanding.

We need to be more peaceful not more fearful. Making others fear us does’t make us stronger or better. We only create more enemies. We need to think peace and then act it. We need to feel more compassion and less intolerance. Seek to elevate not to bring down.

We need to stop creating problems and enemies. We need to create more friends. We need to become responsible and realize it is up to each of us. It is up to you and me to live peacefully. We must overcome our conditioning and habits and prejudices. We can!

Time Doesn’t Heal Everything But Acceptance Can – Use Time Well

Together we can accomplish more than we are capable of as individuals. Yes, there is power in numbers. Mobs rule. Let’s create and be part of friendly, loving mobs. Instead of sinking to the lowest common denominator lets seek to rise to the highest.

Let’s not lower our standards but raise them; not to exclude but to include more. Lets expect the best of ourselves, then actually do it, Let’s not just  talk and wish it happens. Let’s be determined to be the change we want to see in the world. Determine to be the change!

It starts within each of us. Live well and help others do the same. Be grateful, find the good in each person and all circumstances. Live, love, laugh! Be filled with compassion. Spread it and share it all around. Delight in differences and diversity! Celebrate everything.”

Expert Reveals: The Number 1 Reason You Fail To Get What You Want

You set goals. You may even write them out. You visualize and you practice using the Law Of Attraction but nothing happens. You don’t get what you want, it doesn’t happen and it is frustrating. It is downright disappointing. So you chuck it. Been there done that.

Ha you experienced this or something like it? You try again. You have big, important wants. You want freedom, money, love, fame, success, a new career, a job, a new car or home, more vacation time, a significant other, you name it you want it. But you don’t get it.

Not yet, at least. Here is the number one determining factor between those who do make things happen for themselves and those who don’t. Those who ‘don’t’ expect it to come from outside them; the universe, god or others, provide it. They rely on others.

Action Is The Proper Fruit Of Knowledge

They visualize, they chant, they pray, they believe in the power, they affirm, hug trees, dance naked in the moon light, perform rituals and ceremonies, but nothing much changes much. The beg, plead, ask, shout and demand. They stamp their feet, yet, nothing happens.

Why is this? They put the source of power outside themselves. That is part of the reason. No one and no thing or entity or power is going to bestow it on you. Only you are going to make it happen or you will not make it happen. So here is the number one reason.

You want it. You desire it. You wish for it. However, you are not determined to get it. Yes, you want and need it, but you are still not determined to do whatever you must in a positive, productive, legitimate and honest way to get it. Otherwise you’d have it!

The More We Do The More We Can Do

Determination is the key. Those who are determined to be it or have it don’t let anything stop them. They do whatever is necessary to ensure they become and have what they want. They know it is totally up to them. They work at it and keep at it until they make it.

They may also affirm and visualize and dance naked and perform rituals and pray, and ask and demand but when it comes down to it they know it is completely about their mindset and their actions. If you have the right mindset and correct actions, results can follow.

Without it you end up spinning your wheels. Thought precedes feelings. They KNOW they will succeed. They feel it. They expect it they ARE CERTAIN. There is no way in hell they won’t have what they want because they will keep going until they do. Back-bone!

Faith Without Works Is Dead – Take Action – Make It Happen

Steel will power. They endure defeat, humiliations countless times along the way but they have the fight of a champion warrior in them. They have the mind of a victor and winner. Most other people hope, wish and give up. The warrior may work harder but doesn’t have to.

Because the mindset of the determined person is so focused this person does what is necessary and doesn’t consider it work. They enjoy making their dreams and goals come true. They do it gladly. The know what they want and they go after it with passion.

They are enthusiastic. They enlist others to help them by cultivating a winning, pleasing, personality. They understand that to succeed means to work with others and collaborate. Everyone in the boat rises together with the tide. They are a valued team player.

Whatever You Conceive And Believe You Can Achieve …

Their attitude is positive and optimistic. They aren’t imagining fantasy, they are positively thinking ‘I will do this! I can do this!’ They control and manage their thoughts.  They focus on the positive and eliminate the negative, to make it happen. Attitude is everything!

Their thoughts are aligned, targeted, powerful and positive which give rise to good, strong, feelings and emotions that anything is possible. They feel unlimited, eager and excited. Because their thoughts and feelings are aligned their actions follow too.

