Expert Reveals: You Have Been Hypnotized And Lied To – Wake Up!

“Consider this: there is what you know. There is what you know you know. There is what you know, you, don’t know. THEN, there is all the rest. There is everything you ACTUALLY don’t know, AND you don’t know, you don’t know it. That, we are completely clueless of.

Today, we take a break from our series to include this blog post on awareness and conditioning. Enjoy. We will return to and conclude our series shortly.

What we actually know is a very tiny sliver or piece.  A little larger portion is what we know we don’t know. Then, there is everything else we couldn’t possibly know, that we don’t know. ON top of that we are limited by what we think or don’t think.

Awareness Is Like The Sun When It Shines On Things They Grow

Our only limitations exist in our mind. In what we think we can or can NOT do. What we believe is possible for us, or not, versus what we believe is possible, or not, for others. Sometimes we think we could do it but no one else could, and vice versa.

One reason for this is we are expert hypnotists. Most people have hypnotized themselves into deluded limitations and act as if those are real.  They regularly hypnotize and suck in people around them too, to believe limiting things.

People are expert at hypnosis because they have been hypnotized (or conditioned) since birth. What they are not is elegant with it. They are not purposed or directed, rather they are like monkeys with machine guns. They just spray everywhere.

The First Step Toward Change Is Awareness

They simply spray the world with their limited thinking, believing all the while, they are correct about their beliefs. They believe they know what actual reality is. They think their circumstances are real. They experience those as the ‘real world’ but those aren’t.

They don’t know that it isn’t. They act as if the drama and the illusions they create for themselves are real. The dramas are hypnotized delusions that are not real, but they think they are. They buy into the drama and the troubles and the crap. The live as victims.

They don’t know their true power because from the beginning they were never told. They were told to be a worker bee, to work for 40 years, retire and die. They weren’t told they have choice and can determine their destiny. They weren’t given any clues to their power.

The Second Step Toward Change Is Acceptance

The brain works this way. What you look for you CAN find. If you seek it you will find it or evidence of it. It is, as you THINK it will be. What you say ordains it. You state it, assert it, declare it, and in doing so you create it in your results.

People operate unconsciously from habits given birth from the time they were born. Mostly, old habits that die hard. People operate from these believing they have choice. They may have SOME choice, but very little do they actually realize. Realization is the key.

We don’t experience much choice unless we work consciously to develop it. The first step is to develop awareness for what we do not know versus everything we do know and think we are correct about. It is a delicate game to become aware that you are aware.

As Our Awareness Grows We Grow And Transform

Change is not futile, it is eminently possible  but it means overcoming habits which die hard. Most people won’t change and will continue to live from their previously conditioned programming because they don’t know it could  be different for them.

They just don’t know it could be any different. Many won’t because they think it is too tough. If it is uncomfortable they won’t change unless forced. They won’t willingly leave their comfort zone to make a difference in their lives for themselves or others. Both reasons are why they  remain the same.

Both reasons come from our conditioning. 99.9% of us are run by automatic habits. 1/10 of 1% of us is conscious choice. The engine that drives our ‘everything’ is our unconscious, automated, habitual thoughts and behaviors run by our subconscious mind and is not easily subjected to our conscious control.

I Am And I Have Are Powerful Words …

Imagine a huge ship. The ship and the power source are 99.9%. The rudder that steers the massive vehicle is that 1/10 of 1%. That tiny little rudder is small by comparison to the rest of that huge machine.

It is what determines where the ship goes. It is small but it determines our direction. The rudder is our conscious awareness. The unconscious is the power that gets us there.

We have enormous power at our disposal, yet most people never realize that. Because they were conditioned to be the worker bee they never learn to harness and direct their full power.

They don’t steer the ship they only go where it goes. They aren’t in control. They lives are determined by the 99.9% that is automatic. They don’t use the 1% that they could.

Consider our ability to choose. Think of it this way. Imagine tying to get out of a huge prison through a tiny tunnel you make with a spoon. There is a lot of effort dedicated to break through or out.

It takes massive work and commitment. You really must want it or you will never keep going. To get free you can’t quit. You work and work and work!

… What You Put After I Am And I Have Shapes Your Reality

Outside the tunnel, on the other side, the area enlarges, it opens up. You are free. You are outside of the prison. Anything and everything is now available. You can enjoy and go anywhere.

Yet, many will return to where they were most comfortable and familiar. True for some, right? They got used to being within the walls so they get caught again.

However, the more you change the more change you can make. Once you recognize and become aware of that which binds you and imprisons  you you can work to be free.

You can do what necessary to get free. When you are finally FREE from the bondage; because YOU DECIDED to do something about it, the easier it is to continue making changes.

NOW changing becomes even easier! Once you get begin to change you can apply what you learned to make even more changes. You get exponential returns on your efforts once you begin the process.

Few people initiate the needed process to improve their lives but you can be one who does. You can break free from your prior limiting conditioning.

When You Have Think You Exhausted All Possibilities You Haven’t

To flee a burning house one needs to know it is burning. If one is not aware, one is not aware. If one smells smoke, realizes their is danger and acts to one can get to safety.

There are constraints on analogy but I assume you get what I mean. If one never notices the signal, doesn’t know there is danger, they may perish instead.

Once we are aware that we have reason to change, or need to change, we need to become aware that we CAN change. Some people realize they must change but don’t know they can change.

So they remain stuck. We need to realize change IS possible for us. Once we become aware that we CAN change, WE need to do something TO instigate that change.

We need to act in a manner that eventually brings us our desired results. Furthermore, we must CONTINUE to act in like manner until we get the intended results.

Eventually, we overcome our prior habits and learn new and better ones. We exchange the old for some good, new and better ones. Once free, we may realize we had been hypnotized.

Imagination Is More Important Than Knowledge

The first thing we need to change is our habitual thinking. We can get free of it if we want. If we realize we have choice. Mentors and coaches have told us this is possible for centuries.

We either begin to believe it or we don’t. If we don’t we remain the same. Some people hear and still don’t understand. The teacher appears when the student is ready.

The choice remains ours even when we don’t realize it is OUR choice. As some mystic once said, ‘everyone sleeps, everyone awakens but at different times’. Noone better than another.

People just sleeping and wake up at different times. So we need not judge those who remain the same. Take care of your self first. Let others be who they are.

Once we begin to wake up and realize we were sleeping we discover that our limitations are only dreams that had bound us. We can become aware of what is possible.

The more we explore what is possible the more we good we can discover. The more we seek the more we find. The brain, our Reticular Activating System (RAS) works this way, remember?

You Can’t Start The Next Chapter Of Your Life …

Once awake and making positive changes we can readily continue because the process gets easier the more we do it.  We have learned HOW to change. Skill comes of doing.

The more we do the more we can do. At first it seems tough. It may even seem impossible. That is the inertia we must overcome in the beginning. The tendency to do nothing, to resist.

Once we start keep at it until the new changes are wired in. It takes a minimum of 21 days repeated practice to make or break a habit. That is the bare minimum.

