The Second Powerful Way Of Seeing You Must Utilize And Why

Have you worked with the first way to visualize? I hope so. Get good with it, if you aren’t already. Practice, become deliberate with your imagination. Remember what you can conceive and believe you can achieve. Correct repetition, for long enough, builds skill.

Here is the second important way to visualize. These methods are not in order of importance. We do both of them naturally. When you are able to do these purposefully is when you increase your abilities to perform powerfully and productively. You develop great skill.

You can change how you think and live and what you get in life! Playing with these components strengthens your ability to deliberately use your mind in beneficial and creative ways. The more you do it the more you can do, more easily. You ability grows.

The Subconscious Only Says Yes – Make Sure It Is What You Want

The other way to imagine is to see what you see as you look through your own eyes. If you walked along a beach you wouldn’t see yourself you’d see your surroundings. You might see your hands and body some, but not your face unless you looked in a mirror.

Seeing through your own eyes allows you to feel what you would feel right NOW in that present moment. You may feel things even stronger this way because you are imaging what you see, hear and feel in your body not watching it. The feelings are immediate, now!

Either way you can have powerful feelings. When you look though your own eyes you feel it as if it is happening and how it feels. When you watch yourself on a movie screen it may feel more inspiring and motivating. Do both. Be inspired and feel what it feels like to BE it!

Energy Flows Where Your Attention Goes – Focus Focus Focus

Both of these are great ways to visualize. For example, you want to buy a new house. See the house and imagine yourself in it. See yourself with family and friends. Notice everything about the house in detail. Decor, where things are. Be thorough.

Fantastic. Watch yourself enjoy dinner, party, sleep, whatever you do in the house. Be as detailed and specific as possible and enjoy the good feelings you have as you imagine this. Savor the feelings. Feelings are most important. They send this message to your brain.

Keep the feelings. Amp the feelings. If you feel inspired, motivated, happy, proud, powerful, this is good. You use the mental movie to create the feelings. Your brain gets the feelings and goes ‘Oh, Okay I get it!’ This is an extremely important concept to keep in mind.

Believe In Yourself And Your Ability To Create and Make It Happen

The other way to imagine it is to walk from room to room and see and feel what that is like from your point of  view. Look through your eyes as you did in the beach example. See the people as you would in everyday life. See their faces, hear their voices, feel their touches.

Imagine these people congratulating you on your new purchase. Feel them pat you on the back, shake your hand and hug you. Hear their voices and what they say. FEEL how good it feels to have this home and their congratulations. You did it! You got what you wanted!

Imagine waking up in bed in the new home, eating your meals. Imagine relaxing in the comfort of your home. Enjoy walking the grounds. Park your car in the driveway or garage. Live the experience of being in your new home from your point of view.

To Live In A New Reality You Must First Conceive Of That Reality

Obviously, you don’t just magically make a new house appear. There is a process of acquiring it. The first step is to know what you want and why. This give you the ooomph for all the rest. You make it extremely desirable. Your obsession. What you must have.

You imagine yourself having it. Living it. Being it! This informs your brain. Your brain works on it. You begin to get ideas, intuitions and insights. This is what it means to begin to take inspired action. You must follow through in everyday life. Your brain works for you.

Imagine scouting the house, taking the tour, buying the house, closing on the house, celebrating, moving in, celebrating some more, feeling wonderful, living in the house. Be detailed. Make it vivid. Make it real. Create the process for yourself.

Imagination Is More Important Than Knowledge

Visualize both ways. Affirm it. Declare it with emotion and enthusiasm. Believe it and expect it. Conceive it and believe it! Enjoy creating your future. Feel grateful for what you have! Delight and be thankful! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

2 Reasons You Are Stuck And Can’t Get Anywhere

“Why don’t some people make things happen fast enough? Why aren’t they creating or manifesting what they want? If the Law Of Attraction worked how come some people, perhaps even you, are struggling and not getting what you want? What is up with that?

Two simple reasons. Excuses and blames rule the day for some. Those people unfortunately never get too far. When you make excuses for yourself and or blame yourself, or anyone or anything outside yourself, you don’t help yourself. You keep things away.

When you whine and complain, excuse and blame you get more of the same back. Bird of a feather flock together. Like attracts like. It is simple. You must be what it is you want to attract FIRST. For some people this concept is difficult to wrap one’s head around.

Quit Beating Yourself Up You Are Not A Finished Product

How do I become something I am not presently but that I want in the future? You must become its essence. This is why you act ‘as if’ you already have it. This is exactly the reason you live with gratitude now. This is why mindset, attitude and feelings are so important.

Become it, now, in your mind and someday you will have it in reality. Most likely not overnight because everything takes some time. Plants take time to grow from seeds. Keep the faith and know with certainty it is yours and you will make it happen. Be certain!

Thoughts precede feelings. Feelings precede right inspired actions. Right inspired actions precede success habits. Successful habits precede the results you want. Keep in mind, YOU are making happen what you want rather than attracting it. Get it? You are doing it!

You Are A Work In Progress – Celebrate And Delight

People who hope or rely on luck don’t make it either. We make our own breaks. Attitude is everything. Luck and hope comes from the outside. If you hope to get it you most likely never will. You must be certain you will make it happen not luck into it. It is all your doing!

The second reason is comparison. People compare the distance between where they are and where they want to be. Stop it! Stop it right now. Keep your eye on your purpose while simultaneously focusing on the right inspired actions step that gets you there.

One inspired step at a time. When hiking or mountain climbing it is advised you not look at the peak but at your feet and each step you take. When you look at the peak you notice how far away it seems. Your steps are immediate and you can control each. Focus on steps.

Losers Fix The Blame Winners Fix What Caused The Problem

Inspired right action comes from having the right mindset and the positive wonderful feelings. Then your brain, your intuition, you inner resourcefulness kicks in. Your Reticular Activating System works to find matches on the outside for the good going on inside.

Your RAS is working anyway. Either finding matches for how far away things are, for blames and excuses, whines and complaints or for the positive ‘life is wonderful I can do it’ thoughts. You are in charge of which it looks for by what you focus on repeatedly.

You inform your own brain what you want to create and attract more of by what you presently think and feel. It is all your doing. Don’t blame yourself if you aren’t where you want to be, change yourself. You can make it happen. Learn how by doing it.

