How To Quickly Manifest What You Want

“People often ask, ‘How do we create or manifest what we want?’ ‘Is there a way to attract to ourselves what we desire?’ They want to know if there are ways and how to work it all the more quickly. Can we reduce the time it takes to make things happen? What must we do?

The quickest way to become what you want to be in life is to say ‘I am’ that which you want to be. Declare it! ‘I am happy’; ‘I am successful’; ‘I am loving’; ‘I am healthy’.  What you think about you bring about. You can declare ‘I have health’; ‘I have wealth’; ‘I have everything I need to be happy and successful’. Affirm it!

‘I Am’ is creation. ‘I have’ is creation. You declare what you want as though you already have it. You imagine the good you desire in life and you affirm it. ‘I am’ is the spoken word you declare. ‘I am’ is the picture you seen in your mind. ‘I am’ is the feeling. Feel it fully!

Picture what you want as thought you already have it and savor the incredible feelings. Feeling are the key. Just repeating things endlessly makes no difference. You must see, say AND feel what it is like to already have that which you desire for the future.

Those feelings are the creative power. See it. Declare it done. Feel it fully. It is all three! It is the combination of all three,  pictures, your word, and feelings, that make your affirmations powerful. “As a man thinks in his heart so he is’.  Affirm what you want.

Declare what you want. Your affirmation is your mantra. Repeat it again and again. What you focus on expands. What you think about all day long you become! When you ‘act as if’ you already have you everything you desire and feel it fully your brain gets the message and works full steam to bring it about.

Then get out of the way and allow yourself to have it. You have to be able to receive without resistance. This is hard for many people. You have to believe it is on its way. If you get distracted and think about how your current circumstances are different from what you want you set up resistance. What you resist persists. Stop it!

If you want a new car declare it. Then accept it is on its way. If you do all the creating but then you keep complaining about the current car you are noticing the lack of the new car. Your focus is on what you don’t like and don’t enjoy.

If you knew you had a new car on order and that is is coming from the dealership you’d be eager for it. Without question. You would also know it was on its way without question. You wouldn’t doubt whether it was going to materialize. You know it is because you ordered it and the dealership is delivering it.

You’d feel great knowing you are the owner of this new car and excited about. If you won the lottery and you this for a fact. You’d be thrilled even though you haven’t received the money yet. You still know the money is yours because you won it. THIS FEELING of having it already is how we create what we want in life.

It is the steadfast focus on what you create and the wonderful feelings of possession that open the floodgates. The easiest way to get what you want is to simply feel the best you can most of the time. Live in celebration and gratitude. Love and enjoy everything. Then your mindset is incredibly positive and powerful.

You feel marvelous. If you feel marvelous most of the day, every day, whether or not you got your dreams everything would still be incredible. The secret is when you feel wonderful most of the time you are creating and inviting good things into your life. When you feel incredible life is incredible! This is the way to live!

To feel wonderful you must think wonderful. AND you must do those positive things that encourage positive feelings. Celebrate and be glad. When feeling down shift yourself out of it. Get yourself to feel at least a little bit better. Make yourself! Move toward delight until eventually you get there. Keep moving step by step. Bit by bit.

Dance, sing, play, laugh, skip, walk, do whatever you do to feel your best AND keep doing it. Enjoy life and everything about it! When you love it all you accept it all. You get out of the way so you can be gifted with all good things. You radiate, vibrate, magnetically attract and create because you are that kind of person. Life is grand!

You want to get the things you want as quick as possible? Stop focusing on lack. Stop being distracted with petty annoyances and daily frustrations that bring you down and tire you out. Live fully. Be alive. Have fun, feel good. Be of good cheer.

Be positive and thankful and everything will come your way most quickly. Live, love, laugh and celebrate everything! Live with passion and with zest and you can have everything you want!” Rex Sikes

A Secret I Learned To Keep From Spiraling Down And Out During Tough Times

“What do you do when things go awry? What do you do when the fan is hit hard? Times can get tough. There are obstacles and challenges. We all go through them. What can you do? How do you apply these principles to make a difference?

I can tell you what I do. I have been challenged recently in some big ways. Years ago it might have meant screeching to a halt or hitting the skids. Today, it is much, much different. It doesn’t mean challenges are less severe it means, sometimes, I handle them better.

