“Do you now understand how the mechanism works to get you either wanted or unwanted results? You see, it doesn’t care what is manifested, it simply operates because of the instructions, or messages, or signals that it repeatedly gets.

Again, this is how people attract and create money problems, anger, sadness, arguments with others, etc. Problems are created or enhanced or multiplied because one focuses on what one doesn’t want during most of their thinking time.

The person focuses on what they don’t have or what they lack instead of the opposite. They perpetuate their problems when they relive negative circumstances over and over in their mind and feel bad about it.

How many times have you relived an argument with someone? It usually does nothing to make us feel better. Instead, most of us  end up with looking for what we could have said or done to have trumped the other person. Usually we just feel more resentment or more anger while looking for ways to get even. It doesn’t help us get over it, let go of it and move forward feeling wonderful. That usually only comes about through forgiveness and acceptance.

Because people are spending much or most of their time in that ‘negative’ fashion it ensures they will get more of it. It is a vicious circle that needs to be broken. They look at their life and feel bad.

When they feel bad they feel worse and think nothing will help and then feel worse some more. Then they imagine the worst happening and feel even more bad. Whether the worst happens or not they spend most of their time feeling down, helpless and hopeless.

So many of us live this way much of the time. BUT there is another way to live! It may seem unfamiliar because you haven’t spent much time living that way BUT the good news is you do the very same thing you have always been doing ONLY you use better content. You focus on the positive instead. Since the mechanism is reliable you will get the results you want, no matter how long you have lived your life the other way.

For example, your television set doesn’t care whether the program aired is a great program or a lousy one. It just shows them regardless. You decide what you spend your time watching. If you spend time with bad programs whose decision is that? Choose to fill your mind with better material.

You must start the new way of thinking and stick with it to make it the same reliable habit as its thought predecessor. You must learn to spend the bulk of your time with positive thoughts and feelings because you can! Stop the negative and start the positive. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

SO you keep these positive images in your mind  and you drive it home by your positive feelings. You make it a habit through repetition.

You aren’t begging to get it, because in your mind you already got it.

So you don’t ask over and over again. You have made it clear what you want.

You reinforce what you want to occur through repetition. You see it as already yours. You keep it alive with the wonderful feelings and you visit it often through out each day. When you do this repeatedly through much of the day you are building your positive muscle and forming a new positive habit.

Do this more times than you think negatively and you will spend most of your time thinking and feeling positive. We get what we predominantly think about. We always have and always will manifest our dominant thoughts. Hence, we become what we think about.”

“As we have been moving forward with these posts what I hope becomes obvious is that you must become clear on what it is you want. You need to define it and be specific. You  attach a deadline to it and then imagine it as if you already have all of it. You imagine living that life after the deadline has arrived and you have what you wanted. (more about this in upcoming posts).

You make positive pictures in your mind and feel energized, eager and expectant as you look at them. Experience it all as vividly, wonderfully and powerfully as you are able.

Once you get absolutely clear on what you want to become, and do and have – you have initiated the process. The moment you know what you want absolutely you begin making it happen within you.

I repeat: When you precisely define what you want to create in your future and you feel excited and anticipate it happening you began making it happen. It begins the instant you get clear on what it is you want. It begins the moment you decide!

Once you have decided on you definite chief purpose your unconscious receives the message because you make it a clear deliberate image AND BECAUSE you attach powerful positive feelings  to it.

The strong positive feels are what ramps it into action. It now knows what you want and that you really truly want it because you spend the bulk of your time thinking and feeling powerfully about it.

You keep the positive images in your mind  and you drive all of it home by your positive feelings.The better you feel the more quickly you make it all happen. You make it a habit through repetition.

Strong feelings whether positive or negative always reinforce whatever it is we are thinking about. We get back wanted or unwanted by what we spend most of our time thinking about and how we feel when we do.

This why we get more back of whatever we experience. It is why we get more of what we don’t want at times. It is also why we muddy the waters and get poor results. (more on this in the next post).

If we are sometimes positive and then sometimes negative we don’t have a clear course to our destination. We do and then undo the results over and over again instead of moving swiftly toward where we want to be and what we want to have. This is why thinking and feeling positive most of the time makes all the difference in the world.

SO you want to keep these positive images in your mind  and keep feeling the very best you are able to during the day. Your pair positive image with great feelings and your unconscious understand that. You drive your visualization home by your positive feelings.

We create habits through repetition and you do want to make it a habit. So through you do this frequently throughout the day purposefully, each day until it becomes automatic for you.

This is why it is important to do something that is benefits you each day.  You do not have to be obsessed about it. Be relaxed and have fun but act in your own best interests whenever you can or remember to. The results are exponential and cumulative. You ultimately will get back way more than the effort you put into it.