A Flower Doesn’t Compete With Others Or Try – It Just Blooms

Focus on the positive. Fill your mind with positive, wonderful thoughts. Fill yourself with feelings of gratitude. Author your story to include what you want more of and imagine it ‘as if’ you already have it. Speak only to bless, heal, prosper and further your story.

If we don’t have will and persist positively, others who do will prevail. Success comes from having a successful mindset first and then going the distance. Everything takes some time so be patient and enjoy each moment along the way. Delight and feel marvelous!

Stop whining, complaining, excusing and blaming. Stop hoping and relying on luck. Stop comparing and being frustrated. Instead, live with passion, enthusiasm and certainty that YOU can make your dreams come true. Then you can if you keep going until you do! Do this now. Live your dreams. The Reason You Must Be Tough And Speak With Authority

“Most people seek and find problems. They don’t think they do but that is what they spend most of their time doing. They put out daily fires. Then they re-live them by talking about the fires of today and from long ago. They keep the issues alive in their minds talking about them. They even seem proud to share them much of the time.

They look for where things are wrong. They look for poverty, lack, frustration, crap and they find it. They seek limitations and what they can’t do and they find them. You can’t move forward always focused on what’s behind you. You must look forward. You must look forward free of what holds you back.

Stop looking at limitation and problems! Reverse the direction. Seek what is good and new. Seek and find what is enjoyable and positive that you can delight in. The brain provides you with either. It is up to you to direct it. The brain’s default is problems and dangers. It evolved this way to protect you in the jungle. It does a great job too!

You Must Focus On The Finish Line To Win Not The Starting Line

It is good at finding what is wrong so you could deal with it if you had to. This is WHY you must take charge of your brain and learn to direct it. You want to move it from operating at default to working for you. It will work perfectly for you when you train it to. It is a wonderful servant but a terrible master. You must master it.

The reason it seems difficult at first to make positive changes or gain control over one’s thoughts and feelings is because it runs by habit automatically. You want it to do that. You want it to be somewhat difficult to change because you want it reliable. You don’t want it  randomly changing all over the place. You want it to be consistent.

So it seems tough at first. It may be a little but you can change it. You must absolutely, positively change your focus from what you currently see, what the ‘reality’ currently is, and focus completely on the reality you want to create. You must focus on, and maintain your concentration on, the future reality as though you already have it.

Refuse To Succumb Emotionally To Negative Events Around You

Don’t talk about what is. Stop. That is what you must no longer do. Talk only about what will be as if it has already happened. Create what you want. Don’t reinforce what you don’t like. Yet, that is what most people do. They discuss what is wrong far more often than what can and will be. That is why what can be never shows up.

Command the future to become your present. Demand it. Declare it. Affirm it with strong emotions. Expect it. Be certain of it. Then you will make it happen. You most likely can’t get to this place over night. It takes work, dedication and persistence. It takes will power. That is why many abandon the pursuit. They don’t develop what it takes.

People will tell them, ‘you can’t do it’. They will read articles that state, if you focus on what you want and don’t get it you will be disappointed. So don’t try it is too hard. There are all sorts of messages from others, and reasons from oneself, why not to attempt it. If you never attempt it you will never know what might have been.

A Journey Of A Thousand Miles Begins With A Single Step

The courageous and the steadfast make it happen. That is the plain truth. Those who go after their goals, in a smart and wise fashion, can and do make them happen. There are plenty of examples of people who get what they want and even exceed their own expectations. Learn from them. Learn from success. You can do it.

Don’t learn from those who haven’t done it and tell you not to. You are listening to the wrong people. Listen to those who try and who win. Stop listening to those who don’t and haven’t. They may mean well, so be polite, but if they are holding you  back, if you are holding yourself back, then what is certain is, you are held back if you listen.

Stop and move forward. How? Do what I have been sharing in these posts. Condition you mind. Learn from successful people. Focus on gratitude and ‘can do’. Do something each day. Exercise your mental muscle as you have to to condition your body. Eventually, the results will begin showing up. It isn’t magic. It is how it works. IT does work!

The Pain You Feel Today Is The Strength You Will Feel Tomorrow

You don’t get in physical shape overnight. It takes time. The same is true with mental toughness and the renewal of your mind. You condition it for success. Remember, the quote I shared from Muhammad Ali, ‘I hated every minute of training, but I said, ‘Don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.’

You must become the authority of your life. You must take charge, be in charge and stay in charge. You must think, and speak and act from authority. Stop being the victim of your own mental processes. Develop the direction  that serves you. Your brain is already serving you well. NOW you have to learn how to aim it positively. That’s all.

Your brain is working perfectly well on default to get keep you focused on what is wrong so you are aware of it. That is marvelous appreciate that. NOW learn to turn your attention from the problem to the solution and what works and what is good. Stop focusing on what is broken, wrong and bad. That is what you must learn. Steer it.

Develop The Mental Strength And Toughness Of A Warrior

Out of control it will run on and on as it always has. Take control and you will discover how powerful your are. If you don’t have enough money stop, shift the focus. Be thankful for the little bit of money you do have! Be grateful you have any money. Be grateful money flows.  Be grateful you can spend that money even if it is on bills.

You are circulating energy. You are making things move. If your attitude sucks, if it is is, ‘woe is me I am  broke, I’ll never have enough, this is awful’ what do you expect to attract and live from. You live from that attitude. That is your reality. Why? Because you go no further. Yes, you wish it different but you don’t demand it.

If on the other hand you begin by emphasizing what you are grateful for, what you have, ‘I have money, I can spend money, it is good to circulate money, I am able to put money toward my bills, money flows to me and I use it as a tool’.  Then you have a much more productive mindset. Speak with authority that which you want.

Whether You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You Are Right

Inside you mind live as if you already have it. Imagine this, see it, feel it and say it once or twice a day. Work your way into it. Concentrate on having wonderful feelings when you imagine and speak what you want your future to include. Imagine this future IS your present reality. Live within that reality, experience this fully in your mind.

‘I am glad I have money. I am glad I can spend money. I am happy to take care of my bills because it means I have money.’ This may seem foreign to you if you have’t done it. If you haven’t and you have been stuck for awhile realize that if you want things to be different in your life you are going to have to do different things.