If your goal is to be free you will continue until you make the new thoughts and behaviors habit. Keep going and don’t quit. You will if you absolutely want it. If not, you’ll find excuses.

The goal is to overcome useless, chronic, negative, habitual thinking, feeling and actions that get you less than desirable results and exchange them for powerful, positive new automated thinking.

Exchange those for powerful, positive feeling and actions that enable you to be, do and have anything you want in life. In order to change you need to first know you must change.

… If You Keep Re-Reading The Last One

Exercise your choices and make decisions that serve and support you. Begin now by looking for and finding anything and everything you can feel grateful for. Acknowledge each of these.

Feel each fully and enjoy. Find everything you can to appreciate daily. Create a list. Add to it each day. Focus on your gratitude. As you do new worlds will open up.

Find lessons in challenges and obstacles, and in your hurts and woes, that  you didn’t previously realize were there. You will if you look. That is the job of the RAS.

Find positive reasons to keep going in spite of difficulty. As you do you will discover many other opportunities to be free and happier you didn’t know we available to you. Things open up!

You will gradually lighten up. These positive changes create more momentum so that changing positively becomes easier and easier. You’ll discover so much you never knew was wonderful within you.

You’ll discover it around you too. Focus on the good you will find so much more. This is because what we focus on actually expands. We discover and include more!

Your Life Gets Better By Change Not By Chance<

This Is A Powerful Force To Reckon With Don’t Miss Out!

“Have you ever noticed some people live the good life? A dream life. It may not be that everything comes effortlessly but it sure seems like it. Do you ever hope this could be you? If challenges arise some people glide right through them, while others, maybe you, don’t.

The difference that makes the difference is what goes on in the head of the successful versus the not so successful person. The happy versus the not so happy person. There is a large and significant difference. One is optimistic and positive the other not so much.

The optimist is not some airy fairy thinker who sits and wishes that life were different. The true optimist sees the good and the lessons inside all adversary; who finds way when the view is obscured and who embodies ‘I can do it ‘ when others think they can’t.

Your Attitude Not Your Aptitude Determines Your Altitude

The true optimist thinks positively powerfully but more than that the true optimist acts. There is no sitting and wishing, there is attitude and action. The true optimist is one of positive mindset and movement. Action IS the proper fruit of knowledge.

Without action dreams are fantasy, mere wishes hoped for and frequently abandoned. With action dreams become reality because the positive person, the optimist, works to bring about the results intended. The true optimist is intentional by nature.

What does this mean? It means the positive person determines what steps he or she will take and then takes them. The true optimist always follows through. The optimist does not disappoint oneself or others by breaking a promise. A promise made IS a promise kept.

Attitude Is Everything

A true optimist does not shirk responsibility nor accountability. The buck stops with the optimist because this person knows if it is going to happen at all it will be up to him or her to make it happen. A true optimist can and does handle any challenge. They play to win.

They see possibility, opportunity and success. They don’t notice or pay attention to negativity because they ARE an optimist. If anything they use negativity and frustration to motivate and inspire them into the positive. They understand the value of that.

They recognize what they don’t want but then focus on what they do want and put energy into making what they want to happen. Remember, they see the glass half full. Energy flows where attention goes so they manage and maintain their attention on what works.

Attitude Is A Decision

They understand that negative feelings are signals to alert them that they are not focused on what they want. That their thinking may have gone astray. Of course, that is possible they are human, after all. They use the signal to put themselves back on track.

They don’t wait for help from the outside to do their work for them. Still, they can welcome collaboration and understand the value of a team and being a productive team member. They seek to add value and go the extra mile because they realize the benefits of doing so.

In helping others they help themselves. By teaching others they learn more too. The true optimist is a person of positive mindset and productive positive action. Anyone who says differently has missed the concept entirely. There are those who have, indeed.

Life Is 10% What Happens And 90% How You Respond To It

There are negative people and naysayers who blame others, and themselves, who make excuses for why things don’t work out. The negative person or the pretend optimist sees the glass half empty and worries that they won’t be happy. They live with fear and worse.

The negative person worries about what they don’t want and ends up bringing more of it about because, ‘what you focus on expands’. You don’t get healthy thinking sick thoughts. If you used your sick thoughts to change direction and seek getting healthy that is good.

That is becoming aware of the negative alert signal and then putting your energy into what you WANT to accomplish instead. Even the most negative person CAN learn to become the most powerful positive optimist. Anyone can condition their mind for success!

Attitude And Behavior Is A Two Way Street

It comes down to an old saying. ‘You are what you eat’. If you eat crap what kind of heath would you expect? If you fill your mind with crap what kind of mental health, power or ability would you expect to have? In order to be healthy you must nourish yourself well.

Fill your body and your mind with quality food and thought and you will do better. What you focus on expands. What you think about you become. You are what you fill yourself with. You are where you spend your time. You are what you do. You are what you embrace.

Actions speak louder than words. Take action. Fill your mind daily with positive, inspirational, motivating thoughts. When you do you feel more inclined to do what you need to accomplish your goals and dreams. You can and will take the steps toward your destiny.

Actions Speak Louder Than Words

Seek to think positive and feel your best most of the time and you will. Remember, you become what you most frequently think about. When you condition yourself regularly you grow stronger in time. You are able to do more and make more happen. That’s how it is!

It isn’t how much you do it is what you do smartly. 80% of your positive results can be accomplished by 20% of quality, right effort. Work smarter not harder. Attitude is everything. Your mindset paves your way.

The true optimist isn’t bothered but anyone or anything because they don’t fear the negative. They understand it. The true optimist is not shaken when the storms come because they know there is value in the storm.

Attitude Is A Little Thing That Makes A Big Difference

They don’t fear the night because they know it is part of the cycle. They aren’t ‘can’t do people’ rather they are ‘I can do anything I learn to do’ people. AND this is important because YOU can learn to do anything you put your mind to, if you only take the time to do it.

They don’t worry that someone or something will come along and spoil their party because they are too busy having fun and celebrating. You can too! Fill your mind with good things. Nourish yourself. Condition yourself. Become aware. Delight more!

If you make a mistake, don’t blame, simply correct it, learn from it and move forward. Look for the good in all things, yourself included. Become more grateful and appreciative. Life is wonderful find out in how many different ways that is true. The world opens up to you when you celebrate everything so celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

The Success Formula Laid Bare!

“Some people struggle. They try everything but get almost nowhere. Or it seems they go backwards. Others seem to work hard and get ahead. Some seem to skyrocket to success. What gives? Why do some make it and others don’t.

Some try many things. Some try the Law Of Attraction. Perhaps, you have. You tried some things but you end up in the same condition, or even worse. Have you had difficulty getting the Law Of Attraction to work?

Some people have incredible success with the Law Of Attraction. Here is why. The answer is quite simple although you may not like it.