But you do have to begin. You do have to do something if you want your life to change. You will have stay with it until you get the results you want. Most people don’t act with volition. Most people drift along pushed in whatever direction by circumstances and other people. Your life will measurable change immediately for the better once you take charge and live with purpose!

“It would be great if you would spend at least 30 minutes each day visualizing what you want. That is not too much to ask. Up the amount, increase it as you are able. Commit to it.

If you want that future be willing to pay the price for it. Morning or night spend some concentrated time. Whenever you can throughout the day spend a minute or more living it in your mind.

Relax and enjoy seeing yourself in your future.

When you see it and can hold it in your head you will eventually hold it in your hand. Expect it, anticipate it, believe it, know that it is already yours.

What you focus on and spend your time concentrating on is what the unconscious mind works on making happen. It organizes your behaviors around creating and attracting what it is you want.

It helps you go after what you desire and make bring it into being.

It is not magic it only seems like magic. It accesses your inner resources and talents and abilities so you will move forward.

This process, the servo mechanism works to bring about the wanted or unwanted. IT doesn’t care about the end result it only follows orders.

BUT YOU care!

So fill it with wonderful, positive, clear instructions and it will do what you order it to do. Give it the best instructions and the best life to create and it will work to make that happen. It will co-operate and follow your clear orders. What you think and how you think is important when it comes to what the servo mechanism recognizes.

The unconscious mind is a servo mechanism. It’s job is to deliver to you what you spend most of your time thinking about. If you haven’t deliberately chosen your thoughts and goals before, now IS the time. If you have let it do whatever it does while you have drifted thorugh life, NOW is the time to take charge. If you have gotten too many unwanted results NOW IS the time for you to make all of  it different.

Provide concise, clear instructions aligned with powerful positive dynamic feelings and your life will  begin to change! If it is going to be any different at all it will be because you step in and tell the servo mechanism what to do. I have covered what to do multiple times. So now do it. Don’t delay do it today!

“As with all exercise and abilities we get better with practice.  Do the best you are able to. You may surprise yourself with how easy it is. If it is not so easy at first, it will become easier as you continue to do this. Regardless, of how well or how poorly you do this deliberate visualization you must know and understand that you are already doing some version of it in your head most of the time.

Re-read that last sentence. You are already using the power of visualization to get the results you currently are getting. You bring about your circumstances. It all begins first within.

Your results are the end product of how you are already using your mind. Your life is the result of what you are already doing with or without awareness. You have or don’t have whatever it is in life because of how you have been and are presently using or not using your mind. There is no blame nor shame in that. You have been doing whatever you have been doing.

It brings you whatever your dominant thoughts are. If you focus on lack and not having enough and you don’t have all you want or need is it any wonder why. The problem is compounded because then when people don’t have enough they continue to worry about it and think about it.

If you want more you have to create more and that starts with your thinking process. You have to imagine and see and create what you want and stop focusing on what you don’t want. You bring about whatever you think about.

For many people they get wish washy results because they are 50/50 in their thinking. If most of your thinking is negative and your life is very much not how you want it you need to create much more positivity. You need to shift the balance over to the positive side. If you are 80% positive you are probably doing pretty well.

If you want to get better results you will have to bring some deliberate purpose to what you do and change some of what you are already doing. Then you can begin to get incredible results and my guess is that is what you would like to be getting.

Realize that you bring about what you think about.

Spend at time visualizing and creating what you want.  If you have to do it in increments whenever you are able. Spend 5 minutes, 10, 30 minutes a day deliberately using your imagination to create what you want. Close your eyes and relax and visualize.

“In order to create the results you want you first have to know exactly what you want. The successful people know where they want to end up before they begin. The destination and the end results motivates and drives them to get it. In the car analogy they know where they want to go so that they can head in that direction prior to starting the car. They are not random but are targeted in their choices.

I have recommended writing it down in detail with a deadline. Be specific. When you write, whether you have been aware of it or not you are using the mental movies and images, sounds and feelings. SO write it down and make it as precise and vivid as you are able.

Referring back to the analogy, when you write down your purpose, you clarify what you want and determine where it is you want to end up. You know your destination and your arrival time or deadline. It means looking at the end result, the destination, examining it and adding to it to make it precisely what you want to create. If it doesn’t excite you it isn’t what you should be working on.

Find whatever it is you are most passionate about, what you must have, that you always wanted, and work on that instead. The destination you go after is one you absolutely feel you must be, want to go to, and enjoy most in life. If you aren’t completely sold on the destination you ‘ain’t gonna git thar!’