You can’t do the same things and get different results. You must be different to get different. Be, do and have. Mindset first and actions will follow. Speak with authority. Live from your own strength and power. It will take a little while to develop strong muscles but you will as you work at it. Keep going and don’t give up. Commit.

If You Want Quality Act As If You Already Have It

Know what you want. Imagine it as if you already have it. Feel good and enjoy the marvelous feelings. Believe in yourself and expect to make it happen and never quit. You will make your dreams come true. Enjoy the journey all along the way. Learn from obstacles and keep going. Keep the faith. Feel positive. Plan for success!

You become what you think about most often. What you focus on expands. Energy flows where your attention goes. If it is going to happen it will be up to you. Remember and repeat, ‘If it is going to be it is up to me!’ It truly is. Enjoy making positive and powerful changes. Have fun with it. Delight and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

It Isn’t Enough To Want It! Lot’s Of People Want It: You Must Become It!

“You know what you want AND you have wanted it a good long time. Still you don’t have it. You can continue to want it and still not get it. Wanting it isn’t enough. It isn’t the answer. There is something else.

Some people try hard to make the Law Of Attraction work. They stick with it awhile then abandon it stating, ‘it doesn’t work’ or more accurately, they ‘couldn’t figure out how to make it work’.

IT always is working but knowing how to work with it is something different. Gravity is always in operation and knowing how to work with it is different if you want to make a airplane take off.

Awareness And Understanding Are The First Steps

Consider this for a moment. Imagine you live in a land where there are no bicycles. Never saw one. They do not exist. One day you pick up a book and you read about bicycling.

It captivates you and you long to ride one. It becomes a deep passion and your read everything you can get your hands on about riding a bike. You imagine doing it. You desire it. You want it.

Still, you have not ever ridden one. Knowing about and wanting to do are not equivalent with having the experience. You know about riding the bike but aren’t riding one.

Your Desire Must Become White Hot – Then You Must Have Faith

It is not a perfect analogy but similarly, some people know all about the Law Of Attraction without ever actually tapping into it. Do you understand this? They want it. They know about it. But they aren’t it.

Remember, we don’t attract what we want. We attract what we are. We attract what we ALREADY are. If you want to be different in the future you must imagine already being different right now.

You must BE it to attract it. You want money you must be wealth first. You want happiness you must be happy first. You want success you must be success first. It begins within you. You become it first.

You Must Become What You Want To Attract

In your mind and in your soul you must already be it. It isn’t a question of whether you will or won’t get it because you already are it. You are that which you seek. That is why you ultimately find it.

As long as it is only a mental fascination you will not easily manifest what you want. This is why some people give up. They are interested but that is as far as they take it. They want but they aren’t it, yet.

Everything in these blog posts is designed and intended for you to discover how to become it. You must make it your study. You must do what it takes and you will unlock it. You must become it!

To Achieve Something You Have Never Achieved Before …

It is as close to you as your breath even when it seems miles away. Remember, you become what you think about most often. What is it you are thinking about? What is your attention on most of the time?

Your feelings are your indicators. How do you feel most of the time? You must feel your best most of your time. How can you feel your best? Turn your attention to what you are grateful for!

Gratitude is the attitude of feeling well-being. When you are grateful for all now you are making room for more. Fill your mind with gratitude and positive thoughts. Enjoy, delight, feel it and be it.

… You Must Become Someone You Have Never Been Before

Act as if you already have that which you want. Feel what it likes to be the person you want to become. Feel what it is like to do and have the good you want in the future, right now. Experience the feelings.

Pretend! The mental work IS feeling work. Feelings drive the show. It isn’t enough to know it intellectually you must become it. Then you attract what you already are. Like only attracts like.

Pretend it inside! You did this as a child. Feel it Fully! Live it! Be It!

It makes perfect sense when you stop to think about it. If gold only attracted gold, and you are lead thinking you want to be gold, you aren’t gold. Feel like gold and you become more like gold.

Become The Rock The River Can’t Wash Away

Get it? Your feelings are what make it work. Your thoughts precede your feelings. You will never feel it unless you think it right in the first place. From thinking comes feeling. From feeling comes action.

From action comes habits. Automatic, reliable actions help you make it happen. From habits come results. From your mind to reality you can make it happen when you become it. Like attracts like.

Act as if. Fill your mind daily. See it, hear, it, feel it, taste it, smell it. Live it over and over, want it so much it becomes burning desire. Feel yourself IT. Know you will have it because you make it happen.

What You Think You Become – What You Feel You Attract

Then you can get it. Then you create it and attract it. Then all aspects of you are aligned to have it. It is about being congruent. Some use the word vibrations. Your vibrations must match what you desire.

That is what it means to be congruent. It is a match. Beyond that it is all oars in the water paddling in the same direction, working together at the same time to get to the same destination. Get it?

Enjoy the process it goes faster. Trust it when you can’t see it and it goes faster. Live it and feel it and it goes faster. How you think, feel act, speak and live determines your successes. Be it! Be gratitude, be love, be kindness, be wealthy, be happy, be love, be delight! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Adopt The Mindset of Muhammad Ali And Win – After All He Did!

“Thanks for your concerns. Many have asked how I am doing since I got run down by a car. I am doing fine. I am healing and looking at the bright side. I am fortunate and blessed to only be injured, though that makes it sound worse than it was. Yes, I was struck down.

Yes, I’m good. I was hit from behind. The speed was not great. I was knocked down and my foot got pinned between the car and the road causing some tendon and ligament issues. My knees got scrapped up. The driver backed up and sped off. I am forgiving the person.

Life goes on.  Focus on what’s good. I really appreciate everyone’s concerns. Thanks for the emails, texts and comments expressing your concerns and well wishes! I appreciate reading and hearing them all. Thank you, and thank you!

Attitude Is Everything

Sadly, another great passed from us. Muhammad Ali. I grew up to his escapades, his name change, his protests, his career, his talent, his life, his illness and now his death, as many of us have. What a remarkable person this was. I will end this post with a few quotes.

Read these – repeat these – remember these – keep them alive within you. The words he spoke and the champion he became exemplified what thought leaders have been imploring us to do for centuries. Have purpose, faith, believe in oneself, use your will and keep going!

Attitude – The Little Thing That Makes A Big Difference

‘I am the greatest. I said that before I even knew I was.’