I Take Control Of What I Imagine And What I Say To Myself

When I become aware that I am feeling down and out, or thinking negatively or beginning to wonder ‘why in the world am I going through this’ in that instant I realize I have a choice. I can continue to spiral down or to apply what I know works. I’m at a decision point.

When I am wise enough I apply what works. I give up. I accept that I have no clue what is going on. I let go as much as able and I remind myself ‘things always work out for the best for me.’ I know, it sounds trite but it is actually true. Things do work out for the best.

In the long run, that place far away that we can’t see yet, everything does seem to work out well.  I have written before that many times people look back at the ‘worst time’ in their life and state emphatically had it not been for that time they would not have and enjoy where they are right now.

What We Focus On Is What We Get

I know sometimes we have to really search to find the good or the lesson but it is hidden there as a seed. We just have to find it! When times are tough my mantra becomes ‘things always work out for the best’. I think ‘how come I am so lucky, so blessed and fortunate!’

I turn my attention to what I am grateful for and celebrate as much and as enthusiastically as I can. I make it a point to have faith that everything will resolve in a positive way even if I can’t see it or understand it. Somewhere, somehow, good will come of this.

Whether you believe it or not, whether it is accurate or not, really isn’t the point. It allows me to move through it faster and stay more resourceful. It helps me focus on  being productive and consider what I want and not spend time dwelling on what I don’t want.

Times can be very tough for any one of us. This is one of the best ways I know how to get through tough times. I know that every time times are tough I somehow manage better because between those times and during those times I apply these principles I am sharing as best I am able. Whew, did you get that?

Your Mind Is Obedient Once You Learn To Control It

This is one of the reasons I write so much about building positive habits because they will carry you  once established. There is strength in a strong foundation. It is also why I write about loving and praising yourself through difficult times or when mistakes are made. Criticism and self loathing doesn’t help any.

You know what? I don’t know why shit hits the fan. I don’t know why it rains on the rich and the poor or the good and the bad. I don’t! I know what I might believe about it. I know many different philosophic and scientific answers for why but I don’t know that any are true. I don’t think it really matters to know why.

I prefer to think somehow it is to wake us up. Whether by design or intelligence OR NOT, bad things happen and are opportunities to confront our programs and patterns and wake up to them. These events and circumstances challenge us to become aware and go beyond how we routinely react. So we can move into new ways of being.

The World And Her People Hold Mirrors Up For Us To See

While I may not immediately recognize them as such, I reframe the tough times as gifts. Blessings to help me examine myself and become better. The challenge for me is to look inward and not outward for the solution or the cause. I want to learn to respond with awareness not blame or accuse others or events.

Gifts to become more aware. Gifts to become free. Seems sad sometimes that we wake up through loss and tragedy but perhaps there is no other way to get our own attention. If nothing shakes us up we just go on doing what we have been conditioned to. So I think of less than glorious circumstances as a necessary evil.

I may resist them. Fight them. BUT when I surrender to them I always learn something and grow more. It hurts to grow sometimes. There are growing pangs. AND I certainly haven’t all the answers. Actually, I have very few. What I can have is faith in myself.

Turn Resistance Into Assistance

I can have faith that everything always does work out for the best, somehow in the long run. Then I begin to look for the blessing s and opportunities hidden inside these situations. Whether right or wrong I get more done. I don’t feel so bad and I stay on track. It is helpful for me to consider it this way. Attitude is everything.

Life is a series of adjusting to stay on course. Just as when you drive your car down a straight lane. You are always adjusting left and right to stay within the lines. So why should it be any different in anything else. If I get negative I adjust back toward the positive. I feel better. The more I make the adjustments the easier the next adjustment becomes. This is how habits are formed through positive repetition.

So, celebration, gratitude, looking for blessings and finding them in the midst of trouble is a skill we can develop. This too can become a habit. As said before, habits may be difficult to initiate but once formed they are difficult to break and they will carry you. What You Do Most Of The Time Determines Your Success

“Balance is important in much of what we do and how we live our lives. If we want to get ahead, be happier, healthier and more successful in career and life then we have to tip the scales in favor of those. We must do positive productive things repeatedly more often.

What we think and feel and do most of the time runs the show. We can’t be 50/50 and expect to be a champion. We need to give it our all to be a winner. We need to spend most of our time practicing the principles that bring us what we want in life. That’s just the way it is.

80/20 Is A Good Point To Keep In Mind

A coaching client said to me recently, ‘I try to be positive all the time. Life is so much better when I am not negative. It seems hard, however, and I have to know do positive people ever have negative thoughts?’ I answered, ‘I suppose. That depends on the individual.’

