“Responsible wealth creation and money management starts on the inside. The mindset must be right! You must focus on abundance to create or attract more abundance. It is all mindset. To be wealthy, to get prosperous results you need to think then act as the wealthy do.

You need to think over an over ‘I can learn to be good with money’. If you aren’t, yet. You need to replace ‘I’m no good with money’ with ‘I am great with money. I create wealth. I am an excellent money manager. I increase my net worth. I easily earn more money’.

‘I look for positive, healthy opportunities to create passive streams of income. I study money and wealth. I always seek honest, competent financial advice. I am smart about money. I grow my fortune’. Remember, you become what you think about most.

Champions Don’t Wait For Things To Happen

Repeat affirmations. Use vision boards. Visualize. Condition your mind for creating wealth, or more wealth if you already have some. Learn good thinking habits regarding money. Learn good making money, saving money and spending habits. Apply them!

You can be rich! If you believe it you can live the life of your dreams. Think and feel right. Learn how to handle money well and more of life’s choices become available to you. Wouldn’t it be nice to be financially free?  If the answer is yes, make it happen.

Adopting the right mindset and the right habits can help make you financially free. If you don’t believe that, it  is probably why you aren’t already. To move ahead you have to have your head on right! Your beliefs about money and what is possible for you are important.

Champions Make Things Happen

Be grateful for what you have. This is critical. When you truly feel grateful you make room for more.  You don’t attract what you aren’t YOU attract that which you ALREADy are. Be it and you will have more to be grateful for! This is how it works! It is working right now.

What you feel is what you attract. If you feel fear you get more fear. You don’t get wealth. You get back whatever you are feeling and thinking most. You get back who and what you are. If on the inside you are a poor person you will remain a poor person.

A wealthy person feels wealthy on the inside. When you feel the incredible feelings of  happiness, abundance, or confidence you create and attract more of the same. Get it? YOU attract WHAT YOU ARE! To have it on the outside it begins on the inside.

The Single Most Important Asset You Have Is Your Mind

If you want love be loving first. If you want more happiness be happy first. If you want more abundance feel abundant first. Be it, think it, feel it, do it and you make room for much more of it. Start with feeling grateful for everything you have now. Be gratitude!

Enjoy what is already. Really feel good about it. Celebrate all of it. Enjoy everything! Condition yourself to think and feel your best. Control your thoughts and feelings. As you do you will start to discover how magnificent the world is. You will discover new things.

You can’t be wealthy if you aren’t living it on the inside. To enjoy wealth in the real world become wealth in your inner world. Condition yourself for happiness, wealth and success. Feel wonderful first. Become it and you will have more of it.

You Get What We Focus On – You Become What We Think About

Feel it. Believe it is possible. Don’t only believe it is possible, resolve to make it happen. If it is ever going to happen YOU are going to make it happen. Know this with every fiber of your being. Feel that certainty, You are the master of your fate. Be the person who CAN!

Maintain this mindset. FEEL these feeling and you can make what you desire happen. All the power is within you. Yes, most likely you’ll co-operate positively with others on the outside, but it begins first inside you.  It begins with  your thoughts and feelings. SO celebrate everything!”  Rex Sikes

Expert Reveals: Some People Live A Charmed Life – You Can Too!

“At times there is a tendency for people who what to make change to do as much as they can, then they stop and check to see if they have made any progress.

They compare where they are to where they want to be. If they come up short they lose faith, doubt, feel bad, give up, or frustrated they try even harder and harder.

Either way can be an obstacle to becoming and having what you want. There is a nuance, a caveat to living and using the Law of Attraction or, as I prefer to think about it, being a deliberate creator.

Think Positive Be Positive And Positive Things Will Happen

So, I must say this, if you are a regular reader of my blog everything that has come before this post is relevant and applicable and will help you transform your life when you apply it correctly.

Information alone will never transform you. It is the correct application of information that becomes power and potential to change. Nothing less than using the material will bring change.

I want to point out. Some people know nothing of the law of attraction, they have never read a book or have seen a movie. They simply have an incredible life.

I’m Thankful For My Struggle – Through It I Found My Strength

They get what they want and are blessed in many ways. It seems magical, as if they naturally had a midas touch. Whatever they do seems to pay off well.

How is this possible? We will explore in a moment. First understand there is positive and negative, lack and plenty, up and down, thin and fat, fast and slow and other distinctions.

These are ways we divide the world that make sense for us. It is part of living in more than three dimensions. Time, space, and beyond. Some call it duality or polarity. The names don’t matter much.

Train Your Mind To See The Good In Every Situation

We can measure hot and cold, near and far. Our mind compares and contrasts. Realize however hot and cold are different degrees of temperature. Two aspects of the same thing.

Night and day are different aspects of a 24 hour cycle. Positive or negative are two sides of the same coin.  Each of the opposite ends of these are extremes. They may be infinite for all we know.

Some things we are able to measure finitely to the best of our measuring instruments. Size for example gets harder and harder as we move from our world to the subatomic.

Positive Or Negative It Is Your Choice

Opposites are part of the same thing. We divide them into near and far,  up and down to simplify our world. They are one thing. Whenever there is one there is at the very same time the opposite.

Somewhere in this world it is day and night simultaneously. The antarctic is cold while the Sahara hot. These notions are dualities. They are aspects of the same thing. I keep coming back to this point.

They are different sides of the very same coin. When you begin to think positive, negativity also exists. If you try to fight the negativity you only exaggerate it because you put your attention on it.

There Is Always Something To Be Grateful For

Whatever you focus on expands. You get more of what you focus on. The very thing you attempt to eliminate you get more of if you fight it. You become what you predominantly think about.