‘I never thought of the possibility of failing, only of the fame and glory I was going to get when I won. I could see it. I could almost feel it. When I proclaimed that I was the greatest of all time, I believed in myself, and I still do.’

‘I hated every minute of training, but I said, ‘Don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.’

‘To be a great champion you must believe you are the best. If you are not, pretend you are.’

Champions aren’t made in the gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them, a desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill.’

If You Want To Change But Don’t: This Is What You Must Know And Do

“Do you know why most people don’t make positive changes and get the life they deserve? They want to, they really want to. Wanting to is not enough. Here is what you need to know and do. Wanting only leads you to where the possibility to change exists. It’s a beginning.

Recently, I shared what holds us back. Automated processes that run on and on, outside of our awareness, that lead to less than glorious feelings. While some think of it as obstructive it is not nefarious. It is not sabotage. That is what our subconscious does.

It runs impersonal, learned processes that are outside of our control, for the most part, unless, we deliberately learn other ones instead. These habits of thought, feeling and action that are triggered by outside and inside events and circumstances. We react.

Today You Are Where Your Thoughts Brought You

One thought leads to another. A thought leads to a feeling. The feeling leads back to another thought of a similar kind. Like attracts like. Birds of a feather flock together. How we feel often, most usually, determines how we act and if we act.

As we engage this process enough, repeatedly, through time they become our habits. We routinely think, feel and act, OR NOT, certain ways, positively or negatively. Either these support us or they do not. These habits determine our results in the world.

If we don’t like the results we are getting it can all be traced back to our thoughts, our beliefs, our mindset and attitudes. This is precisely why, for centuries, thought leaders have emphasized taking control of your mind and learning your power to do so.

Tomorrow You Will Be Where Your Thoughts Take You

We are absolutely capable of making positive changes and learning new habits. More difficult are the evolutionary processes such as fight, flight or freeze but even these can come under some control. We can manage the affects of these more than previously believed.

The processes that govern our results are changeable, manageable and controllable, when you learn how.  Using our perception, our ability to reason, our imagination and will power we can intelligently make changes that serve us powerfully and positively.

Just as you learned any skill, learning to control your thinking and feeling is a skill. It is completely do-able. You are capable. It requires patience, dedication, understanding, perseverance and awareness. Awareness is the first step to change. Awareness comes first!

You Cannot Escape The Consequences Of Your Thoughts

We only change that which we know, are AWARE of, or perceive needs changing. Then we can intelligently REASON and decide that we must actually change. When we CHOOSE to take responsibility for our thinking, for everything in life, we take a major step forward.

Even if it isn’t true that we are responsible for everything in life that happens to us or involves us; even if we haven’t control over all of our circumstances it can benefit us to ‘act as if’ to ‘think as if’ we do. To do this without blaming ourselves or others is powerful.

It organizes our perceptions, helps us marshall our resources. It puts the ball and everything, in our court so we can think and work to make changes if we don’t we live as a victim to happenstance. It is far more beneficial to live powerfully than helplessly without hope.

Life Is 10% What Happens To You And 90% How You Respond To It

When one thinks as a champion victor one feels as a champion victor does. Hence one behaves and can get the results of a champion victor. Sure, there will be obstacles and problems but the champion victor takes care of them along the way. It doesn’t stop the victor!

It doesn’t prevent the victor! Everything is line up, aligned and congruent for moving forward positively. This awareness alone is dynamic and perhaps the most needed change anyone can make. Live as an emperor not hopeless and helpless. Live powerfully!

Take control of the power between your ears to make changes in the results you get. Live effectively. Stop making blames and excuses and start living the way you want to be living. It begins with mindset. It starts with controlling our thought habits so they serve us.

Better To Get Hurt By The Truth Than Comforted By A Lie

When it comes to creation, making things happen, getting goals, manifesting, attraction or vibrating in alignment, whatever words you choose to describe the process, being congruent is crucial. That is why it pays to get rid of all junk thinking and negativity.

Most people think of something they want and their habitual patterns of thoughts leap in stating you can’t afford it, your not good enough, you don’t deserve it. Others can have it but not you. Why bother? You aren’t the type of person who does that, and on and on.

These thoughts use up our creative energy because they operate under threshold much of the time. Just like my thoughts about how the woman in the lap pool was the problem. We must become aware of our routine, habitual, less than glorious thinking.

Still – Nothing – No One  – Can Hurt You – Without Your Permission

Then we can begin to change. Awareness opens the door. Once we become aware there’s an issue we need to address it and take care of it. We need to stop it AND make a better choice.  It is a choice. It is ALWAYS a choice. It is in our control and up to us to be different.

Most people won’t make the choice because they think it too hard. They don’t feel capable. Prior, bad thought habits. This is why it is first crucial to identify that you are not thinking powerfully. This is why it is necessary to point out the negativity again and again.

The message signal value has to be strong and loud enough for the individual to think, whoa, maybe I ought to try to do something differently. The person needs to become aware of what is holding them back. What IS the problem to be solved? Get it?

Be A Product Of Your Decisions Not Of Your Circumstances

If you don’t know there is a problem you won’t do anything to change it. Most people put the blame outside themselves so then they never have to address it. If you take responsibility for everything, everything is up to you. Now, you are in charge.

Once aware you have a choice. I f you choose to be different you will be. It requires will power I won’t kid you. It doesn’t happen over night, although it could potentially. Be prepared to condition yours mind for good mental health as you would your body.

You have to eat right, exercise right, sleep right consistently, repeatedly, long enough over time to get in shape and then to maintain it. The same is true about controlling your thoughts and feelings and taking charge of your mind. Step by step you move.

Everything You Want Is On The Other Side Of Why You Can’t

You condition your body AND your mind bit by bit over time. If someone is obese and doesn’t notice it affecting their health, or blames everything else for the issue then they have no power to change it. We have bought into societal memes, too.

We are told things aren’t our fault. It is genetics, it can’t be helped. It is the environment, our education or lack of it, the parents we have that are responsible. Our upbringing was less than glorious. All sounds plausible hence we buy into it. It is limiting programming.

We’ve been told this since birth. We’ve been misinformed, led astray, For each example one can use to prove the above case ‘true’ one can find counter examples of people who have changed in spite of every possible odd being against them. We are remarkable! We are!