What You See Is What You Get

When it comes to the Law Of Attraction I don’t rule anything out. I think most people have trouble because they think fancifully instead of powerfully. They think of it as rubbing the genie’s lamp. It is not the same.

It says, Like attracts Like. What thoughts or energy you put out there, think or vibrate at you get more of the same back. Birds of a feather flock together. Like attracts like.

People think, okay I want more happiness. I want more love. I want more money. They think. More Happiness. More Love. More Money but nothing happens. They get a little frustrated and try to think harder. Happiness Happiness, Love Love, Money Money on it goes.

What You Say Is What You Get

The reason it isn’t working is that it is working. HUH? It is working you are getting back what you are thinking or vibrating at. You exclaim, ‘wait no, no I am not. I haven’t, I tried it. Now, I am frustrated. I want more of these things and I haven’t got them yet’.

EXACTLY! That is the truth. You want more and you haven’t got and you are frustrated. You are working and so is the Law Of Attraction and it is getting you what you are putting out there. MORE of the same. You are getting back what you are. WHO you are.

If you want more happiness you must first be happiness! If you want more love, you must be love first. If you want more money you must put money out there first. You attract LIKE things! You attract what you are! If you are happiness you will get more happiness back!

What You Feel Is What You Get

The Law Of Cause And Effect states ‘for every cause there will be an equal and opposite effect’. What you initiate you will get back. Together, these laws work, not in isolation. This is why you attract what you are AND not what you want.

What you want you do not yet have. What you are IS right now. You get back more of what is right now. So, if what IS right now you are broke you get more broke back. If what IS right now you are lonely you get more lonely back. You get back what IS.

A magnet attracts another magnet or piece of metal not some imaginary future magnet or piece of metal. Do you get this yet? If you want something NOW you must BE IT now. That is why mindset is so critically important.

What You Are Is What You Get

This is why wishing, hoping, praying, begging, bargaining, threatening  doesn’t work. When you do any of these you are coming from a place of lack. You are NOT what you want to attract. And so you attract NOT what you want.

If you want happiness you must first BECOME happiness. You must think it, feel it, act it, live it. You must be it. You declare it already into being. You ‘act as if’ it is right here, right now, EVEN when it isn’t yet. You imagine the good you want AS already happened.

You imagine it. Relate to it ‘as if’ you have already accomplished it. You live in the reality you want to live in before actually getting there. From this place you attract the same. This is how you vibrate happiness. You think and feel happy. Then you create and attract happy.

You Become What You Think About

You attract what you already are. If you want more money act like you already have more money. Live it, breath it, enjoy it. Give it. You can’t be worried about making ends meet and financially free at the same time. Even if the bank account is low you need to celebrate!

Every time you pay a bill you need to think ‘good thing I am rich’. Or, ‘I love circulating money’. Or, ‘every dollar that flows out comes back to me multiplied’. That is how you attract more. You won’t attract it if you tighten the belt and think, ‘I am running out of cash’.

Mind set comes first. It begins within you before you get the results in the outer world. You have to have the correct thoughts and feelings and actions in place first. You have to have the mindset of someone wealthy THEN you attract more OF THE SAME!

Attitude Determines Your Altitude

Right now, you are already attracting more of the same! It just isn’t what you want. You tried visualizing, etc. etc. and claim it doesn’t work. Actually, IT WORKS TOO WELL! YOU are getting what you are ALREADY thinking about.

If you think it doesn’t work CONGRATULATIONS!!! It won’t. People constantly affirm lack thinking they are affirming prosperity. They aren’t. They stay broke and claim they aren’t attracting anything. They are! They are attracting staying broke. DO you GET THIS?

Your thoughts determine your reality! If your thoughts are positive and powerful and happy and abundance and joyful and grateful you feel that way. When you feel that way you do things differently than when you are bummed out.

What You Think About You Bring About

YOU attract more good feelings from those good feelings. LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE. That is why successful people with money seem to more easily make money. It seems to come to them with ease. Well, it does, because they think wealthy and successfully.

If your results suck it means your thinking sucks! SORRY, but it is true. You have to examine your thinking and get right with your thoughts first. They can’t be half positive and half negative. They can’t be mostly negative. Most people never get this.

Either you are thinking decrease or increase. If you want increase you must BE increase. Think increase, feel increase, speak increase, behave increase. YOU MUST BE IT! When you ARE IT you get MORE OF IT! YOU attract LIKENESS!

Birds Of A Feather Flock Together

People keep missing this. They blame themselves, others, and they look for missing secrets. They try all sorts of things. They don’t have to. They only have to get this one area correct. THIS is what unleashes the positive changes! Attitude determines your altitude.

Some want to sit around  and imagine checks appearing out of thin air. If you sit in a room and hope they will manifest by meditating day and night, good luck. I won’t rule it out but that alone isn’t likely. However, I believe anything IS possible.

If you are active in your mind; if your thinking is correct first, and you are out working your plan and creating the life you want, because your attitude is right you can see a nice payoff from many places. It works. It may be surprising and seem to come from thin air.

From Within To Without

Money comes quickly to those who succeed because once at the top everyone else wants a piece of the successful person. Checks can begin to ‘just’ show up. BUT it didn’t happen by rubbing a lamp or meditating on dollars flowing to you. It comes because you are successful.

Now here is an important point. Meditating on money flowing to you can be useful. Meditating on money IS foundational work. You begin to adopt the right mindset by imagining money flowing in. Imagining you are worthy. Imagining you already have money and it feels good.

In this case it not wishful thinking. Meditating on dollars flowing to you is a great way to begin to get your mindset right. You begin to see yourself as one attracting money, or as a vessel for cash or a conduit for abundance. You begin to relate to money positively.

It Is Important To Be Able To Give And To Be Able To Receive

That is great. That is preliminary work to get your mindset right. You deserve wealth. You absolutely want to meditate and get the right attitude. That is the important first step. You have to feel wealthy. Feel abundance! Feel you deserve it. Feel it comes to you.

Then take it further. It isn’t just coming to you YOU are making it happen. Imagine already having it. Imagine being successful. Imagine how you got it legally and ethically. Enjoy living the dream in your mind feeling all the marvelous feelings.

Eventually, you must develop a plan for getting it. You won’t get it sitting in your room. You must act. You don’t have to know ‘the how’ at the start but you will down the road. In time, it will come to you.

Your Brain Your Mind Your Subconscious Is Really Your Friend

Because you think on it day and night, and maintain a positive frame of mind your subconscious puts together an action plan. Your brain literally looks for matches within your experiences and in  your outer world. It pulls together your resources. You brain works on it for you.

You have heard it before I’ll repeat it again. The subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between an internal, made up visualization and the real world. Whatever internal representation you have made is what your brain assumes it is true and acts on.

If you are broke, unhappy and lonely your brain is operating off those internal images, thoughts, and feelings. That is why you keep getting more of the same. Whatever you say you have IS what you will have. What you see is what you get. Do you understand?