Understand it and accept it. Embrace it and let it go. It is part of life. There is nothing bad about it. It is what it is. It allows for some things and doesn’t allow for others.

If you focus on not having enough money, and put your attention on lack and debt you get more of the same. To change this you need to put your attention of what you can think, feel and do differently.

Thought Change Leads To Life Change

To succeed you first must feel successful and prosperous to create and attract the people, events and circumstances to make more money. You do it with the focus of your thoughts.

Keep this in mind. When you want something you don’t yet have what is your awareness on? Your attention goes into wanting what isn’t yet yours. You notice the gap, the distance.

You compare the future with now and come up lacking. This brings more of the lacking and comparisons. It doesn’t bring you what you want. It brings you more of not having it, yet. It brings more waiting.

Positive Mind – Positive Vibes – Positive Life

To have what you want to have you must be what you want to have in order to get more of the same. This can be a difficult concept for some to appreciate or it can be quite easily understood.

The law of attraction states you attract more of the same. Whatever you already are is what you attract back. You do not attract something you aren’t. If you want to attract gold you must be gold.

So if you want to be happy you must first become happy then you will attract more of the same. If you want success you must first become successful to get more of the same. Do you understand?

Be The Change You Want To See In The World

The same with wealth, health, and loving relationships. You want a loving partner become one first. You must be it to attract it. If you are not it first you won’t attract it. Like attracts LIKE.

Your first effort of mind must be becoming one with what you want to have. You must think and feel and be it first. You want more love you must BE love first ONLY THEN will you get more back!

The Law of Cause and Effect states if you want it you must cause it. You must be at cause and then you will experience the effects. This means it is not just going to happen for you.

Positive Things Happen To Positive People

It is not going to land in your lap without your involvement. You cause it to happen. You go first. You no one and nothing else but YOU. Most people don’t get this they put it on other sources.

Additionally, it means, combined with the Law of Attraction, everything you are and have right now or don’t have is, and has always been, up to you. You are already a creator and attractor.

You have always been creating and attracting whether you know it or not. You have always already been getting the results of your predominant thoughts. If you don’t like the results change thinking.

Believe It And You Will See It

The Law of Increase indicates that when you plant a seed you will get much more back in return. The fruit will bear many fruit with countless more seeds. You can experience exponential return.

Here’s where it gets really interesting. There are those, as previously mentioned, who without formal knowledge of these principles lived blessed or what appear to be charmed lives.

How is this possible? Why them and not you?  They, for whatever reason, grew up learning or stumbled upon that which works for them. Some people don’t think much they just feel happy.

What You Say Is What You Get

Their frames of mind, previously discussed, support them. They are as intelligent as you or I, but they don’t get caught up in over thinking and analyzing. They are busy enjoying life.

They accept things as they are. They don’t fight to get more or fight to resist lack. They accept what is and celebrate everything. They always seem to have enough.

Whatever they do they succeed at. They have great love and joy in their lives. Why? Because they seem to live filled with gratitude for the present moment.

The Greatest Weapon Against Stress…

They don’t compare with others. They don’t compete with others. They do what they do happily and are glad. What is most important to them is the love in their lives.

Family, friends, enjoyment, enjoying each other is important to them. Celebration and delight is a high priority.  Joy governs their lives. They look for the best and find it. They focus on the good.

Hardships come and go and they handle them and rebound because, first and foremost, they are filled with love, joy, support for each other, community, closeness, and more. They are connected.

… Is Our Ability To Choose One Thought Over Another

Their values, what is important to them, cause them to live blessed lives because they don’t notice the glass half empty. Why? Because they are too busy enjoying whatever is in the glass.

As an analogy you could say they are people who live in the light. Darkness flees from them. When in a dark room you don’t have to fight darkness you simply light a candle. They live in the light.

You could say their vibrations are high vibrations. Because they are living light and high vibrations they attract and create and get more back of the same exponentially. They attract more of who they are.

Talking About Problems Is Our Greatest Addiction …

Yes, they are charmed, but they are doing it! It is from the mindset, the attitude and the heart they live from. It is who they are and what they put their attention on.

It is determined by what they feel is important and they don’t get distracted by what they don’t have. They are the example of being first and doing and having.

They embody it and live it. Others have come to it through study and application. They arrive because they devote themselves to it and they learn and change and adapt on the journey.

… Break The Habit Talk About Your Joys

These latter creators, just like the former ones discussed, recognize that the journey is what is important. They don’t sacrifice the journey for the prize at the end. They enjoy each moment of it.

If you want a blessed life enjoy the journey. It is an adventure. Delight in everything it brings. When it brings joy, delight! When it brings hardship, delight.

You say, wait delighting in hardship is tough, not logical. You would be correct from where you come from. Those who live charmed lives don’t resist challenge  but embrace it and learn from it.

There Is No Time Like The Present – Begin Now

To those who have learned otherwise, all that can be said is, when the student is ready the teacher appears. When one is ready, anything is possible. You are ready when you ARE it.

Those who live it know it, those who don’t live it can’t know it yet. Some day perhaps, if they continue on they will. For now, it is a concept that may be difficult to grasp.

Many abandon a practice or discipline because the concept is difficult or the practice is difficult. All that can be said is, you get what you focus on. If you give up, you gave up.

The Kite Rises Against The Wind – Opposition Is Useful And Good

No harm no foul, that is what you did. If you change your mind later and want to resume, so be it. If not, so be it. Life will be whatever it is for you. You are always creating and attracting. Please realize this.

Making life wonderful starts with us. It begins inside us and no where else. Yes, the world goes on, you are part of it, one with all of it or separate and distinct from it.

Whatever you choose to believe will determine your results. It won’t change many things though. You may not know about or believe in the Law of Gravity but that doesn’t change the effect it has on you.

