What You Don’t Rule, Rules You!

“Why is it important to take control of your thoughts and feelings? Why do you need to control your brain? Why should you take charge of your life? Your brain is an organ just like any other in your body. It has a function to perform and operates by rules.

Neuroscientists, medical researchers and others know that thoughts are things.They are electrical impulses that trigger electrical and chemical switches in the brain. Our body responds to the thoughts we think. Our thoughts affect us!

Our beliefs, attitudes, opinions, and behaviors are made up of previously laid down neural pathways that function as patterns of behavior or habit. They are reliable and automatic. Many more are negative than are positive. There are thousands and thousands.

We adopted them growing up, from birth on. Our lives and present circumstances are the result of this neural conditioning. The brain does whatever it learned to do. It doesn’t care if the programs are right or wrong, true or false, beneficial or not. It does what it learned to do and it will keep doing these reliable until changed.

If you don’t take care to manage and control your thoughts and feelings your thoughts and feelings will manage you. You will continue on in the same fashion as you always have being controlled, your life dictated, by programs you adopted at an earlier age.

Some serve you well, many run counter to what you want. If you don’t learn to control your thinking and lay down new neural pathways and habits your old pathways and habits dictate the results you get. Change won’t happen unless you change it!

If you don’t like your results you must change the early conditioning. You must update and upgrade and develop positive new programs, and automated habits that get you the results you want. Whatever you don’t control controls you. Whatever you don’t rule, rules you.

The good news is your brain continues to learn and can serve you better when you take charge and direct it. Using the same method to learn previous programming you can learn new, more beneficial programming and begin to get the results you want. Take charge!

You work with the brain and condition it according to its rules. Then it is easy. If you don’t do it the way the brain most easily learns you will have a much more difficult time. If you want to get new, better results, and make your life grand keep reading this blog.

In it I share how the brain works, how you can condition your mind for happiness and success and much more. Don’t just read once, read and re-read. Go back through these pages and study. BUT reading alone won’t make the difference. You must apply what you read.

You must use what you learn. Do the exercises. Practice the procedures. Apply the principles. Read to inspire and motivate and learn how. Then do. The proper fruit of knowledge is action. To know and not to do is to not know. If you want to your life to change you must change things in your life.

You must put these methods to work. So keep reading, keep doing. Have fun, enjoy the process. Be patient and keep the faith. Great things are ahead. Claim your life back. Rule your brain and your life. Dictate the results you get. Become the author of your life and write happy chapters! Celebrate everything!” Rex Sikes

What If You Don’t Believe In Your Own Success

“People ask me, ‘what should I do if I don’t believe in the affirmation I am repeating?’ This actually is a great and an important question. There are a couple ways to think about it.

The point of the affirmation is to come to accept and believe the statement you are making. You are affirming with authority and intense positive feeling that what you say is what you are.

You may not believe it at first. That is normal. In repeating the affirmation you are working to change your thinking from what you don’t want to what you do want. You are learning something new.

What You Say Is What You Get

For example.  You have no money. You have been focused on the lack of money. Now you want to change that. In order to change it you begin to focus on abundance and wealth. You think differently.

So you claim, ‘I am rich’. But you may not believe that. It doesn’t ring true. That is okay.  It does run counter to the experience you have been paying attention to. It is foreign to you current practice.

If you doubt it or feel less than glorious you need to keep at it enough until you do feel wonderful claiming ‘I am rich’. THIS is the point. It will be at odds with your current experience.

You Become What You Think About

You never thought this way before. In order to get comfortable and accept it, and begin to live from it, you must repeat it enough over and over. You must send a clear signal to your brain I WANT THIS!

If you don’t yet feel incredible, intense marvelous feelings when you affirm and visualize there is work to do. Stick with it. Keep doing it. All good things come in time to those who persist.

It IS important to feel good when you visualize and affirm. If you think and affirm ‘I am rich’ and it feels wonderful, great! Keep at it. If it doesn’t feel good keep at it. Soon enough you will.

You Can Be, Do And Have Anything 

Do something to make yourself feel good when you affirm. Shout it. Ramp up the enthusiasm. Get excited. Jump up and down. Sing it. Whatever makes you feel good, utilize!

This might seem tough but by deliberately intend ing to feel good you are training yourself to. Work the muscle just as you would in physical exercise. Push it if you must. Have fun as you can!

Intend to believe the affirmation and intend to feel great while thinking and exclaiming it. Through the power of your will you are learning a massive amount of self control and valuable skills.

If You Think You Can Or You Think You Can’t You Are Right

Through repetition and strong emotion you are sending a clear, concise message to your brain this is what I am. This is who I am. This is what I believe. I AM RICH. Ultimately, your brain will get it.

You can search here for my work on Directed Questions™ which is another way to assist you in accepting the affirmation and getting what you want easily and swiftly. Incredibly valuable!  Look into it.

