How To Treat Important People In Your Life!

“Consider the people in your life. If there is something positive you wanted to tell someone, tell them. Invest in your important people. Invest in your relationships. Realize how fortunate you are to have them in your life. What would life be like without them?

If you need to repair or work out issues between you decide how you can improve the situation so it leaves you both better off. Explore how you can better communicate and spend time together. Forgive those you need to and ask for the forgiveness you need. Better to forgive and forget than poison oneself with a grudge.

Practice the Golden Rule.  It is a powerful way to change yourself. When you seek to first offer the best to others without reserve, without judgement you elevate yourself. What you send out you get back. Hold others in the highest possible esteem and you raise your own. Practice compassion and understanding. Go First!

Help others. Help them in thought and word and deed. Bless, heal and prosper in all that you do. Share it forward and do good things just for the sake of doing good things. Help make others happy, peaceful and successful and you will enjoy the same. Like attracts like. You plant positive seeds when you ‘pay it forward’.

Spend time with and put your family first. Let them know how much you care and that you are lucky to have them. They care about you even if you don’t think they do. Strengthen your ties to these people closest to you. Tell them you love and appreciate them. Actions speak louder than words. Then do the same with your friends.

Take some time to meet new people who can help open new opportunities for you, and you them, whether it is social or business. Whether you meet in a gym, a party, the office or on a bus you never know who you might meet that will impact your life in positive ways or you theirs. Seek people who uplift you and inspire you. Birds of a feather flock together. Find good, positive, caring, successful friends.

Separate yourself or spend less time with those who drain you or bring you down.  Make sure you aren’t just avoiding those who challenge you to be better or offer honest feedback. Sometimes people have important things we should hear and pay attention to.

Cut out those who only take from you and give you nothing in return. Some people are energy vampires who suck energy, emotions, money, time and well being from others. If you can’t avoid certain people, don’t buy into complaining or whining, yours or theirs. Stay positively focused. Concentrate on the good.

Help a stranger. Do something nice. It can be an individual you smile at, share a laugh with, or contribute to in some way. You might open a door for someone or volunteer at a hospital or for a children’s center or a shelter. Giving to and helping others not only benefits them it benefits you. The world is better off when we assist each other.

Surround yourself with your loved and cherished family. Hang out with old and new friends that make you feel incredible. Help them feel incredible, be there for each other. Accept them without judging. Let them be totally who they are without conditions.

Seek the best together and enjoy each other the most. Make every person you keep around someone you choose to keep around. Love them. Add value to them and value them beyond anything else. Realize how lucky you are! Enjoy your important people” Rex Sikes

9 More Easy Ways To Program Yourself For Success!

“Today we continue to explore powerful ways you can program yourself for success in life. Here are another 9 that will help you raise your vibrations, your attitude and abilities to move forward and succeed in whatever area you want to. There is no particular order to implement any of these. Although you should first get clear on what you want to be, do and have. Knowing this before you begin is important. You want to know where you are supposed to end up prior to beginning your travels. It is the same with your dreams. Then you can visualize, affirm and take action to make them happen.

All the other steps can be done in any order. Little by little or a lot at once. Sometimes it is easier to work on tough things, get them out of the way and move on to the little things remaining. Other times, you might want to prepare, take care of the little things, have some fun and work your way into the larger issues. Whichever way you choose is up to you. Add these into your life as you wish. When you do you will discover their power and their long term far reaching effects.

1. Sing, draw, create. Sculpt, play music. Write in a journal with pen and paper. Have some positive hobbies or crafts and arts you can do, that you enjoy and that bring you and possibly others delight. Get lost in your own creativity and imagination. Let go, have fun, be as a child. Relax, meditate, do some yoga. Chill, give yourself a positive time out and take a break. Go into your creativity and imagination.

2. Smile, giggle and laugh more each day! Laughing a lot is incredibly energizing and transforming. Let go! Enjoy. A great way to begin the day is to sit in your room somewhere and laugh out loud for at least 5 minutes. More if you have the time. It changes your breathing, you get more oxygen and you use your diaphragm. It makes you feel more alive and puts a smile on your face. Laughter is fabulous medicine. Take a good dose whenever you can!

3. Obstacles,challenges and mistakes provide opportunities and life lessons. Look for both and learn from them. Your RAS will help you to notice what you might otherwise miss. Keep your attention on your dreams as previously described. Concentrate on what you want. Mistakes you make give you feedback so that you can adjust what you are doing. Be flexible. Be adaptable.Reframe them all as an opportunity to develop new skills and awareness. Life may hurl a number of things at you but opportunity favors a prepared mind. Learn from challenges and mistakes!  It will enable you to respond more resourcefully now and in the future.