Your Brain Is The Work Horse You Are The Director

This is an important point. If you don’t have the results you want you aren’t thinking and imagining the results as they will be you are stuck imagining them as they are. You are looking at your outer circumstances and noting ‘nothing has changed’. SO IT WON’T!

This is why Napoleon Hill said ‘THINK and grow rich’. It starts with thinking. Get your thinking right and you can grow rich! You can be, do or have anything you want. He stated you first needed to be able to conceive what you want and believe it then you could achieve it.

Yup, BECOME IT and you can have it! You will attract what you are! Because that is already what you are doing. YOU ARE ALREADY GETTING WHAT YOU ARE ON THE INSIDE. If you don’t like what you have been getting, YOU CAN CHANGE IT! That is the fantastic news.  Awareness is the first part of transformation.

You Already Have Everything You Need For Transformation

Realize why and how you have been getting less than glorious results and change your thoughts. Take control and put yourself in charge. Think positively and act powerfully to become what it is you want to attract. You can if you apply yourself. Might it take some time.

YES! If you  are over weight by 25 or 50 pounds THAT didn’t happen overnight. It took time to  get there. Expect it would take some time to return to your normal and ideal weight. It will take some time to learn to attract what you want and that is fine. IF it isn’t you will just attract more of whatever the issue is. STOP IT!

The way to change is to be positive. Have fun! Delight and feel joyful most of the time. Evolve yourself. It won’t happen to you BUT YOU will make it happen. How? By having the right attitude. Become what you want to have more of and you will! Live in appreciation. Feel gratitude! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

In Order To Not Drown You Have To Know How To Float

“Many people lose their life struggling to live. They fall into water and exhaust themselves fighting the current. Do  you know what you can do that will increase the likelihood you will survive?

If you fall into quicksand, lie back. Lie on your back and stop moving. The more you struggle the more you get sucked down. The same is true when swimming. People go under because they fight.

All you have to do is lie back and breath and you will float. You float when you relax Let go and let the water hold you up. You won’t float vertically in the water, you will sink unless you can tread.

Relax and lie back. You can float longer than you can tread. You float naturally when you lie back. It is one of the first things you learn when you learn to swim. Once on your back, gently navigate.

Your Attitude Determines You Altitude

Gently use your arms, hands and legs to move across the surface of the quicksand. Go with the current gently navigating toward the river bank. Float until spotted on a body of water.

Obviously, you can’t float forever but by floating you can save your life. You can extend the time you are alive in the water by floating on the water instead of fighting it.

The same is true in life. Sometimes, you have to surrender. Stop struggling. Stop trying. Stop doing anything. Relax. When you relax you will feel yourself held up. You’ll float. You can begin to trust.

A worried, anxious mind brings about more of the same. A fearful, doubtful mind becomes even more so. A relaxed, peaceful, accepting, loving mind attracts more of the same. Remember, what you want to create and attract first begins with your thoughts.

What You Resist Persists

Let go! Trust that all will be okay. I am not particularly religious, spiritual, yes, but religious no. Still, I like this concept. ‘God is never late’. Whatever IS is. All will work out if you have faith and trust. Everything tends to work out for the best in the long run.

We fear loss. We fear change. We fear many things. We struggle to keep things the same. Sometimes, a shake up is a good thing. Often, people look back on the worst time of their life and remark, that it was actually the best thing that could have ever happened.

We resist. Sometimes, we need to make room for newness. We need to get rid of the old shoes in the closet, taking up space, so we can have room for the new ones. Accurate or not, trust that everything will be fine no matter what. Create some space for yourself.

You have a cash deadline on a certain date and you don’t get the money until much later. Maybe, being late was perfect and getting it when you do IS the perfect time. I don’t know if that is true or not but I do know attitude is everything. Think, god is never late!

Turn Resistance Into Assistance

What you believes determines so much. If you declare it to be good it can be. You bring about what you think about. Remember, the phrase ‘when it rains it pours’.  If that IS true then one should always think only the very best thoughts, don’t you think?

For goodness sake, don’t waste time with less than glorious thoughts. Focus on love, gratitude, peace, and happiness. Create what you want to have more of. Think the thoughts that bring you these. Good judgement and good taste is important.

Let go and let god, is another key thought about trust. Keep in mind whatever happens can work out for the best. What IS is. The time is always right no matter what. Things will always work out for the best, though they may not seem like it in the present.

God is never late.  Let go, trust and let it all work out. Have faith. Maintain your positive thoughts. No matter what is happening seek, joy, love, peace and gratitude! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

The Secret To Wealth: What A Surgeon Learned From A Poor Coal Miner

“Wouldn’t you like to believe you can succeed no matter what and then actually succeed? Don’t you want to believe you deserve of all good things and riches? What if you could develop a powerful, unstoppable mindset, would that be worth it to you?

Your beliefs determine whether you will succeed or fail. You will only go so far as the limitation of your own thinking. You won’t do what you don’t believe is possible for you to do. Whatever you believe determines the results you get in the world.

I have shared principles and approaches so you can work with your beliefs. Go back through this blog site re-read and study these articles. Learn to uncover and challenge your own beliefs when they limit you and you will have learned something of great value.

Our beliefs form the framework, the window, that we look at the world from. It is important we develop powerful and positive beliefs to see us through any hardship on the way to accomplish our goals. Wouldn’t you like to have your beliefs support you?

Author, researcher, lecturer Joseph Murphy related a wonderful and powerful story which I paraphrase here. I love this story. Perhaps, you will too.  We can learn much about ourselves from others experiences. This biographical tale was told to him by  an Irish surgeon, the son of a poor coal miner.

A Surgeon’s Tale

As the story goes, the miner and his family were very poor. Barely able to make ends meet, fruit and meat appeared on their dinner table twice a year for the holidays.

Mostly, they existed on potatoes, tea and buttermilk. The young son went to school barefoot because they could not afford to buy him shoes.

One day the boy announced to his father that he wanted to become a surgeon, because one of his schoolmates had cataracts removed and he, too, wanted to help people, as his classmate had been helped.

His father spoke these words. ‘Son I have saved and put aside 3000 pounds over 25 years for your education. It is yours but I prefer you do not touch it until you complete medical school. Then use it to open a nice office in a good section of town.

Meanwhile, it will draw interest, and upon your graduation it will make a nice egg for you. Leave it in the bank and let it accumulate.’ The young boy was thrilled.

He never expected such a wonderful gift. He promised to never touch the money until he graduated from medical school. He worked and scrimped. He  made his way through medical school on his own. He worked in a pharmacy in the evening.

He worked holidays. He earned money teaching classes in pharmacology and chemistry at the medical college. His goal was to live up to the vow he made his father that he would never touch the waiting money.

On his graduation day his father told him, ‘Son, I’ve been a poor miner all my life. I have gotten nowhere but you, I am so proud of you. You have put yourself through college and have graduated. I must tell you something.

There is not one shilling, nor one penny saved for you in a bank. There never was. I wanted you to dig deep inside yourself and discover the treasures there within. These treasures are limitless, inexhaustible and eternal.’