Certainly, I can’t answer for all. However, it is a good bet that they do. Given how most of us are raised, even with the best of intentions by the best parents, we have picked up limited thinking from others around us. That is just the way it is. No point complaining or blaming.

There is no use getting upset about the way of the world. That just adds fuel to the fire. The reality is anything and everything is possible. Some people have more and others have less advantages. So what, the opportunity is to make the best with what you have.

The More You Do The More You Can Do

To complain, resent or worry about it doesn’t change it. However, getting upset may be the catalyst for our own personal changes. Sometimes, we end up feeling ‘okay enough of this’ and we resolve to be different. We move forward once we have had enough.

The most positive people I know, who have been my mentors, have had negative thoughts from time to time. By their own admission they did so. They just do not let the negative thoughts run away on them. They do not let negative thoughts rule their lives. Nope, no way!

Once they notice them and recognize them for what they are move on. The steer back to the positive thoughts. They use the negative thoughts or feelings as a signal to make some changes in what they are thinking or doing. They really do understand them as signals.

Today You Are Where Your Thoughts Brought You

They use the ‘less than glorious’ a signal that they have gotten off course. They recognize that an opportunity has presented itself. How soon this occurs for each of them, or each of us, depends on how good we have gotten noticing and shifting back. It is up to us.

Changing our thinking takes awareness and skill. The most positive people I know are positive because they deliberately take charge of their mental processes. What is natural or haphazard for most people they  have learned to make deliberate.

They are in control of. They are in charge. All of us can get down. Time is the great healer. At some point we get over things. Then we feel better again until something else happens and we don’t again. We live like a cork bobbing on the water influenced by outside forces.

Tomorrow You Will Be Where Your Thoughts Take You

The positive people I know don’t allow the outside forces to have much control over their internal state. Sure, from time to time it may. Sometimes, people get dealt a really difficult blow. In general though, the positive people control their thinking and responses.

They have learned by trial and error to develop positive habits that support them. I know no one who claims it happened over night. For every single person  it is a process. It took dedication and deliberate work to make it reliable and automatic. Yes, it can and does!

So when they do have negative thoughts or feelings the positive person is not a victim of them. The positive person examines them only long enough to determine whether there is useful feedback and then moves on. Anyone of us can learn to change our thinking.

You Can’t Escape Your Thoughts

Anyone of us can learn to control our thinking and feelings in positive and powerful ways. The questions is will we? No one has to if they don’t want to but if life is not everything you want it to be or have hoped for there is a way to make it better. Anyone can.

Life can become much more glorious. When you become positive MOST of the time there is a wonderful quality to it that we otherwise seem to miss. The opportunity before each of us is in learning how to make it mostly positive and to live powerfully.

I think learning to take control of our thinking is one of the most profound, glorious and exciting things we can discover and do. I am in awe most every day! When negative thoughts or feelings do arise, and they do, we run they show, our thoughts don’t. You’re in charge!

You Can Control Your Thoughts

For most all of us that is a pretty BIG deal. I don’t even know how to describe it. It is wonderful. As I have been known to say, do it! Do it. And do it step by step. What you discover will amaze you. Drop by drop fills the tub. You will have what you want when you persist.

There does comes a time when automatic positive habits rule the day and less effort is required. You naturally are more positive most of the time. Things get easy and require less attention. I didn’t say no attention but far less. When negativity arises you change it back.

As you make the changes you want life will become more and more incredible. There is no way to put words to it. When each day becomes a celebration and each moment an opportunity to enjoy it more life is good! Live it! Live, love, laugh and enjoy!” Rex Sikes

A Realist Never Flew – It Took A Dreamer To Make It Possible: Which Are You?

“There are those who say ‘I am a realist when it comes to thinking’. Interestingly enough, a realist may see what is there but only a visionary can see what can be.

One may be good at recognizing what is present. The other builds the future. All innovation stems from visionaries and dreamers, who saw what needed to be added to the present. They sought to  make it better.

A realist never flew. A dreamer made it possible. Become a dreamer. Look around you and be glad for all of it. Celebrate it. Then add to it. Dream big. Think beyond the boundaries. It all first begins as a thought!

Napoleon Hill said, ‘If you can conceive it and believe it you can achieve it.’  Everything in the human world is first conceived of as a thought, a possibility. It only comes into being in reality when creators believe it is possible.