Whether You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You Are Right

Sadly, most of us don’t think we are. We have been conditioned to believe we are not powerful or strong enough. I won’t get into why this may have happened here. Suffice to say our power has been usurped in so many ways. It is time to claim it back. Use it or lose it!

You will be glad you did. Once you begin to notice the results you are able to get with a renewed, transformed mind you’ll wonder what ever took you so long. However, you’ll be too happy celebrating the new changes to regret the time it took. It happens when it happens.

You’ll enjoy glorious new feelings and a positive outlook. All of life becomes marvelous even when, or if, circumstances don’t because you aren’t dictated and controlled by circumstances any longer. Those can and will change too. YOU determine your course.

I Have Failed Over And Over In Life And That Is Why I Succeed

If it is ever going to happen it will be completely up to you and the decision you make. No one can think your thoughts for you. They can provide you with thoughts and programming, as they already have, but they can’t think your thoughts for you. Do you understand this?

It is up to you to decide whether you take your power back or forever continue to act out of how you were previously programmed when you didn’t have a choice. Are you going to live from the beliefs and limitations you learned as a child? I hope not.

Some of those did serve you. Yes, they protected to. They kept you safe and/or they kept you from trying. Or they comforted you when you tried and gave up. Sure, those beliefs served a purpose. To insure you don’t travel too far. To make sure you don’t head the pack.

To Move A Mountain Begin By Carrying Away Small Stones

You decide. Decide now! Do you want to live from chronic, old, prior, limiting, conditioning, most of which you absorbed prior to five years old, OR do you want to begin living as the person you deserve to be? Don’t you want to find the real you hidden in there? Discover you!

There is no better time than now to act. Begin now, start, and learn along the way. When it is completed will you be able to look back and connect the dots. So be courageous, take control of your life by taking control of your mind. DO it Do it now. Awareness first.

Then use your imagination to begin to see, hear and feel the you, you already are within, that you want to be in the real world. Begin to imagine living the life you have always wanted. See, hear and feel yourself ‘act as if’ it is all absolutely real. Stick with it. Stick with it!

People Don’t Lack Strength – They Lack Will

Will power is necessary. Some things, like the Chinese Bamboo plant, don’t show up for quite some time. Stick with it. Be passionate, have faith. Become convinced you can and will do it and you will. You attract and make happen what you ARE – not what you want.

People want all sorts of things they learn to live without. That is from their habitual mindset. Become the change you want to experience and you will have what you desire. You will transform yourself by the renewing of your mind. Get it? You do it! YOU!

“It is a lesson which all history teaches wise persons, to put trust in ideas, and not in circumstances,” said Ralph Waldo Emerson. Don’t give circumstances the power, claim it back. Learn to dictate what the circumstances will be. It begins with controlling your thoughts.

Exercise Your Power And You Release The Power Of Life Energy

Take charge. Focus your mind. Feel the best! How do you feel the best? Think the thoughts that produce those feelings. Put your attention on what you have to be grateful for. Stay focused. Thought leads to feeling and feeling leads back to similar thoughts.

Change your life thought by thought. Step by step. Fill your mind with CAN DO power. Enjoy, delight! Think right and feel WONDERFUL! Keep doing it over and over and before you know it this all becomes your new habits. Your new results.

How To Use Your Mind And A Pen To Get What You Want

We’ve discussed how many people don’t like their circumstances. They want things different yet they keep getting the same results. If you want your life to change you must change things in your life. You can’t keep doing the same things and expect your life to be different.

Review:  To change. First, you must be clear about what you want. One way to do this is to get absolutely clear about what they don’t want. THEN, and this is critical, once you know what you do not want you must  turn your back on it. Drop it, let it go.

Then put all your focus, your attention, your energy on what you absolutely know you do want. Use what you don’t want to clarify what you do want. For example, you don’t want the freeway to be backed up, you want your ride to be sooth and easy and quick.

Elaborate And Describe The Good You Want In Vivid Detail 

You don’t like bad service in restaurant you prefer good food served polite and friendly. When things arise that you do not want, that you do not like, stop, and decide what it is you would rather have. Focus on what you prefer and that you do want and like.  Maintain that!

Focus on what you do want. Get it? Get clear about what you do not want and then focus on what you do want exclusively. This requires you choose. You make a choice, a decision on what to focus. When you make the decision your life begins to transform.

Your life begins changing for the better because you stop telling and re-living the story of what you don’t want. Once you free yourself of the old, broken, undesirable way you are free to live it the way you want to. To make the new life a reality you must attend to it.

Every Day May Not Be A Good Day But There Is Good In Every Day

You must maintain the new story. This must become predominant. Tell the story of the reality you want to live. Not only tell it, be it. In your mind, act as if it is all already yours. You already are the person you want to be. Pretend the future reality IS ALREADY your reality.

Feel and do what you want to be feeling and doing. Imagine you already have those things you want to have. You brain, your subconscious will help you get whatever you imagine. If you think, ‘I want this in the future’, it will always remain off in the future.

You must think, ‘I have this right now’. This is what you presently live and enjoy. It is all right now. It is your present reality. Use present tense words to describe it. Feel it as if are it right now. You are living it. The feelings of having it right now ARE what make this work!

See – Feel – Speak – Write It:  1st Action Steps To Make It Reality

Feel it and believe it. The more you feel it is your current reality the more you will believe it. You nurture your feelings and your belief about it. You make it as real as possible. Enjoy it. This is your inner transformational work. This is how you get the mindset right.

You don’t have to tell others about the brand new car parked in your driveway, but you imagine it. Stop talking about your clunker car, the one you hate, and find the present good. Discover all there is to be grateful for. Don’t dwell on the problems dwell on the good things.

Express the good. Talk only about the good. Don’t whine or complain. Tell a different story about how reliable and wonderful your car is. While you do this imagine driving the new car now. Live that reality inside. That is the story you need to focus on.

See It Hear It Feel It Taste It Smell It – Act As If You Have It Already

Live the conclusion.  What thoughts would you think if you got what you wanted? How would you feel? What would you be doing? How would you look, walk, stand and sit after you got your goal? What would your voice sound like? Who might you be with?