They act because they believe their actions will bare fruit. If they make mistakes they correct them. They overcome obstacles and difficulties. They are prepared that it won’t always be easy or comfortable, but that doesn’t prevent them. They enjoy challenge.

Key Words Are – You Can Achieve – Because It Is You Who Doing It

Their positive, powerful, productive thoughts, feelings and inspired actions ARE success habits. They have cultivated habits that support their pursuit. Still, they are driven and determined and always follow through. They are leaders and blaze the way. Winners never quit!

Yes, they may rely on coaches and mentors and others who have succeeded before them because these people are yes sayers not nay sayers. They understand the value of proper guidance and accept the wisdom of more experienced players. They learn and evolve!

This is a critical difference between those who have and those who don’t. Those who have DETERMINE to have. The others who want and hope but fear leaving their comfort zones miss out. If you want success you must stretch yourself and determine to make it yours.

Wake Up With Determination – Go To Bed With Satisfaction

The people who succeed the easiest are inspired by their wins and the wins of others. They aren’t envious or resentful. They are happy when people thrive and make it. They keep track of their wins, they delight and they are grateful for the opportunities they discover.

They don’t wait for circumstances to change they change the circumstances. They make use of everything. Millionaires are made in economic downturns, when the economy is flat and when it is on the rise. Mindset makes it happen. But, know this important rule.

It isn’t just mindset. It isn’t thoughts alone. That is why those sitting in their easy chairs chanting for money aren’t getting any. It is thought plus the right actions. Thought AND action. If you do nothing you get nothing. Still, the thinking is the most important.

You Don’t Get What You Wish For – You Get What You Work For

Right thinking is 99% responsible for success. 1% correct, applied action, brings it about. You aren’t working harder you are working smarter. Be smart. Get determined. If you aren’t already you can cultivate it. That is what affirmations and visualization are useful for.

Cultivate and develop the champion winner’s attitude, the steeled will power, determination and enthusiasm, the certainty you will succeed by learning to control your thinking process and your feelings. You can do this! That is why I created this blog! Learn it.

Do it! Learn from the great ancient masters and thought leaders. Apply the principles and practices. Fashion yourself into an unstoppable, unlimited, invincible, deliberate creator. That is putting the law of attraction to proper use! That will help you get your goals.

The Real Secret To Stop Losing And Becoming A Winner!

“Believe it or not there is a real art to winning and losing. To lose all you must do is not think and do certain things. In order to win you must think and do certain things AND not think and do other things. Knowing the difference IS what separates winners from losers.

Positive thinking is NOT sitting in front of your garden thinking over and over again, ‘there are no weeds, there are no weeds’. That is not what positive thinking is at all. Any one who tells you it is, is mistaken. They don’t understand what a positive mental attitude is.

Your Life Improves When You Decide To Control Your Thoughts 

Positive thinking is, ‘I can easily weed this garden and make it beautiful. I’m going  to make this garden beautiful.’ Then it is tending to the garden. Then it is weeding and planting and making it beautiful. The weeds don’t prevent you. Nothing stops you.

Positive thinking is developing the correct, or right, mindset to make getting your goals the easiest and swiftest. It isn’t fantasy, sitting in your room , thinking and visualizing ‘money rains down on me’. It is thinking, ‘I can easily and quickly make all the money I need.’

Whether You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You’re Right

‘I have all the resources. I am rich in many ways.’ Then going and doing whatever you need to in order to make the money honestly. Positive thinking means your attitude is in place and your feel positive.  You feel unstoppable and invincible.

You feel you can do it. ‘To enjoy enduring success one must travel a little in advance of the world.’ You are mentally and emotionally prepared and equipped to handle whatever challenges come your way. You are mentally, emotionally and behaviorally resourceful.

Your Mind Is Powerful – Train It To See Good In Every Situation

You thoughts are ‘I can do it’ thoughts. You don’t win a game thinking, ‘crap I am going to lose. I am a loser’. You have a better chance succeeding thinking the thoughts of a champion. Thought leads to feelings and feelings lead to actions. Actions lead to habits.

Habits lead to results. We all have success habits and unsuccessful habits. We want and need to develop more success habits than unsuccessful habits. Success habits are learning and doing, and creating a positive means to accomplish your goal.