The point is you should want to learn to deliberately control your thoughts and feelings and do whatever it takes to gain that positive and powerful ability. Pay the price whatever it is.

Stop Being A Passenger In Life Become The Driver

It is your brain and your life. It is up to you what you make do with it. If you opt out of controlling your thoughts, as most people do, the alternative is you remain the same. Your thoughts control you.

If you chose to control it, while it may be somewhat difficult at first, ultimately it gets easier with practice and the benefits are incredible. Whether you do or don’t is completely up to you.

It will seem foreign, so what. Get used to it. You will through practice. That is the point of spaced repetition. Anything and everything you have ever learned you have learned this way.

Go Where You Decide To Go Don’t Be Taken For A Ride

I’ll save that discussion for another time. For now supercharge you affirmations with positive feelings. Find out how you can cheerfully and powerfully chant them with full expression. Have fun doing it!

The more omph you add the sooner they take hold. The quicker you make changes. The more you repeat the thoughts you want to believe the more you will believe them. You change your thinking.

Take charge and learn to think what you intend to think. Learn to be in charge instead of having your brain run on automatic old, negative programming. If you want it bad enough you will. It’s up to you.

Are You Up For A Challenge That Can Easily Transform How You Think And Live?

“Would you do something that could make a real difference for you in your life? Do you want to think, feel better and enjoy more? Are you up for a challenge? It will help you create  concentration, focus, energy and momentum. Well, are you? It’s completely up to you.

If yes, then decide on a positive affirmation or a mantra. You know, a declaration. A positive assertion. Something simple, something short. Make it a positive phrase that makes you feel great and go ‘oh yeah’ when you say it or think it. See below for examples.

Make sure to pick a powerful, juicy one for yourself. One that you believe is possible; one you believe you can have. Pick the best one you can think of that makes you feel marvelous. Now, commit to saying it as many times as possible during the day and night.

Energy Flows Where Your Attention Goes

When you get up, before you leave bed, say it 10, or 25 times. While brushing your teeth, shaving, showering, or otherwise occupied continue to focus on it and repeat it. While safely driving. Any time you drive repeat it. Think It! Say It! Feel It!  Believe It! Become It!

Say it out loud with great enthusiasm as often as you can each  day. Set a timer on your phone if you need a reminder. Before bed say it as much as you can prior to falling asleep. When with others at home or work silently repeat to yourself.

Do it. Again and again and commit to no fewer than 7 days. If you really want to give it a powerful go make it no fewer than 30 days. Pick one powerful affirmation and recite it with positive feelings as often as you can for at least the next seven to thirty days.

You Become What You Think About

Concentrate on your one idea as much as you can. If, during this time, you become aware of thinking neutral or less than glorious thoughts, shift to your mantra. The goal is to constantly occupy your thoughts with it. Stop neutral or less than glorious thinking.

Feel great repeating your mantra. Emotions are what make the affirmations work. Merely reciting anything without emotion is practically meaningless. Put some real juice or ‘omphh’  into this. The military makes use of repetition and strong emotions. You can too!

Imagine you are impressing this thought on your subconscious. You want it to grab hold of this positive message and ‘get it’. You deliver this message by repeating it as often as you can or will with positive emotions. Keep at it and your subconscious mind can and will get it.

What You Focus On Expands 

Chose an affirmation that makes you feel great. Such as, ‘I am awesome’. ‘I am unstoppable’. ‘I am powerful’. ‘I feel confident’. ‘I easily clean the house.’ ‘It is easy to find ways to make extra money’. ‘I am able to look people in the eye when speaking with them’.

‘I feel marvelous.’ I can eat healthy foods and feel great.’ ‘I can grow my business.’ ‘I feel marvelous’. ‘I am healthy.’ ‘I am rich in many ways’. ‘I have plenty of money’. Create your own. Make sure you feel it positively and you honestly believe it. Start with that in mind.

To boost its power imagine yourself, see yourself, already being or doing or having the good you desire. Take some time to visualize while you chant it. 5 or more minutes. I do it while on the treadmill at the gym. I set a walking pace, hold on, close my eyes and do it.

What You Think About You Bring About

I walk and hold on so I am safe. Then I imagine what I want while repeating the mantra to myself. If I am on the treadmill for an hour I have now exercised my mind and my body. I enjoy doing this. I also do it with eyes open on the treadmill and vary the speeds.

Do it for no less than 7 days. Honestly, commit to it. There is much you can discover about yourself by putting this into practice. You may be quite amazed. Feel free to keep it going longer. Become attuned or aware of new possibilities while taking this challenge.

If, after a while, or a few days, you feel like tweaking your mantra go ahead. If you feel you’d be better off changing it to one you believe more or feel better about go ahead. Make whatever adjustment you need to make it stronger. Begin the challenge over from that point.

