What To Do When You Get Gobsmacked By A Block

“You feel stuck. Something holds you back. You aren’t enjoying or achieving the happiness and success in your career or life. Frankly, it sucks! You’d like to change it. Here is what you can do when you hit a block in your personal or professional life. Here is what you must do.

While blocks aren’t fun nor enjoyable, they can be downright awful, be glad you hit a block. ‘What?’ you exclaim. ‘I should be happy I encountered a block? ‘ Yes, exactly. We all have them. We all encounter them. Many were fashioned early in our lives.

They were created or adopted outside of our awareness. We didn’t choose them but we got them through exposure, experience and repeated messages, intentional or otherwise, from others around us. We have them and they lurk inside. We encounter them in change.

Don’t Let Obstacles Bring You Down Learn To Bounce Back Better

When we change, or situations change, they arise. They are limiting beliefs, negative thoughts and feelings. They are doubts, fears, worries, anger and sadness. They arise to keep us the same. We repeat them again and again in life, so we remain consistent.

Seems silly, but it is true. Our brain attempts to protect us and keep us alive in a number of ways. One of them is by attempting to keep us the same. It doesn’t know we want to update ourselves and change and that we will be fine. Blocks are there to keep us safe. BUT, yuk!

So the best we can do is appreciate them and embrace them. Allow them to surface. They will anyway, but don’t fight them. Fighting them only amplifies their yuk factor. What we resist, persists. When we feel blocked, this is what you need to do, and here is why.

Whether You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You’re Right

When you discover or encounter a block you have an opportunity to discover how to refocus your attention and energy and move forward. It is not really a problem, but a blessing. It is attempting to keep you safe in the first place. Your brain does what it learned to do.

It is reliable. That is why it will keep you overeating, feeling afraid, smoking or living out any number of ‘bad’ habits because that is what it learned to do. So it does it! It ‘thinks’ that is how things should be. You and I need to re-educate our brains to new things.

Some people have yet to learn this concept but anyone can eventually learn it. Given they hit enough blocks to begin to become aware of why they are there. Blocks get our attention. Instead of thinking something is wrong celebrate! You noticed the signal,

Don’t Give Up – Make Today The Best Day Of Your Life Anyway

A block is an opportunity for you to pay attention. It is a signal or a message. Once you notice the block AND actually get the message, you can change it. You may not have thought so in the past. You have lived with any number of them for a long while. There is good news!

The good news is you can learn to move through them. You can learn to recognize them for what they are, not succumb to them, but move beyond them into new, wonderful realms of being! How You Spend Your Time Determines How It Goes

“When you order food at a restaurant, do you doubt that you gave the waitperson your order?  Do you hope and pray and worry they will deliver your food? Are you concerned you may not get it, nor get it in time? What do you do after you have ordered your food?

This actually is an important example. Similar to, what do you do when you plant a seed. Do you dig it up every few days to ensure it is growing? Do you fret and worry? Do you focus on how it isn’t growing yet or do you know it will show up in time? What do you do?

You know you gave your order. You know you planted the seed. What can you do? Wait. Wait and enjoy the time you are waiting. You never get your time back. You can fret and waste it. You can be distracted and focus on the less than glorious other things.

Patience Is All About The Attitude You Maintain While You Wait

Or, you can enjoy the time you have. You can do something positive. You can read. You can talk about or think about wonderful other events and things. It’s your time. How do you want to spend it? As for the plant, consider your joy as the nutrients it needs to grow.

How do you make muscles grow? You work out. Then you rest. You don’t grow them consciously. They grow on their own with proper rest and nutrition. You don’t grow the plant. Nature does. You don’t cook and serve your food, the restaurant does. Know your part!

Let go. When you enjoy and feel your best you reduce resistance. You allow. You’re receptive. Receive all the good things. Your food, and the plant, will be there in the time it takes to get it to you. Don’t micro manage the restaurant or the universe. It is not your job.

Blessings Can’t Come If You Are Not Willing And Ready To Receive

You can’t anyway. You can only do your part! Do what need to do to put in a clear, concise order. Determine what seed you plant. Then do it. Do your part, your work, then rest. Then wait. Allow your work to come to fruition. Attitude is everything. How you wait is the key!