Picture it in your mind and see everything you want. See it in detail, make it full, vibrant, real in your mind. Make it an inner movie of how the future IS different, how it is better, how it is wonderful. See the positive future you. Look at yourself in detail and do you like what you see?

This is the YOU you have always wanted to be. SO become that person already in your mind. (If this were a fantasy and you could have it any way then imagine it – keep it real though, leave out magical flying and abilities and super powers.) Just imagine yourself as the successful, confident, loving, life affirming, kind, gentle, helpful, healthy, wealthy person you can become if you are not already.

Imagine your definite chief purpose, or your major aim in life, your major dream and your biggest goal as if you have already made it come true. Imagine your life as you want it to be. Script it. Make it as rich and full and wonderful as you are able to.

See and hear and feel that future completely.  See yourself as already the person you want to be.  Notice how you look and how you feel and sound as you move and interact. Watch yourself behave as that person would.

Watch yourself do everything that future you does and look at all you have all made happen. This future is the culmination of your positive thoughts and efforts. In this visualization you have made it all happen and you are enjoying the results and rewards. This is the end result of your hard work. This future is your prize!

Watch this movie! Run movies in your head of THAT future you when everything already is realized and you are enjoying it. When you watch the movie you should feel incredible because everything you wanted you now have!

It is your movie make it what you want! You are the writer, the producer, the director and the star so make it what you want it to be!

“We make sense of the outer world by recreating it on the inside and we do this by pictures, sounds, feelings, tastes and smells. We use our five senses within and without to. We see pictures and movies in our minds while walking and talking and driving and computing with our eyes open and engaged, or while daydreaming, and or with our eyes closed napping or sleeping.

Memories are what we see, hear and feel, and what we imagine and remember on the inside. As we move through life we collect memories. We may be deeply, profoundly touched by the power of a positive or not so positive memory. Some memories may bring about nearly the same feelings each time we recall them.

We can close our eyes and imagine our present right now where we are as we read this, we can with eyes closed recall and see what surrounds us. We can hear both what is going on outside of us, noises and we can hear our inner thoughts, noises and voice as well. We can presently feel what we feel, our emotions and sensations or our butts against the surface of some material we sit or recline on.

We can also see future events happen in our mind, imaginary and unlikely or likely scenarios that we picture, hear, feel and respond to that have not happened yet. We can see happy future events and feel good about them or we can look at unwanted anticipated events and feel anxious or fearful.

Assuming we have all these neurological five senses or faculties intact and unimpaired we are able to do these. We all seem to have lead systems. Some people see images in their mind quickly then hear and feel. Or see, feel and hear. Another person may lead with sounds then see and feel or feel and see their movies. Others may lead off with the feeling and then images and sounds or vice versa. Smells and tastes likewise trigger full associations or memories, or pictures, sounds and feelings. Typically, it all happens very quickly.

I point this out because some people may claim a difficulty with whichever sense they are attempting to work with. Some might say I don’t see my pictures very well. In that case, listen or feel first and discover what happens to bring about the full representation. Explore playfully and find out which sense seems better developed or which you are better able to manipulate or work with.

We will explore more of this in more detail in upcoming times. Still, you can develop the ability to use anyone of these senses to a much greater degree by deliberately choosing to exercise your abilities. Doing This Prevents You From Getting What You Want! How To Change It!

It is frustrating to struggle and not get ahead. It is difficult to want something and not be able to make it happen. When our dreams don’t come true we feel disappointed. Has it ever occurred to you that disappointment and doubt is much of why you aren’t succeeding in your life of career. If it hasn’t yet occurred, stop, sit up, and read the rest of this blog post.

Our present and future circumstances is directly tied to, chained to, what we think, don’t think and what we do and don’t do. Since thought precedes all action it is important to first begin with learning to manage and guide our thoughts. When we learn how to take control of our mind we also learn how to take control and get better results.

If you want a better present and future there is hope. There are some simple things you can begin to do right away that will make an incredible difference as you do them and as long as you do them. Today, I am providing you with some thought exercises. Do these. Make these a  habit and things will begin to change for the better.

If you want your life circumstances to be more wonderful, are you willing to do what it takes. Nothing in life is free. There is a price to pay. That prices is your time and your energy on your own behalf. It will require you take charge of your mind and change how you may have been using it. Let’s begin.

i choose success...

Today imagine in your mind, think to yourself, that your success will multiply and increase. Think and repeat to yourself over and over while seeing yourself in your mind’s eye, ‘I am the master of my destiny I can make my life anything i want it to be.’