Understand that troubles will always arise. Things you acquire can be taken from you. Who you are, who you evolve to be, can never be stripped from you. It is not what you have or don’t have that is so important it is the kind of person you are. Learn to take on challenges by looking for the solutions. Aim high and you will find the best. Look for the silver lining in each dark cloud. It is who you are, your attitude, your mindset, your resourcefulness that makes all the difference!

4. Enjoy being you and the life you have. De-stress. Live to the fullest. Find the best feelings! Have fun and spend time with loved ones. Make it quality time, Talk and meet loved ones heart to heart. Look into their eyes and enjoy the connection. Hug, smile and laugh together. Snuggle.  Visit some nice places, get out and about but make sure dedicate time to one another. Have fun together. Delight!

Listen more and talk less. Find out what is important to the people you care about. Nurture them, help them over a difficulty or with something enjoyable. Give to them more of the excellent you and less of the busy you. Give whenever you can because you get back so much more when you do. They’ll appreciate it and so will you.

5. Let go, forgive and forget grievances. Stop carrying baggage whether it is moments old or decades. Stop letting old wounds and scars dictate your present life and your future. The energy you spent protecting yourself, surviving, and resisting what was could be better spent living joyously and fully. Be free. Be totally free!

The only way is to drop your grudges and hurts. You can’t hang onto something if you dropped it. So drop it! Forgive! Forgiving does more for you than it does for the person you forgive. Letting go is FOR YOU more than for anyone else.

Letting go can be for others if your hurts and baggage are affecting your loved ones and their home life too. It can affect them. Do not to let it interfere with the people you love most. Let go for them. Resolve to make the changes you need to in order to live free for yourself so that they too can live free. Your cares are their cares! Help them over your hurts so they can live free too! Then everyone can enjoy the feeling of that release.

6. Forgive yourself. Let go of regrets about what you should have or should not have done. Learn from your mistakes and don’t repeat them. Mistakes are fine they help teach us as we go along. What happened back then was the you back then ‘the old you’. This is you now. Let go and realize that you don’t have to hang onto the past.

Accept yourself. Accept who you are today. Accept the person who you want to become. Aim at being the best you and move in that direction. Celebrate your forgiveness and acceptance. Celebrate yourself and be grateful for everything you have created in your life. Take 100% responsibility and move forward. It is powerful to recognize your role as creator!

Perhaps, you created alot you didn’t want, that you didn’t intend and didn’t like. That’s okay, everyone has. NOW begin creating what you do want, create you do intend and that you will like. If you were able to bring all that about in your past even when you did not want it you can bring about great things in the future! Imagine if you used your powers for good! Just concentrate now on creating the good life for yourself and others.

7. Love yourself! Appreciate yourself. Celebrate everything. Live in joy, happiness and well being. Nurture your mind, your body, your emotions and your spirit. Choose the best feelings and savor them. Make your moments count. Treat yourself well. Gift yourself in some fashion. Take a bath, a trip, read a book, go to a movie, treat yourself special.

List all your positive qualities and abilities and reflect on these. What makes you incredible? Focus on what you are good at. List your accomplishments. Take positive care of yourself. Think the best and expect the best of yourself. Hold yourself in high esteem.

8. Practice the Golden Rule. Whatever you put out you get back. Think the best and expect the best for and from others. Hold everyone else in the highest esteem. Wish them the best no matter who they are. What you concentrate on you attract. This is a great way to make sure you attract what you want to attract and not what you don’t want.

There is no reason to attract more anger, resentment, hostility, hatred or even indifference to yourself so be sure you aren’t putting this out there. Think, feel, speak and do the best and you get the best in return.Shower others with peace, love and enjoyment. Wish them success and celebrate the good things that happen for them.

9. Birds of a feather come together. Like attracts like. This is true not only about our thoughts and feelings, our wants and circumstances but other people as well. Align with positive high energy creators who are loving, kind, helpful, supportive and fun. Like attracts Like!

Energy and good feelings, ‘vibes’ rub off. The more time you spend with others nurturing each other the better off everyone is. Seek the highest and the best. Seek those who are congruently positive people who walk the talk. We get further faster when we travel with others in the same direction. You can inspire and motivate each other. Surround yourself with positive people.

Notice the reoccurring theme? It is: Choose to think, feel, speak and act the best. Choose the most positive. Spend the bulk of your time learning how to think, feel and act wonderful moment to moment. The more you fill up each day with high quality thoughts, feelings, words, actions and friends the more you will get back many times over. When people start out often they are mostly negative and only a little positive. Your overall goal is to shift that balance so that you are mostly positive.