The surgeon told Murphy, his mind was blown for a moment. He was dumbfounded and unable to speak. It took a few moments to recover but then both, he and his father, had a hearty belly laugh. He got it. He understood what his father wanted him to learn on his own.

The father wanted his son to develop and appreciate the feeling wealth made possible by the thought that he had lot money in the bank to back him up, if needed. His father understood the value of a healthy mindset.

Because he believed he had that money, he told Murphy, this gave him the courage, the faith and the confidence to accomplish his dream of becoming a surgeon. He pushed ahead. He worked hard to make it happen and to keep his promise.

He said his belief in the money being there had accomplished this purpose just as well as if it had actually been deposited by his father. His belief saw him through to the end. He told Murphy that everything he accomplished was a symbol of his conviction, faith, commitment and vision.

Our surgeon friend, ACTED CONFIDENTLY, just as if the money had always been there!’ Joseph Murphy.  From his book, Your Infinite Power To Be Rich.

Attitude Determines Your Altitude

I love this story! Don’t you? Celebrate and enjoy! How might you begin to develop positive beliefs that serve you in like fashion? Beliefs are thoughts we think over and over again and ultimately accept as if true. They may not be true at all, as in this case.

What can you do to believe the best about you? As I have stated many times, if you don’t like the TV show you are watching you change the channel to something better. The same is true of your thoughts. Make your thoughts and feelings work for you!

Switch negative limiting beliefs and feelings to positive, productive, enjoyable thoughts and feelings. Change the focus of your thinking. Withdraw your energy from the less than glorious and put your energy, focus and concentration on what you want instead.

If you knew you would succeed, no matter what, if you worked at it, would you try? Would you try harder? If you knew you couldn’t fail would this help propel you? If not this, what would? What beliefs do you need to have in place in order to accomplish everything you want?

You can develop those and believe them! Put autosuggestion and affirmations to work for you. Develop the very beliefs you need. Many times, I have shared with you how you can put this practice to work for you. The question is, will you?” Rex Sikes

Do You Have What It Takes To Succeed Big?

“People who acquire the ability to take full possession of their mind may take possession of everything else to which they are justly entitled.” said Napoleon Hill.

Hill studied over 500 of the most successful and richest people worldwide of his day, given entry from Andrew Carnegie who commissioned him to make the study.

From the study of the 500 certain behaviors, principles and laws, were extracted. These were then tested. Taught to others to see if they too could get the same or similar results. They did. It worked! Hill’s offering changed the world for many!

If It Is Possible For One Person It Is Possible For Any Person

Napoleon Hill, through his works and books, has been said to be responsible for the success and creation of more millionaires in history than anyone else. His works are just as relevant and applicable today as they were 80 years ago.

Hill and others have encouraged people to take possession of their own mind and make it give them the life they want. He taught how to develop and control one’s mind. It is the ONE thing in the universe over which a person MAY have complete control.

It is not unlike taming a wild beast. It takes dedication, patience and love. It takes persistence, repetition and reward. It may not be easy at times. The beast may appear to win some of the time but you must be in charge. The effort pays off big for those willing to pay the price.

Your Past Does Not Equal Your Future

It does not come cheap said  Hill. It costs you your time, energy, devotion and takes as long as it takes any individual. Some will be quicker than others for no known or apparent reason. If you are willing to commit to it, once learned, you can write your own ticket.

Through the process you control your mind, your emotions and learn how to aim and direct your mental faculties and behaviors at becoming successful. You must learn how to use your mind in a particular fashion.

The first step in becoming successful is knowing your Definite Chief Purpose in life. What are you born to do? Why are you here? What brings you the greatest amount of pleasure? What could you not live without doing or being?

You Must Be Willing To Pay The Price For Success

Through self examination, questioning, and reflection you determine you purpose. From there you set goals that are consistent with you fulfilling that purpose.  These goals can be stepping stones or rungs of the ladder to your ultimate destination.

You must want this more than anything. It must consume you. You must think on it day and night. You must imagine yourself already in possession of the good you desire. See, hear and feel your wants fulfilled. Visualize and affirm your success most of your time!

Feel those incredible feelings of gratitude and appreciation. It is through repeatedly thinking positively about it and feeling the good feelings you get your subconscious mind working on your behalf. Your subconscious is the gateway to getting your desires.

Correct Repetition Forms Reliable Positive Habits

It requires constant focus and repetition. You need to acquire the ability to maintain a positive mental attitude and stay focused on the acquisition of your desire regardless of what and while present circumstances may be contradictory.

You do that by developing an active faith. Not a religious belief in icons but the tenacious belief that you will have what you want. Because you KNOW someday you will have what you want you continue to strive toward making it happen without quitting.

One of the powerful practices to assist you along the way isn creating value for others. Going the extra mile or doing more than is expected of you, or more than your are being paid for AND following the Golden rule are critical.

Mastery Is An Ongoing Process Not A One Time Event

Through these practices and by developing and maintaining a pleasing personality Hill says you can attract to yourself others who are interested in helping you, support you and even invest in you or provide capital for your ventures.

You form a Master Mind Alliance. A small collection of  members are all of one deep abiding accord and work together in perfect harmony. Perfect Harmony is the key. The Master Mind works together in pursuit of one common goal in perfect harmony.

Otherwise, it is a mere collection of people interested in a topic It is popular these days since the term sounds important. These are not real mastermind alliances.  The true Master Mind Alliance exponentially enhances the members resources and abilities.

Success Breeds Success

It can because each member has different abilities pertinent to your pursuit. A Master Mind Alliance assembles based on the resources you need to fulfill your purpose. It’s not a club. A real Master Mind opens up incredible doorways you can’t begin to imagine.

Hill states that by cultivating these qualities and the ability to be a leader of your own self, make quick decisions based on accurate thinking and evidence, not gossip or opinion are important ingredients for making what you want to happen.

A leader must inspire others and must be willing to do whatever is asked of followers. A leader has to have a quality mindset and remain positive even when defeat appears imminent. One can not give up and run.

Learning: The More You Do The More You Are Able To Do

All in all Hills work is the science for learning how to make your career, your finances, your relationships and your life what you want them to be. It is simple but not always easy.

You must keep going and never quit. You develop the mind skills to learn from challenges instead of letting them defeat you. You pay a high price for all this but in the end the reward outweighs the price you paid.

Few will every take the journey. Many will begin but few will follow through. It is action and follow through that is important. If you want to drive to visit New York City you must keep going until you get there.

All Challenges Are Temporary – Failure Occurs When You Quit

If you quit anywhere along the way the truth is you stopped traveling toward you destination. You quit or gave up, whatever the reason. Some will say it is too difficult and never begin. Others will say it is all about money or not their values.

Everyone will have their own reason why or why not their life works or it doesn’t. Excuses and blaming others or circumstances will never get you the life or the riches or the relationships you desire. You must realize that.