You don’t have to know how. Really, you don’t so let it go. You may be totally ignorant of how. Instead of concerning yourself at this time with ‘how’ just focus on and imagine that you can make your life anything you want it to be. The how will come along later. Let’s take one step at a time.

First imagine yourself as a powerful creator. You are the person in charge of your future. You shape it and make it happen. You are the master of your destiny. Spend some time vividly imagining this. Do it for 5 minutes.

AND then imagine yourself as a powerful magnet attracting all good thoughts, energy, people, experiences, situations and opportunities towards you. You literally draw everything marvelous to you. Spend some time vividly imagining this.Do this for 5 minutes.

AND then imagine yourself as an incredible power source vibrating and radiating the very highest positive energy and spreading it to everyone and everything in the universe. Imagine spreading your light and love, your enthusiasm and positive energy to all. Spend some time vividly imagining this.Do this too for 5 minutes.

Focus and enjoy! Relax. I have provided you with three different ways to consider yourself. A creator, an attractor, and a high powered positive energy source.

Concentrate, hold these in your mind and feel delighted in the images. Enjoy feeling wonderful. Spend a good five minutes or more with each. Or make it a point to spend 30 minutes a day to use your mind this way. As you look at yourself in these wonderful ways feel all the incredible feelings you can feel and savor them.

Consider this: Like does attract Like. I don’t mean in a magical way, but certainly, it could. I mean that our minds work by association and one thought leads to another. Typically, for people they spiral into negativity, but instead you can ramp yourself into positivity. Now it is time to make one positive thought attract another positive thought. It will by association.

Your unconscious mind doesn’t care what you think about. Whatever you think about paired with emotion is what you get more of in your life experience. You mind brings you more of the same kind of thoughts. One thought triggers the next and so on. Since your unconscious mind doesn’t care about the content of your thoughts you may be getting more ‘less than glorious’ thoughts and feelings because you aren’t managing what you are thinking about. You may actually be getting more negative thoughts, or worries or fears. Hang in there, you can change this.

There is a direct correlation between our current thoughts and what we are currently experiencing. Our thoughts create our reality. Our thoughts create our current conditions. if you want to change the outcome or what is going on in your life then you must change your thoughts.

So focus on the positive. Imagine yourself in the positive ways I have described. Make your mind work for you. The more you focus in this way, on these ways to be, the easier it gets and the more powerful positive thoughts your mind will give you.

The key to changing your thoughts is to see what you want, create it in your mind, and linger with it. Stick with it, spend time with it. Repeat this over and over. Keep thinking these new thoughts.

We think in pictures but many of us are not aware of the pictures that we think. They go by too quickly often outside of our awareness but they are there and they do affect us.Now you can begin to manage them and make them serve you.

What I am prescribing is an exercise in deliberately creating mental pictures and movies. Doing this over and over again helps builds the muscle to visualize well. When you bring your attention to the process again and again deliberately you are enhancing your ability. Just as physical exercise makes us strong and more agile mental exercise does too. Plus, you are practicing choosing positive mental images to concentrate on and hold your focus on. This holds incredible benefit for you.

Create the positive images and concentrate on them so that they serve you to get the good things you want. The more you engage your mind in doing this the more you are getting closer to making it a habit. You are training your mind that this is what you want it to do. These thoughts and positive images are what you want more of! Remember, we become what we think about most of the time through out each day. So when think your best thoughts most of the time that is what you will get.

Repeat with enthusiasm and commitment to yourself,  ‘I am the master of my destiny I can make my life anything i want it to be.’ and other positive variations. Say it, sing it, chant it, shout it, just remember to do it.

When you do these things you will feel better. Savor the feelings. DO whatever you have to do to bring energy, enthusiasm and confidence to the process. That is why I mentioned singing, shouting etc. You can jump, run in place too. You don’t have to if you are able to do it otherwise, but it helps. If you are in a public place, it may be better to just visualize quietly.

The point is to MAKE YOURSELF feel good, feel powerful, feel positive even when you don’t. Take charge and DO IT. Learn that this is totally within your control. It is how you use your mind and body that determines how you think and feel.

Newton’s Third Law of Motion is The Law Of Action and Reaction (also commonly referred to as the Law of Cause and Effect) states that there are two forces called action and reaction. For every action (cause), there is an equal and opposite reaction (effect).

Whatever positive action or cause you create and put out there the reaction or effect (or result) comes back to you. The positive effects (results)  are returned to you. The same is true for whatever negative action or cause you put out there. So it is important to monitor or guard what you are thinking about, putting out there, broadcasting, transmitting, or creating, or causing. This is precisely why it is important to maintain mostly positive thoughts and feelings. You become what you think about. You get back whatever energy you radiate. The results you get are because of the causes you initiate and maintain.