The higher your thoughts and feelings the better you feel. The better you feel and the more often you feel wonderful the less stress and more well being you create. You activate your immune system to more easily keep you healthy. You think better and recognize opportunity quicker.

9 Easy Ways To Program Yourself For Success!

“Your body is your temple. So is your mind. Your thoughts and feelings affect each other as does your mind and body. It is important for each of us to take care to feel the best and have a resilient, healthy lifestyle.  Be healthy in mind, body, emotions and spirit.

HEY I know this is long but it is broken down into small bits and the information is critical information for each of us to have. Take some time and read it now or later but please do read this!

When we raise our vibrations and program our subconscious we become a powerful force in making our dreams come true. We can be, do and have anything we want in our lives, and our careers. We can make positive things happen when we align all of ourself in positive and powerful ways. Here are ways to do this now:

1. Nurture your mind with positive materials, books, articles, music, pictures and audio. Fill your mind with inspiring wonderful thoughts. Spend healthy time  (daily nutritious diet) for your mind reading and listening to motivational speakers.

Use affirmations,  questions (Directed Questions) and positive self talk to feel great.  Take the time and fill your mind positively. Feed it the best food for thought. Your attitude determines your altitude!

2. Monitor your thoughts and feelings. Keep them the highest and most positive. Stop complaining and talking about problems. Put a guard before your mind and lips. Whenever you notice you are thinking, feeling or speaking less than gloriously stop and change it. Determine to only think and talk about or to others in ways that promote blessing, healing and prospering. Stay true to this!

3. Create a Dream  Book or Vision Boards. Use computer or cut out pictures of what you want, that represent your goals and dreams. Paste them on a poster, or into a book that you look at each day. Put some on your wall or ceiling. Put a picture of your goal in your purse or wallet, on the visor of your car. See what you want all day long!

Put these  in places so that whenever you look around you are reminded of what you are working on. Put pictures together that delight you, make you feel wonderful and that you say ‘YES’ to when you see them. Keep your attention on the positive wonderful things you want to accomplish and have. Believe you can do it, expect it and you will. Know that you will make it happen!

4. Visualize yourself as you want to be. See yourself doing what you want to  be doing and having what you want to have. Close your eyes and see your goals and dreams as already completed. This gets your Reticular Activating System (RAS) to recognize and let in to you opportunities and bring relevant information to your awareness.

We program our RAS and our subconscious mind to go after our goals by keeping vivid images and affirmations in our mind day in and day out. This is why we can say, we become what we think about all day long. What we think about we bring about. In your mind act as if you already have what you want. Feel how wonderful it is to complete it and have it. Savor the feelings, enjoy and believe!

Once the RAS is activated It allows in all relevant information that might have otherwise remained background noise. It alerts us to opportunities we might miss.  It is the combination of well defined goals and dreams repeatedly visualized and affirmed,  ‘as if’ you already have attained them, combined with wonderful feelings that makes this work.  Pictures, sounds and feelings are the message!

5. Live in gratitude and be thankful for all you have and whatever you have. Be thankful for who you are, your circumstances and the people in your life. Feeling appreciative is one of the quickest ways to raise your spirits and your vibrations. When you are filled with gratitude your being is different, you radiate and others can tell too.

Being appreciative puts our focus on what we like about ourselves and our lives. As we maintain this focus more of the time each day, overall, each day becomes more enjoyable. If you want your days to be outstanding be thankful in all things moment to moment. Life is a celebration when you can celebrate everything!

Gratitude works wonders! When we feel grateful for already having accomplished our goals it tells the subconscious this is what we want. Again, this is why good feelings are so important in getting us what we want in life.

6. Concentrate on adjusting your feelings to feel the best you are able at any given moment. The better you feel during the day the more you keep informing the subconscious mind how you want to live each day. It can only go after what you provide it to go after. When you realize you aren’t feeling so great change it to feel just a little bit better. This is an important skill.

You want to feel the best feeling most of the time in each day. You want to tip the balance in your favor.  When we feel good most of the time life improves and our subconscious works to attract more of it. You do this by making adjustments to feel ‘even just a little bit better’ whenever you notice you are not feeling as good as you could.

You aim for feeling the best whenever you can. Even if it is only a little better than moments before it is a step in a positive direction. When you become aware of feeling less than glorious it is only a signal that you now can change it to something better. When you then adjust how you feel you take control. You stop being a victim. You learn how to eliminate unwanted thoughts and feelings and focus on ones you do want. Another reason this is important follows.