Make your visualization vivid. You want to feel it. Live it. Enjoy it, as if you have it right now. Act as if. Keep a journal and fill it up. Write down how it feels to presently enjoy… (the new car). Describe everything you can. Have fun journaling. Write a bit each day.

Write how it feels to drive it. Describe it. How does it sound. How much you love to hear the engine. The comfort of the seats and the feel of the ride. How it feels to see it parked in your driveway. The places you love to go. The comments people make.

Write Down Your Goals And Your Reasons For Obtaining Them

What it was like to drive it off the lot. Stick with writing and telling the new story you want. Re-live each day, your future in advance. One day when you will have what you want you will think, feel and behave in certain ways. Do that now. Write about it.

Make that future real to you in your imagination. When you imagine. Writing it down helps you make those images. Actually, write it with a pen and paper, don’t type it. You can also make a vision board. Put pictures of what you want on a piece of car board. Or on your mirror.

Keep the idea, fresh, fun and alive in your mind. Whether you do this a lot or once or twice a day is up to you. The point is to get the feelings of the changes you want to bring about. Think it and feel it first, believe it and you can have it. Okay? Celebrate everything! Rex Sikes

Expert Reveals: How To Use Your Attention For Success And Happiness

“When it comes to making your dreams come true what is the most important element? What must you be clear on and what do you not need to know? These are important considerations because some people just can’t seem to make much happen as they would like to.

You must know what you want! First and foremost you must be clear about your Definite Chief Purpose (DCP). You must know what you want and focus on what you want and avoid thinking about what you do not want. You get what you focus on! Stop thinking on problems.

Think about the end result. Know specifically what you want and know WHY you want it. The why is the motivator. What will having what you want allow you to be, do or have? Will it result in more freedom, love, luxury, comfort, well-being, health, or fun? What?

Whether You Think Yes I Want It Or No I Don’t – You Attract It 

What will having accomplished your DCP do for you? This is important. Focus on having accomplished it and all the good reasons. Feel all the great feelings you’d feel if you had it right this moment. Imagine that you do. In your mind it is always the present.

Don’t put it off into the future. Imagine yourself already having the good you desire. See it clearly, in detail and feel all the wonderful feelings. This is your focus. The end result. The goal achieved! This is what you imagine. See it from your eyes – what you would see?

For example, you can see yourself sitting in your dream car. Better yet, imagine what it feels like to drive the dream car. See through the windshield, see your hands on the wheel, feel the grip, feel the seats, smell that new car smell, hear the engine and your positive self-talk.

Whether You Think Yes I Want It Or No I Don’t – You Create It 

Hear what others say as they congratulate you on fulfilling your desire. Make it vivid in all your senses. Sight, sound, feelings, taste and touch. Make it as real. Feel AS IF you already have it. Drive around feeling like you are driving your dream car. Yes! That’s it!

Focus on what you want. Where people screw it up BIG TIME is they begin to wonder how they will ever make it happen. How they will afford it, do it, get it and be it? The begin to worry they might not have what it takes. They get concern  with the how it will happen.

How it will happen is YOU will make it happen. YOU will ultimately do the right things at the right time to bring it about. YOU SHOULD NOT concern yourself with how you will do it. ONLY concern yourself with what you want, the feelings and why you want it.

Whether You Think I’m Rich  Or I Am Poor – You Attract It 

For most people their brains go haywire on this. That is because you have been conditioned from early on to work on the how. Your parent, teachers, friends, everyone, most all of us were brought up concerned with how can we make something possible.

We listened to our parents worry over bills and money and how to make ends meet. How to afford a new home. How to get an A in a class at school. How to throw a baseball better or how to be a better skateboarder or computer geek. How to get a better paying job.

The people who get good at anything and get to the top do so because of their desire and passion. The want it and know why they want it. They live it and breath it. The keep doing and as a result they improve. Action, repeated correct actions, bring about the results.

Whether You Think I Am Healthy Or I Am Sick – You Create It 

It begins inside first with their mindset. The know they WILL have this. They are certain. They pour everything into making it happen. The find mentors, the observe others who successfully do what they want to. They do not let anything stop them. They keep at it.

Those born to wealth and privilege rarely concern themselves with whether or not they will be it or have it. They know they will. They know they can afford it so price is not an issue. Their mindset is they are entitled to it, they deserve it and will have it. This can be great!

You too are entitled and deserve it as a person born on this planet. Pompous entitlement isn’t good for anyone but understanding that you have as much right as anyone else is important. If it is possible for one person it is possible for you. Keep this in mind. Know this!

Whether You Think I Am Smart Or I Am Stupid – You Are It 

Mindset rules everything. It determines how you feel and how far you will go. If you never concern yourself with not having it imagine how much easier it is to actually have it. You bring it about because you are convinced you will and act accordingly. Faith is crucial.

Your mindset should be positive, powerful and unstoppable. You should focus solely on what you want and not get distracted by anything else. Ultimately, you will get your DCP! It will come in the right time so stay with it. When is the right time? When you get it!

Stop putting your focus on anything that doesn’t support or contribute to your making it happen. Get very clear about this. Remember, how is not important.  I’ll share more on this in upcoming blogs. We become what we think about. We get what we focus on.

Whether You Think I Can Or You Think I Can’t – You Are Right

Focus on feeling good. Focus on enjoying your life right now. Focus on being grateful that you already have your DCP. Feel it. Be grateful for everything you do have right now too. Appreciate the challenges and blessings. All of it is worth learning from and enjoying.

Energy flows where your attention goes. You direct it. How you spend your time is important! Spend it feeling blessed and enthusiastically. The better you feel, the more of your time, with your purpose in mind, the swifter you are able to bring it about! So relax, enjoy, and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

Now You Can Unleash The Tremendous Power Of ‘Act As If’ To Make Your Dreams A Reality

“Would you like to learn a powerful way to get what you want? This is almost as good as letting the genii out of the bottle except that it is for real. There is something you can do to realistically improve your odds of making your dreams come true.

Remember, and this is critical. YOU make your dreams come true by what you think and do. They don’t come to you by wishing or get handed to you on a platter. It is your responsibility to get what you want. YOU determine whether you create it or attract it. YOU!

Napoleon Hill was adamant about visualizing and acting as if you already have your goal accomplished. Acting As If you already are the good you desire can show you the steps and reveal the plan. Hill was big on thinking and equally big on acting or taking action.