You are ALWAYS informing your unconscious MIND what to create or attract by what your think and feel. We can’t change that or stop that. SO the question becomes what are your predominant thoughts? Are they good, positive healthy or are they otherwise? It makes a difference! Since it makes a difference, once you become aware of this, there are things you can do to change the results you have been getting, if you have been getting unwanted results. It is up to you and what you do next!

Believe-Achieve

If you want abundance then think thoughts of prosperity. If you want prosperity think thoughts of abundance. Focusing on lack, poverty and limitations will not help you get better and have a brighter future. Turmoil in your life is the result of thinking about problems and issues, lack, difficulty, and in many cases simply not being in charge of your own thoughts.So choose what you want because you are getting back whatever you are doing on the inside already, anyway!!!

Embrace that you are creator, the  master of your destiny and that you can work with the power within. Accept that you are the powerful positive creator of your own future. Understand that happiness is available to all of us and all you have to do to change your life is think different thoughts. Whatever you focus on expands! Focus on what YOU want to bring about and not what you have been bringing about. If you want happiness think about happiness not about how you don’t have it or how you are sad. You don’t get the color red thinking blue. You must think over and over about red.

SO as a beginning place recognize that you have always been responsible for the outcomes you have been getting. That is okay. All of us are. Now change what you focus on and make a difference for yourself!

Imagine and practice transmitting AND receiving powerful positive vibrations! Make it a point to think and feel and broadcast POSITIVE thoughts instead of negative ones. You can easily do this!

The reason why some people don’t move forward is they don’t believe it will work. They may think it sounds too good to be true so they don’t bother. They are skeptical. Others, think it must be hard, too difficult, not easy enough and so they never try it. Still, others, are just lazy or prefer to complain because they erroneously think that misery loves company.

Actually, there is some truth to the latter. Birds of a feather do flock together. People of like minds and energy tend to attract each other. So positive happy people hang together, just as celebrities do, or the rich. Negative people gravitate towards each other as well. So choose the company of the thoughts, feelings and people you keep. It makes a difference.

Here is what I suggest. Try it for no less than 30 days. Spend some time each day morning and night using your mind this way and then make a decision after 30 days as to whether or not you will continue. Don’t judge it, stay as open as possible without making an assessment. Don’t let limiting habitual old thinking prevent you from acting in your own best interests.

It is important that when you visualize you feel incredible and you believe you are going to have this future. It is important to feel and believe you deserve it and that it is yours. BUT if you do not at first, do not dismay, do it anyway! As you repeatedly do this exercise you will find that it gets easier. When you keep at it you will find your thoughts and energy shifting and you can come to believe it. As you continue the likelihood is that you will begin to enjoy the results you are getting back that you not only feel great and believe it but that you want to go beyond the 30 days.

Remember that once you become aware and understand electricity you can harness its power. The same applies to training your mind to work for you.

Practice thinking and imagining that happiness and wealth and health is your natural state, that these are your birthright. Believe, even if you don’t yet, that you are entitled to all wonderful things. Believe it is the natural state for all people.

Your unconscious doesn’t make a distinction between wanted or unwanted, good or bad it just goes where your energy consistently flows and what you put your attention on repeatedly. It works to manifest and attract what you focus on SO  choose to focus on the very best. Focus on the best and keep your focus on the best! It will astound you when you do!

Make these thoughts your daily practice. Imagine being in a relaxed abundant flow, see good coming to you; health, wealth, love, friends, well-being. Notice how it fabulous it feels and enjoy these feelings.

It is the inner reality that is important to focus on in order to get the results you want. Stay focused and don’t get distracted by what is outside of you presently. Whatever is going on in the present practice gratitude. Train your mind to see the good in all people and situations. Even if it is crumbling around you keep your inner focus intact, and maintain gratitude for everything.

Sometimes things DO fall apart to make way for new things. Don’t let it concern you.

Honor yourself as creative and powerful – stay focused – steer back to center whenever you find yourself not thinking positively. Realize it is always your choice and when you become aware that you are spending your time creating what you don’t want steer your mind back onto creating the good you do want. It is up to you.

The more you practice the better you become in anything. This applies to and is true about creating and attracting. You get better and better at creating what YOU DO WANT and not what you don’t want.

Have fun, be dedicated, keep an open mind, be intense, yet work at it in a relaxed positive energetic way. You will have everything when you need it in its perfect time. Have faith and it will unfold as it will.

Keep it simple for yourself. Everything you need and want in order to do this well WILL come about as a result of your positive efforts. Remember there is a positive effect for any positive cause. WHEN you take charge and focus your mind in this fashion you become a positive cause for your own future. The results you get are the effects you get.