Our images and affirmations need to be attached to powerful positive feelings in order to get what we want. We need to deliver precise instructions. We can’t be sloppy and expect good results. We can’t go back and forth between negative and positive and expect consistent positive results.  If we vacillate we get nowhere.  We want to be consistent and move in one direction.

When our mind movies and affirmations are attached to wonderfully delightful, enthusiastic and energetic feelings we are telling the subconscious that THIS goal and THESE feelings ARE what we WANT – AND – to DELIVER MORE of each.  So we want to spend most of our time feeling the best feelings we are able!

Feelings drive everything. When you feel great you can do more. When you feel down and lethargic you do less. Feelings are what the subconscious responds to. You get back whatever you fear, hate, worry about or what ever you love, enjoy and delight in.

The subconscious doesn’t distinguish between wanted or unwanted or good or bad. The subconscious only knows to deliver on what you image in your mind that is accompanied by powerful feelings. If you are afraid you will get more to fear if you are filled with joy you will get more joy in return. Like attracts like.

If you have been getting a lot of what you don’t want you need to attach powerful positive wonderful feelings to what you do want and stop thinking about what you don’t want. Worry is negative goal setting because you activate the subconscious mind by your feelings of worry and fear. What you think about you bring about.

Being-Thankful

Your feelings combined with what you are concentrating on, what you hope won’t happen, IS the message you send your unconscious. You see it happening and even though you consciously don’t want it YOUR subconscious doesn’t know this. It responds by bringing you more of the same.

What you think about most during the day is what you get.That is the signals you have been sending it. If you want different results you need to change the messages, the signals, the pictures and feelings you are giving it. Do that now!

Your subconscious is a servant for whatever you are sending to it. It does not know any better it just carries out the commands you give it. It works day and night on whatever you have given it to do.

All your life you have been telling it what to do whether you have realized it or not. The results you have gotten, the circumstances you find yourself in, are a result of your prior conditioning, your habitual message sending to your subconscious. NOW you can change it IF you want to. Awareness is the key to change!

7. Believe it will happen! Have faith. Expect the best! Your desire combined with your passionate feelings and unwavering belief forms an absolutely powerful unstoppable combination. When you know it is happening you feel it! ‘Act As If’ aligns your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and actions. It is an incredible tool you can utilize.

You come to believe what you constantly hold in your mind (thinking about day in and day out) by consistently picturing it in your mental movie theater and affirming to yourself that you already have this. You make this a habit and the habit makes it so! The more often your engage these processes the quicker you bring about the changes you desire.

Repetition combined with feelings brings it about. This is how the military (and others) prepares troops. Over and over again chanting and imagining with peak feelings gets it into the subconscious and the subconscious delivers what we program it to do.

Just as your computer does what it is programmed your subconscious does what it knows how to do BUT you have to tell it! You instruct it. It carries out the functions and you don’t even have to know how it does what it does to bring things about it. You enjoy the results. Our imagination and our feelings are powerful tools!

8. Treat your body well. Eat the best, healthiest food you can. Eliminate the junk and the sugars and the processed foods that may make you temporarily feel better but that drain your energy and leave you worse off. There are so many chemicals, pesticides and harmful elements in processed and fast food it is best to avoid them. You create better when you feel better. Food is fuel. Use the best!

Eliminate High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS), MSG, Aspartame and other chemical additives that can do more harm than good. Eat wholesome good food. If it wasn’t around when your great grandparents were kids don’t eat it or put it on your body. Lotions and products absorb into the skin. The skin is the largest organ so be careful what you put on it. Make positive healthy choices!

9. Walk, dance, skip, jump, exercise and move. Get out and about and enjoy nature. Get some sun on your skin everyday. It is more difficult in winter climates but bundle up and get some fresh air. When the climate is right walk, walk barefoot on the grass, the beach the dirt.

Just 20 minutes of walking (especially in nature) is a best medicine for mood. Walk wherever and whenever you can! Have some fun when you can. Play, run, roll down a hill, spin in circles, become as a child. Give in! Explore and adventure. Go new places.

Rest outside in nature too. Lie down and enjoy a half hour or two just lying on the grass somewhere pleasant. Find a favorite comfortable power spot that you visit to refresh and renew. Bask, Stop, look, listen, smell, feel and maybe even taste where you are at. Fall into the present. Live in the moment! Notice and Celebrate all!

Tomorrow, I’ll share other powerful ways to increase your vibrations and program yourself for total success. For today, decide now that you will begin to implement these, if you have not already, in order to make your life what you hope it can be.

You can change your life once you know what to do. Then you either do it or you don’t. Only you determine whether or not you make your dreams come true. Each of these ways is a means for you to enjoy the most wonderful life and lifestyle imaginable.

Baby steps are better than no steps at all. You don’t have to overhaul everything at once. Do a little each day and soon you will be doing a little more each day. It gets easier. It become more enjoyable. You discover insights along the way. Drop by drop fills the tub.

It becomes fun and begins to have a momentum all on its own. It continues to get  easier and more delightful and more fun as you move forward picking up your goals. You worry less and celebrate more! Your life changes for the better and you feel great.

There is no upper limit on what you might make happen. Dream big and make big things happen. One thing is absolutely certain. Nothing will ever change unless you take charge.  If you want your life to to be gloriously different you must change what you are doing. Do You Create Or Destroy?

“This image has been making the rounds. It is an important one. Our words affect others! What we say does impact others mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. We should always be careful what we say. Negativity breeds more negativity and stress. There are consequences. Our words can lift someone up or our words can crush someone.

We can be and we should be sensitive and only speak words that bless, heal and prosper others. We should seek to only say the best, the most positive, the most nurturing, the most comforting, the most inspiring and the most motivational words we can express.

What we say and HOW we say it is important!  Seek only to bless, to heal and to help others prosper with what you say to them. This helps them and it helps you.

The Golden Rule means that you hold the other person (and people) in the highest esteem and wish them the best whether or not they do the same towards you. You pay it forward first without caring about the return. When you do this you not only benefit them but you bring benefit to you! The same is true with forgiveness.

You may need to forgive someone who died long ago. Your forgiveness may have no effect on them because they are gone but it may affect you in great ways.You may find peace, more comfort, even release. You may be able to move forward, after letting go.

You might feel free, more love and happiness because you forgave. In this example tt isn’t about the other person responding to your forgiveness (if you can get over that concept with living people) it is about freeing yourself. Forgive and your life becomes better.

Send out positive vibes to others, first for no reason at all, with no expectation of gaining anything, and YOUR life will become better. Pay blessings forward to everyone and everything becomes more wonderful. THEN apply this principle to yourself.

We not only speak to others but we talk to ourselves too. We hear our own self talk and it affects us in all the same ways. We feel down when we criticize, blame and speak harshly to ourselves. Take heed and apply this lesson to you.

Only speak that which will bless, heal and prosper yourself because you always end up feeling and doing whatever it is you think and tell yourself anyway.

do good and good will come to you

Consider that YOU are the other person you talk to. You know that person you say ‘you’ to, as in, ‘ how can you be so…’ or , ‘you really are…’ You know those less than glorious things you have said to yourself in the past.

If you say you are broke, or that life sucks guess what is reflected back in your life. If you state, ‘well I am only commenting on what already is’,  then remember this, YOU will always have what you say you have!

You certainly won’t have more than what you state. You words will reflect your conditions AND your conditions WILL reflect your thoughts and words!

Nothing changes since you are commenting and reinforcing what you don’t like. You aren’t creating anything different you are keeping it exactly the same. Your comment does nothing to bless, heal or prosper.

Your words do nothing to create any kind of different present or future for yourself. This is precisely why we need to change our thinking and our speaking.

Start thinking highly of you. Treat yourself with respect and think the best of yourself. Love yourself, be kind, supportive, caring, nurturing and only speak words that bless, heal and prosper YOU.

Thoughts precede words and actions, therefore, we should place a guard before our thoughts, and on our lips before we speak and a guard for our actions. We should make it a point to think, speak and act with the highest, most positive intentions towards others and ourselves.

Treat yourself and others as you would an innocent child. You would never want to bring hurt or harm to our precious young ones. It is important to love and care and nurture a child and move them in positive directions.

It is important to be open, caring and sensitive. You want the best for the child. OR at least you should! I have no difficulty stating that. Bless, heal and prosper our children.

When you do this for yourself and others, when you treat everyone, including you, exceptionally well things open up and become magically different. When you hold all in the most positive, high, regard your world will delightfully transform. You will become more free. You will be happier and healthier and have less stress. Things get easier!

You will experience more peace and joy. More of everything will open up to you because YOU are opening up and inviting good things into your life.What you focus on you get back. Birds of a feather flock together.

Become An Explorer On An Adventure

“What is it about kids that is so fresh and vital? How do they think differently than we do as adults? What is the difference that makes the difference between them and those of us who are older? What is it about youth that we value and try to recapture?

Certainly, innocence and vitality. Kids have a freshness because as they grow and develop, prior to being biased or tainted by peers, parents, teachers and world influences they have an open quality, an accepting capacity. They look to the world and adults around them for answers and are eager to see and hear and learn what those people will say or explain. They live to experience it all.

KIDS ARE CURIOUS! The haven’t done it all before, they haven’t been there and done that. Everything is new and potentially thrilling or fun. Too many adults give this up as they grow up. We need to recapture it. We need to develop and live from an endless supply of curiosity. We need to stop and look more, observe and watch, witness and see.

We need to listen and hear the many sounds and silence around us. The variations of tones and tempos. We can feel more, the wind, the temperature, the sunshine or rain. We can live more present in the moment enjoying the little things of wonder that life offers us instead of passing them by on the way to somewhere important.

We can become an explorer and explore. Life can be an adventure.! There is so much the world and people have to offer. Get out into it and take advantage of it. Time is ongoing and we don’t get it back. So instead of missing all the little joys discover and delight fully in them. Try new things. Be open and stay open.

Learn something new, eat new foods, listen to new music, go to new places, the world is your oyster. The world is your garden paradise – bask in it! Become curious, become fascinated. “Albert Einstein is reported to have said, “I am thankful for all of those who said NO to me. It’s because of them I’m doing it myself.” This is such an important concept. He says he is thankful not resentful. He is not carrying a grudge or behaving like a victim.

He appreciates because through their NO he was provided an opportunity to do it himself. He is the one who has taken the action. He is responsible. Because they said NO he is doing it himself. He is not whining he is doing. He is acting in his own best interests. If he wins it is because he did it. Truly, this is another reason to be appreciative. If it is to be it is because YOU accomplish it!

It is far better and far more wonderful to live our lives filled with gratitude in every way and towards everyone than to live otherwise. Gratitude opens up the doorway to everything else. It frees us from negativity and less than glorious feelings. It allows us to move forward positively. Take inventory for all the people, circumstances and things you feel grateful for. Then, be grateful!

Look at the NOs in your life, the opposition. Look at the challenges, the difficulties, the situations that didn’t work out and extract from these the lessons and learnings you can. Look again because you can always find more. We can discover In every disappointment or failure the seeds of opportunity IF we will only really look.

It makes a big difference in how well our life goes day to day by the attitude we maintain. If we can celebrate everything all of our life can be joyous. Happy people are ones who allow and accept, they are able to let go of disappointment, hurt and grievances.The  freely give and freely receive. They learn and grow instead of whither and die.

An attitude of gratitude truly makes a difference. It will lighten the load and relieve you of the burdens you  carry. It will illuminate your path in the darkness so that you can find the silver linings. It will free you up to notice more and delight in all ways. It will allow you to discover the good things in all things. You will become free!

So be thankful not just for the easy times but for the tough ones. Be thankful not just for the people who support and love you but for those who closed doors on you or did not accept you. An Easy Way To Pay It Forward

“Do you like it when someone pays you an honest compliment? Isn’t it wonderful someone else takes the time and the effort to say something nice to you? Take it in, allow it. Do not brush it off. A genuine compliment is a wonderful thing. If someone gives you this gift receive it well. Be gracious and accept it and allow it to resonate within you. Feel it. Appreciate it when you are appreciated. Delight.

You can do the same for others too. You can help the people around you feel better and feel more appreciated. This is a simple and easy way you can gift others. Stop, take a moment and notice.  Whenever possible give a person a genuine meaningful compliment.  When you do give one why not exaggerate it? Make it a bit nicer!

Go a little bit further. Help that person feel that much better. You may just have helped lighten their load. You may have provided just what that person needed or hoped to hear. You may have made their day. This simple action can be extremely meaningful for someone else. It is so simple how we can support and nurture each other daily in small but important ways. Your Power Is Immediate. Your Power Is Now, Not Someday!

“It is important, crucial, that when you make your goals, when you determine your definite chief aim or purpose, when you plan for what you want your future to be like that you focus on that and not let the present day circumstances distract or dissuade you. Whatever is going on now is not important. You must keep your eye on the prize. BUT where the change truly is and when it actually happens is in the present moment.

This is why when you visualize and think about that future YOU imagine it as having already happened. You live it in your mental movie theater as if everything you want is already accomplished. You see yourself doing and behaving and having everything that you will be experiencing then.

You enjoy feeling the feelings of having made it happen. You see it and feel it as completed. You live and experience and FEEL that present future moment right now. You feel those feelings NOW as you vividly imagine it. You pair the powerful feelings with your images.

Feelings drive everything! You want your feelings to be immediate and present. You want to feel it NOW in your body. You want the feelings to be the same feelings you would feel when it happens in reality. You want to feel what you would be feeling when and as your dreams come true. This is important to understand.