I Don’t Know The Way But I Will Be There Soon

Gravity effects you and the rest of the world. It operates whether you know about it or not. It operates whether you like it or not. You can’t change the fact that gravity is affecting us.

You will be affected and effected by what you know and don’t know. What you don’t know you don’t know. You don’t even know you don’t know it when you don’t know it. Nor do I. We can’t, can we.

The problem with most people is they think they know. They draw conclusions. Sadly, their ignorance is their undoing. They just keep missing until they don’t. To each their own. It changes nothing.

Promote What You Love Instead Of Bashing What You Hate

Those who have happy lives may continue to do so. Those who don’t may continue to miss out or they may change something and find happiness. Either way the world goes on as it always has.

Our mindset, your mindset, determines what you do and don’t do. What you have and don’t have. If you want more happiness become happy now. It begins with you and ends with you. You start it!

All the practices and approaches shared in these blog pages help you do that. THAT is WHY they are shared here. So you can learn what to do if you don’t know. So you can live a marvelously fulfilled life!

A Negative Mind Will Never Give You A Positive Life

Once you know about it that is a step in the right direction. Nothing will change unless you apply what you learn. To know and not to do is to not know. If it is to be for you it is completely up to you.

No one can do it for you. You make your life as it is, as it has been and as it will be. YOU have always been in charge, even if you didn’t know this, or if you haven’t acted as such. You are responsible.

You are always in charge. It is time to assume the responsibility and live as you want to. Become it! You have to GO FIRST to attract what you want. A great start is with total gratitude and appreciation.

Speak What You Seek – Until You See What You’ve Said

Remember, the old saying, where there is a will you will find a way. You can do this and will if you truly want to. Begin now. Find out what you can begin to really appreciate and fill yourself with true gratitude. Feel it fully. Enjoy it delight in each moment! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

It Is Time To Create Your Own Success Story

“It is the end of the work week. Relax a bit and enjoy! Savor the free time you have. Enjoy. Smell the roses. Let go of any stress and simply be in the moment! Breath! Take this time for yourself. Think, ‘Yes!’

There are lot’s more great posts coming up.  I’ll provide more on asking the right questions for setting and getting Well Formed Outcomes and on establishing your worth as promised.

I’ll give you more useful information, principles and practices you can apply! Remember, to know and not to do is not to know. The proper fruit of knowledge is action.

Immediately Apply Whatever You Learn Within 24 Hours

Take some positive action step within 24 hours. That is the very best, and most sure fire, way to begin to incorporate your new learning and behaviors. It is critical to act quickly.

Most people, don’t. Never let 24 hours go by on your first action step without implementing it. Most people, if they don’t  act within 24, or 48, or even 72 hours, they never will. It is sad for them.

It was a nice piece of information but nothing changes. They learned about something but missed the opportunity to transform their life. That is how it works. So today. Take these actions. You will be glad.

For today, look back over your week and track you successes. Acknowledge those things that you did that you consider a success. Anything can qualify. Remember as many as you can. Start now.

Celebrate Celebrate Dance To  The Music

You took the dog for a walk. You did the dishes without being asked. You picked your socks up off the floor. Large or small take inventory and give yourself some credit. Take stock and deliver some praise.

We improve when we track our efforts. So look for your successes, note them, write them down so you can appreciate them and build on them. Feel your successes. Keep a daily success log or journal.

Play to win the inner mind game. Develop the attitude of success by counting more things as successes each day. Take the wins. Feel the wins. Really, make it a point to feel good about these.

Drop By Drop The Tub Fills

Look around at what you are grateful for and feel it. Express it. Thoughts are things!  Our words are more energized thoughts. Say it, because what you say is what you get. Write it down too!

Enjoy and celebrate all the people you hold dear, the things you have, and the events you delight in. Look at your present circumstances and find all the good to be grateful about.

Have a fun, easy going time reflecting on how good things are. Notice what is going right. Find what is working. Look at all the things you have to be thankful for. AND be thankful!

Big Things Happen One Day At A Time – What Will You Do Today

Look at how successful you have been and enjoy all of it. Emphasize and accentuate the positive. Feel it. Really feel it. Notice how good it feels to feel good! Do this daily. Wash, rinse and repeat; and repeat!

As you do this you condition your mind for success and celebration. You make it a habit to find the positive and enjoy it. You make feeling good a habit too. This will make an incredible difference.

Take baby steps or actions towards your goals. Keep a journal of your daily successes.  The things you do that move you forward in the different areas of your life. You can track the weeks and months.

You Are More Accomplished Than You Realize

You can notice your consistent improvement over time. You provide yourself with the proof, the evidence you are moving forward and doing things on your own behalf. Track your wins. Keep a record.

Reward yourself. Give yourself an immediate treat for taking actions, for keeping your journal, or for looking for the positive. When you do something to move forward treat yourself well.

A reward is a positive reinforcement, a motivator. It can be anything. Get a massage, read a book, spend time alone or with family, buy yourself something nice, splurge a little. Enjoy gifting you.

It Is Time To Create Your Success Story

Reinforce your successes! Feel good. As you do you build momentum. You want momentum. Remember, the law is, a body at rest tends to stay at rest; a body in motion tends to stay in motion.

Inertia is difficult to overcome. The tendency is to remain as is. With effort you overcome it. Once you get moving the tendency is to stay moving. That is Newton’s law. Keep on moving. Reinforce it.

You will get further doing one or two small things consistently than not doing lots of bigger things. A little bit can go a long way. You can be delighted and surprise yourself how far ahead you move when you do a little positive bit each day. Take action now and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

If You Don’t Start Moving You Will Always Be Right There Where You Are!

“Some people never begin. The wish and want and hope for change but they do nothing at all to bring it about. Is this you? You can make positive changes easily. Would you like to learn how? If you do these simple things you can get a tremendous amount of transformation.

Obviously, in order to begin you must choose to begin. it Starts with your decision, your commitment to make your life more wonderful and grand. If you truly want this then beginning is easier. You just start doing some things you haven’t been doing.

If you want your life to change you must change things in your life. You can’t continue along the same old pathway expecting to get somewhere new. You have to start the new path. So you begin right from where you are. Right now, right here, is where it starts.

Want Your Life To Change? Change Things In Your Life

‘As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives.’ Henry David Thoreau

The reason we want to gain control of our thinking is so those negative thoughts that prevent us no longer take hold. Begin small, find a positive thought, one you agree with and want more of, and make it a mantra. Someone posted, they use, ‘this is easy’.

I like, ‘I can learn to do anything’. or ‘I am far more powerful than I presently realize’. And repeat those day and night whenever you can. Repetition is how the brain learns. Repetition with powerful emotions. So enjoy chanting this out loud.

Drop By Drop The Tub Fills

Shout them, feel great when you say them. DO one every morning and night and inbetween for at least thirty day. Find some supportive inspiring reading material or listening material and partake daily. Drop by drop the tub gets filled.

You can be surprised but how incredible a difference even a little bit of positive control makes. It is all about learning to create new positive habits to replace the old ones we no longer want. Does it take some effort.

Yup, and it is worth it. Affirm, declare, chant your mantra with wild enthusiasm. Make yourself feel good. Jump up and down, skip, sing, yell out loud. Learn that you control how you feel too. Relax, repeat them first thing in morning and last thing at night.

Nothing Great Was Ever Achieved Without Enthusiasm

Create a gratitude journal and list between 10 and 25 things you are grateful for right now, each day. Add a success journal and list those things you do each day that you consider a success. Those things you accomplish that move you forward and make you feel good.

If you do these things and do them regularly, in time the new pathway will become a well worn reliable path. You will have automatic positive new habits that serve you. You will find more delight and enjoyment in you and your life. So begin today!

Appreciate that you are deciding in your favor. That is a reason to celebrate, feel grateful and count as a success. Chose to be a winner and a victor. Chose to be a ‘CAN Do’ person, commit to it and persist in doing your daily diligence. Above all Celebrate everything! Rex Sikes

The Secret: You Must Push Through Limitations To Success

“There are many things that separate those who are successful from those who are not. That separate those who can do from those who can’t. AND those who do from those who don’t. There is something you can learn to do that will give you the edge and help bring you the successes you want. It isn’t easy at first but it is worth doing!

Today, do something you have been putting off. Do something you don’t want to do that would be good for you. Perhaps, it means cleaning your office or your home. Writing a paper of report that you have been dreading. Going to the gym. Eating right. Whatever it might be make it a point of not putting it off any longer.

It never helps to procrastinate. Typically, it just only adds pressure until we no longer feel we can go without getting it done, so we  give in and do it. If, instead, you take care of it, in  addition to decreasing stress, you do something valuable. You took charge. You dictated the circumstances instead of letting circumstances dictate you.

What We Want To Do With Ease We Must First Do With Diligence

This point should not be lost on you! When you dictate the circumstances you come from a place of your own power and authority. You put yourself in the driver’s seat. This is what successful entrepreneurs do. They are in charge and they make things happen. Isn’t that preferable to things controlling you?

When you do something you don’t want to do, when you push past your own limits and excuses and reasons for not getting it done you become a leader of yourself. You do it anyway. You are larger than the task. When you behave this way routinely, with this mindset you develop habits that help make you unstoppable and successful.

It means you make a commitment to yourself and follow through. It is important to keep your word to others and yourself. You learn to push through resistance and you learn to persist. Olympic  athletes train when they don’t feel like.  Can you imagine wanting to get up and train really hard, really early, day in and day out?

The More We Do The More We Can Do

Go beyond what stops you. Troops in basic training may not feel like getting up for roll call but they have external pressures to insure they do. Athletes going for the gold need to rely on their own internal means for training when they don’t feel like it. Motivation comes from action not by waiting for it.

Those who are successful do things those who aren’t will never do. They don’t fear work. The go the extra mile when others quit. They don’t let their emotions stop them from getting closer to their goals. They are driven. You can learn how to push through your limitations only by pushing through your limitations.

The more you do the more you can do. It gets easier once you start. Perhaps, you are one of those people who have to learn that starting is 80% of getting it completed. In the past, you looked at that task and talked or felt your way out of not doing it. Learn how to talk and feel your way into doing it. That would be immensely beneficial!

Develop Habits That Breed Success

You and I need to use our our own internal motivation and rewards to act. We need to learn to do it in spite of our best reasons for not. We need to learn to not listen to our excuses and start listening to all the reasons we should complete our tasks. Then we will have learned to keep going in spite of the odds and challenges.

We will keep going when we otherwise might have felt like throwing in the towel. We will have learned how to dedicate ourselves, commit to our goals and tasks and persist, until we achieve what we want to achieve. When you complete the task notice how you feel. I bet you feel pretty good and maybe even proud of yourself.

That makes it worth it too. You want to spend more time feeling good. When it comes to positive thinking there may be times you don’t feel like it but you persist anyway because you know it is best for you. As you develop the habits to take care of things ‘anyway’, in spite of inner resistance you are truly becoming a victor.

When you complete the task notice what you feel. Notice how you feel. If you feel good about it that is part of the reward you get for acting in your own behalf. Savor the feeling and appreciate yourself. Notice what you learned about accomplishing your task. You did it. Acknowledge and validate! Then take time to feel glad and celebrate everything.” Rex Sikes

Celebrate the day and that you are in it!

You Will Never Succeed If You Are Doing This!

” Do you want to be rich? Have better health? Want to improve your relationships? Drive a new car, get a new home? Have confidence and do well with people you are attracted to?

You won’t ever do it. You wont ever succeed if you are focused on the reasons why you can’t. You will never accomplish it if you don’t think it is possible and pursue it. Negative thinking won’t help you.

You will stay as you are with the results you don’t like until you decide to take charge and change how you think about things. That is the truth about it. For some people it has to get really bad.

What You See Is What You Get

Some people won’t move forward until they ‘gutter out’. Sad, they wait so long to find the impetus to make things better. The truth about waiting to change is that you wait.

The truth about positive thinking? The only way to do something is to do it. Make no excuses, take the bull by the horns and make some positive changes.

Some people may claim, ‘it is too difficult’. They may state they don’t have enough information. They don’t feel like it or they aren’t motivated.

Stuck Is The Inability To Move In Any Direction

They can cite any number of reasons why they can’t but realize this: ALL the reasons you have for not doing ‘positive thinking’ are the very thoughts you need to change.

The excuses you maintain for not doing what would be good for you are nothing other than that.  Excuses! They are the negative thoughts you must change to be a more powerful positive thinker.

Those kind of thoughts are the very one’s preventing you from doing what would help you.  It is insidious. To succeed you must overcome the thoughts preventing you. You must push ahead.

What You Say Is What You Get

You think positive thinking is fluff. It doesn’t work. You tried it. It is too hard.  Okay, maybe it is tough at times. Perhaps, positive thinking isn’t always be successful but negative thinking never is.

Consider this: When you don’t feel like doing something what ARE you thinking? Are you thinking boy this will be fun? I can’t wait to dive into it! The rewards are immense and immediate!

This is worthy of my full attention. This is awesome, fantastic. WOW!!! Are your thoughts loud, clear and energetic? Are you excited and can’t wait?

What You Think About You Bring About

Most likely not. My guess is you are thinking it’s too tough, or you can’t or you don’t feel well enough, or you don’t have enough or, or or,  etc., etc.

Positive thinking is not magical thinking to replace negative thinking so you can stay in your room and hope and wish for money and abundance. Not at all.

Positive thinking replaces limiting beliefs, doubts, and excuses. Positive thinking turns ‘I can’t’ thinking into ‘I am able to’. Positive thinking provides you the power to get up and get things done.

Today You Are Where Your Thoughts Have Brought You

Positive thinking is for your benefit. Again, you will stay as you are with the results you don’t like up until you decide to take charge and change how you think about things.

Some don’t believe me. THAT is the problem. Proof won’t come along and change your mind. Seeing does not result in believing. You have the cart before the horse. BELIEVE IT and YOU will see it.

THAT is how it works. You can’t see it, you won’t see it, because your own beliefs, thoughts, reasons, excuses, blames and filters prevent you from seeing it. That is why you want the proof first.

You’ll Be Where Your Thoughts Take You Tomorrow

You are stuck in ‘I can’t do it’,  If you can’t then you won’t. If you won’t then you don’t so nothing changes. If you want your life to change you have to change things in your life.

If what you are doing isn’t work then you must do something else. If you don’t like the results you are getting, in order to get different results you must make some do things differently. Make changes.

It doesn’t happen over night. The results you seek may take time. That is just how things are. That is how the brain is designed to work. It creates habits and the operates from those habits.

You Can’t Escape The Results Of Your Thoughts

You habitually think the way you do. If it isn’t powerful, positive and serving you to get the results and kind of life you want, then that is what you can change, and must change, to have that better life.

The good news is you can create now, powerful, positive thought habits. It takes some time. Just as walking any journey is step by step but little by little you can experience immense benefits.

Your mind has told you what to do long enough. You’ve listened to chronic, bad thought habits. It is time you tell your mind what to do. Give it clear, concise, instructions, the right way AND IT WILL obey.

You Become What You Think About

Condition your mind for success. Condition it for happiness, health, wealth, loving relationships. Anything you want or desire but you must condition it. Otherwise, it does what it already does.

Drop by drop the tub gets filled. Bit by bit you will claim control. Take baby steps, it’s okay. A small degree of positive change can manifest incredibly large positive results. Isn’t that what you want?

Affirm what you want. Declare it. See it in your mind’s eye. Speak it. Assert it. When you do muster up all the wonderful, good, positive feelings you can. Shout it, chant it, FEEL IT! Be positive.

If You Can Hold It In Your Head You Can Hold It In Your Hand

Think, I am happy. I am healthy. I am rich. I can reach my goals. Make short, concise positive statements. Repeat them again and again with strong positive emotion. Day and night. Whenever you can.

That is how you got the limiting beliefs. You were exposed to them over and over. Now it is your turn to tell your brain what you want instead. Think positive and things can get better. You’ll see.

Sure, it might be hard. Instead of focusing on difficulty, focus on what you can and will do. Focus on it being easy and fun. Make it so and it will be. You get what you think about. You always have! So think the best thoughts not the worst. And while you are at it, appreciate what you have, feel grateful and celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

What If You Don’t Believe In Your Own Success

“People ask me, ‘what should I do if I don’t believe in the affirmation I am repeating?’ This actually is a great and an important question. There are a couple ways to think about it.

The point of the affirmation is to come to accept and believe the statement you are making. You are affirming with authority and intense positive feeling that what you say is what you are.

You may not believe it at first. That is normal. In repeating the affirmation you are working to change your thinking from what you don’t want to what you do want. You are learning something new.

What You Say Is What You Get

For example.  You have no money. You have been focused on the lack of money. Now you want to change that. In order to change it you begin to focus on abundance and wealth. You think differently.

So you claim, ‘I am rich’. But you may not believe that. It doesn’t ring true. That is okay.  It does run counter to the experience you have been paying attention to. It is foreign to you current practice.

If you doubt it or feel less than glorious you need to keep at it enough until you do feel wonderful claiming ‘I am rich’. THIS is the point. It will be at odds with your current experience.

You Become What You Think About

You never thought this way before. In order to get comfortable and accept it, and begin to live from it, you must repeat it enough over and over. You must send a clear signal to your brain I WANT THIS!

If you don’t yet feel incredible, intense marvelous feelings when you affirm and visualize there is work to do. Stick with it. Keep doing it. All good things come in time to those who persist.

It IS important to feel good when you visualize and affirm. If you think and affirm ‘I am rich’ and it feels wonderful, great! Keep at it. If it doesn’t feel good keep at it. Soon enough you will.

You Can Be, Do And Have Anything 

Do something to make yourself feel good when you affirm. Shout it. Ramp up the enthusiasm. Get excited. Jump up and down. Sing it. Whatever makes you feel good, utilize!

This might seem tough but by deliberately intend ing to feel good you are training yourself to. Work the muscle just as you would in physical exercise. Push it if you must. Have fun as you can!

Intend to believe the affirmation and intend to feel great while thinking and exclaiming it. Through the power of your will you are learning a massive amount of self control and valuable skills.

If You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You Are Right

Through repetition and strong emotion you are sending a clear, concise message to your brain this is what I am. This is who I am. This is what I believe. I AM RICH. Ultimately, your brain will get it.

You can search here for my work on Directed Questions™ which is another way to assist you in accepting the affirmation and getting what you want easily and swiftly. Incredibly valuable!  Look into it.

The point is you should want to learn to deliberately control your thoughts and feelings and do whatever it takes to gain that positive and powerful ability. Pay the price whatever it is.

Stop Being A Passenger In Life Become The Driver

It is your brain and your life. It is up to you what you make do with it. If you opt out of controlling your thoughts, as most people do, the alternative is you remain the same. Your thoughts control you.

If you chose to control it, while it may be somewhat difficult at first, ultimately it gets easier with practice and the benefits are incredible. Whether you do or don’t is completely up to you.

It will seem foreign, so what. Get used to it. You will through practice. That is the point of spaced repetition. Anything and everything you have ever learned you have learned this way.

Go Where You Decide To Go Don’t Be Taken For A Ride

I’ll save that discussion for another time. For now supercharge you affirmations with positive feelings. Find out how you can cheerfully and powerfully chant them with full expression. Have fun doing it!

The more omph you add the sooner they take hold. The quicker you make changes. The more you repeat the thoughts you want to believe the more you will believe them. You change your thinking.

Take charge and learn to think what you intend to think. Learn to be in charge instead of having your brain run on automatic old, negative programming. If you want it bad enough you will. It’s up to you.

How To Begin And End Your Day Right

“Some people go to sleep dragging the disasters of the day with them. They end up with fitful sleep and awake tired the next morning dreading the day. Have you ever done this?

There are great reasons to stop if you do. Beginning and end of days are great times to set things right, cleanse, let go, refresh and set positive expectations.

Use morning and night time right and you will discover many benefits. You will sleep better. Dream productively. You will awaken refreshed and happy to greet the day. You’ll be more productive!

WHEN you do this you give yourself an incredible present! You kickstarted your day in a powerful and positive and delightful way! Do this daily and you will develop a wonderful morning and evening ritual habit that will serve you well. You will be surprised!

Either You Run The Day Or The Day Runs You

Best time for an attitude adjustment is first thing when you wake up. Set the day right in the first few moments. What you give your mind to think about or spend time focused on during the first 30 minutes of the day impacts your entire day. So use this time well!

Be choosey how you fill your mind the first thing.

To start well be grateful and happy to be alive and have a new day. You can be thrilled and enthused. Take some time to say your affirmations. Do your visualizing and some positive reading.

Begin And End The Day With A Smile And Positive Thoughts

Smile, laugh for a good five minutes or for as much time as you are able. Have a glass of water, and begin your day.

If you want to begin well make sure you end well. Go to bed feeling grateful for the day. Let go of any baggage and enter sleep focused on health, and well being. Drift off into positivity.

Prior to sleep you might want to do the some of the same morning rituals. List your gratitudes and successes, visualize, affirm, do some reading and have good night. Set your mind and body for sleep similarly to how you set your mind and body to greet the day. Enjoy!

Don’t Make Your Life About Solving Problems

“Life is just to short, don’t you think? Why spend it locked fighting obstacles and problems? Did you know there is a better way and a better life for you? You can begin to have it right away if you make some simple changes. Would you like that? Read on!

Did you know that what you focus on is what you find? What you focus on is what you get. SO focus on the good in life. Focus on opportunities. Focus on what you can do. Focus on who and what you love. Focus on delight and abundance. What you think about you bring about. What you focus on literally expands.

Your Reticular Activating System (RAS) looks for matches within you and your experience and outside of you in your circumstances based on what you are concentrating on, or holding in your mind. Energy flows where your attention goes. Focus on creating the best life you can have so you can begin to start having that.

Actually It Is Believing Is Seeing And Not The Other Way Around

Focus on love not hate. Focus on happiness not sadness. Focus on health not disease. Focus on wealth not on lack. Focus on peace not on war. Focus on gratitude and celebration and you will get more of the same. Whatever you focus on you will get more back. You become what you think about.

If you focus on problems and obstacles that is what you will find. Don’t ignore them, handle them swiftly. Do whatever needs to be done and then shift your thinking back over to your goal and what you want. Handle them and re-aim your mind. Do not make you life about handling or solving problems.

The trouble for most people is they are always ‘dealing’ with things. One thing after the other. Their focus is on what is going wrong not what is going right. Their focus is on what they don’t have not what they do have. If you want things to go right you must thinking about things going right.

What You Focus On Expands

If you want to be wealthy think about, focus on making, investing and growing your money. Focus on keeping your money. Stop focusing on spending it, the bills and on not having enough. Remember, your RAS looks for matches. It is a faithful servant! Stop looking for what is wrong. Look for opportunities.

The difference between happy, successful, rich people and those who aren’t is most often, simply this. The happy, successful, rich people focus on what they want. Those who are unhappy, not successful and broke focus on what they do not want.

The unsuccessful miss opportunities because their minds aren’t tuned in for them. If you are focused on problems and troubles you are missing many opportunities because the matches your brain finds are more of the same troubles. If you want opportunities you have to be focused on the good things the brain would look for.

Stop Wasting Time With Small And Large Distractions

Henry Ford, the man who said, ‘whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you are right,’ also said. ‘i think about what I can do. I put my attention on what I can do in any situation and what I can’t do falls away.’ He doesn’t wast time with what he can not do! Think and speak only to bless, heal and prosper. Think what you Can Do!

Stop wasting time with petty distractions. Social media, gossips, arguments, bad news, it is filled with plenty of things to let go of. Start filling your mind, heart and being with good things, inspiring messages. Surround yourself with positive, inspiring, motivating people and you will have more of the same.

A negative attitude never makes for a positive life. Life is too short to be caught up in what is wrong. You can make it right. You can change things. You can change your mindset and alter your circumstances. You can be, do and have whatever you want when you start believing you can and that you deserve it.

Live Your Purpose You Deserve To

After all, aren’t you worth all the joy and happiness in life? Aren’t you worth all the love, family and friendship? You been born into an abundant universe. You can have all you want without depriving anyone else of theirs too. Focus on creating what you want to include more of. Exclude the rest. You can do this!

Make it a point to shift your thinking. Begin living the life you deserve. You can! You absolutely can! Don’t put it off, begin today. Start putting your mind on what you want. Use it to bring you more of the good things. It is your faithful servant. Whatever you focus on it will bring you more of. Take the energy away from what you do not want. Enjoy more of life.  Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

The Success Formula Laid Bare!

“Some people struggle. They try everything but get almost nowhere. Or it seems they go backwards. Others seem to work hard and get ahead. Some seem to skyrocket to success. What gives? Why do some make it and others don’t.

Some try many things. Some try the Law Of Attraction. Perhaps, you have. You tried some things but you end up in the same condition, or even worse. Have you had difficulty getting the Law Of Attraction to work?

Some people have incredible success with the Law Of Attraction. Here is why. The answer is quite simple although you may not like it.

What You See Is What You Get

When it comes to the Law Of Attraction I don’t rule anything out. I think most people have trouble because they think fancifully instead of powerfully. They think of it as rubbing the genie’s lamp. It is not the same.

It says, Like attracts Like. What thoughts or energy you put out there, think or vibrate at you get more of the same back. Birds of a feather flock together. Like attracts like.

People think, okay I want more happiness. I want more love. I want more money. They think. More Happiness. More Love. More Money but nothing happens. They get a little frustrated and try to think harder. Happiness Happiness, Love Love, Money Money on it goes.

What You Say Is What You Get

The reason it isn’t working is that it is working. HUH? It is working you are getting back what you are thinking or vibrating at. You exclaim, ‘wait no, no I am not. I haven’t, I tried it. Now, I am frustrated. I want more of these things and I haven’t got them yet’.

EXACTLY! That is the truth. You want more and you haven’t got and you are frustrated. You are working and so is the Law Of Attraction and it is getting you what you are putting out there. MORE of the same. You are getting back what you are. WHO you are.

If you want more happiness you must first be happiness! If you want more love, you must be love first. If you want more money you must put money out there first. You attract LIKE things! You attract what you are! If you are happiness you will get more happiness back!

What You Feel Is What You Get

The Law Of Cause And Effect states ‘for every cause there will be an equal and opposite effect’. What you initiate you will get back. Together, these laws work, not in isolation. This is why you attract what you are AND not what you want.

What you want you do not yet have. What you are IS right now. You get back more of what is right now. So, if what IS right now you are broke you get more broke back. If what IS right now you are lonely you get more lonely back. You get back what IS.

A magnet attracts another magnet or piece of metal not some imaginary future magnet or piece of metal. Do you get this yet? If you want something NOW you must BE IT now. That is why mindset is so critically important.

What You Are Is What You Get

This is why wishing, hoping, praying, begging, bargaining, threatening  doesn’t work. When you do any of these you are coming from a place of lack. You are NOT what you want to attract. And so you attract NOT what you want.

If you want happiness you must first BECOME happiness. You must think it, feel it, act it, live it. You must be it. You declare it already into being. You ‘act as if’ it is right here, right now, EVEN when it isn’t yet. You imagine the good you want AS already happened.

You imagine it. Relate to it ‘as if’ you have already accomplished it. You live in the reality you want to live in before actually getting there. From this place you attract the same. This is how you vibrate happiness. You think and feel happy. Then you create and attract happy.

You Become What You Think About

You attract what you already are. If you want more money act like you already have more money. Live it, breath it, enjoy it. Give it. You can’t be worried about making ends meet and financially free at the same time. Even if the bank account is low you need to celebrate!

Every time you pay a bill you need to think ‘good thing I am rich’. Or, ‘I love circulating money’. Or, ‘every dollar that flows out comes back to me multiplied’. That is how you attract more. You won’t attract it if you tighten the belt and think, ‘I am running out of cash’.