IT has always been the case. You have always been causing the results you have been getting.

What is different now is that you take charge of creating what you DO want. You better understand your responsibility in the creation process. You know that the results you get are up to you and nothing and no one else.

This gives you a new purpose to create only the positive and the good. Stop creating what you don’t want and start creating what you do want.

Keep your attention and intensity on what you want and in the direction you want to go in and you will. It is your right to enjoy anything you want (legally and ethically) without limits. Become aware of your amazing power. Do not let outside distractions take you away. Stay focused and master your concentration!  Spend time each evening and each day have a routine that becomes for you a powerful ritual. Soon it will be a positive powerful productive habit.

How To Stop Screwing Up and How To Start Getting What You Want Most In Life

“This is the method for you to begin creating what you want the most in life.

Determine what you want that you must have! What is it you want that you are totally passionate about? What were you born to do? What is your ultimate chief purpose in life? What trips your trigger? See it in your mind’s eye. See it as detailed as possible. Use all of the senses. See it in full color, a movie, sights and sounds, feelings tastes and smells. Make it a complete sensory experience.

Write it down in detail with a deadline date. It is said there are no unrealistic goals only unrealistic deadlines. What is a realistic timeframe for you to get everything you desire? Put down the date.

Think about all of this in your mind as though you already have it. Your deadline came to pass you got everything you wanted what is it like to be living this dream now? How does it feel? What do you look, sound and feel like? What do you say to yourself? What are others saying about you? Immerse yourself in this ‘future, present’ reality where you are and have and are doing every thing you wanted. Savor it.

Do this daily imagine it fully and vividly. Plus, read what you wrote down. Be excited about it, enthusiastic. Be as a little kid waiting on holiday gifts. You know fully the gifts are coming and you just can’t wait. You are so eager, Live with passion and enthusiasm and confidence it making your future come true.

Focus on what you want, see it clearly in your mind’s eye.  Focus on WHY you want it. Think about and list all the positive reasons you must have this come to pass. Explore how you and others will be better as a result. Remember your future can come to pass more swiftly if you do no harm and others benefit as a result of you making your dreams come true. When they win AND you win then everyone can help each other. It is said, ‘you can have anything you want in life when you help others get what they want in life’. Remember this. Apply the Golden Rule.

Focus on what want and why you want it instead of on HOW you are going to get it and you will be much happier. The how will come along even though you can’t yet see it. The how will come about as a result of your thinking about it and concentrating about it day and night. You hold the positive image in your mind and charge it with your positive energy and feelings and as you do your whole being is filled with it. Plans and notions, insights and intuitions will begin to come your way. Take notice.

Practice present day gratitude and thankfulness. Appreciate what you have, where you have been. Be thankful for all of life’s challenges, lessons and opportunities. Celebrate all the positive and what you do have. Focus on abundance and not on lack. Focus on manifesting your dreams not problems or issues in the present.

Even if everything crumbles around you stay focused on what it is you want.

Do not get caught up in how you can’t yet see how you will do it. No one knows how they will do anything until after the complete it. So focus on what and why. Concentrate on all the happy, joyous, wonderful moments and not on how and you WILL manifest what you want.

You get what you expect in life. Expect good things!  Even if you can’t see them or can’t yet see how you will have them, expect good things and you will get good things. Expect the worst, because crap is happening around you, and you will get more of what you expect.

Stay focused and do not give up. Expect it and you will have it. The future belongs to you. You create the future with your present thoughts so think the very best.

I repeat: One of the best ways for beginning to choose better positive thoughts is to re-read these blog posts over and over. Read inspirational material at least a page a day everyday! Find positive affirmations to keep in mind. This is important as perviously mentioned. What you put into your mind is returned to you.

Deliberately think the best positive thoughts repeatedly. We infuse them with positive emotions. This is critical. It is not the mere repetition of a platitude that makes the difference. Saying or thinking something over and over does little. It is thinking and saying it while emotionally charged.

The reason people seem to have troubles is their fears are already emotionally charged. Sad thoughts are too. We get what we think about because what we think about is laced with the energy of the feelings. Words don’t impress the brain but images and feelings do.

Our brain works by releasing chemicals and hormones depending on what is occurring in us and to us. In fight or flight adrenaline is pumped into the system to be able to respond appropriately. The reaction is hardwired, outside of our conscious ability to choose, the body reacts but our response we may choose to fight or flee.

Later, as we remember the situation our body reacts, perhaps not with as large as reaction as the first triggering event but those memories invoke and respond to the chemicals and hormones that are triggered in re-living the event. We get back a portion or all of the experience. That is why some have crippling fear and why some others do not.

Our feelings become ‘anchored’ to the rest of the experience. A sight or sound, internal or external to us may trigger the memory or association and it all comes flooding back, feelings and all. The experience may link up and or be associated with other like experiences from one’s past.

It may not be long before the human makes a generalization or a rule from these associations, “I am afraid of…” or ” I can’t do or go …’ or ‘I am not the kind of person who…’ or whatever it may be in a limiting fashion. The person then may  form a  belief about who they are  or what they are capable of, or the world, or all three. From this belief and other similar beliefs, associations, memories and feelings they move in the world with however much or little freedom and comfort they are able to experience. These beliefs and attitudes together form what has been called ‘geshtalt’ or ‘paradigms’.

It is concluded that we don’t act much on any real information but from our paradigms and filters.

I have severely condensed this here but will be returning to it again in blog posts. I provide just enough basic information so one can understand that there is a large emotional component to making changes. Whether these occurred for us in life through experiences we consider negative or positive we are not shaped by words but by our feelings.

To make positive changes, to update our paradigms so they serve us instead of we serving them we utilize the best feelings we can find. We find the best, and we keep feeling the best as often as we are able.

If something comes along to upset us, as soon as we become aware of the opportunity we focus on things that make us feel better when we hold them in our mind. We consciously return to the best feelings as soon as possible.

Why? Because we want to train ourselves and make it a habit to find the best as soon as possible. We perform better, think better and enjoy life more when we are in more optimum states (this should not have to be stated, as I think it is obvious, but it may not be clear yet, and so I point it out repeatedly).

From the best place inside ourselves, the best thoughts and feelings come the best actions for ourselves and for others. So we charge our positive thoughts, our affirmations, our Directed Questions with the best possible feelings and this is what impresses on the ‘servo-mechanism’ what to do, what you want. You want more better thoughts and feelings. When you repeat this over and over you are telling ‘yourself’ give me more of this please. You are developing the habit and as you continue and persist, never stop, you are becoming what you think and feel, you are evolving yourself so it becomes easier and more reliable. It begins to become the positive habit you want. You are updating the paradigms and getting new results.

SO: We find the best feelings we can during the day moment to moment. A good guide is to ask yourself, ‘How am I feeling right now?’If it isn’t as good as you want put your attention on those thoughts or those elements in your life that make you feel good when you think about them. Find things to be grateful and excited about.

We hold the image of who want to be in our mind with these good feelings steadily in order to transform ourselves. We visit these thoughts and feelings as much as possible during our waking hours. We make it a ‘must have’ a burning desire something so important we must become it. That is the process and then we keep doing it and we do not quit. It is simple enough.

‘If you can hold it in your head you can hold it in your hand’,  the saying goes.

We see it, and imagine it fully in our minds and feel our best feeling as we do and all along the day and we being to transform ourself and our life into what we are imagining. In order to be it, behave it, do it or have it we must first conceive it and then keep on thinking it. We fill our brain and mind with this positive energy and we ultimately become it.

I seek self evolution prior to getting things. If I want to have a lot of things then I first think of myself as a person worthy of them and able to get them. I think of myself as a loving, kind, father or a successful, skilled, dedicated filmmaker (or whatever), I think of myself as one who can make things happen, a ‘Can do it’ person, an attractor or magnet or creator. From this being I make things happen and attract good things and people.

Who I am determines what I do which determines how far I am able to reach and what I am able to get, or have or include in my life. If I am a positive person my energy is dedicated to thinking and feeling and doing positive things so that I create, attract or make happen positive things in my life. I include finding or making happen situations, events and finding positive people to associate with.

The formula for creation is to be, do and then you have. Be, do, have.

I recognize for me that attitude precedes everything. Thought always precedes deliberate action so as we think the thoughts repeatedly we can become what we want. I believe we already are the product of our thinking so if I want positive changes to occur in my life, from this point on I need to change my thinking to be more positive.

I keep in mind to important principles ‘We become what we think about’ and ‘Birds of a feather flock together’. to guide me each day.

I believe that I should do whatever positive good it takes to become what I want without depriving anyone else. There actually is plenty to go around for everyone. I wish everyone well and celebrate them. I imagine great things happening for all and I am grateful for everyone in my life. I think how would I want others to think about me and what would I want them to wish for me. I would prefer they celebrate and wish me the best so I decided I ought to do it first. It goes back to ‘We become what we think about’ so I practice the Golden Rule.