What you think about you can bring about. From the inside to the outside is the process of creation. The results you get are first born between your ears. If you see it in your mind you can hold it in your hand.

So dream big. Believe it is possible. Make it happen. Oliver Wendall Holmes stated, ‘A mind stretched to a new idea can never go back to it’s original dimension.’ When it comes to you and your life dare to go beyond what you already know into something truly incredible!

What You See Is What You Get: How To See It!

“How do you make changes and get what you want? That seems to be on a lot of minds? What do I do? How should I think about it? What if I don’t visualize well? Can you help me? These and other questions I get asked a lot by clients and at speaking events or workshops.

Yesterday, a client emailed me asking how to think about getting a new job. How should she create it in her mind or use the Law Of Attraction to land the kind of ideal job she wants. Should she use a vision board? What can she do?

She stated she doesn’t see her pictures. I thought I’d include the answer here as a sample of what you can do. I said, YES, a vision board can help. Absolutely, this is a great practice. Plus, she has had success using one in the past. SO that is good news.

Writing Helps You Visualize

I also suggested the person visualize what they wanted ‘as if’ they already had it all right now. Life is perfect and she is working the perfect job. Imagine what that is like in detail. Because she stated she didn’t see anything I suggested she write it in a journal. Not only once but write it down daily. This is an amazing practice.

Record what she experienced and how she feels when everything is perfect. Fully Imagine already having that perfect job. Describe it in detail. Write down what she does, who is around her, what it is like working there AND HOW IT FEELS!

I gave her some sample text instructing her to put it in her own words. After all, it is her perfect job, not mine. I suggested  she might write some things like this. ‘I love my co-workers they are so cool. I appreciate how we support each other and interact. I look forward each day to seeing them.’

‘I love going to work it makes me feel extra special. I smile as I approach the place because I know I will have a great day with great people doing work and helping others.’

It Is What You Are Feeling That Is Most Important

‘I love the money this new job pays me. I enjoy having money coming in. Imagine being able to do something I enjoy so much and make good money doing it. I am blessed.’

So each day write more about it. Each day write and feel wonderful for five minutes or more. The more the better. As long as you feel the wonderful feelings while you are doing it. It is all about the feelings you have.

I explained that you write to help yourself visualize what you want and to feel all the incredible feelings you would feel as you live this reality. Remember, you are answering the question, ‘if life were perfect how would you feel?’ What are you doing and what are you grateful for?

We Are Always Using Affirmations 

I then suggested she use ‘I am’ and ‘I have’ statements to continue to create what she wants. Anything that follows ‘I am’ or ‘I have’ is what we experience. Unfortunately, too many people make horribly negative ‘I am’ and ‘I have’ statements.

People affirm what they don’t want all the time. They say things such as, ‘I am broke.’ ‘I have no money.’ ‘I have too many bills.’ ‘I am stupid’ or ‘Why am I so stupid?’ the sad list goes on and on. It is no wonder they keep getting more of the same. Birds of a feather flock together.

I suggested these statements as example. ‘I am happy in my job. I have lots of happy experiences because of the people I am interacting with. I am contributing and adding value to my employers. This always makes me feel wonderful.’

Learn To Use Affirmations To Get What You Want

‘I have all the right talents to work in this arena. I am confident and happy. I love and appreciate everything this job brings me. I attract the right people to me. I am surrounded by good friends. I am brave and confident.’

‘I can control my thoughts. I am in charge. I can learn to do anything I put my mind to. I am resourceful. I have all the money I need and more keeps coming to me. I feel secure. I am creative. I am peaceful and relaxed.’

I told her you can do this! Watch your thoughts and feelings. Whenever you are feeling less than glorious change what you are thinking about to something positive. Stop the negativity. Rephrase whatever you are thinking about into the positive.

Learn to Use ‘As If’ To Create The Results You Want

Your feelings are a great indicator of your thoughts. Your feelings let you know, whether you feel good or not, whether you are thinking positive or not. Less than good means less than positive. Stop, take a breath and change it.

Ask positive Directed Questions™ which lead your mind where you want it to go. If at first, you have difficulty accepting or believing the other powerful affirmations use questions.  ‘How soon can I enjoy discovering how truly resourceful I am?’

‘In how many ways can I find myself feeling blessed and excited?’ “How quickly will I amaze myself to find many different things I feel truly grateful for?’ ‘As I go through my day I wonder how surprised I might be to discover how much fun I can have that puts a smile on my face and a song in my heart?’