What You Say Is What You Get

There is more to discuss, but nothing else you need. Think it as often as you can. See it. Speak it. Declare it. Feel good. Fill as much time as you can with this thought and positive feelings over the seven day period. Enjoy it. Stay open to discovery and enjoy it. You will!

Your Health Is Affected By PMA! What Is It? Why You Need It

“PMA? What does it mean to have PMA? Some people just do not understand. Do you really know what it is? Do you know how it affects you? You may not. Most people don’t. A lot are unaware. Many are mistaken.

A number of people think it means unrealistic magical, wishful thinking. Someone even wrote a book calling it unrealistic thinking. So why do we need a Positive Mental Attitude? Does it make a difference? Does it  matter?

It isn’t unrealistic at all if you know what it is. If you actually have a PMA and use it you couldn’t and wouldn’t write a book like that. You’d understand the difference between pie in the sky thinking an a PMA based on accurate evidence or fact and good reasoning.

If You Change The Way You Look At Things

That author mistakes PMA with wishful, magical, fanciful thinking. That author’s premise is that if you wish for something and then don’t get it you may feel worse off than had you  not wished at all. Perhaps. That has absolutely nothing to do with positive thinking.

Positive thinking is about action. You don’t sit and wish and hope. You put on your best ‘I can do it’ attitude and you work to make it happen. Yes, you may not succeed but you will have gotten further than if you sat in your room and hoped for it. Yes, it matters!

Positive thinking is about determination and overcoming obstacles. It eliminates negative thinking, downer thinking, depressed thinking, hopeless thinking, problem thinking in favor of positive, powerful, solution focused thought. It is about making things happen!

The Things You Look At Change

I enjoy this definition by Napoleon Hill, ‘It is a confident, constructive, sure, practical and forward moving disposition of the mind over and against any given circumstances. As we use the expression in this study a Positive Mental Attitude is the right mental attitude in any given situation.

It is composed of positive characteristics symbolized by such words as faith, integrity, hope, optimism, courage, initiative, generosity, tolerance, tact, kindness and good common sense.’

He further states,’To understand the importance of a Positive Mental Attitude in your life, consider the fact that it affects the tone of your voice, the expression of your face, the posture of your body, every thought you think, every word you speak.’

You Do Everything Better Thinking Positive Than Negative

‘It determines the nature of every emotion you feel. Everyone and everything that comes within the range of your personality is affected by your mental attitude.’

On top of this he states it is the most important component in developing, having or maintaining a pleasing personality.  From these statements you can begin to understand the importance of maintaining a positive mental attitude.

All of us can tell the difference between an energy vampire, a downer who sucks the life out of a room merely by entering it and one who uplifts and delights and supercharges the atmosphere simply by entering there too. We know the difference.

Every Day May Not Be Good But There Is Good In Every Day

While maintaining a positive mental attitude does not absolutely guarantee success in all circumstances we know a negative one likely insures failure. If you don’t think it will work you aren’t going to bother. If you don’t bother you don’t act, hence nothing changes.

By their fruits they are known. Some people say ‘by their works’. People can tell whether you are a positive, uplifting Paula or a Debbie Downer just by your presence. One type accomplishes things regardless of difficulty the other does not.

Thoughts generate attitude and attitude generates thought. It is a cycle. Negative thoughts generate negative. Positive generate more positive. Thoughts ARE things. Thoughts are powerful. You can’t escape the repercussions of your thoughts.

You Are Pretty Awesome Keep It Up

Thoughts affect every part of your physical being. They cause your body to react chemically from healthy to unhealthy. They can make you feel good and comfortable or anxious and afraid. You can feel like charging up a mountain, like making love, feeling peaceful or like fighting or fleeing. Thoughts affect your mental and physical health.

Angry thoughts can make your nostrils flare,  your face turn red, your teeth to clench, your heart and blood pressure rates to change. Science knows our thoughts affect us. A PMA is healthier than a negative one. Negative thoughts produce negative outcomes.

A PMA thinks, speaks and acts only to bless, heal and prosper oneself and others. A negative attitude whines, blames self, others and the world. The PMA is a healthier choice. It can make the difference in healing. If you don’t have one you can develop one.

Delight yourself and others! It is worth it! Cultivate a Can Do personality. Shine from the inside out. You’ll make more friends, achieve your dreams and have more fun with a pleasing personality and a positive mental attitude! Enjoy!” Rex Sikes

The Secret Knack Some Already Know: How You Can Get What You Want In Life

“Do you want a happening career? Do you want to get a great job? Would you like to be happier? Want more money? Are you interested in the good life? People try all sorts of things; they work really hard, hope, prayer, they bargain, try magic and the law of attraction.

How do you get what you want? Lot’s of people work hard but don’t get anywhere. They try all those things but still struggle. That is sad. I think they can have what they want if they work smarter not necessarily harder. They could stop trying and start getting instead. It is not that difficult once you understand how.