So mere repetition of thoughts is not enough. Charge them with positive emotions. Determine to fill your day with finding the best moments to savor, the best memories to recall, the best feeling you can find. People, opportunities, places, things, activities to be grateful about put your attention on these. Determine that you will make it the best day possible by what you chose to focus on and create and experience. Take control of what you consider. If you find yourself off base return – get back on track without a lot of drama. Celebrate that you are returning to positive thoughts and feelings.

Remember the biblical saying “This is the day the lord has made rejoice and be glad in it’. Yes, you do that. Make it that kind of day. Determine to make each and every day that kind of day. Look for reasons to smile instead of frown and you will find more of them.

Life can be so incredible. Wouldn’t you like to be amazed to discover how easily you are able to transform yourself and your life into something so wonderful, you can’t even begin to imagine it fully, yet? Wouldn’t that be awesome and delightful? Hmmmmmm” Rex Sikes

“Understanding and application make the difference in making your life what you want it to be not reading or memorizing. Information does not change us. It is what we do with the information that can transform us.

People think that if they read about something they will somehow be better off. Having information can be useful but only when you apply it correctly. Many people want to read about personal change or NLP techniques but they never DO anything with the information they gain. They just read about it. Sadly, that is their loss.

For example, studies have demonstrated that the act of reading a book on bike riding is not the equivalent of bike riding. Different areas of the brain are utilized. So reading about it doesn’t do much to add to the ability if you want to learn to ride a bike. Once you already know how, reading may add to you knowledge and inform you about some things you may wish to try.

However, imagining riding a bike, seeing yourself on the bike watching yourself peddling and steering that is a good brain work out. Also imagining what it is like to be on it from the rider’s perspective, what do you see, hear, feel as you balance and ride, feel the bumps  etc.  Living it in your imagination does utilize portions of the brain for riding and actually activates at the micro-muscle level the very same muscles used when riding. When imagining riding vividly you are actually experiencing it in the brain at some level.

This is true if you imagine yourself playing tennis, swimming, golfing, making a sales phone call or any activity you might engage in.

You can rehearse the activity in your imagination and get some benefit. So while reading about something may illuminate and increase awareness it is only by doing something with those insights that makes a real difference for us. You have to act on it.

One question useful to ask ourselves is: Are you interested in where you want to go, what you want to do and what you can accomplish or are you more interested in defending where you are now and why you are there? The honest answer determines a lot. If you want to move forward you will act. If you wish to remain the same you will provide reasons.

Your present state or condition is nothing more than the physical manifestation of your previous thinking. If you want to get different results in your physical world and have a different life you must immediately change your thinking and not defend where you are at.

For most people their present situation determines how they think and feel. The outer controls the inner. In fact, it is your thoughts that determine the results and the life you get. The inner actually controls and dictates the outer.

If you are fearful, or negative life is not much fun. If you are confident and loving you probably enjoy it much more. Your inner being determines who you are, how you move and act in the world, and what you get. You are where you are because of where your thoughts have brought you. You will be tomorrow where your thoughts take you. You can not escape the results of you thoughts.

In order to behave in a new reality you must first be able to conceive of a new reality. It begins inside you head. You must see it first inside you in order to create it on the outside. All our art, music, product is created this way. An architect sees it on the inside, puts it on paper, then builds from the paper a physical replica of what they imagined. Inner begets the outer whether good or bad.

So if you want things in your life to change you must change things in your life. Napoleon Hill stated “Any idea held in the mind, that is emphasized (feared or revered) begins at once to clothe itself in the most convenient and appropriate form available” Said differently, we attract whatever we think about and feel emotional about.

Joy is a strong feeling so is worry and fear and doubt. Whatever you are thinking and whatever strong emotions you are feeling you are perpetuating. If you look around and see lack and problems you keep thinking, feeling and having them. This IS the outer controlling the inner. We look at the present feel bad and get more of the same.

We need to ignore the present and look to what we want to create. We need to see in our mind what we WANT rather than what is or what we don’t want. We imagine what we want  first on the inside. Hill also said “What we can conceive and believe we can achieve.” Conceive it, create it in your imagination first, feel good about it and believe you will have it and you will.

Heck, that is already what is going on. You have already been creating your life whether you have realized it or not. That is precisely what has been happening.

Whatever your present life is like is the result of your previous thinking.  So reading about it is not going to help. It is only by putting into action the principles and practices that will make an incredible difference. See a new better glorious future and you can have it.

Van Gough said “I see the painting in my dream and then I paint my dream.” You can create it.

Become the change you want to be in your life! Activate your attitude and move forward. You can create what you want because you have always been creator. Perhaps, you created and attracted lots that you didn’t want but you can change that now. Decide what good you want and take charge of the creation process. Make your life what you want it to be.