Believe Act As If You Already Have It

Other new thought leaders encouraged this practice as well. Heck, even the ancient texts and the Bible refer to it in a variety of obscure ways. It has been adopted by others since. It has been around for centuries because it is tried and true and practical. It works!

Go back to Science Of The Mind and New Thought and you will find the concept already existed. Maxwell Maltz suggested it in Psycho-Cybernetics, as has Neville Goddard,  Troward and Wattles. Many others suggest it too.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) popularized Outcome Frames and Act as If (or Fake It Till You Make It) at a time the concept seemed to be sleeping. Act As If is useful because it incorporates so many necessary things for getting your outcome.

Believe And Act As If It Were Impossible To Fail

It engages the whole person. You live it in your mind as though you already have it. You get the feel for it. You imagine living it in your present day at home and work, but without making a big deal of it to others. You don’t want or need the resistance from them.

Rehearsal and practice IS WHAT ALL ATHLETES and ACTORS already know to do. The whole ‘inner game’ is only another version of pointing out that how you use your mind is critical to success with some added research to back the process up.

Mental rehearsal and actual rehearsal have always been promoted. Having the results you want prior to them showing up in everyday life is described in so many disciplines BECAUSE IT IS EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE! It is powerful and eminently applicable.

Act As If What You Do Makes A Difference

Success comes from the positive conditioning of one’s mind. It IS the development of positive, productive habits that automatically support you and assist you in making the changes you want to make. You can success condition in all the important areas of your life.

In Act As If you imagine the end result. You are already that you want to become. You already are doing what you want to do and have what you want to have. Imagine you want a brand new car. Imagine already owning it in your mind.

Get in it. Look out the windshield through your eyes. Feel the seats, smell the new car smell. Listen to the sound of that engine. Be as specific as possible and in as many ways. Imagine family and friends gathered around and what they say to you. Hear them, see them.

Act As If The Future Is Now

Remember, you are looking through your eyes. Your point of view. See, hear and feel as you would in everyday life, not as if you watch yourself in a video on your phone. Although that is good to and you can use it as well. Both work. In this case live it more than watch it.

Imagine driving the car. See your hands on the wheel, feel them grip, feel the speed and the power. Feel how great it feels to own and drive this car. It is yours, you have wanted it and now you have it. Notice everything in vidid detail as you would if it were really yours.

You stop at a light and you see yourself in your car reflected in a store window. How great is that? You look fantastic in your brand new vehicle. What color is it? How many doors? What are the specs? How much did it cost? What did you pay for it? Love it and enjoy it!

Act As If You Are That You Want To Become

Get it? Here is another powerful thing you can do to ‘drive’ this home. Imagine you have had it for a week or two. You love it. It is parked in your garage or outside your home. A friend comes by and asks you how you did it. What did you do to get this brand new car?

How? Describe to him how you got the money together. What you did positively. Tell him the steps. How you went into the dealership after wanting it for so long. Tell your friend what you did to negotiate it. How you bought it. How it felt to drive it off the lot.

Be as descriptive as possible. From start to finish. You wanted it, dreamt about it. Slept and ate the new car. You put together your resources and made it happen. Get as specific as possible. Each time you do this you may add more details.

Act As If You Are Blessed

When you look back a day or later after you already have what you want, you can fill in what you did. What was your plan. How did you go about it. What was the process. This helps make it even more vivid and real for you

The more real, the more you can feel it and live it inside the better it is. This is precisely what you want to do. You want to make this imaginary process feel absolutely real. You want to be able to taste it. It is yours what does that feel like exactly to have your dream?

Spend time visualizing and acting as if. You can imagine driving your new car while you drive your old car. What it would feel like if you already had everything you want. Use you imagination daily. Occupy your thoughts with the reality of having what you want.

If You Want A Quality Act As If You Already Have It

Feel good about how you positively and honestly made it happen. Celebrate it and feel good you accomplished this. As you do your instruct your subconscious mind through the powerful feelings and images to help you make this happen.

When it gets the message it goes to work pulling together your resources to help you bring about. If you can see it in your head you can one day hold it in your hand. ACT AS IF is a powerful positive tool to help YOU make your dreams come true. Understand?

Use it. Vision boards and dream journals help you do the same. You imagine already being there on that vacation, in that new job. To assist you write in your journal how you already have it, what you did and how it feels. That will help you visualize your dream as well.

Act As If You Are Already Happy

Keep a daily diary and log for your goal. Write it in present and past tense. You have it now how did you go about getting it? How does it feel and what did you feel as you made it happen? Use the same vivid detail. This helps those who claim they can’t visualize well.

Walk around work as if you had a few million dollars in the bank. Don’t be a dick about it, don’t brag about it just get a sense of how you would feel and walk and move and think if that were actually the case. Embody it. Feel it. Imagine it to be true.  Understand?

You are filling yourself with being already that which you want to become. You can affirm it, ‘I am rich. I feel fabulous. I have my new car and it is awesome. I have confidence. I have love. I am a positive thinker. I am a powerful creator. I can learn easily’.

Act As If Your Every Desire Were Already Here

Whatever follows ‘I am’ or ‘I have’, etc., are declarations and are positive and powerful in the present tense. Most people use them to get what they don’t want. ‘I am stupid. I have no money. I am broke. I suck.’ Stop that! It works either way. Use it for what you DO want!

Stop getting what you don’t want. Instead, promote what you want in your thoughts, your feelings and your actions. Manage your self-talk and keep it positive. What you say is what you get. What you focus on expands.

If You Don’t Act On Life Life Will Act On You

What you think about most often you become because of the powerful feelings you generate. Use the power of your mind, use the power of ‘Act As If’ to make your dreams come true. When you do this you are harnessing and putting to good use the power of your mind and you desire to achieve your dreams. Then keep going until you arrive. What To Do When Challenges And Obstacles Arise

“As you pursue you dreams and goals obstacles may arise. Things, people generally perceive as ‘bad’ or unwanted, may come up. Your path could be fraught with difficulty. If so celebrate and continue on.

Of course, you exclaim, ‘celebrate, Rex are you out of your mind?’ The answer is, ‘of course, yes!’ Let me explain to you what I mean. Trust. It is all about trust.