I don’t like the term ‘the law of attraction’ but  I use it occasionally to discuss what you can make happen. The practice is powerful and absolutely works but it is not the ‘instant magic pill’ people wish it to be.  When they find out ‘it’ doesn’t match their unrealistic expectations they quit, blame it for not working, and move on.

To Bring Anything Into Your Life Imagine It Is Already There 

When I say it isn’t magic I mean it doesn’t come from outside of you. No one waves a magic wand. It all stems from within you. It is a process and it requires time, so be patient. It is absolutely reliable. It does work AND it is completely up to you. What is the law of attraction then?

It is the harnessing and focusing of your internal mental powers. That means you focus on your goal with such desire, such passion, that all else falls away. You target your goal with laser like precision. All of your energy is devoted to making this come true. With your brain and your being you make it happen.

Your goal begins as an idea that you make real. You create it and then you fashion it. It is all you! You focus your energies and resources the same way you aim a magnifying glass to focus light and burn paper. That same paper can sit in unfocused daylight forever and never burn. You use the power of concentrated focus!

You Attract Whatever You Give Your Attention To

You marshall your resources and abilities. Your intention and attention is so devoted to what you want. Your subconscious works on this day and night. It comes up with ideas and plans for how you can accomplish it. You do not have to know how in order to begin. Your subconscious initiates these processes as you move forward.

As you act the ‘how’ is taken care of by you brain. It makes the connections and generates ideas for the how. Your may change your plans many times en route to your destination. Still, keep proceeding to where you want to get. Don’t give up. Don’t quit. If obstacles arise detour, but keep going. Persist.

Along the way you begin to understand that success never happens in isolation. If you are smart you do things that attract and enlist the aid of others. You develop your personality to be likable. You make certain you are someone others would want to help. You apply the Golden Rule for this purpose.

Energy Flows Where Your Attention Goes

You genuinely respect and like people. You go the extra mile and add value first. Help without having to be asked. Surround yourself with others who are smarter than you and who have talents and abilities you do not. That way you don’t need to know how to do everything because there are friendly others who can help you .

They support you because you support others. You celebrate each other. Together, you work in pursuit of your goal as a team. You are a valued player. Through cooperation you all move ahead. Life is wonderful because you surround yourself with positive and inspiring people. You are one too.

With your mind and energies focused your brain becomes alerted to others, events and opportunities that are beneficial.  Wonderful things come your way because you are more attractive. Friendliness, commitment, drive and your passion are attractive. This is how you attract opportunity to yourself like a magnet.

Whatever You Consistently Hold In Your Mind You Experience

You become a beacon, a  light others are drawn to. You evolved yourself. You make everything happen. You are responsible. You are a deliberate creator. You and the other people help you succeed. You discover and create opportunities. There is no reason to be egotistical. Together you make it.

You started it. You have to maintain it. Keep going until you have what you want.  Value your time and energy and use it wisely to accomplish your dreams. Because you have surrounded yourself with like minded dedicated people together you can discover more opportunity.

Enjoy this new good life as it  comes to you; that you draw your way. Celebrate and appreciate everything. Be thankful and express it freely. Remain humble and, yet, certain. Keep the faith always. Obstacles that arise are learning opportunities. Remember, all defeat is temporary unless you give up. So keep going.

You Are The Designer Of Your Destiny

Maintain your focus. Keep up your positive mental attitude and your positive, productive actions, behaviors and practices. Develop positive, reliable habits and eliminate the old worn out ones. Replace tired, chronic defeatist thinking with powerful, positive thoughts. It is far, far easier than you might even imagine.

You have evolved yourself and your life. Looking back you can connect the dots and see how you made it happen. While going through it keep the desire high and the faith high. Believe in yourself and you ability to go after and get what you want. Keep going no matter what.

When finished you will know the law of attraction works.You will have created and attracted what you want. Once you have put it all into practice it is easy to do again and again. Live the life of a creator. Your thoughts become things. What you focus on you get. It gets easier the 2nd, 3rd and 4th time. You develop the knack for it.

Turn Your Dreams Into Reality

Live with gratitude and appreciation. Help others. Most don’t and won’t ever live this way, but you can, if you only will. Celebrate and enjoy! Delight and make more moments marvelous. Have fun and enjoy all the good things you were born to enjoy. The world is your paradise. Love it and care for it. The Law Of Attraction is YOU!” Rex Sikes

Be A Deliberate Creator And Get What You Want From Your Career And Life!

“Why should you clarify your goals? Is it helpful to define your purpose? Is writing these down important? What does knowing what you want, specifically, do for you? What good does writing it down do? Is it important to plan? I get asked these questions a lot through the years.

Knowing what you specifically want enables you to make a detailed, precise mental image of what you are going for. It isn’t vague. It is specific. You fill it with detail. For example, if you wanted a new car, it is best to specify the exact make and model of the car.