Waste or ruin your time or wait joyfully. Plant another different seed or involve yourself in a different project. Let the current one come to you. Get it? Enjoy YOUR time. Have fun. Do anything else that fulfills you. Keep the faith. You did what you could do. Relax, let go. Wait.

When you get your food, accept it. Be delighted when the plant shows up. Feel good about the muscles you grow. You did your part and you get the results you get. All you can and should do is wait wonderfully while nature takes care of everything else. Accept it graciouly. Enjoy it. Delight.  Now, until and after you get what you want, celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Here’s Why You Don’t Get More Of What You Want And How You Can!

“Everything in the universe is a specific arrangement of energy and information. Abundance is an arrangement of energy and information. The periodic chart lists the different arrangement of atoms making up the known elements. Still, it is all the same source.

According to Quantum Physics there is no emptiness, only energy everywhere. It is all the same energy, but arranged differently. You and me, and everything there is on this planet, and our known universe is made up of the same stardust. We are all one. All energy.

We are the energy and the abundance of the universe, living the illusion of being separate through our brain and mind. We imagine ourselves apart from and a part of, instead of one Source energy. We think things are separate from us. Apparently, they are not. Get it?

Everything Is Energy  – Your Thoughts Initiate It – Focus

What we believe makes the difference. We don’t know all we can do. Nor do we know what we can’t do. Anything is truly possible. To sort the difference, I use this method. Some things are better spent investing my time in than others. Get it? It is about having taste.

Abundance is energy. Money is energy. Health is energy. Love is energy. Everything is energy. Through our intention, our deliberate, clarified, specific thought of what we want to manifest, our burning desire, we can change the energy. We can draw it or repel it.

Even those notions are not accurate. All is as it is, when it is. Right now. So pulling or pushing is meaningless. Better to think we can accept it or not. We claim it or don’t. To make it happen we must get past the filters preventing us. That is the game of our lives, it seems.

Everything Is Energy – Your Feelings Amplify – Focus

Whether we have fun or delight is the question we face. What do you want it to be? It is already that. Now, discover it. Allow it. Accept it. Delight in it. Act as if you already have it. See it, feel it, hear it, speak it, taste it, smell it before it arrives. Do it from joy, not need.

When you need you keep putting it off. Like attracts more of the same. Need attracts or reinforces need. Having means having more. Feeling you have it now, means having it sooner than imagining how far you are from it. It is all a mind game. Take control of your mind.

We can create and manifest and make happen whatever we truly desire. It begins with thought. All thought is energy. All feelings are energy. Both are information. Align our thoughts and feelings with our desires and beliefs and we can make anything possible.

Everything Is Energy – Your Actions Increase The Momentum

Mindset matters. You can pretend anything and master it. Great inventions have been based on wrong science. Even then, when science corrects itself, the inventions don’t disappear. This may be nothing but a powerful reframe. It can get you what you want.

Abundance is source. It is energy and flow. You are source. You don’t realize it, yet, but you are. It isn’t about mere mental acceptance. It is about transformation and becoming. You are unlimited, and all powerful, to create what you want. Still, it is likely you don’t believe AND that’s why you don’t have what you want now. This IS why we must begin to, and continue to, celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

You’ll Keep Getting Crap Magnet Results Until You Learn This!

“Some people have difficulty making affirmations work. They just don’t do it correctly. Then they give up. There’s a way to make it work. When you do you can expect wonderful and powerful results.  It can be incredible! I wrote an article about this many years ago.

I was one of those who had difficulty. I tried many times and quit many times. In 1980 I developed a method, Directed Questions™ that skyrockets the power of affirmations and results one gets. Since then, a number of people have re-published aspects of my work.

They’ve had good success, too. However, those I’ve seen missed the heart of my work for getting the most benefit from the process. Questions are incredible. They work amazingly well. I use both. I write about both, usually at different times, for different reasons.

Everything Remains The Same If You Don’t Control Your Mind

I use both. Sometimes you want to go around blocks that have stopped you. Other times you want to power through blocks. You learn different things by doing different things. There is a reason for learning both. Everything can work. I use both for greater effect.

Sadly, most people affirm negative things. They get things they don’t want! Worry is negative planning. Many people ask wrong questions and get disastrous results. It is important to know the right way of doing things. That’s why I write about each. Get it? You can learn it.