Do not put it off until everything is right, or until you have enough knowledge, or friends, or money or whatever EXCUSE you use to delay moving forward, only DELAYS moving forward. The time is never right. The time is always NOW. There is no other time.

Now Is The Time – Right Here Is The Place – There Is No Other

Begin today. right where you are. You have everything you need right there within you to be a huge success. Yes, of course, you don’t believe it and you don’t know where it is otherwise you’d already be that big success. BUT YOU DO. Yes, it is like an acorn seed.

Everything about the mighty oak is contained in the seed. It simply has to be released. If released and nourished it will become an incredible oak tree. You will succeed when you release your inner resources and abilities and nourish those along the way.

Lastly, those who succeed, aren’t greedy. The true success doesn’t step on or crush others to win. The true success doesn’t need to. The genuine success celebrates the advancement of others, is not envious but realizes success never happens in isolation.

Success Never Happens Alone It Takes Cooperation From Others

It take others to succeed. The truly successful person succeeds with others and brings them along too. Celebration, gratitude and appreciation are inherent within those who are genuine. Enjoy being successful with others. Help them along.

How To You Motivate Yourself To Succeed

“In order to succeed or reach a big dream or goal you have to be filled with passion. Napoleon Hill called it ‘white hot burning desire’. If you want to succeed in your career or life it must drive you.

It’s not a wish or want because that has no force to drive you. It must be something you cannot imagine living without. You must have it! You do every legitimate thing you can until you do. It compels you!

Once you have a burning desire to fulfill your purpose you move forward with great intensity. Every successful person shares this in common. They know precisely what they want! They go after it!

Motivation Comes From Doing Not From Waiting To Do

They know they will make it happen! The don’t let anything stop them from achieving their desire. No matter what the odds. They do what it takes! They keep the faith and are positive they will succeed.

They are committed. They have chosen a purpose or a goal they intend to fulfill. The have written it down and committed it to memory. They dwell on it day and night. They imagine life and what it is like to live with their accomplishment. It consumes them!

They visualize it and affirm it often through out each day. They direct all their energies to making it come true. True Motivation comes from doing! Motivations doesn’t come before you do it.

Once You Start You Motivation Will Follow

They learn from set backs and plan changes. Most all of them have faced criticism and even ridicule from well intending family and friends. The Wright Brothers own father thought they were damned in hell for attempting to fly. They didn’t let that stop them.

Most people though Ford’s idea of a horseless carriage totally inane, after all, they already had a good horse. The more you do the more you can do! Prove it to yourself! Start and motivation will follow!

Ford’s own engineers thought what he wanted was impossible. They said it couldn’t be done. He told them to keep trying until they could do it. After a time, they came back and said it was still impossible. He told them to not return until they did it. He knew it was possible!

Most People Make This Mistake – They Wait To Be Motivated

They came back after a year with news that they had created what he imagined. A good thing Ford wasn’t hampered by the same thinking his engineers were. Ford pushed them to persevere!

Ford changed the world. Roadways led to highways and interstates. Towns, service stations, fast food restaurants, motels and more sprang up. An entire infrastructure was financed  and constructed creating new industry. All because Ford envisioned a new way.

The Wright Brothers changed land and sea transportation to air. They reduced the amount of time travel took and made the world smaller. We travel outer space as a result! They imagined flight first!

The More You Do The More You Can Do

People have changed the world with a single idea that they were convinced they would accomplish. They persisted and they did. Jim Carey stood high in the hills of Hollywood at night. Alone with a vision.

He imagined the moguls of Hollywood hiring him and paying him millions. He made it happen. Oprah Winfrey went from rags to riches with a media empire. The stories are countless. Winners win! Be a winner too! You can do it. Take action! Don’t wait.

If you believe it you can achieve it. Pour your energy into making it happen, and you devote yourself to its accomplishment no matter how long it may take. Make it happen! You must believe and expect to do it. No one will do it for you. They will do it for themselves.

You Are Where Your Thoughts Brought You

You must live your dream day and night and let nothing distract you. Do not succumb to temporary defeat or quit. If you quit it is over. Keep going, never give up! Persist, persist, persist, again and again.

You will succeed faster if you are nice to others. Go the extra mile all along the way. Provide great value to them first. Be friendly, optimistic and fun to be around. You will get further faster if you enlist the friendly and harmonious co-operation of others.

You do that by being friendly and supportive first. What goes around comes around. No one makes it on their own. You make it with others! Celebrate others success and they will celebrate yours.

You Will Be Where Your Thoughts Take You

Begin where you are! Begin right now. Conceive it, and believe it. Be passionate about it and ideas for plans will come. The how never comes first it comes through action. You see as you travel.

Edison didn’t know how to light the world until he made a working light bulb. He tried 10,000 times. He didn’t know how to make a light bulb work until AFTER he succeeded. You get more excited moving forward! Go as far as you can go.  From there you will see farther.

Don’t wait until you know how. Begin today and the how will become evident along the way. That is how it works. Once you direct your energies powerfully toward your purpose your mind opens up.

You Cannot Escape Your Thoughts

It helps you discover ideas and opportunities previously closed off to you. Energy begets energy. When you direct it positively good things are possible. Enjoy! Celebration makes everything easier. You Want To Be Wealthy But Are You Thinking Wealthy?

“Are you aware the effects of your thinking is cumulative? What you get in life is determined by the critical mass of your thoughts? Most people believe they are positive most of the time. They aren’t. What would you say you are if asked? Are you mostly positive or mostly negative? It matters greatly. It determines your results.

Most people most of the time aren’t actually thinking positive much of the time. If they were our world would be a much different place. They spend some time thinking positive but then are distracted with other thoughts. Some are negative. For others it isn’t negativity occupying their mind but thoughts that don’t add up to positive.

What Do You Spend Most Of Your Time Thinking And Feeling?

Their cumulative effect is nil. Zero. This matters a great deal with how quickly you are able to manifest your dreams and goals. It is the preponderance of your thoughts that makes the difference. The scales must tip in the direction of positive thoughts and feeling most of the time, each day of the week.

You want to think and feel good more than you do anything else. If you had two piles of laundry one to be washed and one clean which is the larger?  Which is larger if you have three piles of thoughts? Is it the negative pile, the useless pile or the positive and directed thoughts?

You are either in a resort in the south of France or you are not. You can’t be there and back home at the same time in physical reality. Of course, you could be in your mind. You could be on the most marvelous beach in the world and miss it because you brought your office or family problems with you. That sucks, doesn’t it?

You Are Always On One Side Of The Fence Or The Other

Those of you working on being wealthier and living abundantly consider this:  You imagine, ‘I am abundant, I am rich. I have more than enough money to pay my bills’. Then you go into a store and look at items you want. If you’re like most people the first thing you check is the price tag. You look to see if you can afford it.

That is not abundant thinking! If you were wealthy, of course, you could afford it. The question is do you want it? Do you purchase what you want or only what you can afford? I am not suggesting you purchase anything because even the fabulously wealthy can be thrifty. Still, your thinking and actions, should support each other.