How many doors, the color inside and out, the roof, the glass, the type of wheels and hubs. Every element of the car. Heated seats? If you are a car fan then your probably know all the specifics. That is great because you can see it more clearly.

Imagine driving in it. See your hands on the wheel, feel your grip  on the wheel. Feel the comfort of the seats. Notice the power and the drive. Imagine it fully. The more you are able to do that the more  you are on your way to getting it. Remember, you make it happen!

What You See And Say And Feel Is What You Get

Know exactly what you want. Know when you want it. How will you get it? You may not know this yet, but think about it. Dream about it. Come up with a plan. As you fantasize about getting the car of your dreams you mind will deliver to you a plan in whole or in part.

Listen, watch for it. Pay attention to your ideas and hunches. Keep notebook handy. What will you do in exchange for getting the car? How will you earn the money? Plan to get it and then you work the plan. Write it down. It helps your visualizations.

The more specific you are the more you activate those areas in your brain. Set a deadline when you want to have it. Between now and the deadline imagine what it is like to already own the car. See yourself driving it. Feel yourself driving it. Park it see yourself get out and into it.

Feel It Fully – Appreciate and Be Thankful

It is yours. How good does it feel? Feel it fully. What things do you say to yourself about your car? Did you name it? All the little things make a big difference. The more detail you imagine the more real it is to you. The more real it is in your mind the quicker you can make it happen.

Obsess about it! Enjoy it! Celebrate it. Be thankful for the car right now, that someday you will have. Celebrate and appreciate having it before you actually do in the outer world. Gratitude is so important. Feeling thankful for what you want, sends that message to the subconscious that this is important to me. You are feeling it!

Define your life purpose. Establish goals and benchmarks along the way. Have your long term important chief purpose and set goals you pick up along the way. 3 month goals, 6 month, 1 year, 3, 5 10 year goals. Whatever best works for you. Set daily and weekly goals. It work wonders. Get into the habit of thinking with intention.

Decide, ‘I will get these things done today.  I’ll finish these by the end of the week.’ Then work them off your list. Build good habits. Develop personal credibility with yourself. Never break a promise you make to anyone, especially your vows to you. Once you decide on what you intend to do follow through on it.

Always Do What You Say You Will – Follow Through

Hill stated in ‘A Year Of Growing Rich’, ‘The person who acts with purpose and a plan attracts opportunities. How can life give you anything if you don’t know what you want yourself?

How can others help you to succeed if you haven’t decided how to get there yourself? Only with definiteness of purpose will you be able to overcome the defeats and adversities that will stand in your way.’

Clarify what you want specifically. Write it down. Review it multiple times a day. Feel enthused, feel great feelings, as you review to provide your subconscious a clear example of what to marshall your resources around. If you can conceive it and believe it you can achieve it.

Make a practice of setting goals and getting them. You can start small if you wish then work your way up to medium and large.  Be specific and allow for something better. It is always wise to think, ‘This is what I want OR something better.’ Never demand how you make it happen.

Allow For Creativity And Spontaneity

Build you success history of accomplishment to look back on! Keep your word so that you are credible to yourself and others. Always follow through and make things happen. Be a CAN DO, intentional creator. Create what you want or something better.  Remember it is always up to you and no one else. YOU CAN be, do and have anything you desire. Why not dream big! Do You Have What It Takes To Succeed Big?

“People who acquire the ability to take full possession of their mind may take possession of everything else to which they are justly entitled.” said Napoleon Hill.

Hill studied over 500 of the most successful and richest people worldwide of his day, given entry from Andrew Carnegie who commissioned him to make the study.

From the study of the 500 certain behaviors, principles and laws, were extracted. These were then tested. Taught to others to see if they too could get the same or similar results. They did. It worked! Hill’s offering changed the world for many!

If It Is Possible For One Person It Is Possible For Any Person

Napoleon Hill, through his works and books, has been said to be responsible for the success and creation of more millionaires in history than anyone else. His works are just as relevant and applicable today as they were 80 years ago.

Hill and others have encouraged people to take possession of their own mind and make it give them the life they want. He taught how to develop and control one’s mind. It is the ONE thing in the universe over which a person MAY have complete control.

It is not unlike taming a wild beast. It takes dedication, patience and love. It takes persistence, repetition and reward. It may not be easy at times. The beast may appear to win some of the time but you must be in charge. The effort pays off big for those willing to pay the price.

Your Past Does Not Equal Your Future

It does not come cheap said  Hill. It costs you your time, energy, devotion and takes as long as it takes any individual. Some will be quicker than others for no known or apparent reason. If you are willing to commit to it, once learned, you can write your own ticket.

Through the process you control your mind, your emotions and learn how to aim and direct your mental faculties and behaviors at becoming successful. You must learn how to use your mind in a particular fashion.