You must learn how to take control of your mind and your mental habits, if you want to make yourself and your life better. You must change some things, if you want things to change. It won’t happen if you do nothing. You remain the same. Start acting in your own best interest. Learn how to do things. Practice gratitude and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Believing This Lie Harms You Big Time!

“If your life sucks, this is a huge why. A friend posted this Carl Jung quote. ‘Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.’ This is the issue for most all people in a nutshell. Your unconscious processes run the show.  You don’t!

How you handle the issue is crucial. Your subconscious does what it does in direct conflict to what you want. You try to get ahead but something prevents you. You want to be happy but think and feel crappy. You end up in debt or doing the same bad habits repeatedly.

Too many, for too long have blamed themselves for the conflict between conscious desire and direction and prior, chronic conditioning. It isn’t sabotage. It isn’t yourself fighting yourself in darkness. It is your brain carrying out automatic learned habits.

Stop Standing In Your Own Way – Get Out Of Your Way

Acquired thinking, feeling and doing habits that do run the show. The subconscious mind carries out all functions. That is its purpose. The conscious mind directs it. Just as a rudder on a large powerful vessel can steer the entire vessel. You have to know how to work it.

Unconscious processes do what they do, until you alter or change them. We have grown up conditioned to blame them rather than to embrace them. Once you embrace your own self for being an incredible learning machine that serves you, it will be different.

Many therapies exasperate the ‘issue’ by labeling it sabotage. The public seems to have adopted this less than glorious, and less than productive, manner of thinking. How you think, how you relate and direct the subconscious makes all the difference. It is crucial!

If We Defend Our Habits We’ve No Intention Of Changing Them

You don’t resolve the conflict by blaming yourself for sabotaging yourself. It drives a wedge between you and your subconscious. It keeps the rift wide and alive. There is a better way. Align. Bring the two together. Heal the rift. Learn to direct the mind how you want.

The subconscious mind is a faithful servant and will do whatever you teach it to do. It is already doing what you learned, without your approval or awareness, while you were growing up. That isn’t your fault. It is however, if you do nothing about it but blame it.

Now is the time you can change from deep within. You can heal conflict and resolve differences. You can befriend yourself and discover an incredible new you. You can be the person of your dreams, happier, freer, complete; living a wonderful life!

I Think It Is Time To Be Happy Again – Enjoy Life Now

You need to learn how to direct your mind so it delivers what you want instead of what is was conditioned to deliver. You need to teach it new productive habits so you start getting what you want instead of bad habits, negativity and worse. Get it? You need to do it.

I’ve shared how to do that, in blogs, videos, seminars and workshops. But no one can do it for you. It’s time to stop being a victim of your own mind and become the victor of your mind. Learn to be thankful for your unconscious processes. Discover how wonderful it is and you are. Get it? You must take action. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

The 1% Versus You: You Versus The 1% And Money!

It is sad there is such disparity between the rich and the poor. Yet, typically the rich, did what others aren’t willing to do. I mean the good rich people, not corrupted rich and criminal rich. The good ones did things others, who aren’t rich, aren’t willing to do.

It’s true, there are some who have nothing, yet, work very hard. I don’t believe, most people want entitlements nor, are most people lazy. Most people want a good life. Most work hard to try to get it. The disparity between the wealthy and those not, is not laziness.

The wealthy worked hard to get ahead too. Instead of working jobs and living pay check to pay check they figured out ways to serve people by creating businesses. Many are smart enough to automate their business. Then, it can work, while they do other things.

Your Beliefs Create Your Reality – Mindset Determines Results

They created business, made investments and got  their money earning for them so they didn’t have to work a ‘job’. They created freedom. Whether they are in the office, playing golf, boating in the Bahamas or dining with celebrities, they are making money. 24/7

They learned not to trade their time for money, but to make their money work from them, so they had more free time. Many still work hard. It doesn’t mean they’re always out partying, but they enjoy the benefits of their money working for them. We should all  learn this.

Some inherited wealth from a person, or persons, who created it. Some had the advantage of growing up with a wealthy, ‘I can do anything’ mindset. If you and I did not, we can still cultivate that attitude and make it work for us, just as those who ‘lucked’ into it.

Whether You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You Are Right

Most of the wealthy spend time reading and improving themselves. Few watch more than 1 hour of television. They are driven by a larger purpose. Many work longer hours than their employees but don’t consider it work. They love doing what they are doing.