It can be trust in an outer god if you like, but I prefer to put that trust in myself.  So when I mention trust, I refer to trust in you. Still it can be can be trust god or in the universe. Whatever works for you.

Learn To Trust Yourself

Many people don’t trust themselves, heck they don’t even know themselves.  They aren’t yet aware of their resourcefulness, talents and abilities because most of their lives they focus on limitations and negative outer circumstances.

They blamed themselves, others and events. The time has come to stop that. The time has come to take responsibility for everything, whether or not you actually are.

ACT AS IF you are responsible for whatever happens. When you embrace this attitude it gives you great power and control. TRUST! When you are in charge you are responsible. Be in charge. Claim your power by accepting responsibility and end making excuses.

There are opposites, hot, cold, up, down, good, bad. There is day and night, winter and summer. The tide comes in and the tide goes out. There is happiness and sorrow. We need to accept these and work with these instead of resisting them.

You Actually Already Have All The Resources You Need

When you encounter difficulties along the way, a useful mind set to adopt is that it is a test of your strengths and abilities. You protest, ‘but that isn’t real!’ In all probability it isn’t, but it is a useful mindset to adopt.

From neuroscience we know that everything is a matter of our perspective. We don’t actually know what is real or even interact with it. We act on limited information. We are constrained by our own neurological filters BUT we believe things to be as we perceive.

In other words we believe whatever our version of reality it is. But we don’t ever have the whole, complete picture. We have a fraction. So our version is never THE correct version. It is simply A version. It is not necessarily even accurate and definitely not true. It just is.

Consider this, I have discussed it before. Many horrible events that people think they will never make it through, some time later are looked back on and viewed as the most important, significant, life changing event in their life. They see it completely differently years later.

With other events, we are able to look back and laugh. This tells us it isn’t so much the event that is important, although we think it is. It is our reaction to it, our perception of it and the meaning we place on the event. We decide whether the event is good or bad.

So what is the ‘truth’ about the same event viewed differently? There isn’t any set truth. There is only the truth we give it. From our perspective, in one moment in time, it is bad. From a different perspective in another different moment in time it is good.

You Have All The Resources You Just Don’t Know It Yet

So what is it really? The actual event is neither.  The only meaning the event has is what we give it. We judge, we label it. We call it as we believe it to be. Then after a while, we think about it differently. It takes on new significance and new meaning. It is all in your mind.

So consider adopting the mindset that you are being tested. Whether you are testing yourself, or god or the universe is, or it is a random pop quiz, you are being tested. This can help you get through it. The test is to find your strengths and abilities. Cool.

There is another useful and wonderful mindset to adopt.

You are being challenged and it is a game. The stakes of the game go up. Your obstacles are worthy opponents. You want good opponents. A game really isn’t much fun unless there is a challenge to it.

Most great gamers seek the best, most talented, difficult opponents to play with, they don’t want it easy. They want significant challenge THAT is worthwhile and meaningful. Play the game with gusto.

Believing Is Seeing – That Is How It Really Works

TRUST as you move forward on your desires, take action, follow you plans, that as long as you continue, no matter what comes your way, no matter what obstacles and challenges arise that they will eventually go away. Nothing lasts forever. It will again be easier.

The tumultuous path will settle and smooth out. Night will again give way to day. TRUST that these obstacles were important for you to experience. They provide lessons you can discover when you look.

You can learn from  these if you remain open and available to their messages. Welcome the obstacles and challenges and troubles for what you can learn about yourself, others and life.

The Kite Rises Against The Wind

They are their for you to become aware of and discover wonderful things about yourself and your transformation. Your challenges are actually blessings, opportunities, lessons.

Is any of this true. Yes and no. It is whatever you believe it to be. I can’t definitely say there is anyone pulling strings, that isn’t my purpose here. I think all is good. All is divine.

We struggle with moments large and small, but it is all part of one thing. LIFE! It is only the human who judges whether something is good or bad, valuable or not. You can learn to  reframe problems.

Inside Every Adversity Is The Seed Of Equivalent Opportunity

Prior to human consciousness on the planet things just were. Huge tectonic upheavals, earthquakes, volcanos, ice storms and ice ages, violent weather and sunny wonderful days. There was no one to complain or to admire the beauty.

Enter the human. Now there are good days and bad days. There are better days of the week and less desirable days. Humans judge. That is part of our suffering. We make judgements that cause us pain.

TRUST you will get through it. It is easy when you are in a state of let go, acceptance and celebration. Embrace it and if you don’t move through it faster at least it won’t be as miserable.

Learn From Obstacles And Challenges

Resist it and it persists. Fighting it only makes it worse. Stop fighting. If you want to make you dreams come true accept whatever you find on the pathway, learn from it and keep going.

If there is a divine being testing you then that being surely must think you are worth it. You need to decide you are worth it and that within you you have every ability to meet every challenge.

THIS is why learning to control your thinking and thinking predominantly positive IS SO POWERFUL and important! When you take charge of your thoughts you take charge of the results.

When you understand everything has opposites and that IS okay you will have learned a great lesson. When you develop the attitude of a winner, a champion, a victor, and continue undaunted towards what is important to you you will have benefit  greatly!

What You Resist Persists

Evolve yourself into one who is not stopped by limitations but who is able to go on in spite of them. Discover delight in ways you can’t presently imagine. There are more possibilities than you might imagine. Don’t miss out on them because of limited vision.

People who climb everest don’t do it because it is easy. Everything you encounter on your journey IS part of your adventure. Receive it, learn from it, evolve with it, celebrate it and keep moving. If you consider it to all be good it will be. You’ll discover the hidden good.

When you celebrate where you are and what you have you open yourself up for having more of the the same. If you appreciate what you have inside you, and outside in your life you can have more because you create the room for more by your gratitude.

Energy Flows Where Your Attention Goes

What you resist persists. If you always do what you always did you will always get what you always got. If you do the same thing over and over again expecting different results you are a little crazy.

So if you want your life to change you must change some things in your life. You can change and control your thinking, your attitudes, beliefs and opinions. You can control your feelings and feel better more of the time. Wouldn’t you want that for yourself?

When you think better and feel better you behave and act better and are more able and apt to make your dreams come true. With the correct attitude you can be, do and have anything you want in life. YOU can make it happen.  Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes
