Characteristics Of The Success or Failure: Which Fits You?

“Can you be successful in your career? Is it in the cards for you? Will you make your dreams come true? Are you be the kind of person who makes it happen?

Are you not sure? Do you doubt that you might make it?  Are you failing? Is there a lot of conflict? Do you know why? What are the differences between the successful and the not so successful?

The Successful Person has a definite chief purpose well defined. She knows precisely what she wants. She made plans to accomplish her goals and believes firmly in her abilities to make them happen.

She works her plans. She spends a significant portion of time each day toward achieving these.  She maintains a positive mental attitude. She has an optimistic outlook.

She looks for solutions instead of problems. She enjoys her life and makes the best of all situations. She looks for the best in others and praises instead of criticizes. She uplifts. She is great to be around.

She knows others help you to succeed and are important so she learns how to communicate and influence them positively. She creates bonds of friendship and takes an interest in them.

She respects people, is friendly and co-operative. She celebrates their successes and does not envy them when they advance. She is a valued member of the team and she values the others as well.

She is thoughtful and does not criticize. Careful with her words, she thinks before speaking. She only expresses opinions about things she actually has bothered to look into, inform herself of and learn about.

She keeps current with what is going on in the world, as well as immediately around her. She is able to intelligently and calmly discuss current affairs.

She keeps her mind open and is tolerant of others and their opinions and practices. She includes rather than excludes others. She is inviting. She is a person who unites rather than divides.

She assists others and adds value to them first. She goes the ‘extra mile’ or renders more service in her work than she is paid for. She under promises and over delivers.

She adds service knowing that she makes herself highly valued to those around her and who have hired her. Because of her attitude and her behaviors she is indispensable. She succeeds!

The Not So Successful Person doesn’t know what she wants. She drifts and floats from plan to plan, idea to idea. She never spends enough time with any one goal to be successful.

Her success depends on luck, the right events or on others. She does not take responsibility for her thoughts, decisions, or actions. It is not within her control and she doesn’t hold herself accountable.

She is frequently negative or just so-so. The weight of the world is carried on her shoulders. She complains often or blames. She criticizes and finds fault with others and the world at large.

She speaks without thinking. She is not well informed and often misstates events or positions. She repeats gossip and breeds resentment. She hurts feelings and causes strife with her tongue.

She is intolerant of others, their opinions and their practices. She divides and has a closed mind. Her behaviors cut her off from forming bonds, supporting each other and enjoying opportunity.

She looks to benefit a lot by doing very little. She doesn’t pull her weight nor does she offer any added value. Her own needs are her immediate concern.

While the successful person cultivates friendships with all, the not so successful person only cultivates friendships with those whom she thinks she will gain something from. She is in it only for her self.

Both types of individual are where they are in life because of their mental attitude and their actions towards self and others. This list is not exhaustive by any means. Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

What Holds You Back? What You Can Do About It

“‘I appreciate the idea of staying positive. But I really struggle with the blind spot here. Children around the world are suffering and dying. They are not responsible for their situation.

This kind of “teaching” suggests there is some way those innocent children could have prevented the awful scenario we see played out in front of us. It’s not enough to turn the telly off and act like everything is ok. It’s not.

This teaching is about attaching to an idea and/or outcome, and that is the birthplace of suffering. Of course, in general terms, there is merit in being positive. Be happy.’ From Hugh

“Today, my blog post is my reply to this comment made yesterday. I included the comment above.  Of course, you can read it at the post page from yesterday too, along with others. Below is my answer, my opinion. My response.

Excellent points and questions. I am glad you raised them. Napoleon Hill stated he faced the very same concerns, deeply, when his son was born without ears or internal hearing apparatus.

No, no one is saying innocents are responsible for their condition. Life is what life is. In fact, until 7, 8,9 or 10, one could argue, children are mostly just programmed by adults, peers, and situations they grow up around and in.

What this teaching stresses is, if at some point, one is lucky enough to be exposed to it, one can learn to control their own thinking. A person can then work to overcome life circumstances and the conditioning they were brought up in.

Whether they do or not is up to them and no judgement should be made.

Some will yell that the underprivileged feel entitled and are lazy. That is not the case at all. Most people want to better themselves. And if there are some who do not that is their choice.

There are people at both ends of the wealth spectrum that benefit from entitlements. There are some wealthy who are lazy. No one is casting dispersion here, or at least I am not. Nor do I think the teaching does.

It could be said, if one wants to learn how to fish, this teaching will teach them. If some prefer to be fed, I have no problem with that. That is what charity and philanthropy and generosity and good will are all about.

Yes, there is suffering in the world. How one handles the suffering is an individual thing AND largely based on the life experiences and conditioning the person has had. I am no judge.

SO I cannot hold people accountable for their conditioning or their experiences or lack of them. If there is a creator, or divine intelligence, or whom or whatever, that is their domain not mine.

I can only share what I know. I know this. You can go through an experience thinking and feeling negative or thinking and feeling positive. One seems to work better than the other.

Positive thinking does not guarantee success, but makes it more likely than negative thinking. So for me, I choose to be positive. My life and world work better that way.

As for turning off television or turning a blind eye to troubles around the world I don’t think that is realistic. I don’t think being overly fixated on it serves anyone either.

With 24/7 news and bombardment in all media of negative messages AND really mostly ONLY negative messages, because that is what news is,

I say be enlightened and informed to local and world events. JUST don’t get caught up in the negativity.

Negativity is great for knowing what you don’t want or what you want to avoid or exclude. It informs you what you may want to leave behind.

Positivity tells you or informs you what you want to move toward, where you are going or headed, what you want to include or have more of.

Both are necessary. But we need one more than the other. IF you are being chased by a bear in the woods, let’s call this negative, you want to flee the bear, avoid it, leave it behind, not get eaten, and run to a safe place where you are safe and without fear or worry.

You must run with everything you have.

You can’t do that if you keep your eyes on the bear. You have to keep your focus on where you are running to, in front of you. You KNOW the bear is there but your focus is on safety.

The bear is a huge motivator to get there quickly.

In the same way, negativity informs us what we don’t want and can motivate us to get what we do want and more quickly if we use it.

Negative thoughts and feelings are part of life. Positive feelings are part of life too.

Where you spend most of your time determines the quality of your life. Two people born in poverty one exclaims, ‘that is it! I refuse to be poor ever again!’ and works to become rich.

The other says, ‘Wow cool, the rich life is for me! I want all that!’ and works to become rich.

Both are possible. My thought is spend most of your time being positive. It feels better, makes things easier and is more enjoyable.

To the extent you want to, evolve yourself, take control of your thinking and feeling, so you enjoy life more fully.

Help others, help make the world a better place. If you see a wrong, attempt to right it. Delight in and celebrate everything.

If there is a problem, examine it and then turn your attention toward a solution. We rarely accomplish anything by fighting hate with hate, violence with violence, anger with anger, racism with racism, poverty with poverty.

We need to focus on what we want to bring about and work to bring it about. We do that by maintaining our focus on what we want, what we want to include, what we want more of.

We continue to think positive and feel good because life is more enjoyable that way.

Still, it rains on the rich and the poor. Calamity and disaster and heartbreak visit both. How those are responded to and handled is up to the individual and no one, in my opinion, should fault any other human for how they handle difficulty.

Just always remember, night gives way to day, cold becomes warm, waves that have gone out return. This too shall pass. Life is cyclic.

In my world view, evolve yourself to be the best person you can be. Allow other to be who they are. Love lots and forgive much. Learn from adversity and less than desirable circumstances.

Our beliefs either support us and free us up to be, do and have anything we want or they constrain or limit us in some way. We need to learn to recognize when our own mindset is preventing us and change it if we so chose. We can if we believe we can.

If you have goals and dreams go after them, don’t wait. It is not likely others will get them and give them to you. You have to work for it yourself.

Learn to control your thoughts and feelings so you think the best and feel the best 80 or 90% of your time. Whether you have one life or multiple lives, right now is all you have right now!

Celebrate, delight and enjoy it for no reason other than – why not?

It is your life choose what you want to it to be and make it such. Have fun all along the way. Learn to not take things too seriously, relax, let go, play.

Suffering is a choice. Happiness is a choice. Both revolve around outcomes. OR neither have anything to do with circumstances.

Some people in the worst of circumstances are delightfully fulfilled and happy. Others have everything, it seems, yet suffer. Finding out how to best live our life is up to each of us.

My hope is that I have addressed the points and questions. I hope that you, I and others can learn to be grateful and celebrate more of what is available to us while we are here. Let us delight and enjoy it all!

Never Break Your Promise To Yourself Or Others!

“When you break your word you may develop a bad reputation. Your word is your bond. In order to be known as a person of value you want to and need to keep your promises and follow through on your intentions. When you break your word you let everyone down including yourself.

When you break your promise to yourself you sabotage yourself for the future. It harms you just as it harms others when you do it to them. Stop self sabotage. Keep your word. A promise made to yourself is one of the most important promises you can make. Keep it!

When you break your promise you become untrustworthy. It is the same when you don’t follow through on those you tell yourself. No matter how small that broken promise may be. You make it more difficult to follow through on larger ones. You let yourself down too.

If You Really Want To Do Something You Find A Way

If you say tomorrow I shall arise at 6am. Do it! Or don’t think it. If you don’t make it a condition for arising tomorrow it isn’t an issue. The issue is when you determine to do something, intend to do something and then don’t follow through.

Stop doing that. Keep your promises to yourself and to others. You are only as reliable as your word. Your word should be golden. Use it to create what you want. Use it to attract what you want. Do not use it to criticize yourself or others. Live your word. Follow through on your positive intentions. Stop making excuses for your behavior.

One way to learn to do this. Make a small list of things you intend to do tomorrow. A small list is fine to start. I intent to get up at 6am. I intend to finish report at work by three. i intend to pick up groceries for dinner on way home. Something like that. Then do each and cross it off.

If You Don’t Want To Do Something You’ll Find An Excuse

Keep up this practice for awhile. Determine what you intend to do and do it. Cross it off. After a few weeks add a couple more. There is a great reason for doing this I shall explain later.  This forms the foundation for good things that follow.  An immediate benefit is you and others get used to you following through on your word, That is a good thing! Here’s How You Can Make Tremendous Positive Change Bit By Bit.

“Would you like to get more bang for your buck? Wouldn’t you like it if benefits came more quickly and easily? The results you want, you can absolutely have! You can increase the likelihood you will be, do and have whatever you want IF you will do this.

You are more apt to make your dreams come true if you will make this part of your practice. If you will practice this way. Just keep in mind, make it your motto that ‘Little things add up’. If you do a few little things routinely, overtime the effect is cumulative and powerful.

Within these blog pages I have shared things you can do that result in tremendous positive change and transformation. All you need to do is put them into practice. Do them, repeat them, regularly and you will surprise and delight yourself.  It is quite easy, actually.

If You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You Are Right

Some people want that one big thing they think will change everything, all at once so they won’t have to work at it. Rarely, if ever does it happen that way. More often, one changes because one is conditioned to change.

One big day of exercise does nothing, frankly. Exercise over time, repeated regularly has an effect. Even if it is nothing more than walking if you do it every day it is amazingly beneficial. Some people think that is not doing enough. They want it tough and hard. They do not want any fluff.

However, if it is too hard, to complicated, or too confusing people are more likely to give up. They will abandon the practice. If it is a no brainer, easy but effective, they are more apt to continue and get the benefits.

The More You Do The More You Can Do

Shortly, after the New Year resolutions are abandoned. People won’t keep doing if it interrupts the flow of their day. We are routined and entrenched in our habitual lifestyles. Heaping onto and already busy schedule rarely results in success.

SO if you do nothing, nothing will change. You must change something to get the results you want. BUT if you try to do too much, it is more likely, you won’t continue with it. Then you will exclaim, you tried it and it didn’t work. The truth is you didn’t try it long enough to make it stick.

A pound of feathers is the same as a pound of stones. Keep in mind, make this your motto, ‘Drop by drop the tub gets filled’. Little by little you get closer and closer. Step by step the journey is made. Constant, regular, correct repetition will get you the results you want quicker than anything else.

Everything Worth Doing Seems Difficult At First

A plant grows from seed to sapling in its own time. You cannot rush it. A watched pot never boils, at least, it seems to take forever. That is because it gradually heats up. It is goes unnoticed for awhile but many things are happening within the pot. Atoms and molecules are banging around. Eventually, it will produce a noisy, rolling boil.

If you let go and become captivated with other things, before you know it, much will have transpired.  Become fascinated with how incredibly beautiful the world is. Notice how much good there is and how marvelous most of the people are. IF you did ONLY this life would get better all on its own.

Let go of the rest. Enjoy and delight, become inspired and little else will matter. Celebrate and be thankful. Do this, a little bit, every few moments, throughout each day. It will end up profoundly affecting you in positive ways. Try it. You will be surprised.

If You Want To Do It You Will Find A Way

Read at least a page or two a day of inspirational material a day. Smile more. Laugh more frequently. Walk around and enjoy what you experience.

Repeat some short, meaningful positive affirmations frequently throughout the day. Use great, wonderful feelings as you repeat them. Speak only to bless, heal and prosper. Look for the good in yourself, others and the world. Stop criticizing and blaming and start praising.

Little thing, you can easily do more of, do often. Draw your attention to how good you are feeling and appreciate it. Whenever you notice you are not feeling so good, or you are feeling less than glorious, notice what you are thinking and think some better thoughts. Change whatever you are focused on. Change your own thinking. Take control.

Whatever you are fascinated with you will get because it gets you.  What captivates you and grabs your attention and energy is what you spend your time on.

What you spend your time thinking about is ultimately what you get back. It is your return on investment (ROI). Go back, reread through this blog. Discover some of the other simple things that are powerful to put into practice.

If You Don’t Want To Do It You Will Find An Excuse

Remember these and make them your mottos, What you see IS what you get. What you say IS what you get. What you feel IS what you get. What you think about IS what you bring about! Little by little change what you do; put into practice simple things, small behaviors you can repeat throughout the day and your benefits will be amazing.

The small seed becomes the mighty oak. A few apple seeds can result in hundreds and thousands and hundreds of thousands of apples. Your small efforts will pay off in big ways. You will, through, repetition, make these positive behaviors habits.

Once habits they are reliable and automatic and serve you in ways you presently can’t imagine. True transformation really is the development of new more productive, positive and powerful habits that help us move forward to get what we want. Change can be quite easy when you know how. Now you know. Do it today!”

It Is So Sad You Haven’t A Clue About All The Cool Things You Can Do: Stop Missing Out!

“What is potential?  The dictionary defines it as, ‘latent qualities that may be developed in the future; having or showing the capacity to develop into something in the future’. Okay, so where does potential reside? The answer, based on the definition must be, within you!

Within you are latent qualities, that must already exist, if they are to be developed in the future. Thus, you already have everything you need to be happy and successful, right now! They are in you only they are latent.

The dictionary defines latent as, ‘existing but not yet developed or manifest; hidden; concealed; lying dormant or hidden until circumstances are suitable for development or manifestation’. Some of the synonyms are: untapped, hidden, resting, undiscovered, unused, unrealized.

Invisible Means You Don’t See What Is Actually There

You are already that which you seek. Everything is right there within you. You need add nothing to you. Circumstances must be suitable for development or manifestation. What does that mean? Typically, it means things must suck enough for you to need to release them.

Yes, that is right. We need to be challenged in order to let them out. Why, who knows? It just seems that throughout history humans have needed to face the worst in order to find their best. Some must bottom out. Then they rise up more mightily than ever.

Napoleon Hill in his study of over 500 hundred of the, then, most successful people in the world found this to be almost a prerequisite to great success. Those that rose to the highest pinnacles did so on the heels of their largest disasters.

I guess this means we should not fear defeat. We should welcome challenges because within them, as Hill states, is the ‘seed of opportunity’. Should we seek hardship, no not at all, but we should recognize that when it comes we have opportunity to develop and grow into something great.

We are tested and shaped and fashion in the fire. We are made stronger by conquering our fears and woes. We can learn and we can excel and become more than we ever dreamed possible by facing and going through the tough times.

Never Fear Adversity

So will we? Will all of us? Sadly, that answer must be no. No, not all of us. Why not? Because some just won’t. Those who do will learn from their mistakes. They will use what they learn to launch them in the direction they need to go to succeed. Some others will wallow and blame and accept temporary defeat as permanent.

No one has to buckle under it, yet some will. The question is, will you? Will I? Will we let circumstances triumph over us or shall we triumph over circumstances? What is it going to be? Who is the master of their fate and the captain of their soul?

Is it you? Will you decide now to not let anything stop you on the road to being your best? Because if you decide to take charge and stop blaming the world and others and anything and everything else, and seek to find the best within you to release, you will discover something so incredible and wonderful and amazing. You will discover YOU!

Potential. Everything you need is already within you! It is right there inside. It is closer than your breath. There is NO thing, there is NOTHING that needs to be added to you. You are already that. This is the meaning of ‘I am that I am’.

Claim It – What You Say Is What You Get

I am all things. I am whatever is necessary at any moment. I am whatever I say I am. I have whatever I say I  have. It is my declaration that makes the difference. If I say it so it shall be. I am that I am. I declare and assert my power to be. I declare and assert my power to do and to have.

I am confident. I am strong. I am fearless. I am loving. I am kind. I am gentle. I am happy. I am healthy. I am wealthy. I am rich. I am elegant. I am beautiful. I am magnificent. I am powerful. I am intelligent. I am willing. I am persistent. I am able to learn. I am a learner. I am able to learn to do anything I put my mind to. I am capable. I am talented…

When you plant a seed everything that seed will become is already within the seed. NOTHING is actually added to it. The coding is there. SO if you plant corn you get corn. If you plant oak trees you get oak trees. That mighty oak, everything about it is contained in the seed.

When you plant a seed, it grows in darkness to become what it is destined to become. You have faith that it will grow. You cannot push it to grow or force it to grow faster. You have to wait and have faith that it will. Faith is the belief that it will become; That it already is all that it will be in the future. That it will be.

One day that oak may be forty feet tall. Everything that mighty oak, becomes was all right there in the seed. In the same way everything you are, and are yet to become, is contained within you.

Faith And Trust Release The Miracles

You are already that which you are destined to become. If you look within in, and explore it you may find it. You may find your true nature. So seek within. It is from within you that you create and manifest everything.

It is your thoughts and your feelings that run everything. You are either positive and powerful and capable or not. You either are a deliberate intentional creator or you are not. You are either moving forward or you are not.

IT is quite simple. You are already everything you need and know it or you do not know it yet. If you don’t know it yet, it is time to discover it. It is time to learn everything about it so you can release it from within you. Don’t wait or put it off another day. Do it now.

Look within. Develop the goodness within you. Seek and you shall find. Once you discover you already have everything you will unleash a potent, positive, power that will amaze, delight and excite you.  It is beyond anything you know.