That makes a big difference! They love their ‘work’. Many created passion businesses or solved a need of people around them. They solved problems of the multitudes or delivered something people really needed and/or wanted.  The following are a few examples.

Amazon, Uber, AirB&B, toilet paper makers, doorknob and widget manufacturers, Apple, Microsoft, trash removal, name it. Someone has made a fortune helping others live better. That is an incredible key. Serve more people. Make more money. Get it? Serve others!

Even fast food, horrible as it is today, was designed to save people time and money. The poor laborer, or average worker, could do similarly, even in today’s world, but few will. They complain about the rich and sadly the rich complain about the poor.

If You Want Your Life To Change You Must Change Some Things

Today, some think, things are a little more stacked against the worker, trapped living paycheck to paycheck. I do believe some of this is accurate. It is also accurate that there are more opportunities, and in some ways, it’s easier than ever. Mindset makes a difference.

If you believe you can, you might. If you believe you can’t, you might not even try. It’s been said that when America was the land of opportunity and promise, poor immigrants came, worked hard, and became millionaires, because they believed in the promise.

More immigrants became millionaires than the people who lived here. Why? Because citizens felt the government, economic climate, and the wealthy stacked the deck against them. They didn’t try as much or as hard as the immigrant, who wanted to improve their life.

People Don’t Improve Because They Don’t Believe They Can

Attitude may not be everything. Positive thinking may not work miracles, but at least it helps you try to do things you might otherwise not. Mindset makes a difference. You can do the research if you want to learn more about the wealthy and the not wealthy

The rich 1% do not need any more advantages. Some want the wealthy to have more entitlements, more than the poor. This is wrong. They created theirs in numerous ways, even buying legislators. The wealthy can take care of themselves, and do.

The poor can use some help while they transition and learn the skills that can help them improve their lot. Still, many will never move beyond their limiting views of themselves and the world around them. If they did that number 1% would change to 2, 3, 5 or 10%

If You Can Conceive It And Believe It You Can Achieve It

Many of the vanishing middle class, even the upper middle class, won’t do anything either. They could but don’t, because they are comfortable. If you are comfortable you do little to change it. You take more action when things get uncomfortable.

Still, you must act smart. Napoleon Hill pointed out you could THINK and grow rich. That doesn’t mean, as some erroneously believe, that all they need do is think. It meant, you could learn to work smarter, instead of harder. Mindset can make a difference!

Still, many will never even bother to improve themselves. It isn’t a poor, middle class or wealthy issue, it is a personal issue. It is up to each of us, regardless of our lot in life. If you do nothing to change, nothing will change. To be different, you must become different.

Dare To Dream Dare To Dream Big Make Your Dreams Come True

There could be a power play to hold the poor down. I think it is even likely, obviously.  Yet, it is still possible to get ahead, even in today’s world. It is unrealistic to think no one could break through. However, if no one attempts it, no one will. What about you? Where are you?

Even if the is deck stacked, you can either complain about the stack, or attempt to do something about it. I prefer to do whatever I can, in spite of the odds. If you think you can’t do anything to improve yourself or your life, then it is as you say it is. You probably won’t.

Those who think they can, will do. Those who don’t, won’t. Stacked or not doesn’t make the difference.  Some people will triumph in spite of ridiculous odds. Some never try. It is a decision each of us makes. I refuse to let the 1% or reports determine my future.

You Live As Large Or As Small As You Accept – Mindset Matters

I do believe the 1% will do anything they can to hang onto their lion’s share; including, making it seem impossible you, or anyone, could do better or become one of them. They want limited membership. They will make it seem through the media, of all kinds, that you are stuck.

Don’t believe it. Believe in yourself! Nothing is impossible to those willing to attempt it. If they don’t make it as big as they hope, they still get further than if they never try. Mindset matters! Put your mindset to work for you. Get your money working for you. Develop yourself and your life. Learn how to celebrate everything! Rex Sikes

Why Be A Loser When You Can Be A Winner?

Why think positive? Isn’t it unrealistic? As I point out, what if it is unrealistic, so what? What is the alternative? Realistic and bummed out? Realistic and a wimp? Realistic and stuck in problems of one’s own making? Nope, I prefer positivity to that. Don’t you?