Mind set comes first. It begins within you before you get the results in the outer world. You have to have the correct thoughts and feelings and actions in place first. You have to have the mindset of someone wealthy THEN you attract more OF THE SAME!

Attitude Determines Your Altitude

Right now, you are already attracting more of the same! It just isn’t what you want. You tried visualizing, etc. etc. and claim it doesn’t work. Actually, IT WORKS TOO WELL! YOU are getting what you are ALREADY thinking about.

If you think it doesn’t work CONGRATULATIONS!!! It won’t. People constantly affirm lack thinking they are affirming prosperity. They aren’t. They stay broke and claim they aren’t attracting anything. They are! They are attracting staying broke. DO you GET THIS?

Your thoughts determine your reality! If your thoughts are positive and powerful and happy and abundance and joyful and grateful you feel that way. When you feel that way you do things differently than when you are bummed out.

What You Think About You Bring About

YOU attract more good feelings from those good feelings. LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE. That is why successful people with money seem to more easily make money. It seems to come to them with ease. Well, it does, because they think wealthy and successfully.

If your results suck it means your thinking sucks! SORRY, but it is true. You have to examine your thinking and get right with your thoughts first. They can’t be half positive and half negative. They can’t be mostly negative. Most people never get this.

Either you are thinking decrease or increase. If you want increase you must BE increase. Think increase, feel increase, speak increase, behave increase. YOU MUST BE IT! When you ARE IT you get MORE OF IT! YOU attract LIKENESS!

Birds Of A Feather Flock Together

People keep missing this. They blame themselves, others, and they look for missing secrets. They try all sorts of things. They don’t have to. They only have to get this one area correct. THIS is what unleashes the positive changes! Attitude determines your altitude.

Some want to sit around  and imagine checks appearing out of thin air. If you sit in a room and hope they will manifest by meditating day and night, good luck. I won’t rule it out but that alone isn’t likely. However, I believe anything IS possible.

If you are active in your mind; if your thinking is correct first, and you are out working your plan and creating the life you want, because your attitude is right you can see a nice payoff from many places. It works. It may be surprising and seem to come from thin air.

From Within To Without

Money comes quickly to those who succeed because once at the top everyone else wants a piece of the successful person. Checks can begin to ‘just’ show up. BUT it didn’t happen by rubbing a lamp or meditating on dollars flowing to you. It comes because you are successful.

Now here is an important point. Meditating on money flowing to you can be useful. Meditating on money IS foundational work. You begin to adopt the right mindset by imagining money flowing in. Imagining you are worthy. Imagining you already have money and it feels good.

In this case it not wishful thinking. Meditating on dollars flowing to you is a great way to begin to get your mindset right. You begin to see yourself as one attracting money, or as a vessel for cash or a conduit for abundance. You begin to relate to money positively.

It Is Important To Be Able To Give And To Be Able To Receive

That is great. That is preliminary work to get your mindset right. You deserve wealth. You absolutely want to meditate and get the right attitude. That is the important first step. You have to feel wealthy. Feel abundance! Feel you deserve it. Feel it comes to you.

Then take it further. It isn’t just coming to you YOU are making it happen. Imagine already having it. Imagine being successful. Imagine how you got it legally and ethically. Enjoy living the dream in your mind feeling all the marvelous feelings.

Eventually, you must develop a plan for getting it. You won’t get it sitting in your room. You must act. You don’t have to know ‘the how’ at the start but you will down the road. In time, it will come to you.

Your Brain Your Mind Your Subconscious Is Really Your Friend

Because you think on it day and night, and maintain a positive frame of mind your subconscious puts together an action plan. Your brain literally looks for matches within your experiences and in  your outer world. It pulls together your resources. You brain works on it for you.

You have heard it before I’ll repeat it again. The subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between an internal, made up visualization and the real world. Whatever internal representation you have made is what your brain assumes it is true and acts on.

If you are broke, unhappy and lonely your brain is operating off those internal images, thoughts, and feelings. That is why you keep getting more of the same. Whatever you say you have IS what you will have. What you see is what you get. Do you understand?

Your Brain Is The Work Horse You Are The Director

This is an important point. If you don’t have the results you want you aren’t thinking and imagining the results as they will be you are stuck imagining them as they are. You are looking at your outer circumstances and noting ‘nothing has changed’. SO IT WON’T!

This is why Napoleon Hill said ‘THINK and grow rich’. It starts with thinking. Get your thinking right and you can grow rich! You can be, do or have anything you want. He stated you first needed to be able to conceive what you want and believe it then you could achieve it.

Yup, BECOME IT and you can have it! You will attract what you are! Because that is already what you are doing. YOU ARE ALREADY GETTING WHAT YOU ARE ON THE INSIDE. If you don’t like what you have been getting, YOU CAN CHANGE IT! That is the fantastic news.  Awareness is the first part of transformation.

You Already Have Everything You Need For Transformation

Realize why and how you have been getting less than glorious results and change your thoughts. Take control and put yourself in charge. Think positively and act powerfully to become what it is you want to attract. You can if you apply yourself. Might it take some time.

YES! If you  are over weight by 25 or 50 pounds THAT didn’t happen overnight. It took time to  get there. Expect it would take some time to return to your normal and ideal weight. It will take some time to learn to attract what you want and that is fine. IF it isn’t you will just attract more of whatever the issue is. STOP IT!

The way to change is to be positive. Have fun! Delight and feel joyful most of the time. Evolve yourself. It won’t happen to you BUT YOU will make it happen. How? By having the right attitude. Become what you want to have more of and you will! Live in appreciation. Feel gratitude! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

What makes you feel thrilled?