You will unleash a force to be reckoned with. For some it will happen quickly, for others it may happen slowly. It takes time for seeds to grow so you may have to be patient BUT it will happen. Everything will start becoming different when you do.

Seek And You Will Absolutely Find

Life will become so much more wonderful. Will there still be tough times? Sure there will. You won’t look for them but when they come you will rise up to meet them. You will understand they are there and it is your opportunity to grow and become better.

Situations are what they are. ‘It is what it is’ but you become better through it. Your find within, whatever you need to make things better. You have all the resources. Each challenge is an opportunity to discover and learn something new. To find a new resource or ability within you.

So chose now. Either live as an emperor or a beggar; A champion winner or a loser; A victor or a victim. Because if you have everything within you and you live as anything other than the best it is no one’s fault but your own. Do not let this be any longer.

Decide to claim it. You are already that. The little oak seed doesn’t know one day it will stand 40 feet tall. You may not know your true potential yet, but you are far more than a tiny oak seed. If you can’t see it yet, start affirming it. Start claiming it. Start visualizing it as though you already do know it fully. Own it. Make it your own.

Everyone, myself included, keeps saying it over and over and over again so that during one of the repetitions it may get through to you. You are more powerful than you realize. Everything that you have or don’t have is your responsibility. You have been creating all along and getting whatever results you have been getting.

If You Want To Find It Look Where It Is

ONLY, until you recognize that and take full responsibility, things will remain the same. ONCE you take responsibility and decide to deliberately create only what you want then everything will change. EVERYTHING! It is all up to you, each and every moment, always! It is always you decision. AND YOU always have the power to chose.

Discover now the incredible person you already are. Discover the magnificent future that already exists for you, waiting, for you to release it. Discover the potential that resides within. Yes, it is released through difficulty but it is also released when you decide to begin to release it.

These blog pages, the countless books, audios, thought leader speeches and presentations through history point you in the direction of you. Read these blog pages, study the thoughts of the new thought leaders and the science of the mind. Get to know yourself and don’t waste another minute.

The wisdom of the ages holds a mirror up to the person in charge. Who is it you see when you look in that mirror? What is it you see? If you see anyone and anything less than extraordinary YOU are shortchanging yourself. Look within in, find and claim your power. Claim it today!” Rex Sikes

“Why does it seem you struggle but don’t get ahead? How come things don’t work out? Do you ant more of the same or would you like it to be different? There is a precise reason you aren’t getting what you want. Would you like to know what it is?

If you aren’t getting what you want you must change something! It is true. If you want your life to change you must change something in your life. What do you change? What must you do? What has to be different for you to move forward and have the life you want?

You must not let your present circumstances dictate your thinking!

If you look at what is going on around you and don’t like it and fret about, are anxious about it and don’t like it you are guaranteed to get more of the same. Emerson said, ‘the only thing that can grow is the thing that you give energy to.’

Don’t spend time focused on unproductive things. Stop focusing on problems. You need to let go of what is going on and focus on what you want. You must not let your thinking be consumed by what you want to avoid and do not like. This is what you must change.

You need to focus on what you absolutely DO want!

How do you know what you want? Well, you know that you don’t want, the present circumstances. Use these to help you imagine what you do want. Think of it this way. ‘I don’t want to stand.’ ‘Okay, what is it you do want?’  ‘I want to sit.’  ‘Then focus and put your attention and energy on sitting. Forget about standing.’  Get it?

Use what you don’t want to clarify what you do want. Then remove your attention from what you don’t want. Stop thinking about the present circumstances; what you don’t like and prefer to avoid. Instead, focus on what you want.

Your present is a result of your previous thinking. It rarely reflect what you do want. Stop thinking about what is and place your focus on what you want instead. The same is true of your negative feelings. Use them as a signal to stop to change your thinking.