For me, I like that I can move ahead and not be stuck, or not be stuck for very long, when I think positively and powerfully. Life is good and life is great. The world is abundant in my way of thinking and there is plenty for all. They deserve it. You deserve it. I deserve it.

I prefer to think positively, about possibilities and solutions. I like thinking optimistically. I enjoy moving through challenges optimally. Life is a process. Life is contrast. Life is all sorts of things. Life is flow. I enjoy going with the flow and all the sights I see along the way.

Never Underestimate The Heart Of A Champion – Winners Win

There is light and dark, good and bad, positive and negative. One can focus on whatever one chooses. Whichever one chooses has an affect and consequences. I prefer to focus on the light, the good and the positive. I prefer to take responsibility for my focus and my life.

Some people are stuck in a quagmire of their own creation. I have been. I could be again. I prefer, learning and developing to minimize that as much as possible. I want to accept responsibility for making my life the best, for how it turns out, good or not so good. Get it?

I prefer the attitude of Conor McGregor who determined to win against Floyd Mayweather.  He spoke well of his opponent. Took the loss graciously. Stated he didn’t anticipate some of Mayweather’s moves or skill and is moving on. He may box again. Cool!

Every Champion Was Once A Contender Who Didn’t Give Up

He is still a winner and a champion. Defeat doesn’t appear to rile him. I like the attitude I can see from him. Though he lost the bout, his attitude was marvelous. That is what I want to do, don’t you? If you get knocked down, get up and keep going. Smile and move.

Learn from it but don’t wallow in it. Cut the losses and decide to make new  things happen. Get up and move forward. Make the day a better day. What we focus on is what we get back. We attract WHO we are back to us. So, who we are and who we become is important. Be the best. Be happy and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

It Is All BS! You Don’t Have To Do Anything To Change!

“Do you have to do anything to change? Can’t I just be the way I am and the world change for me if I wish hard enough? Must I really do something to make it different? I try lots of things but nothing really seems to work. It’s all BS, positive thinking, airy fairy stuff, right?

With that attitude one is bound to remain the same for a long time. The good news is you don’t have to do anything to change, you are always changing. That is the law. Things change for better, perhaps for the worse. Evolution is constant. It isn’t if, the question is when.

Given a long enough time, you and, your situation will be different, even if you do nothing. You are entitled to wait it out. However, if you want to change, within a realistic time frame, most likely, you will need to do something. Remember the definition of insanity?

I Am In Charge Of How I Think And Feel Today I Choose Happiness

People do the same thing over and over again expecting different results. I’ll add, people, who  do nothing over and over again expecting different results, are just as insane. If you always do what you always did, you always get, what you always got,  remember?

Positive thinking, is not about having glazed over eyes and a permanent fixed smile while uttering platitudes. It is about taking control of the gray matter that is running your show. Your thoughts affect you and this you already know! Don’t con yourself.

If you are feeling angry or depressed, you are thinking thoughts that, make you, or perpetuate the feeling bad, whether or not, the source seems to come from the outside.  It is your thoughts bothering you if you are complaining or blaming or others or the world! Thoughts!

To Change Your Life You Need To Change Your Thinking

If you are bothered in the morning, through the day and into the night because of trouble with a loved one, some work related issue or a ticket from an officer, your mind is on autopilot and you need to take control. Yet, some won’t because they don’t believe in it.

You don’t have to believe in it. That, BTW , is another thought or set of thoughts. It helps to believe in it because you may want to do it but you don’t have to. If you do it long enough, correctly, you will get the results and then you will have your own evidence for it.

You will know it. Knowing is different than believing. Some don’t engage in it because they fear they will become glazed eyed, perpetually smiling, positive zombies. Their own fear or apprehension for change prevents them. People do what they do.

Whether You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You Are Right

Positive thinking is a powerful, realistic approach to living life more fully. Either we master our thoughts or they remain the master of us. We are either in control of our thinking process or it controls us. Which would you rather be the case?  Positive or not, your choice.

I prefer feeling good, positive and powerful. Don’t you? I like knowing I can handle anything that comes my way, somehow, regardless, no matter what, with help or alone. I like finding the best of everything and the best in everything. But, you can stay the same.

Don’t do anything. Someday, perhaps in this lifetime, you will get what you want. Simply stay as you are. That isn’t so bad, unless your situation sucks. Keep in mind, it is your choice. You are always choosing, even when you choose to do nothing. It is your decision.