You want to feel the thrill, the excitement, the incredible gratitude and joy right now as you think about what you want then. You want your feelings to be positive and powerful. You want to be celebratory and filled with gratitude. You want to fully experience these.

Your unconscious mind only works by feelings. It is driven by feelings and emotions. What you see in your mind and feel strongly about is what you end up creating. You bring about what you think about. Whatever you think about and feel strongly about, whether good or bad, positive or negative is what you create in your life. If you want your dreams to come true this is how you make them come true.

As an example, there are only two emotions one positive and one negative. You get one or the other. You get what you focus on. What you pair with your thoughts is what you end up creating. It is that simple to understand. You must take your best thoughts and pair them with your best feelings.

When you congruently align your desires and your mental images with your feelings so that there is no resistance AND you expect to make this happen and you expect to feel this way when it does (you see it, you feel it and believe it) IS when you make it so. You feel that you have it now. You are filled with all the wonderful feelings and gratitude. When you do this you CLAIM IT as already yours.

This is why you keep your attention on the positive feelings. You keep it there no matter what else may be going on around you. Do not allow present circumstances to distract you from the future you are creating. If you can conceive it, and believe it you can achieve it! Once you have claimed it do not un-claim it.

If you think some day I will be this, or I will do this or I will have this that some day never comes. You unconscious mind goes ‘okay someday’ and it never arrives. That is why you need to make your future immediate. You must feel it happening now. Not sometime but NOW is the time. You express thanks for what you already have.

Do you understand this? You are grateful for what you already possess. It is already yours and you appreciate it! When you are able to think and feel this you WILL make it happen. You have planted the seed in your unconscious and now it can and will grow. The seeds will sprout in time. Have faith. Trust. Celebrate and enjoy everything in the meantime. Live your life with enthusiasm and joy.

Do not look for the evidence. Don’t compare.  Don’t look at present circumstances and think, ‘okay where is it, I did everything’. When you do that you create conflict. That creates doubt and resistance. If you do that you aren’t actually believing. You have lost sight of what you created and are looking around you instead.  Stop change what you are paying attention to.

You must focus on what you want. Remember you conceive it, you believe it and you achieve it. SO create it, believe you will have, feel incredible and  feel grateful and trust that you will bring it about. Be an owner of your dreams. Once you own something it is then yours.

When you plant a seed it grows in the darkness. You do not dig it up to make sure it is growing. If you did you would kill it. Stop preventing, stop killing your dreams by doing that very same thing. Nurture them and bring them into being by creating, celebrating and trusting and you will make them happen.

Your entire being will align congruently with your desires and you will recognize new opportunities you may have otherwise missed. Every cell and fiber of your being will be dedicated to making it all come true. Your thoughts will work together. Like attracts like.

Birds of a feather flock together. You become congruent and powerful because you align your thought, your word and your action around your desire. You will become what you think about. Do it now!” Rex Sikes

How To Handle Time Pressures Without Caving!

“Does it sometimes seem like you are on an endless treadmill? Are there times when you just can’t wait until the day or week is over?  Do you sometimes feel rushed as if there is not enough time in the day to get everything you need to completed? We do react differently depending what we have going on or not going on. Often we may feel overwhelmed and stressed. Obviously, this is not good for our health and there is another way.

How we relate to time is a reflection of how we feel about our lives. The sayings ‘as above so below’ and ‘as within so without’, comes to mind. How we relate to what is going on outside mirrors what is going on inside. If we feel pressured outside it is because of our inner pressure and turmoil. The more we think and feel poorly the more we invite that to continue. Birds of a feather flock together. It is NOT going to change unless we change it!

While it is true you may have deadlines and you want to act to complete them, that pressure is only as good so long as it motivates you to get things done. Beyond that it gets in the way and adds stress. So if you feel that it helps you get started okay, use it. You don’t want to lose out, or get fired, or miss the opportunity.

Use the negative motivation to get moving. You know what you do not want. Once you know that decide what you do want. Then focus on what you want. Keep going but towards what you want!

In order to be more effective and live life more wonderfully it is important to learn to make the most of the time we have. We do this by appreciating little things. When we are grateful for the little things each moment we make better use of our time. When we are able to enjoy and savor the moments of the day as we get to the close of the day we feel much better. Time is a flow and we need to be in the flow. We need to enjoy the present instant. The more we enjoy THIS MOMENT the more moments overall we enjoy!