The first step in becoming successful is knowing your Definite Chief Purpose in life. What are you born to do? Why are you here? What brings you the greatest amount of pleasure? What could you not live without doing or being?

You Must Be Willing To Pay The Price For Success

Through self examination, questioning, and reflection you determine you purpose. From there you set goals that are consistent with you fulfilling that purpose.  These goals can be stepping stones or rungs of the ladder to your ultimate destination.

You must want this more than anything. It must consume you. You must think on it day and night. You must imagine yourself already in possession of the good you desire. See, hear and feel your wants fulfilled. Visualize and affirm your success most of your time!

Feel those incredible feelings of gratitude and appreciation. It is through repeatedly thinking positively about it and feeling the good feelings you get your subconscious mind working on your behalf. Your subconscious is the gateway to getting your desires.

Correct Repetition Forms Reliable Positive Habits

It requires constant focus and repetition. You need to acquire the ability to maintain a positive mental attitude and stay focused on the acquisition of your desire regardless of what and while present circumstances may be contradictory.

You do that by developing an active faith. Not a religious belief in icons but the tenacious belief that you will have what you want. Because you KNOW someday you will have what you want you continue to strive toward making it happen without quitting.

One of the powerful practices to assist you along the way isn creating value for others. Going the extra mile or doing more than is expected of you, or more than your are being paid for AND following the Golden rule are critical.

Mastery Is An Ongoing Process Not A One Time Event

Through these practices and by developing and maintaining a pleasing personality Hill says you can attract to yourself others who are interested in helping you, support you and even invest in you or provide capital for your ventures.

You form a Master Mind Alliance. A small collection of  members are all of one deep abiding accord and work together in perfect harmony. Perfect Harmony is the key. The Master Mind works together in pursuit of one common goal in perfect harmony.

Otherwise, it is a mere collection of people interested in a topic It is popular these days since the term sounds important. These are not real mastermind alliances.  The true Master Mind Alliance exponentially enhances the members resources and abilities.

Success Breeds Success

It can because each member has different abilities pertinent to your pursuit. A Master Mind Alliance assembles based on the resources you need to fulfill your purpose. It’s not a club. A real Master Mind opens up incredible doorways you can’t begin to imagine.

Hill states that by cultivating these qualities and the ability to be a leader of your own self, make quick decisions based on accurate thinking and evidence, not gossip or opinion are important ingredients for making what you want to happen.

A leader must inspire others and must be willing to do whatever is asked of followers. A leader has to have a quality mindset and remain positive even when defeat appears imminent. One can not give up and run.

Learning: The More You Do The More You Are Able To Do

All in all Hills work is the science for learning how to make your career, your finances, your relationships and your life what you want them to be. It is simple but not always easy.

You must keep going and never quit. You develop the mind skills to learn from challenges instead of letting them defeat you. You pay a high price for all this but in the end the reward outweighs the price you paid.

Few will every take the journey. Many will begin but few will follow through. It is action and follow through that is important. If you want to drive to visit New York City you must keep going until you get there.

All Challenges Are Temporary – Failure Occurs When You Quit

If you quit anywhere along the way the truth is you stopped traveling toward you destination. You quit or gave up, whatever the reason. Some will say it is too difficult and never begin. Others will say it is all about money or not their values.

Everyone will have their own reason why or why not their life works or it doesn’t. Excuses and blaming others or circumstances will never get you the life or the riches or the relationships you desire. You must realize that.

Do not put it off until everything is right, or until you have enough knowledge, or friends, or money or whatever EXCUSE you use to delay moving forward, only DELAYS moving forward. The time is never right. The time is always NOW. There is no other time.

Now Is The Time – Right Here Is The Place – There Is No Other

Begin today. right where you are. You have everything you need right there within you to be a huge success. Yes, of course, you don’t believe it and you don’t know where it is otherwise you’d already be that big success. BUT YOU DO. Yes, it is like an acorn seed.

Everything about the mighty oak is contained in the seed. It simply has to be released. If released and nourished it will become an incredible oak tree. You will succeed when you release your inner resources and abilities and nourish those along the way.

Lastly, those who succeed, aren’t greedy. The true success doesn’t step on or crush others to win. The true success doesn’t need to. The genuine success celebrates the advancement of others, is not envious but realizes success never happens in isolation.

Success Never Happens Alone It Takes Cooperation From Others

It take others to succeed. The truly successful person succeeds with others and brings them along too. Celebration, gratitude and appreciation are inherent within those who are genuine. Enjoy being successful with others. Help them along.

Encourage and support. Reciprocate. Be kind, understanding and loving with people. Be relentless in your pursuit of your Definite Chief Purpose. Embody the principles, take possession of your mind and you can write your own ticket!” Rex Sikes

Is A Wonderful Manifestation Miracle In Store For You?

“Is something good going to happen for you? Do you feel it? Do you feel lucky? What is around the corner for you that you can’t see yet? Will it be fame or fortune? Will it be large or small? Will you be pleased or not so pleased? What do you expect to happen soon?

Well, what do you expect? Think on that a moment. What do you expect? What do you expect? It is known our expectations shape what we find. They literally put a frame around it. For example, if you expect to find smiles you are more apt to during the day.

If you expect to find frowns you are more apt to as well. If you expect to find money or be lucky you are more likely to than if you decide you won’t. What you think,see and say to yourself is what you get. Your declarations, your expectations matter.

What You See Is What You Get

What you believe will happen is more likely to happen. That is the job of the Reticular Activating System (RAS) to find the match in the outer world with what you believe and expect within. Your thoughts really do determine much of reality. Maybe all of it. Yes, all of it!

How many times have you had your worst fears confirmed? Sometimes, it wasn’t as bad as you expected but it still came about. Sometimes, what you hoped for wasn’t as good as you hoped but it still came about. Our thoughts shape our reality. They really do.

Set your mindset for the best. Develop an unshakeable positive mental attitude. Keep your mind on what you want and the good you want to have most of the time each day. Keep your mind off what you don’t want, off bad news and distractions. Limit negativity.

What You Say Is What You Get

Too often we think we are positive thinkers because we spend a couple minutes each day affirming some things. Most of the day is distracted, filled with petty annoyances, bad news from FB, TV, or media of some form. We listen to gossip or complain.

We aren’t nearly as positive as we think we are. When you are predominantly positive, when you think the finest thoughts and feel your best, when you are optimistic and enthused, you literally do radiate or vibrate at a higher frequency. People can tell. It’s true!

When you are delighted from within you are more apt to create, attract and manifest wonderful, delightful, serendipitous moments more often. You are attuned for it! It can be.  You make it happen. You shine bright, vibrate at high frequency and resonate with good!

Affirm It And Confirm It

It doesn’t matter whether you believe it comes from within you or the universe responds to your requests. You just need to be feeling wonderful and open to the possibility that you will get what you want. Open up to the possibility that magic is in store for you.

It most likely won’t happen unless you take action and begin the creative process. You initiate with your thinking and the rest reacts to you. You put it out and it comes back. Expect a miracle and you are more likely to find one. Live in enjoyment and delight all your days. Plant the seed reap the harvest. It works this way!

Celebrate and appreciate what you already have and you are bound to get more and get better. Celebrate the love and friendship in your life. Celebrate your health and vitality. Celebrate your career success. Celebrate your wealthy finances and abundance in all areas. Live like happy royalty within! Imagine It! Declare it! Affirm it!

See it, say it! Assert and affirm it. Then confirm it! Focus on it. Attend to it. Energy flows where your attention goes. Become it! You don’t get what you want you get what you are! If you are happy you get more in return! If you are rich you get more back! Live with gusto! Live, love, laugh, learn, prosper and celebrate. Enjoy all good things!” Rex Sikes

The Power In Positivity Is Immense: Don’t Miss Out!

“Pretend for a moment that the Law Of Attraction is absolutely valid. Imagine this IS how everything operates. You get what you spend most of your time thinking about or dwelling on. If it is positive you get back the positive. If it is negative you get back the negative. What if the universe works this way? Would you do it?

If there was only a 50/50 chance the Law Of Attraction is real wouldn’t you prefer to err on the positive. Wouldn’t you want to get the positive back instead of the negative? It takes no more energy to think positive than it does to think negative. Wouldn’t you want to get what you want instead of what you don’t want?

What You See Is What You Get

Why not decide for what feels best? Why not do whatever it takes to create the most enjoyable life and positive circumstances you are able to? That makes sense, right? Yet, people whine and complain that positive thinking is too hard. They complain their life sucks. The choice one has to make; Live a suck life or make it better!

If life sucks because you think positive thinking is too hard, or you think it doesn’t work, what are you left with? You don’t like where you are at. BUT In order to have something different you must DO something different. You can’t continue the same ole way and expect it to be something else. That is craziness! It doesn’t work.

What You Say Is What You Get

Positive thinking is about thinking good and feeling good. It is seeking the best in situations. It is believing the best about yourself, others and the world. It seems that, in and of itself, is incredibly valuable. It seems to me, for this reason alone it is worth doing. Start thinking positive and discover the power. Affirm the positive.

When you master the art of controlling your thinking; when you are able to aim it and direct it you are able to make your future wants a reality. Become the master of your thoughts and feelings because the pay off is incredible. You won’t know if you don’t master them. Feel good! Affirm what you want! Speak to bless, heal and prosper!

To Have Anything You Want In Life You Must Do This!

“Einstein purportedly said, ‘The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.’