Your Decision Keeps You The Same – Or It Moves You Forward

Your decision keeps you the same or helps you move forward. If you want to move forward you can. Decide to. Take charge. Manage your thoughts and feelings. Begin by focusing on what you can and what you are grateful for. Gratitude makes an incredible difference. Begin feeling thankful. Adjust your attitude. Things get better when you do. Things get better as you celebrate everything.” Rex Sikes

How Much Must I Do?

“What do I have to do to make my situation better? Not only, what must I do, but how much must I do? How do I gear up my mindset to take actions? How do I get solutions to my problems? What must I do to make a difference in my life? What will help me change it?

Quality and quantity are important. They make a difference. Passion, energy, enthusiasm and positive feelings drive the mechanism that makes affirmations work. So have fun with the affirmations! Chant them, sing them, say them with energy! This IS crucial! It works.

Be adamant, be happy, be thrilled when you speak and think them. The feelings reinforce the statements. It is not the words as the much as it is the feeling and energy behind the words. Feelings are the driver. Your subconscious pays attention to feelings!

Drop By Drop The Tub Fills – What You Focus On Expands

Feelings are the signal to you and to your subconscious mind signal. Feelings are the message. Positivity is a choice! Train your mind to see the good in all situations, rather than emphasize the bad. Bad circumstances may persist but you emphasize the good.

This is how you find solutions. You don’t ignore what is wrong, and won’t work. You put your attention on what is right, and what you can do. You don’t ignore, you notice and shift. You select what to pay attention to. When you feel right inside you make better decisions.

You take the right actions. Don’t concern yourself with what to do. First, concern yourself with what to think and feel. Think and feel  the best you can.  When you select affirmations look for examples in your everyday life. Look at how things are good. Focus on these.

The More We Do The More We Are Able To Do – You Become It

Find abundance all around! Look for smiles, positivity and enjoyment. Find people and things you’re grateful for.  Focus on these. Be thankful.  Appreciate what you have. Quality matters. So does quantity, So the more you are positive and grateful the better it all becomes. Every bit helps. Celebrate everything! Rex Sikes

Why We Should Love The Karate Kid

“Isn’t it amazing. All that wax on wax off. Paint the fence. Everything the Karate Kid was taught and practiced, seemed pointless. He got so frustrated doing these things day in and day out. He got so frustrated he challenged his own Sensei’s wisdom in tasking him.

He burned while doing chores. It made him angry. Everyday the same old thing. He thought, ‘I have made a mistake. This old guy is no Sensei he is just getting free, cheap, labor.’ He called him out on it. To the kid’s surprise he was able to use his practice to defend himself.

All the while he was muttering and complaining, convinced he was learning nothing, he was learning important foundational, basic skills, he needed to master to be able to fight and defend himself. During the process he was developing body memory habits.

First Learn Stand  Then Learn Fly  – Wax On Wax Off

He didn’t realize this until he exploded at the Sensei. Then, to his surprise, he utilized these silly, useless, work tasks, to great satisfaction. He was developing mastery and habits. Once he challenged the Sensei he began to understand and learn more.

He began to learn the mental and spiritual habits that accompanied his martial art form. Get it? We spend time practicing, affirming, visualizing. We seem to have little success and lots of failure. We are talking our way through it and trying to apply it. We get frustrated.

We haven’t yet mastered it, nor made it a habit, an automatic, reliable skill. We are doing the wax on wax off work and we are burning, yet all the while, we are in training. So keep the faith. Know that one day you will master the skills of manifesting. Get it?

When Life Knock You Down The Option In You Get Up Or Give Up

As you stick with it. You will improve. Keep at it. You will get better. You will surprise yourself soon. Mindset is everything. If you believe all of life is a training, instead of thinking you are born into the world, and somehow it is all supposed to work out, then you will benefit.

You will benefit and make things happen sooner when you maintain the right mindset and practices. Everything is a lesson. We can learn from anything and should learn from everything.  So stop burning and start thanking. You are being perfected. You are learning.

Challenges are helping you to master your skills. The same lessons repeat again and again as an opportunity to evolve. You get the chance to correct. Keep the faith. Have fun and enjoy. Be delighted  and consider it all a blessing. Be grateful! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