Positivity Is An Attitude To Permeate Each Of Your Moments

Most people purchase what they can afford. They aren’t purchasing what they want. Think about that. If the first thoughts are ‘wow, that is too much’ or ‘is there a cheaper one’ you aren’t thinking rich. If you want abundance you must practice abundance. You must think and act from having more than enough and not from lack.

Your behaviors should be congruent with your thoughts. You could look at it and think, ‘Good thing I am rich’. Or, ‘I can easily afford this’. Or ‘WOW that is inexpensive’. You could think, ‘I’ll take 6’, or ‘Maybe, I’ll just buy the entire store’. Someone owns the place, why not you? Your attitude should be one of plenty.

What You Say Is What You Get

Align your thoughts and feelings and behaviors. If you want to get out of debt and lack then think abundance and behave abundantly. Again, I am not suggesting spending a dime I am addressing the  thinking process. What are you focused on most of the time? Do you spend your days predominantly thinking about what you want?

Do you predominantly think about what you don’t want? Do you sometimes think positive and then most of your thoughts drift and are useless? They are on the news; Facebook items; gossip; distractions; the traffic; how slow the elevator is; the long line at the coffee shop;  etc. They’re useless thoughts that add up to nothing!

Feel The Best You Can Most Of The Time – Feel Wonderful

Those thoughts aren’t focused or directed. Develop your thought habits so that most of what you think each day is positive, optimistic and of well being. Think about what you want and are grateful for. You want your chronic thinking to be productive wonderful thinking not the thinking types you did in the past.

Monitor your feelings to determine what you are thinking most of the time. Are you feeling wonderful and energetic? Do you feel so so, okay or ho-hum.  Do you feel not good but not bad most of the time? Are you bored, angry, worried or miserable much of the time? To get what you want you must feel your best.

You Are Where Your Thoughts Take You

We become what we think about. What we focus on expands. To live in a particular reality we must first conceive of that reality. The easiest way to feel good, apart from the numerous methods I have shared in these blog pages, is to feel grateful right now for what you already do have. Celebrate whatever you have fully! Delight in it!

Be thankful! Celebrate! Feel grateful right now for what you want in the future, too. Be as grateful as you will be when it arrives. Be grateful now as if you already have it. Be thankful for that which hasn’t appeared yet. Celebrate everything! Enjoy and delight and live in appreciation. This will help you always feel your best!” Rex Sikes

Why You Must Write Down You Goals And Dreams!

“Do you know the really big reason it is critical to write down your goals on paper? It is highly recommended you do. Research has been conducted suggesting those who do reach their goals significantly more and quicker than those who don’t.

Do you know why? Do you understand what writing them down actually does. Writing it down makes the implicit explicit. It fleshes out your idea. It is the first step in making your idea a concrete reality. It takes it from within and puts it without. It is a necessary and critical step to getting your goals and making dreams come true.

Napoleon Hill, and others, asserted it is important to write down your Definite Chief Purpose, your goals and dreams? They don’t mix words. Hill said you must. You must write it down and commit what you write down to memory. Repeat it numerous times during the day with great positive emotion. Continue until you have it.

What You See Is What You Get

Here is why. Your  major purpose in life, or your goals, begin on the inside of you. Within you. They begin in your imagination. In your mind you see a glimmer of what is possible and what you want. You birth an idea. It is alive in your mind. It may be vague or it could be pretty specific but It exists, there, in the reality between your ears.

When you put it down on paper it is the FIRST time it exists outside of you. It the first time it exists in the outer world reality. You have moved it from within to without. You have created it in the real world. When you write it down you make it concrete. What you write down is the first result of your idea.

It is no  longer abstract. It is right there on the paper. You gave it form and substance. It is not just an idea any longer. This is an important part of the creation process.  It is the beginning of making the idea real in the outer world of results. From idea to paper. From paper to plan. From plan to action. From action to completion.

What You Say Is What You Get

Write it out! Specify further, get really detailed. Form a stronger, deliberate visualization. Add all the detail you can. Make it more and more vivid. Writing helps you do this! The more real it becomes the more you increase your relationship to it. Your feelings become active. You feel a strong connection to your goal.

For example. Imagine getting your new dream home. Write down the kind of house it is. The size. It’s location. How many floors, rooms? How many windows? Notice the exterior. How is it landscaped? What kind of front door is there? What is the walk up like?

Notice everything outside and around the house. Explore outside and inside. Notice the color schemes, the decorations and the furniture. Walk through the home. Sit in each room. Feel what it is like to live there. Flesh it out. Experience the house. Really feel. Feel it as if you actually already had this home.

Keep Your Mind On What You Want

Create the thoughts and the feelings of having what you want. The more real it is to you the more intense your feelings become. Combine your visualization with strong, intensely, passionate feelings. Images and strong feelings send the message to your subconscious mind to get to work on creating this for you.

Your subconscious begins to connect up the resources within you. Inner abilities align in order to help you make what you want a reality. You become alert to real world opportunities. Continue to write, and make it more vivid. Continue to accentuate these processes.

The hotter and more passionate you become about making it happen the sooner you can end up getting it. Keep a journal and write about it. Spend a couple minutes each day making a journal entry. What it is like to live in the home? Create future memories.5

Write Down Your Goals And Imagine Achieving Every One

‘Today we bar-b-qued out back by the pool. Everyone had a marvelous times. Timmy and Ashley played on the swings. The food so tasty! Delicious. I am so happy and grateful we have this incredible backyard to entertain friends and family…’.

Create scenarios you want to have. Live your dreams in your journal. Write and visualize everyday. Keep in mind what you say is important too. If you always say what you have you will always have what you say.

If you say you are broke you will never have money. If you say you are well off you will be. Everything begins inside your mind.Keep your mind on what you want and off of what you do not want. That is how you direct yourself for success. Keep your eye on what you want.

It’s A Dream Until You Write It Down The  It Becomes A Goal

Conceive it and believe you can make it happen. When you want it intensely enough you will begin to get ideas, and insights from within you. You’ll get  hunches, intuitions, and plans for what you can do. Follow these as they arrive.

Put your subconscious to work for you instead of you working for it. You don’t have to know how to begin. How will come along in time. Your mind will begin to connect the dots, alert you to possibilities and opportunities and reveal tips, plans and suggestions to you.

That is HOW it works. It has been proven time and time again. THIS is WHY you write it down. You initiate and maintain a process that sees you through from conception to completion. You create, elaborate, accentuate, and eventually you make it happen.

Conceive It, Believe It And Achieve It

It is intentional. It is deliberate and focused. Do your part and you will realize the accuracy of these statements. It seems like magic but it isn’t. It works like magic but it is proven. You follow the formula and you get the outcome.

Follow a recipe to get what you intend to. If you change the recipe and leave out ingredients or alter the order you put them in you may not get what you want. If you want a chocolate cake and you put in milk and eggs but no chocolate, guess what? No chocolate cake!