Nothing Changes Until You Change – Then Everything Changes

Unsuccessful habits are doubt, fear, worry, procrastination, fanciful thinking, laziness. In order to get to Paris you must take the steps necessary. First and foremost you must believe you can and that you will.  Then you do those things that get you closer and closer.

Never let anyone tell you positive thinking isn’t important. It is vitally important. It is the first step in getting your dreams and desires. You must know what you want and you must know that you can achieve it. If you can conceive it and believe it, it can be yours.

Determine How You Are Going To Live Your Life – Decide Now

It can be yours BECAUSE you make it happen. You are an unstoppable force that gets your goals. Your mind and emotions and behaviors and habits are all aligned to get successful results. Positive thinking IS necessary to win. Never think otherwise.

Those who say it isn’t either don’t understand what it is or have another agenda. It is an inner game, after all. From within to without. Our results begin with our thoughts. Make certain you are thinking powerfully and productively and that you take action.

Don’t Make Excuses – Make Results – Winning Is A Habit

To know and not to do is to not know. To know and not apply the knowledge is fruitless. To get what you want you must take action steps. You can’t sit in your room and teleport yourself to Paris but you can take action steps to actually get there. Think it and DO it!

You Never Succeed By Repeating Your Failures: Change This Today!

“You want things to be different. You want it to get better.  How do you make the changes? What do you first do?  How do you change habits? How do you gain control over your thoughts? You do it through awareness. Awareness is the first step of the process.

First, you must become aware of the old conditioning, the old negativity, and recognize while you are in the midst of it. If you don’t know when you are engaged in an old, less than glorious, or destructive pattern, you won’t be able to alter it.

Eventually, you will notice when it engages earlier. You will become more aware as it initiates so you can take control and shift it over to the new positive thinking. As you do this you free yourself from the old conditioning and replace it with the new habits you desire.

Your Life Won’t Change Unless You Change What You Do Daily

Awareness. It works like this. If you want to end anger, fear or negative self talk, anything, you change how you respond to it after you notice it. Most people do what they don’t want to and when they realize it feel bad, criticize themselves and feel worse. They shame.

Sadly, that doesn’t work to change it. What you do instead is, after the fact, you celebrate that you noticed you did the old behavior. You pat yourself on the back. You embrace yourself for becoming aware. You stop criticizing the old behavior and appreciate the awareness.

Your changes won’t happen overnight but through time. You didn’t become the age you are overnight. It took time. This won’t take as long but it is a process. Each time, every tim, you notice the  less than glorious thinking or behaviors note it on paper. Keep track.

Awareness Is The First Step To Change – Apply What You Learn

Soon you will notice it while it is going on. You will notice it earlier and earlier. When you accept it and appreciate yourself you train yourself to notice what you want to notice. You are not conflicted, nor divided. You do not perpetuate the old as you had been.

This is the first part of the process. You become aware and you notate each time it occurs. You actually stop and put down a hashmark or some notation that works for you. It requires that you discipline yourself to do this. If you want it enough, you’ll do it.

A powerful way to change your thinking from less than glorious to more glorious is to keep a diary. Keep a diary of every negative thought you think. Whenever you complain or blame jot it down. Whenever you make an excuse jot it down. Keep track!

The Secret Of Success Is In Your Daily Routine And Habits

Keep an on going track of all the negative or less than glorious thoughts you think. Every time you blame god, the universe, the weather, the government, traffic, your boss, spouse, kids, neighbors, dog or alarm clock stop and notate that you are thinking negative.

Stop, then switch it to a positive thought. Change it. Stop complaining. Start accepting responsibility for your life whether directly responsible or not. Assume ALL responsibility. If you want to change your life you have to change what you think and do.

For example, you discover yourself thinking, or saying out loud to yourself or others, ‘it is hard to make money in this economy’, or ‘I’m late because there was too much traffic on the road this morning’, or ‘you can’t be happy all the time’. Any less than glorious statement.

Stop Expecting Things And Others To Change – You Go First

Stop, note it and think or say, ‘it isn’t the economy that determines my wealth it is me. I create the exact amount of money I want.’ or something positive to that effect. ‘I was late because I didn’t get on the road early enough. I was late because I was late.’ Accept it.

You can affirm, ‘I will start earlier’, or ‘I can learn to be on time’, or ‘I accept responsibility for being on time’, or ‘I am always on time’, or ‘if it is to be it is up to me’. What it is that you desire to be is how you phrase your positive declaration. Affirm what you want.