Use Intentional Thinking Don’t Be Haphazard

Count your blessings and feel blessed. Take my examples and come up with your own. Watch what you think and say to yourself.  If it is less than glorious or what you DO NOT WANT change it.  Be in charge of your own mind. Think positive and keep thinking positive. Make it a habit by repeating it again and again.

You can do this! Drop by drop fills the tub. Think all blessings! Celebrate and enjoy! You will be amazed at how quickly you can create or attract and live the kind of life you want to live. When you aim your mind positively your mind finds opportunity and advantages in the outer world you would have otherwise missed.

Get your mind working for you. Program it to work for you. Write in your journal. Make positive affirmations and questions emphatically with positive emotion and enthusiasm. Once a habit it will continue to work for you automatically. Great News! DO IT!!!” Rex Sikes

What You Should Do: The Best Way To Spend Your Time!

“What is most important? What should a person do? How best to use their time? These and other questions are certainly important.  Often, I am asked to consult or give advice. I am happy to provided I can be of service and provide value. I will attempt to answer these questions to the best of my ability.

The life you are living. You and your relationships. The people closest to you. These are important. If I had one word to give as advice that word would be ‘live’. Live your life fully. Make the most of the little moments and enjoy everything. Live, celebrate and live.

It is far too short to spend time worrying about what isn’t, what you don’t want and don’t have. What is important is to enjoy this experience as much as possible. Fill your life with love, laughter and lightness. Leave the seriousness behind. Drop anything that doesn’t make you feel better. Happiness is a choice. Choose it!

Sure, you have to pay bills and do what is necessary to live in society. So do it and learn to enjoy life anyway. You can either hate what you have to do or enjoy it. Make the best of it or at least don’t let it get you down. Spend less time in misery and more time enjoying.

Delight, love, live, laugh, learn, have as much fun and fascination as possible. Play and relax. You only go around once! Make the most of it. Celebrate, appreciate and be grateful.  Spend time with the people who you love and appreciate most doing things you enjoy.

It is so simple. Spend more of your time feeling good and life will be good. It is a no brainer. Focus on that which makes you feel wonderful. Think thoughts that make you feel good. Be positive and enjoy. It is simple. Be more positive than negative, more joyful than sad, more peaceful than angry. Be curious and play as a child does.

It is your life. You don’t have to, of course. It is only a suggestion for how you may want to spend the time you have here.  The more fun you have the more you can have. Don’t shirk your responsibilities simply add pleasure in more often. Stop being so serious. LIVE!!!” Rex Sikes

What Can You Do To Improve Today?

“What can you do today that will move you closer to being, doing and having what you want for your career and life? What small steps can you take today? What will you do? When it comes down to it it is up to you.

What can you do today to enjoy life a little bit more? What tiny change can you make that will allow you to focus on feeling delighted and celebrate your life right where you are at?

What can you do today that will put a smile on the lips of someone you know? What can you do to help this person feel better? Perhaps, you could help them finish or accomplish a project. Maybe, together, you could  begin something important.

What can you do today that will put a smile on the lips of someone you do not know?  A complete stranger. How can you be of benefit to this person? What might you do that would help them out?

What can you do to make the world a little nicer, a little better and a happier place? What might you do today? It doesn’t have to be something big and great. Some times it is the little things that really make a difference. What will you do today?

This Is Why You Are Getting What You Do Not Want!

“Are you getting what you don’t want more of the time? It seems like you struggle or try to do everything right but it is difficult getting ahead. You want more of the good life but it just is not happening as you hope it would. Perhaps, you get some good results but not consistently and you would like to. Is this you?

Would you like to learn how to make work? You may not like what you learn. However, if you take the following information to heart and apply it appropriately you can make incredible changes and advances. You can make your career, your life, your everything so much better. Would you like that? Then, please pay attention.

You Are Already Doing It Whether You Know It Or Not

Affirmations and autosuggestion are working all the time. Whether you practice them or not they are working. You realize this don’t you? Affirmations and autosuggestion are not things you do but rather things you use and direct. They are always ongoing no matter what.

Affirmations are statements. We affirm whatever is. We can say, ‘I like it’; or ‘I hate it’. ‘I want it’; or ‘I don’t want it’. ‘I am rich’; or ‘I am broke’. ‘I am healthy’; or ‘I am sick’. Affirmations are whatever we declare, good or bad, wanted or unwanted. What are you declaring?

Autosuggestion is the process of repeating an affirmation coupled with strong emotion. If we are happy or confident or enthused and we repeatedly think or see inside our mind and/or exclaim to ourself (self-talk) or out loud, ‘I like it’; or ‘I want it’; or I am rich’; or I am healthy’, that is what we are suggesting to ourselves.

Affirmations And Autosuggestions Are Always Ongoing

Unfortunately, many people see what they don’t want, or what is bad in their lives and affirm these coupled with strong negative emotions. Intense emotions signal the subconscious mind to pay attention and produce more of the same. It doesn’t care whether it is good or bad it just knows to bring on more.

If we regularly do this, if we repeatedly think to ourselves, ‘I am broke’; ‘I have too much debt’; ‘I’ll never get out from under this’; we are suggestion to ourselves the very things we prefer to avoid. We are creating more of everything we don’t want because coupled with our affirmations are the strong signal emotions.

It is autosuggestion. It is the process of suggesting to ourselves what we are, what we do or what we want OR what we don’t want. ‘I am broke’; ‘I am sick’ etc.  If you routinely think and say and feel these things you make them a habit. You are auto-matically suggesting these to yourself. Get it? You are using autosuggestion to affirm.

It Is Not If But When

What are you regularly repeating to yourself with strong emotion? Whatever it is IS habit. You become what you think about most! What you focus on expands! Birds of a feather flock together. What you think about you bring about. It doesn’t matter whether what you think about is positive or negative you bring it about. Get it?

Let me repeat, because this is important. It is not whether you use affirmations because you already are. It is  HOW you use affirmations that makes all the difference in the world. You can’t not use them. It is not whether you autosuggest or you don’t. You are always autosuggesting. The questions is what are you suggesting?

You can’t stop these processes! You can not stop these but you can direct them. Don’t you think it is time you learned how to direct and use these for your benefit? You can make changes immediately. You can change your life right this moment by changing what you focus on and how you direct your mind.

Whatever You Think About Most Is What You Get

If, like most people, you think about your life situation and imagine it and feel really bad you are producing more of the very thing you do not want. If you think,  ‘I don’t want to be broke’ while picturing being broke and feeling awful about it your brain doesn’t pay attention to the ‘don’t’ part of the message.

The brain only gets the images of being broke coupled with the strong feelings. Do you understand? It is what you routinely and regularly and habitually send to your brain in the form of emotional messages that the brain reproduces. You create your reality by what you tell your brain to do. What you see is what you get!

If you act broke, you think broke, you say you are broke, you imagine the consequences of being broke and in debt, you feel broke and you hate it intensely you will stay broke. You can hope all the while expecting something better to happen for you but you will remain broke. What you say is what you get! What you feel is what you get!

You Can’t Get Uphill Thinking Downhill Thoughts

How can it be any different when everything you do supports staying in the very place you don’t want to be in.  Everything you are doing is focused on being broke. You are affirming being and staying broke.  You are autosuggesting staying broke. That is the powerful message your brain is getting most of the time. Get it?

So the brain produces more of the same. It doesn’t know that consciously you don’t want that. It just sees the image and knows there are strong feelings attached to it. The more you repeat this, worrying about bills or being poor the more you reinforce it. It is negative autosuggestion and negative affirmations. AND it works!

People are strongly affirming what they don’t want all the time. They are getting getting what they don’t want. Feelings run the show and make affirmations work. The stronger the feelings the better they work.  This is what IS going on!  So how do you make your life better?

Increase Or Decrease – Positive Or Negative – You Decide

You now know. You must affirm what you do want. You must affirm the positive positively and feel good while doing it.  You must stay focused on what you do want and the good feelings more of the time than otherwise. Is it work? Yes. Is it easy? Not so much BUT it is very simple. If you want it strongly enough you will do it.

If it is important to you to be, do and have whatever you want you will do what is necessary to bring it about. OR you will keep on doing the negative autosuggestion until life sucks so much that out of desperation you finally make the changes. Either way, the process is available for you to direct whenever you are ready to. I hope it’s soon!” Rex Sikes

Want To Get Your Goals Faster? Do This Now!

“Would you like to add some power to your ability to create what you want in your career and life? How would you like to make it easier? Wouldn’t it be wonderful to get on track and be congruent with your desires? Time to start getting the results you want.