If you cook the eggs first, then add them to the milk, chocolate and flower you won’t get a cake either. They have to be the correct ingredients, in the right amounts, mixed in and baked in the right order to get the cake you desire.

Follow the recipe explicitly and the cake will be yours. Follow this formula explicitly and  you will make your dreams come true.” Rex Sikes

You Are Already Deluded! The Least You Could Do Is Have Good Taste About It.

Remember, Henry Ford. He said, ‘If you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.’ What people forget is how powerful a statement this is. First, he puts it squarely on you.

Everything rides on your shoulders and most people definitely don’t want to be responsible for that much of anything. He says, if YOU. It is up to what YOU think.

Next he says, it doesn’t matter what you think. If YOU think you can do something or if YOU think you can’t do something YOU are right. Whether you are positive or negative the result is the same.

It doesn’t matter. Either way, YOU are right. It is up to YOU which results you get. It is not up to anyone else, nor circumstances, or events it is up to what YOU think. YOU!

The Law Of Attraction states, we are attracting always, or creating always, whether it is positive or negative. We can’t avoid or escape it, that is the law. Just as gravity never ceases, the Law Of Attraction never stops. All that can be done is to direct it. You choose. Do you think positive most of the time or negative most of the time?

If You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You Are Right

The answer to that determines the kind of results YOU get. YOU are either a CAN DO person or an CAN’T Do person. Whichever you are YOU are right! Your beliefs make it so. If you believe change is difficult and hard and only a few can be successful, well YOU are right.

If you believe without pain, there is no gain, well again, YOU would be right. If you believe there is a lot holding you back then YOU would be right. Whatever you believe you are right! Remember that, repeat that. Whatever you believe, you are right. That is what is so.

Whatever you believe, YOU are right. Your Reticular Activating System (RAS) I keep writing about will look for the match, examples in your experience, of what you believe and find the proof for you.

So you will condemn yourself to failing again and again because, darn it, YOU (and I, people in general) just hate to be proven wrong. So YOU will prove yourself a CAN’T Do person! That is a real delusion. Don’t you find that truly sad? I certainly do.

YOU have a choice and YOU choose to feel less than glorious. WOW. You could choose to feel glorious. Here, is where good taste comes in. If YOU believe you can do it, then you are right. If YOU believe, if anyone can do it you can, then you would be correct.

If YOU believe you have everything within you necessary to change or do what you want, right again. If YOU believe change can be easy, swift and enjoyable then it will be.

If You Dream It You Can Do It

Whatever you believe YOU will be right. Again, your RAS will look for examples in your experience to prove you correct. It will prove you a positive CAN DO person. The result is the same.

Whether you think YOU can or YOU think you can’t YOU are right! The difference is one feels better than the other! Again, good taste should prevail. Chose to be a CAN DO person. I would.

A CAN DO, powerful, positive, confident, happy person gets more done and gets better results just by attitude alone. If there is a problem the CAN DO person handles it well. While being positive doesn’t guarantee success alone, it feels better and IS more effective.

A negative attitude most certainly guarantees it will be tougher, rougher and success far less likely, if at all. Good taste, should prevail. Good taste should win here. SO what do YOU choose?

How do you get to the point that you believe what you want? How do you become a positive CAN DO person? Is it hard? Yes, if you believe it will be. No, if you don’t believe it will be hard. IT will be whatever it is.

You chose how you want to respond to it. It may seem difficult at first because you have never really chosen this way before. If that is the case, don’t you think it is about time you have actual choice?

Belief Creates The Actual Fact

Whatever you want to do with ease you must first do with diligence. In time, everything you repetitively do becomes easier. That is why in weightlifting people add weight or repetitions or both to keep challenging the muscles so they grow.

You will practice thinking new thoughts. You will make them your mantras, your affirmations. Affirmations work, if you didn’t know that. People affirm all the time. I CAN or I CAN’T are affirmations. Whatever you affirm YOU ARE RIGHT.

NOW, you CHOOSE you affirmations deliberately! Use good taste! Pick powerful, meaningful, easy to remember and speak, ones. Pick ones that when you think about what it means you feel good, EVEN, if you don’t feel you can be that way, yet. Pick inspiring ones. Make them count.

I will provide a few short, easy example but you really want to create your own, or make them your own. Write them out. Put them up on the mirror. Say them, shout them, frequently through the day. Think them, soon you will be them. You’ll condition your mind!

‘I am a good person! I am great. I can learn to do anything I set my mind to. I am talented. I am loving. I am confident. I am powerful. I am good with money. I am great at meeting new people. I am magnificent. I have everything I need and more keeps coming to me.

I am grateful for all I have. I have a loving partner.’ These are a whole lot better than, ‘I suck at things. I can’t remember names. I am fat. What a loser I am. I have poor judgement. I am broke’. Remember, good taste should prevail. Get your RAS on YOUR side for goodness sake.

Perfect Practice Makes Perfect

How do you come to believe the glorious, positive affirmations? Through dedicated, constant repetition and exposure. It’s the same way you developed the beliefs you don’t want. The difference is when you began believing what you now don’t wish to any longer, the limiting beliefs, you were unaware of the process.

You co-opted them from others at mostly a very young age. In growing up, you adopted the beliefs of parents and others through exposure and experience. Most, if not all of them you did not choose. Some conclusions you came to, mostly confirming what you already adopted. As you grew reinforced them by thinking them over and over.

After all beliefs are really only thoughts you habitually think. Your RAS demonstrated to you how they were true by finding the matches in experience for you to prove you right. It was a process. We all grow up this way, for the most part, and are unaware of the conditioning while it happens.

NOW, years later, YOU have a choice! That is excellent news! YOU can determine what you want to think, instead of thinking repeatedly the thoughts you got from others. YOU can be the master of your own brain instead of other people.

You CAN take control. You don’t have to live as a victim with other’s people’s limitations limiting you. You can be free. NOW you can decide what to think! You have an incredible opportunity to make the changes you want.

Those Who Don’t Believe In Magic Never Find It

Declare it! Assert it! Command it! Affirm it! Over and over again the new thought you want to think. Shout it, sing it, dance it with enthusiasm. This is how the military conditions minds within 6 short weeks.

Emotional repetition of thoughts and values and practices and procedures conditions the troops mind and body. Condition your mind to think what you want to think! Take control back from those other people.

Determine to be a more positive CAN DO person. Maintain a positive mental attitude. See yourself, imagine yourself, visualize yourself, already as the person you want to be. See yourself doing what you already want to be doing and already having what you want to have. Hey, it is YOUR gray matter make it work for you.

It should be your servant, you should not be its servant. You can eliminate worry, anxiety, fear, depression, anger and live with love, peace, passion and purpose. You can begin to be more confident and learn to do the things you want.

If you want it enough you will work to get it. The work you do is not to work harder on the outside but to work on yourself within. Learn to have and maintain a positive mental attitude. Learn that if you think you can, YOU ARE RIGHT!” Rex Sikes