“I can be happy because I choose to be happy. Happiness is a choice’. Switch the old thought out for something positive and more productive. Accept responsibility for everything. When you accept 100% responsibility for EVERYTHING that happens, things change.

Change Brings Opportunity – Opportunity Brings Change

All negative thoughts, excuses, complaints and blames are negative declarations. They are negative affirmations. They keep you stuck in old chronic thinking. All worry is negative planning for the future. Stop! Become aware and change your thinking. Take charge.

When you do you learn a great and powerful lesson to apply everywhere. You learn that if you created your present, less than desirable circumstances, you can uncreate them. You can’t do that if you keep living as a victim of circumstances.

You need to live as a victor. You need to dictate the circumstances and not be governed by them. Champions don’t blame others or the world. They know if they are going to prevail and remain a champion it is completely up to them. Their mindset is a winning mindset.

Awareness Allows You To Get Outside Your Mind And Observe It

You need to manage and control your thoughts and not be run  by old chronic negative conditioning. It is time you put yourself in the driver’s seat of your mind and your life. You can create something new and better. It begins with awareness.

It begins noticing how often you give away your power. You do it each time you make an excuse, ‘the traffic was heavy’, ‘the dog ate my homework’ You usurp your own power and authority by complaining and blaming. Claim it back. Notice when you do it.

Notice how often you do it. Keep track in your diary. Doing this will draw you attention to it. As you notice and catch yourself again and again, AND then shift the negative thought, or talk, to a positive statement, you will slip up less and less. You will transform!

We Do Not See Things As They Are – We See Things As We Are

Fewer and fewer times will you blame and excuse. More and more often you will catch it and shift it to the positive and productive. You will continue to notice sooner and sooner. You keep shifting your attention to the positive until you build a positive new success habit.

Once it is a habit it will work reliably and automatically. You will find yourself thinking more powerfully positive as a result. All of your life can change as you change your thinking. Just as a ripple moves outward and grows bigger and affects more so do your thoughts.

Change your thoughts and your feelings change. With new thought and feeling your actions become positively inspired. As you continue to act more positively you develop new success habits which in turn can lead to new, positive results. Your life improves. Get it?

Being Aware Isn’t The Absence Of Mistakes But Correcting Them

The more you do it the easier it is to do and the better results you get. It begins by developing your awareness of the old triggers and gently, lovingly, replacing them. Accept, allow, adapt and adopt a new way of being.  You appreciate, notate, and shift to the positive.

Awareness grows the more it is exercised. You abilities do so, too. Keep at it. Commit to the process and you will begin to see improvement. Many people give up before they succeed. Stop, be different. Don’t be one of the crowd. Learn to be a victor instead.

Become a champion! It isn’t always easy but it isn’t as hard as people ‘think’ it will be. It is simple to make changes. You plant seeds, nurture them and they grow. One day you reap the benefits. Be glad. Be eager, be excited. Practice gratitude along the way. Appreciate and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Principles Of Creation, Manifestation And Attraction You Need To Understand

“You don’t get what you want as much as you get what you are. You recreate and attract what you already IS. Yes, pardon the grammar but what you IS, are presently, is what you get more of. If you are loving you get more love in return.

You create  what you already are. If you want riches in the future you need to feel and be rich right now. You don’t get wealthy by feeling and being broke. While the reality is you don’t presently have money you must feel as if you do. Get it? This is how it works.

You attract what you are. You attract what you think about. You get back what already you have. Those who have get more. Those who don’t lose what little they have. It is Scripture. You make happen, manifest, attract what you vibrate at. Karma, is what goes around.

The Universe Never Asked You To Struggle It Is Responding To You

This is why feelings are important. You feel rich, then you are rich, then you make riches happen. You vibrate wealth and you create it and attract it. Every cell in you lines up to make it happen. You are congruent with it. You are wealthy even when you don’t yet have it.

You are grateful for it before getting it. You live a little in advance of the world. Before it shows up you enjoy having it. Another way to think about this is, you put in your order with the cosmic waiter or waitress. You ordered your food. The kitchen is making it.

You will get it soon. As you sit there it is being prepared. You are eager to have it. You plan to enjoy it shortly. You don’t doubt or worry about the kitchen not making it or the waitstaff not delivering it. You are prepared to eat it. As far as you are concerned it is yours.