Do the following and you can make a big difference in creating what you want. Visualize your goal as already accomplished. See yourself living the life you dreamed of right now. Don’t imagine it as something you will have some day. Imagine it as if you already have it and live it right now.

Stop putting it off. Make it NOW in your mental movie theater. Imagine your life as perfect right now. Imagine you have everything you wanted HOW does it feel? Feel it! Notice how good it feels. Notice where you feel it. How you feel it. Savor and enjoy these feelings.

It Is Now Not Off In The Future

Feel how good it feels to have made this come true! These feelings are the feelings you want to feel most of the time. When you fill most of your hours feeling these feelings you put yourself on the fast track for making it a reality. Celebrate and appreciate!

Sadly, most people put off feeling great in life until after they get what they want. They wait and wait and wait. HOW we make it happen is to feel what it is like to have it before it actually arrives. I know that seems weird but that is the secret to getting what you want. In your mind act as if you already have everything you want.

Enjoy these feelings. Celebrate having everything you dreamed of. Feel the feelings. Enjoy the life you are living in your imagination. Imagine you have everything you want. You made it happen! Isn’t that incredible? What are your thoughts and feelings about this?

Feel These Feelings Most Of The Time 

This is an important ingredient in creation. What are you thinking and feeling now that you have it. Believe me it would be different once it arrived than while waiting. What are you seeing, hearing and feeling now that it has arrived. What do you say to yourself?

LIVE in your mind in as much detail as you can everything that you’d be thinking, feeling and doing. It helps to write it in a journal. Do that and read it or write more about it each day. Make it vivid and real for yourself.

Imagine it is a week or two after you got it. It could even be a month or more. You have accepted it all as ‘WOW, it happened! This is my life from here on out!” You are enjoying it and secure in having it. For example, you moved into your dream house and now you have been there awhile. You know it well. It feels incredible!

Live It In Your Mental Movie Theater At Least 2 Times A Day

Imagine all the people who have come up to you and congratulated you and are excited for you during this time. From the moment your dreams came true people have been excited for you. Feel them shake your hand and hug you. Feel the celebration and gratitude!

Hear what they say. Here what you say in return. Some one comes up to you and sits you down and asks you how it feels? They ask, ‘what it is like? What did you do to make this all happen?’ Listen and learn from your answers. Listen from discussion that ensues as you describe what it is like to have made all your dreams a reality!” Rex Sikes

What Being Thankful Can Do For You

“What are you grateful for? There are so many people and so many things to appreciate? Can you list a few? Who do you appreciate? What experiences in your life have blessed you? What things in life are you thankful you have?

Could you do that every day? Spend some time feeling grateful? Especially prior to bed could you do this? It is such an amazing practice. The more you can feel truly grateful the more life becomes incredible. Feeling blessed is transformation. Feeling blessed opens the way for all good things in life!

I am so grateful for so many blessings in my life. My children, my family and friends, my career, all of my experiences that have led me to today. Thanks for those that are good and those one wouldn’t think of as good but which actually are. All experiences good and bad. Everything!

The Attitude Is Gratitude

Thank you readers! Thank you who spend time with me. Thanks to you, who in whatever ways, put into practice some of the principles shared here. Thank you for taking time each day to inspire yourself and others. Thanks for the comments. Thanks to you who share this blog so others can benefit. You all are a blessing!

I appreciate you even if I do not personally know you. The more we positively influence each other the more pockets of positivity that form and grow in our world. The more people who are positive the more powerful changes we can make. Birds of a feather flock together.

We can be a force that helps make the world a better place within our own community and without. You can be a force that helps change the world by outreach. While we may never meet in person we are on the same team that helps the world become a better place.

Magic Happens When You Can Celebrate Everything

Heck, it is already a really marvelous place! People may gunk it up with their limitations and greed but together we can change that. The world is still marvelous! We can be influencers for positive change. We can dream our goals and achieve them together.  What we focus on expands.

It begins with the idea. If we are inspired to live better and make a better place for ourselves and our children then we can. We can accomplish what we set out to as long as we keep at it and do not quit. So I thank you for being part of a community of people who want to live better, work better, play better, and relate better.

So today, let us celebrate. Celebrate being together. Celebrate all the wonderful people in your life. Celebrate your experiences. Celebrate all the things you have. Stop, pause and truly be grateful. Enjoy it, delight in all of it. Transformation occurs inside appreciation!” Rex Sikes