Yes, there are times when you will feel rushed. There are also times when you may feel bored or as if the day is just dragging on. When either of these happen you still have to be able to do what you need to do. How you do it is what makes the difference for you. In order to do it well and feel good you need to make a change in the moment.

what you allow is what will continue

Stop, take some breathes and decide how you want this day to go. Decide what you can do in this very moment to accomplish what you want to in the best frame of mind and while feeling well. The reason some people never make a change is because they don’t decide to make it different. Because we run on autopilot so much it doesn’t occur to them that it can be different. It does not occur to them that they can be different. It does not have to always be the same.

To not make any decision is to already have tacitly decided. It is agreeing to go along with whatever is. It is being a drifter of a victim to the outside pressures or circumstances. Once we decide and take control everything can change for the better! Make it a point to remember to decide how you want to spend your time. We only have so much while on this planet you might like to use it most wisely.

Stop, breath, decide how you can and will make the moment different. Decide how you want to feel now. Decide how you want to feel as you go through the remainder of the task and your day. Look for everything you can to appreciate in this moment. Really appreciate these! Feel it! Mental lists and reciting affirmations without feeling great feelings does little. It is our feelings that drive everything and that make a difference. Feel it! Feel your best!

If you need to take a short break and you are able to, do something that makes you feel better. Take a walk, hum a song, recite affirmations with enthusiasm, ask yourself powerful Directed Questions, help someone else, relax, do something enjoyable and when the break time is over get back on it with a renewed sense of well being.

The idea is to take a moment to deliberately change your feelings and thinking for the better. DO positive things that make you feel as good as you are able to. Everything is better when YOU feel better. Do it!

It is far better and easier to think clearly and get things accomplished well when you are feeling at your best. Many people discount their feelings or ignore them.  Stop it! Some people try to push them away. If you do this Stop! Others try to push through things while feeling stressed or less than glorious. Stop, don’t do that! Change how you think and feel instead! Change it, change it, change it! It is up to you!

The point of this brain, mind, feeling training is to have a more wonderful life. Life is not a big bunch of something nebulous, it is tiny moments we either mostly enjoy or we don’t. Find ways to make more of your moments wonderful and much more of your life becomes wonderful. It is all in the little things that the big things exist. Make the most of the mini-moments and all moments transform!

we are our choices

It is completely up to you. The big illusion, the big lie, the greatest deception is that it all comes from the outside. Yes, It does seem like that but that is not what is actually going on. It all begins within us. What matters is what we are doing on the inside.  We react to the outer world based on what we have going on in the inner world.

Thought precedes everything! It is our thoughts that determine how we enjoy each moment. What we think determines how we feel and vice versa. So we want to think only the very best and feel the very best! We can change all of it by changing what we think and feel first.

If you have never taken control of these processes then it might seem doubtful to you. That is because you have not experienced how it can be otherwise. How you experience each moment is determined by what you decide. You either decide you want it the best or you do nothing and it remains whatever it is. It is always, ONLY your choice, I hope you realize this.

Brain, mind, feeling training is about creating positive habits. Good habits that serve you instead of the ones that keep you running poorly. If you have never actively decided to make things better then now is the time. As you do this each day, because there are plenty of opportunities each day, each time you choose to be in control instead of a victim you are building a positive habit. Keep this in mind!

You begin by becoming aware, recognizing what is going on in the moment, what you are thinking and feeling that is not productive and you deliberately decide in this moment to change it. Then you take the steps to make it more to your liking. You keep doing it to maintain it. As you persist and consistently apply what you are learning you are building a powerful new positive habit that will soon become automatic. You are creating more of the life you want in doing this.

Begin now! Don’t delay, don’t put it off, don’t remain a victim, don’t drift and be pushed by the outer currents. Become the captain of your soul and the master of your fate. Make each moment meaningful and you determine how time flows. Take charge and enjoy much more of your time! Get a new lease on life today! ” Rex Sikes

Simple, Easy Things You Can Do To Feel Better

“It’s time to do something for you too. Take some baby steps towards different things you can do that will make a big difference. Put into practice some tiny things that help improve your life over all. It is easy and simple to make your overall experience more delightful!

Read more inspirational material, stop using the smart phone so much. Simplify your life, downsize some things, get back to nature. De-stress, revive, and have some fun. Speak nicely to yourself and others! Treat everyone with respect and love.

Eat a little healthier; take the stairs; park further away and walk to your destination; get better sleep; treat yourself kindly; give yourself a treat now and then. Spend quality time with others. Count your blessings! Visualize and concentrate on your goals.

This year, this beginning time, find something you can cross off your bucket list. Make it a point to do one of your special wants this year. See if you can’t do it earlier rather than later.

Don’t use time as an excuse not to. Don’t say you don’t have time or money or know how. No excuses. Figure out how to make it happen. You will be thrilled as you accomplish something you have wanted to.