However, it appears the quote actually belongs to Bob Samples, reflecting on ideas expressed by Einstein. We know Albert highly regarded the intuitive mind. He valued imagination over logic in many, many ways.

It may be that Samples was paraphrasing János Plesch who said, “When I examine myself and my methods of thought I come to the conclusion that the gift of fantasy has meant more to me than my talent for absorbing positive knowledge.’

If You Can Dream It You Can Be It

Einstein, did apparently say, at another time, ‘And certainly we should take care not to make the intellect our god; it has, of course, powerful muscles, but no personality. It cannot lead, it can only serve; and it is not fastidious in its choice of a leader.’

Okay, I have tried to provide some historical background for the sake of accuracy. Just a smidgen. I like the first quote whether brilliant Albert said it or not. I think there is much value in it. It may have been Bob Proctor who stated, ‘We look at the report card and let it control what we are like.’ I agree with this assessment too.

While we are all somewhat different on the outside, and from varied backgrounds, and individual programming and conditioning through environmental factors people are very much the same inside. Our conscious minds differ but our subconscious minds work the same.

What You See (Inside) Is What You Get

We have been conditioned or trained to use our senses to approach the world and believe that our senses don’t lie. In fact they do. Not just a little bit but a lot. Still, we believe them. We look at the world and think the world is what we see. We look at the report card and declare it so.

The fact is, everything originates within us. It is from within that we look out at the world. We have been trained to do it backwards and that is why we encounter so much difficulty being and doing and having what we want. It is from within that we make things happen.

This is why attitude and mindset determine how far one gets in life. This is why what we think is what we get. Because if we can’t think it, if we don’t conceive of it, we won’t ever know or imagine it is possible. It will be outside the range of our choices. It starts inside!

What You Say (To Yourself) Is What You Get

This is why if you focus on poverty it is unlikely you get rich. If you focus on disease it is unlikely you get well. If you focus on hate and violence it is unlikely you will have harmony and peace. What you focus on determines what you get. It begins on the inside of us.

Instead,  people look at their bank accounts and fear they won’t be able to make ends meet. That then becomes their destiny. They have decided they are stuck there and they can’t see a way out. AND THEY ARE CORRECT in that assessment. They will remain stuck.

BECAUSE that is what they are focused on. In order to get out of it you have to envision the way out of it. You need to imagine first the better life and focus on the better life. You have to imagine what you want day in and day out not what you do not want.

Declare It! Command It! Be In Charge! And So It Is

When you imagine clearly what you want you tell your subconscious mind what you want it to work on. You tell it to problem solve for you. You tell it to get to work creating the means by which you can have what you desire. When combined with strong positive emotion it will do as you tell it to.

OTHERWISE it will continue to create the means to keep you poor. BECAUSE that is what you tell it to do when you focus on being and by feeling poor. When you feel really badly about something you are telling your subconscious to give you more of that. This IS HOW it works. Your feelings and thoughts run the show.

The outer circumstances don’t dictate to us what the world is like we create our outer circumstances. What we think and how emotionally charged we are thinking about it determines what we get back. We determine our circumstances. I’m not suggesting that people born to poverty or in the ghetto. There are.

If It Is To Be It Is Up To Me

But there are those who don’t let their birth conditions rule their life, and there are those who do let it rule them. The difference is not in the birth conditions but in how one thinks about them. Some see them as the end point. ‘I was born poor I will always be poor.’ Yes, then they will always be that way.

Another uses the very same conditions as a launching pad to leave the conditions of birth behind. It is our thoughts that make the difference not what is going on around us. Millionaires and billionaires are made when the economy is good or when it is bad.

There are people born well who blow it. They become alcoholics, disturbed, or worse. They’re bred into the finest conditions but it is what they do within that determines what they make of it. It is NOT the outer world that makes us who we are. It’s OUR inner world. We become who we decide to become! It is always our choice!

Attitude Determines What You Do Or Don’t Do

Attitude determines whether you will or you won’t. ‘Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you are right’, said Henry Ford. ‘Imagination IS more important than knowledge,’ said Albert Einstein. We should honor the gift more than the servant. Use the inner to create the outer how you want it to be.

Within these blog pages, I have shared with you, in various ways, repeatedly, what you can do to live the good life IF you want that. Everything you need to live it is already within you. You simply have to tap into it! You only have to access you inner resources. You don’t have to be a victim of circumstances you can live as a victor, a winner and a champion.

You can be, do and have anything you think yourself into. Whatever the predominant thoughts are in your mind day and night is the world you create around yourself and for you. Circumstances are a reflection of what is going on inside you. From within to without.

If you don’t like your circumstances change your thinking about them. Dictate what the circumstances will be and YES your life will change. YOU be in charge. TAKE CONTROL! Become the captain of your soul and the master of your fate. Learn how to control your thinking and you will learn how to have anything you want in life!” Rex Sikes