To Bring Anything Into Your Life Imagine It Is Already There

It is yours already because you ordered it. This is the same attitude you must have about your future. You put in the order. You saw what you wanted. You affirmed it. NOW it is coming. It is on the way. You don’t need to beg, you don’t need to convince it is yours. It is yours!

Accept it. Allow it. Eagerly anticipate it. Receive it. Be happy it is coming. Be grateful it is yours. Delight in it. You are getting what you wanted. This is the mindset. These are the feelings. You are delighted and secure. You are the person who has what is desired.

You are wealthy the material wealth is on the way. You are love the right relationship is on the way. You are the proud new home owner the house is on the way. You are healthy right now. You are whatever it is you desire for the future, right now IN the present.

Your Thoughts Are The Architects Of Your Destiny – Careful

The gap is only in time. The gap is the time between when the order is placed, the seed planted, and the order arrives, the plant grows and you harvest. You reap what you have sown. How you wait determines whether you get it quicker or slower. Do you get it?

If you go into the restaurant and create commotion and prevent the chefs and staff from doing their job it takes longer to get your food, if at all. If you dig up the plants before they bloom you won’t reap what you sowed. You wait patiently and expectantly. Eagerly is fine.

You know, you have faith, you are CERTAIN it is coming. It is on the way. The seeds are growing and one day the plant breaks through. Your birthday is arriving and you’ll celebrate and get gifts. It will happen. Enjoy. Celebrate and wait with anticipation.

The Only Person You Are Become Is The One You Decide To Be

You anticipate what you know will happen. You expect it. So you are able to enjoy and go about other things. When you think about it you think about how great it is to have it. What you think about you become. You think about how wonderful you are it. Understand?

You create more of what already IS! If you focus on lack and worry about bills and don’t feel you have enough that is what you get back in return. That is what you are seeing, visualizing, affirming, being and vibrating. That is what you create and attract.

You are getting what you don’t want. The universe, your subconscious can only respond by saying yes to whatever you have going on inside of you. Your thoughts and feelings run the show. Worry is negative practice. What you focus on you get.

We Receive Exactly What We Expect To Receive

Stop. Create only what you intend. Become deliberate in what you focus on. Learn to control you attention. What occupies it is where energy goes. Where the energy flows is what you create. So instead, be grateful, for the invisible good you want, as if you have it already.

Delight, live as if. Act as if you are already it. Enjoy, delight, and celebrate. Be thankful. Live in gratitude. Appreciate and continue to look for more to enjoy. Life gets better and better as you do. Savor it and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Do This To Feel Better And Get What You Want

“What is it that holds people back from happiness and success? Predominantly, it is not specifying what they want and focusing on it. People drift instead of focusing.  Most don’t take responsibility but complain and blame.  They lack of focus and don’t go for it

How did you do on the questions exercise? If you haven’t done it I hope you will. If you did it what did you discover? Repeat it every so often. It can be immensely helpful. Search my blog for questions, directed questions, and well-formed outcomes too. There is more!

What You Focus On Expands – You Get What You Focus On

Using questions is so powerful. We ask questions of ourselves all the time without realizing it. At other times we should be asking questions instead of making less than glorious affirmations or negative statements we accept as fact. Check into it.

As for the rest of the post today consider this:

Stop complaining. Do the best you can to change the situation. Know the direction you want to head in and head into it. Build what you want instead of tearing down what you don’t want. Direct yourself in positive ways. Learn to enjoy now for no reason.

It Is All About Focus – Focus Is What It Is All About – Focus

Go after your goals positively. Feel your best. Be optimistic and enjoy all life offers.  Explore the positive ways to feel good. Ask positive questions and maintain positive thoughts. Go for a walk, take a bath, do some form of physical activity. Something you enjoy!

Spend time with positive people. Read or listen to some inspirational material. Listen to some positive music. Dance, skip, get a massage, sauna, steam, take a bath. Have a wonderful meal. Whatever makes you enjoy more of life, do it. Concentrate on it and delight.

What Are You Focused On – It Is All About What You Focus On

Spend time feeling grateful. Count your blessings. Appreciate yourself, others and events that are pleasing to you. Meditate and reflect on the good in your life. Relax, take a nap, get some rest. Take a moment to enjoy yourself and celebrate everything.” Rex Sikes