What do I mean? Your engine overheat light on your dash is a signal alerting you to what is wrong. You glance at it occasionally when driving but you keep your eye mostly on the road ahead where you want to go. You do not spend your time looking at the light or thinking about it.

If it goes on you notice it. It alerts you! It is a signal. You know you something is wrong and a repair or adjustment it needed.  Once alerted you don’t have to continue to focus on the light any longer.

You go get the car repaired. You use present circumstances and your less than glorious feelings to turn your attention  away from the unwanted so you can place it where it is supposed to be.

What you think about you  bring about. What you focus on expands.

Imagine yourself in a dark room.  How do you get rid of the darkness? Do you focus on it? DO you spend your time concerned with the dark and how it will be dark in the future? NO you turn on the light. Once you turn on the light the darkness is gone.

Turn on your light! Realize you control your focus. If it doesn’t feel like it IT only means you need to train it. Just like training a puppy you need to train your attention. You need to condition yourself for happiness and success. That is all but you do need to do it.

How? You do it by repeatedly removing you attention from the unwanted and putting it on what you do want. You repeat this until it becomes a habit. It takes at least a month of spaced repetition to make a habit.  Maybe more or less days depending on how frequently you do it.

If you water and nurture the plant it will grow.

Your ability to control your thoughts. Your ability to concentrate, and place your attention deliberately is a skill you can develop. You learn it and train it as any other skill.  You succeed by devoting yourself to making new positive, reliable habits.

You can do it! It is simple. It requires your dedication for awhile because you are undergoing a conditioning process. You are building thought muscles. Nurture what you want and you will get what you want back in return. Remember this! Keep your focus on what you want and you will get more of that. BECAUSE you get whatever you focus on.” Rex Sikes

It Is Easier To Change Things Than You Think

“We have been discussing beliefs. In my last post I mentioned that we would discuss changing beliefs. We can actually trade in our old limited ones for updates. It is easier than you may think. Instead of living from and getting poor results, we live from positive, powerful, tailor made beliefs and begin getting good results.

How do you change it? You tell yourself what you want to believe over and over and over again until you believe it! Repetition will make a habit. Our beliefs are only beliefs we have told ourselves again and again. Fortunately, though it seems difficult, beliefs can be easily changed.

Use the same method you did in the first place. Only this time chose a new, useful, positive belief that serves to get you what you want. Then repeat it again and again enthusiastically over time and you will come to believe it. THIS is how the military conditions minds.

Ask yourself, Directed Questions™ (see other posts on their use) and direct your mind to what you want. Ask again and again over time. Visualize yourself repeatedly already being, doing and having whatever it is you want. It is already yours. Act as if!

What you see you get! What you say you get! What you feel you get! Manage your imagination and see it fully! Manage your self talk and keep it nice. Speak only to bless, heal and prosper. Speak only to affirm what you want. Repeat your positive mantras over and over.

Feel it. Feel what it would feel like to have the perfect life. To already have the change you desire. Enjoy these feelings. Feel these feelings through out your day. Feel the best you can as much as you can. Think 80/20.

If you are feeling good and thinking good and speaking good 80% of your time I’d bet you are kicking serious butt. You are making your dreams come true. You are living an incredible life. AIM for it. You can make it happen. It is easy. DO IT. It is easier than you think.” Rex Sikes

You Always Determine The Outcome!

“We have been discussing beliefs. In my last post I mentioned that you are only one thought away from having what you want. I quoted Henry Ford.

‘Whether you think you can or you think you can’t; you are right.’

I mentioned the role of our Reticular Activating System. It finds proof for our beliefs.

I said, you are only a thought away!

Some readers, likely, thought, that is not true.

Others thought, yes, it is.

Some think, it is difficult to get what you want and unlikely.

Others think, it is easy and eminently possible.

And so it is!

Whichever you think you are right!

That IS Ford’s point!
